Is ISKCON a Kanistha Society? Devaki DD // 09 01 25

HARIBOL-RELATIONSHIPS are not nourishing us.

The foremost contribution that members of the vanaprastha-ashrama offer to human society is teaching and guiding the younger generation. A Vaishnava who has passed through the two previous ashramas and has learned to endure many challenging situations in life by overcoming all sorts of trials and tribulations, must surely have a great wealth of life experience to share. He is a treasure-house of knowledge and wisdom, which empower him to serve as a well-wishing guide and mentor, reaching out to less experienced devotees so they can greatly benefit from his treasures of life experience.

PADA: OK most of the ISKCON elders and seniors initially went along to get along with the GBC guru system, or at the very least offered little to no resistance. Many of them also took up posts of management under the GBC, while there was simultaneously a giant out cropping of many instances of banning, beating, molesting, suing and sometimes assassinations.

In short, the leaders failed to lead and most of the senior rank and file later left ISKCON, and sort of merged into the material world's woodwork. And almost no one hardly even knows who they are -- or where many or most of them are -- today.

For sure the former seniors are wholesale not participating in ISKCON, at least for the most part. Thus, their main "advice by example" to others is -- get off the ISKCON sinking ship, like we are doing. That is not a very encouraging bit of instruction, "we could not manage our religion, so we had to jump ship to save ourselves. You are advised to do the same."

If this loving exchange of accepting shelter from a more experienced Vaishnava, and offering shelter and guidance to a less experienced person does not take place in our spiritual practice, we may very well invite stagnation into our life and remain a kanistha.

PADA: Wow. Srila Prabhupada says that a person who follows the standards of a brahmana -- is a kanistha. Our leaders and many followers have had constant problems with falling down, illicit behaviors, intoxicants, porno swamis, and did I forget homosexual and pedophile messiahs as well?

For starters a kanistha is a person who worships a pure devotee properly, whereas in ISKCON people are worshiping deviants of all sorts, including illicit sex with men, women and children deviants -- which is never done even in mleccha society. No, we will not remain kanisthas, when almost cent percent of ISKCON people are not yet kanisthas, or never were kanisthas.

A society that worships homosexuals and pedophiles -- and / or assorted drunks, debauchees, fools, and enablers of child abuse, as gurus and God's successors, has no connection to Krishna and His parampara, and probably never did. ISKCON is not stagnating also, it is going backawards. It is drifting into worse and worse mayavadism, compromise with Hindus, and apologists for guru debauchery etc.

There is such a thing as selfishness even within the realm of spiritual practices: my sadhana, my service, my project, my schedule, my trip to India, my reading time – mine, mine, mine! Selfishness is still selfishness, even when manifested for Krishna conscious reasons. A natural sign of spiritual advancement is our willingness to reach out to others and sacrifice ourselves for the sake of uplifting them. If we truly value Krishna consciousness – how it has changed our entire life – then we would surely want to give it to others.

PADA: Well yeah, but as soon as a person "reaches out" and says worshiping a homosexual and pedophile guru lineage, and those 2/3 show of hands voted into it, is not authorized, he / she will get jackboots kicking on their rears ends as they are exiled out the door from ISKCON. Some friends of ours just got severely mistreated by the Vrndavana temple managers, because they had original books. There is no possibility of reaching out and connecting to others -- when there is such a sub-violent repressive atmosphere.

Furthermore, the Garuda Purana explains:

"One cannot be liberated without association with a pure devotee of the Lord. And unless one shows mercy to those in an inferior position, one’s life will be superficial."

Not just our life but also our relationships with others will be superficial. Material relationships are based on sense gratification. As devotees, we want to eliminate this foundation but unless we replace it with something higher, there will be a vacuum in our relationships. We need to replace sense gratification with the principles of giving and accepting shelter.

PADA: A homosexual and pedophile guru lineage cannot give shelter to itself, never mind others.

Only then will our life and our relationships become deep and meaningful.

Otherwise, we will simply surround ourselves with haribol-relationships, exchanging small talk and lots of haribols; talking about ourselves rather than inquiring from seniors and more experienced devotees. Such relationships are not spiritually nourishing. We can clearly see this taking place within our communities. As soon as we cultivate the mood of giving and accepting shelter, then our relationships become deep and meaningful.

But if this is missing, then we have a rather impersonal atmosphere, where devotees are simply busy with themselves and their services, running past each other day after day. And because of this, devotees may easily feel like hired hands – nobody is interested in their personal development as devotees but simply interested in how much service they can render. As a result, devotees may move on to another community.

Unless we come to the point in our spiritual development where we genuinely and selflessly desire to serve others by reaching out to uplift them, we will remain kanisthas, simply focusing on ourselves.

Your servant, Devaki dd

PADA: As long as ISKCON promotes the idea that Krishna's eternal guru parampara is often populated with homosexuals, pedophiles, drunks, debauchees, porno swamis, child mistreatment orchestrators etc. it will never attain the kanistha platform. A kanistha is a bona fide person doing bona fide service to a bona fide pure devotee, whereas worshiping a lineage of conditioned souls -- includes pedophiles -- is not yet the standard for mleccha religion.

Even mlecchas are totally disgusted with a homosexual and pedophile guru parampara religion, they will never accept it -- because they have a higher standard. Never mind actual kanisthas would have a higher standard for the guru parampara they promote.

But yeah, a society that worships a debauchee laden guru parampara is not having an impersonalist problem, because the impersonalists worship gurus who keep a high moral standard, like Sankaracarya. So ISKCON has a long way to go just to reach the impersonalist standards. It is currently far, far away from that level. ys pd angel108b@yahoo.com

  1. JD: Devaki DD n' other ISKCON people are ... totally clueless about kanistha. They never studied the books. A kanistha is a bona fide devotee. Maybe on the lower rung ... but still on the bona fide Krishna consciousness ladder. He is never on the same ladder ... having pedophiles at the top level of that ladder ... as acharyas.

Right! Worshipers of pedophiles are ... not ... even basic level karmi religion. These people are blending together ... bona fide level with the pedophile guru level.

That explains why they have pedophile gurus in ISKCON in the first place. A society that worships pedophiles as acharyas is not even kanistha.

She is an apologist for the deviations. A kanistha never tells other people to worship a pedophile guru system, and she is wrong to claim they are. This is another person ... who has never even read about the basic principles.

She thinks if we take advice from the seniors ... we will be all good. You mean the "seniors" who helped the pedophile gurus system are going to help us? Clueless.

  2. M Dasi: Ask a senior for advice. Sure thing!

Q: What happens to the ISKCON children when we make some homosexuals into gurus and they have all their pedo buddies come into the schools?

A: You need to be removed from ISKCON for asking such questions.

I forgot. Evasive technique ... getting rid of all us people who are doing the asking. They have no answer. Ex-Krishna kids here tell me ... all these senior people should be arrested and in jail for creating hell on earth for us kids.

They won't be arrested now, so Yamaraja will arrest them later. They are not going to get away with creating hell for us.

Good question. How is ... making homosexual gurus ... and having them bring in all their pedo buddies ... have ANY connection with ANY bona fide kanistha devotees?

I am maybe a kanistha ... maybe ... but I am NOT ordering ANY children to worship ANY homosexual guru system ... and surrender to their child grooming pedo buddies.

These people confuse their child harming system ... with bona fide kanistha ... just like they confuse their homosexual guru's Vyasa poojas with Vyasa poojas for Srila Prabhupada. They cannot see how there is a big difference ... between the real Vyasa and their pedophile Vyasa system.

These kids here are right, all these people should be in jail for creating hell on earth for these kids. They are misleading people by thinking their homosexual guru system is something created by the advanced seniors and bona fide kanisthas. It is made entirely of criminals and their hangers on. Which explains ... why we are personna non grata in their society ...
