Srila Prabhupada Is the "Safe Pair of Hands" (Video) 11 23 23

 

PADA: Srila Prabhupada is the safe pair of hands. Very good proposal. All of the sanghas agree that Srila Prabhupada is a great saint. So why are there differences? 

The schisms all started when we found out that some deviants wanted to declare themselves as the "living guru successors" to Srila Prabhupada, and some of us did not agree. And then some of these "sangha leaders," OK like Sridhara and Narayan Maharaja, began to help promote the false successors. 

And then Sridhara and Narayan began to help write bogus position papers for the GBC false gurus, and so on. As it turns out some of these successors were debauchees -- and some of these "rasika advisors" from the Gaudiya Matha had already promoted debauchees as their gurus after 1936. 

And Srila Prabhupada says, when a person says the successor to Krishna is a debauchee, it is the same as saying Krishna is a debauchee. So a number of us just could not sign up for their program. And we still cannot. In sum! If you have an ounce of respect for Srila Prabhupada, or Krishna, you would never sign up and agree with the people promoting debauchees as their successors. 

Nor does Srila Prabhupada ever say that we should promote conditioned souls as Krishna's successors. And in fact he says that promoting conditioned souls as Krishna's successors is a severe deviation. So it is a little hard for us to merge together with the people making these deviations, never mind all the banning, beating, molesting, lawsuits and assassinations that have resulted from their program.

So now it looks like a soap opera -- which almost no one wants to participate in. Well that is partially good news, we don't want people to participate in a program that makes debauchees into Krishna's successors, because it is a severe aparadha and will take people down, and their society down. 

And then again, we might have to ask about the Satanic black magic / child abuse process that seems to have developed as an out cropping part of this mess. And yeah, we don't want people involved in that either, so these things need to be resolved before we can all unite. But making Srila Prabhupada the prime shelter is a good framework to start things off. 

Yes, Srila Prabhupada's hands are the safe place to be, but why were so many unsafe places made to compete with his hands in the first place?
