The GBC has decided to keep self-admitted child molester Lokanath as the highest spiritual authority in ISKCON: guru.

PADA: Yep, well we are once again being interviewed for a major karmi media production, and yep, the first thing they asked me about is -- "what is the status of the Lokanath controversy." OK and the status is, the GBC established their pedophile messiahs project in 1978, and they are still promoting their pedophile messiahs project now. 

And anyone who does not agree to promote their pedophile gurus can be banned, beaten, sued, threatened with death etc. They have promoted pedophiles as their gurus all along, they were sued for $400,000,000 for generating a mass pedophile infrastructure, and they are proudly sticking with that policy -- pedophiles are often God's successors, end of story. 

Worse, the India ICC people told me the reason I am not helping them promote their policy of worshiping of pedophiles as messiahs is -- that I am a fallen Western mleccha. Yep, only the scholars of India promote pedophiles as their gurus, when pedophiles are the lowest scum in USA prisons. 

As soon as the India ICC finds the lowest scum in USA prisons, they start falling off their chairs to offer obeisance to their newly minted successor to God. In other words, the India ICC goes way out of their way to find the lowest scum on earth to make into their messiahs, and that is why they hate the people who worship someone like Jesus, and they criticize us Westerners as bogus because -- we Westerners do not join the India GBC and ICC in their worship of prison scum-bags.

The ISKCON Governing Body Commission (GBC) today released its decision regarding the status of Lokanatha Swami. That resolution is attached below along with other relevant documents.

The GBC also released two other documents. One is the 73+ page report and recommendations of the 5-member Panel appointed by the GBC to review Lokanath Swami’s situation.

The other is a separate, single-page GBC resolution that was passed after the Lokanath Swami decision was finalized. That decision clarifies the GBC’s self-imposed limitations so that in the future any credible allegation of abuse by any ISKCON leader must automatically be delegated to the appropriate ISKCON committee or office, including the Child Protection Office, the Prevention of Leadership Misconduct Office, the ISKCON Sannyasa Ministry and the Guru Services Committee and not come directly to the GBC for review.

The GBC decided this additional resolution was required to avoid the quandary that the Lokanath Swami situation caused. As explained in detail in the Panel report, allegations of abuse by Lokanath Swami arose several years before ISKCON’s Child Protection Office (CPO) was formed in 1998.

[PADA: The only reason the CPO was formed in 1998 is because, we helped get the Windle Turley lawsuit going in 1997, and the GBC knew they would have to make some sort of appearance of cleaning up their act.]

At that time, there was no other ISKCON authorized office to investigate child abuse allegations, so the GBC launched its own investigation. Lokanath Swami was required to undergo a psychological assessment, and later restrictions on his travel and ability to initiate for several years were put in place. He also apologized to the minor involved and her family. (See the Panel report for details).

However, questions arose and later further inquiries were launched to determine whether the GBC decision was sufficient. The recent review led to strong opinions being expressed throughout ISKCON on both sides of the issue. Some felt the Lokanath Swami case should, as with other abuse allegations, be sent to the CPO and that the past GBC decisions were not as stringent as the CPO might determine. 

Others argued that the earlier decisions and restrictions were sufficient, and that no one should be repeatedly investigated or punished for events that had been adjudicated decades before.

[PADA: How is Krishna's pure devotee representative subject to the rulings of a panel -- to review his bad behaviors, including potentially -- child sexual abuse? How many people believe God's successors are, were, or could have been -- child sexual aggressors in the first place, much less, that they need to be given "psychological evaluations" and a status review by a CPO, or a GBC, or any other mundane and materially conditioned committee or panel? 

And if the original committee "adjudicated" that child molesters must be allowed to continue in the role of God's successors and messiahs, they clearly made a mistake. Of course, the same committee decided to keep Jayatirtha in the guru post -- even though he was having illicit sex with at least one follower -- and he was taking drugs and giving drugs to his inner circle of disciples.]

Seeking an appropriate response to new calls for a review and to legitimate questions whether the GBC had handled the situation properly in the past (although no new allegations of child abuse had surfaced), the GBC created a special Panel to fully consider the situation again in 2021.

“The GBC knows it must have procedures in place to respond when leaders, including Presidents, Sanyasis, Gurus, or GBC Members are alleged to abuse their positions and those under their care,” said Anuttama Dasa, ISKCON’s Minister of Communications. “Spiritual communities are not immune to abuse. The GBC decisions released today recognize that we must continue to develop and improve systems that are both effective, and an arm’s length from the GBC to ensure neutrality and fairness, and that vulnerable members are protected.”

[PADA: OK so the guru is the successor to God, he is equal to Jesus, and therefore -- he might abuse his post -- and be a sexual aggressor, or even a pedophile. Why does the GBC keep juxtaposing Jesus with their pedophile messiahs? Worse, the GBC folks like Bhakti Vikas swami keep saying that the Christians are "the bogus ritviks," because the Christians refuse to worship the GBC's pedophile messiahs. Why does BVKS and his GBC think that worship of pedophile is superior to worship of Jesus?]

The Lokanath Swami Panel was split in part of its decision. The GBC, following the majority opinion of the Panel, decided to not fully reopen the Lokanath Swami case, or send it to the CPO, as some wanted.

[PADA: OK, they are gurus, they are pure devotees, but they cannot agree on basic points of morality? Their alleged pure devotee gurus are arguing on the basics of moral points, and that means -- the sum total of the demigods are arguing like cats and dogs over whether a pedophile should be one of the members of their pure devotee circle. Meanwhile, any ordinary Joe six pack walking down the sidewalk already knows -- pedophiles are not, were not, could not have been God's guru successors.] 

“The GBC agreed with the majority of the Panel that the case need not be reopened. The GBC also affirmed that the North American restrictions on Lokanath Swami may remain, and that Lokanath Swami may not travel to, or initiate, in regions unless they specifically welcome him to do so. Other regions may follow suit with their own restrictions,” said Anuttama.

[PADA: OH that fixes it. He is a pure devotee, he is equal to Jesus, but he is restricted from initiating because -- he is a pedophile.]

In a related decision, Sri Krishna Caitanya Swami, previously Ekalavya das, was appointed as ISKCON’s Padayatra Minister and Kirtan Minister, positions formerly held by Lokanath Swami.

[PADA: Oh no, the same Ekalavya das who agrees with the GBC, that pedophiles are often members of Krishna's parampara of gurus?]

PADA: BB Govinda swami was the main person who insisted on having his porno swami pal Gunagrahi buried in a samadhi, and the major rest of the GBC agreed because the samadhi was made. All that, after they buried a known pedophile in a samadhi. The goody two shoes members like Satsvarupa always "abstained from voting" the whole time, even when they were GBC, because they did not want to make waves. Abstaining from voting means, they compromised, because they did not openly protest. The Kirtanananda samadhi was approved by majority of the GBC because a lot of money had to be paid to get the UP government land use permits etc., of course some abstained, but made no meaningful protest. When the vote was made to reinstate Bhavananda, one of the GBC who was friends with me at the time said, "I cannot go to Mayapura to protest, they will have me beaten with bamboo sticks." Anyway yes, they made a CPO, because we were having them sued ... so they had to make some window dressing committee. Anuttama has always said their gurus can also be sexual predators, because he firmly believes Krishna's successors -- and parampara gurus -- and sexual predators -- can be juxtaposed. He has always said that the whole time. I am surprised anyone would be surprised by his current statement, he has always said -- gurus are perhaps debauchees and molesters. ys pd

JK: Wtf? I don’t know why I held out hope that they’d make the right decision, but I guess this is further proof that our ‘gurus’ are infallible and above all laws.
I stopped affiliating with the institution a while ago, but now… F**k ISKCON. F**k their whole bullshit guru system. I’m done.

Srila Prabhupada would be so disappointed in these bogus leaders, parading around with their celebrity status. It’s sickening. I’m officially anti-ISKCON.

DD: Deviators may be keeping the name ISKCON And have basically stolen all facilities for their own agenda… But please don't say the four letter word with the ISKCON name. There are two ISKCONS. The one that is deviating… The institution or whoever within it is deviating but the other one is the real and genuine one that Srila Prabhupada set up. 

For all intents and purposes anyone genuinely following as he gave it to us is actually the spiritual entity ISKCON. So I am begging you if you use four letter words please say something like _____the deviators or ___ the bhogas gurus. I definitely know what you meant but please don't use the societies name because the real spiritual society is still here and Srila Prabhupada gave that name
