PADA: That is what happened direct or de facto -- the 11 gurus appointed "their disciples" [loyalists] as the temple's legal charity signatures. That is still the case now, only their loyal followers are allowed on as the temple board's legal signers. Unfortunately, even some GBC people said, this is going to be a full on disaster when we all leave our bodies -- and the temple boards are full of a bunch of Hindus -- who are not really loyal to Prabhupada, nor are they well versed in the siddhanta.
Already this is a big problem with the India ICC committee board. They are writing to tell me how much a bogus mleccha I am, because I do not include -- illicit sex with men, women and children, debauchees, Andy Warhol's disciple homosexuals, drunks, perverts, pill poppers, predators and etc. as past or present "links" in Krishna's guru successor's parampara.
They promote worship of Lokanath swami, who was "voted in as guru" by their illicit sex with men, women and children guru parampara. That means they do not even know that an illicit sex with men, women and children guru parampara, disqualifies all involved persons from being in the parampara, never mind such degraded folks cannot participate in voting in more parampara members, like Lokanath, Gaura Govinda swami etc.
They have no idea that Krishna is pure and so are His successors. Clueless, and now -- on the management boards worldwide. And that is also why someone said they see all sorts of "man to man" hugging, placing heads on each other's laps, and some sort of "male cuddling activity" going on in Mayapura, they have been degrading the ISKCON society by using their "take over of the assets" as their main tool to do that.
Windle Turley could certainly force access to the files. Normally, after the 12-month objection period, there is no longer any access to files because inheritance courts work in such a way that if no one objects, the application is legally binding after twelve months. That's why it took the Gaudiya-matha leaders forty years until Sridhar and Kunja Babu were awarded the buildings.
Some godbrothers were always filing an appeal with the court. In the case of ISKCON, all documents were kept hidden in 1978. Nobody knew what was going on and that's why it could be that the New York probate court recognized the eleven rascals as legal heirs. What also supports this option is that the gurus were then appointed GBCs themselves, and the gurus monitored themselves.
Thus the GBC was the new owner of global ISKCON. A blatant breach of separation of powers. Prabhupada wanted temples to be owned by the local temple charities with an elected board of directors. Yep, conduct a public survey on any city street anywhere in the world. How many ordinary people walking down the street think a homosexual and pedophile Satanic mass child abuse / pedophile worshiping cult is -- the golden body of God? OK it is ONLY these guys, the small amount of the cult members -- and their allies -- who think this odious out cropping is the golden body of God, while nearly cent percent of the people outside the cult think -- this is a dangerous deviation, an offense to God, a hazard to children, and could be fatal for dissenters.

We don't really see the legal signers on ISKCON's managerial boards making public complaints about these issues. Then again, many ISKCON properties are operating under another charity name, so it is hard to tell what is actually legal ISKCON these days.
But yes, you are correct -- the people and properties that Windle Turley sued are not and were not any longer ISKCON, because they do not follow the original aim and object of ISKCON. The institution has been hijacked. Whether the leaders used some inheritance clause / legal tricks, or plain old "crooked and illegal" tricks, they conquered the assets and took over the bricks and stones.
And then they kicked nearly everyone out so they could make a Hindu deity showing business out of the buildings, and force everyone remaining to worship their Satanic predator guru's process. Thus, suing this operation is not suing ISKCON, as ISKCON has been long gone from this operation since 1978.
So that means the GBC and their allies, which includes these compromised IRM style reformers, have been in illusion. They think that the worship of illicit sex with men, women and children / predators / and / or Satanic homosexual pedophile guru cults etc. -- are the same as -- the golden body of God, and therefore should not be sued, because they have lost their spiritual vision, if they ever had any.
And meanwhile, even the mundane materialist people know -- full well -- that Satanic child abuse cults are not authorized by God, nor are they the golden body of God. They are at best, the stinky stool bags body of Satanic beings. "There are none so blind as those who refuse to see." And all of the pedophile messiah's cult hangers on and sycophants like Alachua ISKCON, Adi Karta, Rucira, Aniha, Krishna Kirti, Brahma Tirtha, Krishna Kshetra swami etc. have enabled all of the above by being its defenders and cheer leaders. And yeah, that means they have the blood of thousands of their victim citizens on their hands.
In sum, the anal reconstructive surgery epidemic messiah's club was caused by -- all of the above -- and they are all conjointly responsible for the mass abuse, and the take over of the properties of ISKCON, because they participated or enabled it.

Sulochana said these people are not advanced enough to worship a bucket of dog stools, because a bucket of dog stools will not ban, beat, molest, sue and kill Vaishnavas, but the good news is that in the future they will take another birth and become advanced enough to worship a bucket of dog stools because their consciousness will eventually become more elevated after many future births and deaths.
The property take over was only possible by the leaders and their assistant enablers, sycophants, and various compromisers, and fools who kept saying that their molester messiah's project is "the golden body of God." And that aided and abetted handing off the properties to the leaders of this process.
In sum, people who cannot distinguish pedophile cults from "the golden body of God," are in illusion, and no small amount of it. And yeah, that is why these people often complain that PADA is destroying their golden body of God, which is actually their concocted pedophile pooja worship and mass child abuse in reality. It was He only who withdrew the duration of life from everyone and who, in the battlefield, withdrew the speculative power and strength of enthusiasm from the great military phalanx made by the Kauravas, headed by Bhīṣma, Karṇa, Droṇa, Śalya, etc. Their arrangement was expert and more than adequate, but He [Lord Śrī Kṛṣṇa], while going forward, did all this.

The Absolute Personality of Godhead, Lord Śrī Kṛṣṇa, expands Himself by His plenary Paramātmā portion in everyone’s heart, and thus He directs everyone in the matter of recollection, forgetfulness, knowledge, the absence of intelligence and all psychological activities (Bg. 15.15). As the Supreme Lord, He can increase or decrease the duration of life of a living being. Thus the Lord conducted the Battle of Kurukṣetra according to His own plan. He wanted that battle to establish Yudhiṣṭhira as the Emperor of this planet, and to facilitate this transcendental business He killed all who were on the opposite party by His omnipotent will.
The other party was equipped with all military strength supported by big generals like Bhīṣma, Droṇa and Śalya, and it would have been physically impossible for Arjuna to win the battle had the Lord not helped him by every kind of tactic. Such tactics are generally followed by every statesman, even in modern warfare, but they are all done materially by powerful espionages, military tactics and diplomatic maneuvers. But because Arjuna was the Lord’s affectionate devotee, the Lord did all this Himself without personal anxiety by Arjuna. That is the way of the devotional service to the Lord.

PADA: For starters, most of the children victims were coerced into silence by not having their mistreatment reported to the legal authorities. When I was helping victims sign up for the lawsuit, a number of parents were shouting in my face -- why was I "destroying ISKCON" etc. Imagine what they told their kids?
ReplyDeleteAnd one of the parents told me -- if his kid signs up -- he will disown the child for life. So he wanted me to discourage his kid from signing up to save the mother church -- of molester messiahs.
Thus, what is coerced and not coerced -- is hard to tell in this situation, where children victims -- at the very least -- are discouraged from making negative complaints, especially in any form of open or public manner. In other words, the complaints of the victims are often and generally -- not -- made the priority. Rather -- we find leaders like Bhakti Vikas swami -- and so on -- saying we need to be merciful to the -- victimizers.
The victims are way down the totem pole of priority. In sum, I believe a lot of victims have been coerced, oppressed and pressured into withdrawing, and that is producing a lot of psychological damage to these victims. In the regular world this is called "suffering in silence." Even recently a victim who was victimized by a GBC guru told me, they were going to go public, but decided it would be -- ruining what little social life they have.
There is a lot of pressure, to -- suffer in silence. I think we need to understand how victims are coerced or not coerced in the first place. ys pd
