PADA: This one posting of a series of "Krishna for kids" has been viewed 6 million times, but it is posted on other youtube sites where it also has millions and millions of views. Never mind this was on India TV with millions and millions of views. Now some of the people like Krishna Kanta [IRM] said -- this children's video idea is bogus.
OK fine, except we had Krishna puppet shows for kids when Srila Prabhupada was here, and no one complained that the puppets did not look realistic. In other words, you need to make kid friendly materials for kids. Meanwhile, he has made zero anything for kids.
This was the same problem we had with Dayalu Nitai and the Hare Krishna Community [HKC] Jaipur. They said we should not make things for these kids like these videos. OK except millions of kids have enjoyed these and they claim it helped them learn about Krishna early on, and so now they want to continue. I also know some very elderly devotees who were leaving their bodies -- and they were watching these videos even at the last stage of their lives, because it is a nice and simple summary of Krishna's pastimes.
Of course the HKC Jaipur folks were infuriated that we had the GBC sued for child molesting. They also sided with the IRM -- who said that we should not bring out the poison issue. Oh yeah, we should not sue the BBTI for the original books. Lets be nice guys!
And they were also infuriated that Bangalore went all the way to Supreme Court to submit Srila Prabhupada's documents like the July 9th letter into court. We should make no legal court record of Srila Prabhupada's documents? OK that benefits the molester messiah's project and no one else. And we should not make materials for children either, which helps -- whom?
Boo hoo! Why are we engaging in lawsuits with the GBC? They complained, that will simply antagonize the GBC. And the HKC folks [like Kamsahanta] began to cite the IRM argument that lawsuits are not a good idea. We have to be nice to the GBC and "negotiate a deal" with them. Yep, just like Krishna was "making nice deals" with Kamsa!
OK so we should allow children to be molested, and to take their lives after being abused, and we should not confront the GBC in court, so the IRM / HKC Jaipur folks like Kamsahanta can "negotiate a deal with the GBC." OK but they never negotiated anything. Ever.
Sorry, we need to make our own materials for children. I have personally seen little kids watching these videos and enjoying them immensely, and demanding to see them again the next day.
And yes, unfortunately we have to confront evil doers, even if that means going to court. If anything, most people have wondered why all of us did not confront them more forcefully a long time ago. Sorry, we should make our own preaching for kids and not wait for the GBC or the IRM to do it, they cannot do anything like this, and don't and won't.
And we should confront a pedophile messiah's program in court if we can, because allowing and enabling a pedophile messiah's cult in Krishna's name implicates us for acquiescing. And acquiescing implicates us in the karma, which is perhaps one reason there is a cancer epidemic going on in the Krishna community. Just saying!

PADA: It is not as innocent as turning a blind eye. As soon as we reported there is a child mistreatment program, we were banned, exiled, chased with bats, our friends were sued and some of them were taken out. And we only survived because the Federal Authorities were tapping their phones and they intercepted the three enforcers they sent to get me.
That is why we told the Feds, they are -- the cult enforced ritualistic worship of predators as messiahs. Notice, the word enforced. "Enforced" is not turning a blind eye.

The root of the problem is Administrative Rot. In legal analysis (constitutional law), this type of maladministration is unstoppable when there are no systems of Checks and Balances in place to check the power of any organisation, committee or person.
"Absolute power corrupts absolutely" - this is taught to all who study Dicey's invention of Democracy. It is based on The Separation of Powers.
What are these Powers that rulers have?
A. The power to make laws
B. The power to enforce laws
C. The power to adjudicate and decide if a law has been broken or not.
If any one person or organisation gets more than one of these powers in their control, then corruption will result, given the inherent tendency of humans to yield to temptation and commit sin.
If you think about it, you can see truth in it... Let us say I can make a law by defining it. Then I go and catch someone whom I think broke the law. But if that person proves their actions were outside the definition of the law, then I could change the law and still trap the person. If a policeman struggles hard to catch a criminal, he sincerely believes that person to be guilty. But if the policeman himself acts as judge, the victim probably won't get a fair trial.
Even if he does get a fair trial, he will not feel it was fair because the policeman who arrested him has a bias, wanting to be proved correct in having made that arrest. Thus it is said that "Justice must not only Be Done, but it must also Be SEEN To Be Done, such that no one can cast doubt upon the fairness of the trial and it's outcome. Only this guarantees justice to one and all.
So in Dicey's theory of Democracy, there must be total separation of these powers as follows:-
Making the law can only be done by Parliament whose members are to be elected by the citizens.
Enforcing the law is done only by the Police Department.
Adjudicating to decide if a law has indeed been broken, then meting out due punishment is done only by the Justice Department.
And these three must be separate and independent of each other.

When we are educated to understand that we all collectively, the global followers of Srila Prabhupada, are the very powerful Beneficiaries of the wealthy and spiritually powerful BBT (Original)! And we have the power to kick out Trustees when it is proven they have acted against the interest of the Trust.

PADA: Yes, prabhu, Kamsahanta and the IRM said we should not attack the GBC legally, and there should be no -- BBTI case, no molesting case, and no poison case -- because "we are going to make a deal with Jayapataka and Hrdayananda." And PADA should retire to the Caribbean where the GBC will pay for me to take a vacation and quit writing.
Then Kamsahanta went to Jaipur and got all the HKC Jaipur people into these ideas. They even said Bangalore is bogus for making a legal challenge to the GBC, and submitting Prabhupada's documents into court, because "this is antagonizing the GBC."
