PADA: Actually not really sure what is going on here. Could not read the Russian text. Maybe its: some sort of Russian mob owns the building. People could not pay their rent because of the virus, so their electricity was cut off. People were then not able to run the A/C when it was scorching hot.
Then there was a fire, to collect the insurance -- knowing the government was going to demolish parts of the building. Then there was a kirtan to protest the owners, and the media was called in.
Who owns it, still not sure. Government leader on another video supposedly, says government is going to demolish the top three floors, also in Hindi. Not sure what this is about exactly either. OK I cannot figure this all out, except -- it looks like another fine mess with ISKCON's leaders missing in action.
If anyone can explain all this -- we would like an accurate report spelled out clearly in English. In the end, it looks to me like the bottom line is -- some devotees invested large sums of money in getting a residence in the dham, and they were cheated.
Isn't that generally the root of all these troubles? Tell me it ain't so! One person summed, they ripped off all of us in the West, and now they are ripping off the poor souls from Russia. Anyway, someone please send me the real story, if anyone can even figure that out. Hee hee! ys pd
