We have recently been informed of an alarming situation. An individual, known for being too "friendly" with children, was defended in the Barcelona temple by temple authorities. It even went to the extreme of pressuring the person who reported and warned of the danger of "offenses" and to apologize to the offender.
Now, this predator is in prison in Germany, awaiting trial.
The mother of the abused boy called the temple and communicated the matter to Dvarka's wife, the commissioner, but they gave longtime protection of the predator. Same thing happened at the New Vrajamandala estate. Some people expressed concerns about the individual's proximity to minors, but nothing was done.
Despite the alarm sounds that emerged, these were sadly repeatedly ignored. In the photo, you can see him next to the highest authority in Spain, Javier Pera / Yadunandana swami. It's not a coincidence.
These individuals (both) know how to create an image of goodness, kindness, service and smiles, to hide their demonic nature. His modus operandi is to stay at home with a single mother with younger children. We've already been told by other people how he tried it the other time.
He presents himself as an extremely good, helpful and pleasant "devotee" to be able to carry out his predatory purposes. This situation is aggravated by learning that the same individual has fixed his legal address in the Barcelona temple, in Plaza Real led by Mario Condón, the legal responsible (see court document in the comments).
In that court procedure eight cases of pedophilia are open (see document in comments). And in addition, he worked in the restaurant on Diputación street in Barcelona owned by Mario Condón, which raises serious questions about the ability and responsibility of his director, the same person who sheltered him, gave him work and protected him both in the temple and in his restaurant.
I invite everyone to reflect on the importance of creating a safe environment and supporting those who have the courage to advise. It's the same dynamic as silence and persecute those who speak and protect criminals.

Yadunandana Swami leading the kirtana during 2009 Parliament of World's Religions in Melbourne. Yadunandana Swami, a disciple of Satsvarupa dasa Goswami, is originally from Spain. Among other subjects, he teaches Bhaktivaibhava courses at Bhaktivedanta College and is specializing on History of sannyasa in ISKCON.
On 10 March 2009 Yadunandana received sannyasa within the presence of current ISKCON sannyasa minister Prahladananda Swami, ceremony was introduced by his godbrother Hridaya Caitanya Dasa, Kadamba Kanana Swami performed the fire sacrifice and Jayadvaita Swami officially awarded danda staff.
He has been described as one "of the best scholars in the field of ISKCON Studies" and has represented ISKCON, along with other senior swami of ISKCON, Indradyumna Swami, in the parliament (Maha Satsang) of World Religions. He was the first ISKCON speaker on Krishna Consciousness and the Environment in 2009 Parliament of World's Religions and 2011 World Yoga Masters Summit for Proclamation of the World Yoga Day.
PADA: Here we go again pilgrims. Yadunandana swami, disciple of Satsvarupa, and approved by Prahladananda, Indradyumna, Hrdaya Chaitanya, Kadamba Kanana, Jayadvaita, et al. All the usual suspects! And he is in charge of various ISKCON departments, ooops -- and devotees and their children.
But yeah, the first problem is that whistle blowers are repressed. And that protects perps. Very sad that people have to expose these things externally and ISKCON has no good mechanisms to fix these things internally. People keep asking: Why does PADA expose this dirty laundry externally and publicly and not bring it to them internally? Well I dunno, lets just start with -- our folks are often banned, if not beaten, sued, chased with bats, and sometimes -- killed.
Really? He teaches the history of sannyasa, oh boy here we go again pt. II -- illicit sex with men, women, and children; drinking vodka, watching porno, gambling in Reno, and yeah I am missing 100 other deviations, but don't have the space to include the whole encyclopedia of their history herein.
Lets just say, there are good reasons that bad people are often protected by this group, i.e. bad people protect other bad people. Hey guess what, take these things to the POLICE and the MEDIA and do not bother with them anymore! They are not interested!

RAVINDRA WRITES WRONGS

1987: On this date in history 38 years ago, North American temple presidents, at a meeting at Brooklyn ISKCON, recommend to the GBC that Bhaktipada, an ISKCON guru, leader of the New Vrindaban Community and a dozen satellite centers, and Prabhupada's first sannyasa disciple, be expelled from ISKCON.
PADA: OK one year eariler -- me and Sulochana had said Kirtanananda needs to be expelled in 1986, and we were painted as evil demons and offenders by the Ravindra swarupa clan.
Ravindra Svarupa, an ISKCON GBC member, guru, and president of the Philadelphia ISKCON temple, explained:
Everything really came to a head. The first thing that happened in ’87 in February was the North American Temple Presidents Meeting at which we passed a resolution requesting the GBC to expel Kirtanananda Swami. Kirtanananda had gotten considerably more dangerous to ISKCON, and the GBC didn’t seem to be able to do anything about it because he was now claiming that there was a government plot against Hinduism and that’s why he was being investigated.
PADA: OK so Ravindra had just expelled and excommunicated Sulochana in 1986, for saying Kirtanananda is a deviant if not dangerous, and now all of a sudden Ravindra is saying Kirtanananda is dangerous. Just a little bit of double speak / hypocrisy say what?
And because so many Indians in America were going to New Vrindaban, a place of pilgrimage, he had a mailing list all over America, and using that mailing list he was asking Indians to back him and support him against this attack on Hinduism.
When Sulochan was killed, everybody in ISKCON knew that Kirtanananda was behind it.
PADA: OK so what happened then is that Ravindra helped make the main New Vrndavana henchman leaders the next wave of ISKCON's managers, like Tapah punja, Umapati, Kuladri, Devamrta, Radhanath, Chandrashekar -- and so on and so forth. So all of Kirtanananda's worst henchmen were then annointed by Ravindra's team as the next wave of leaders, despite it was known they were part of the Kirtanananda movement.
Because we had New Vrindaban devotees come and tell us, “What’s the matter? It was authorized.” Everybody knew it. No devotee would kill another devotee unless it was authorized. (laughter). We knew he had done it. And yet, by going to the Indians like this, Kirtanananda was trying to force ISKCON into a position where we had to support him. We weren’t going to have a choice.
And he started to go on television. He got an agent who booked him in media markets, television markets, getting on television shows all over America. And that was called “The First Amendment Freedom Tour.” The first amendment of the constitution of the United States guarantees freedom of religion. And he was billing this investigation into murder — and also when the government discovered how they were doing sankirtan, there was also a huge criminal fraud operation involving:
first of all, they were selling these stickers with Snoopy and Peanuts on it . . . they were pirated stickers. They didn’t pay copyright royalties to the person [copyright owner], so everything they did, every time they shipped stickers out, that was [mail] fraud. They were collecting money, they were all over America collecting money, in horrendous ways. We were all so fried with them.
PADA: No you were not fried with them, you made the top leaders of the Bhaktipada regime the next wave of leaders, and then Kirtanananda was buried in a samadhi by some of these same people. Anyway, had you guys listened to me and Sulochana -- you would have contained all this a long time before it exploded with murder and then into the press media. You guys always have your emergency meetings AFTER the damage has been done.
As bad as everybody else was, they were really bad. They were most outrageous. The government was investigating all of that, and he was on the First Amendment Freedom Tour, and we realized that we were really gonna be in a problem if something isn’t done. So we were having this North American Temple Presidents Meeting and he decided to come to that meeting and send his people for the first time.
He claimed to have more Prabhupada disciples in New Vrindaban than anywhere else in ISKCON. And they descended in this meeting. [However, Kirtanananda did not attend.]
PADA: Well yeah, Kirtanananda used to brag that the biggest concentration of Prabhupada devotees is with him at -- New Vrndavana. And he was probably correct. And a lot of them kept supporting Kirtanananda even after the police raids etc. Also correct. That means those people were misleading guys like Henry Doktorski and many others, even millions of people, by distorting the public press media impression, that Kirtanananda is a pure devotee of God.
Their purpose to me was to out-vote everybody else, and try to get an endorsement from the North American Temple Presidents and Prabhupada disciples. What he didn’t know was that the only people who had a vote were the temple presidents.
Prabhupada disciples were not really part of the official thing.
Their leaders [from New Vrindaban] came; what a show-down that was! My life had been threatened by them. It was really heavy.
PADA: Your life was threatened because you made a Frankenstein monster by promoting Kirtanananda as a pure devotee in the first place. A good friend of mine told me Ravindra had ordered him -- over and over -- to TAKE INITIATION FROM KIRTANANANDA, a pure devotee and guru. Ravindra created the Kirtanananda monster.
While their leaders were there and all their people were there we passed a resolution requesting the GBC to expel Kirtanananda from ISKCON. He [Kirtanananda] certainly didn’t expect that. He expected the GBC at the most would suspend him from the GBC but what we really needed was him out of ISKCON. We went to ISKCON with that proposal.
PADA: And ISKCON promoted all of his top men as gurus, managers and the next layer of leaders. They did not get rid of his regime at all. Ravindra has evidently gone senile now, so he cannot explain why he supported and created all this mayhem. He will have to explain it to Yamaraja.
