Rishi Sunak to become Britain's 3rd prime minister in 7 weeks (yahoo.com)
[PADA: Some politician said -- politics is a little bit like alligator wrestling. You might make yourself look like a brave hero, you also might get a limb or two taken off, hee hee. Anyway, I would vote for this fellow before voting for the other lot. And if he became the leader on Diwali, hoping that is a good sign.
He seems to have some sympathy for Krishna consciousness, and that is helpful. Overall, being a world leader in the current world situation is not going to be an easy job no matter how well you train for it. There are just too many fires going on in too many places today. Can this guy untie the interknitting knot made by his predecessors? OK maybe.
Even if they came to my door and offered me the job of King, president or ruler, I'd have to say -- neine danke. Its just too overwhelming at this stage. Same reason I would not take a post in ISKCON ... it would be too much of a task for me take on for me at this stage. I'd rather be the court jester -- as I have been for some time.
Anyway, I wish this man well, and hopefully he can help the UK citizens and beyond. And if he can help the citizens in any way become even a little bit more God conscious, that would be good as well. Lets hope for the best. ys pd

PADA: Yep, I know, don't trust a prostitute or a politician, said Chanakhya Pandit. I get that prabhu, no worries. ys pd
