PADA: Yep, even the sudras had to help me sue the GBC for $400,000,000 for child mistreatment, because they have a higher moral code. Correct. This is the same problem we had with the Sanat / Mukunda / Prahlad Das (Paul coats) / Pancali / Krishna Kirtan / Dayalu nitai's HKC Jaipur guys. 

As soon as they found out their Jimmy Savile / Horror Movie / Chester the Molester messiahs project leaders might not be able to afford to latest Apple Air Laptops, because PADA was helping suing their molester messiahs project, they were infuriated that Jimmy Savile's new Rolls Royce and Cuban cigars might not be affordable anymore. 

Oh no! Jimmy Savile will only have a Cadilac Escalade and not a Rolls Royce! Meanwhile, their victims were taking their lives. In other words, their program only works by standing on the skulls of their children victims. And Bhakta Peter tells me that their cheer leading children taking their lives is how they "care deeply for children." No, you care deeply about dollars. You are Kali Gold worshipers, Kali chelas.

Krsna Dasa: So you were one who sued the GBC / ISKCON for child abuse. I remember, all the centers, big, small, were sent notices to contribute money to settle the case. Iskcon basically scraped the bottom of the barrel to come up with the money. All those book distributors who worked hard day and night, all that money was sent to settle the gurukuli's case.

RP: Krsna Dasa, then child mistreatment should have been avoided in the first place. It is ISKCON's duty for compensation if anything negative was done under their premise ... so don't question when you are on the mistake side.

PADA: Krsna Dasa yes and the epidemic of victims taking their lives was curtailed, and hundreds of kids were taken out of their system, saving future victims. And some of the homeless ex-students got a little money to buy a car etc. The book distributors should have demanded the resignations of the leaders who created this mess. Ys pd

Krsna Dasa: So you mean that, you went to court, so that ISKCON will negotiate with you a payoff? So you going to court had nothing to do with you fighting the case so that the proceedings will eventually culminate in incarceration of the perpetrators / culprits. Your going to the court was not the purpose that by proving the case, that would LEGALLY put an end to the unjust gurukul system?

PADA: I was working as a security guard in Los Angeles at the time and therefore, yes I have had no influence on India's courts and justices system, and getting them to arrest Jayapataka and his molester empire in India. But I never said I had influence over the justice system in India? 

Your going to court was, so that Iskcon will pay you off, and hopefully pray that all the turmoil and suffering caused by the case to iskcon and its devotees will have a chain reaction so that the gurukuls will stop and by that maybe it will cause some change. Lol ha ha ha. What you have actually done is caused karmic reaction for your self. Goood luck with that, coz it will take many many lifetimes for that to cease.

PADA: Krsna Dasa Yes I saved at least some victims from taking their lives, they would not be here now without my help. And hundreds of kids were pulled from their schools, which saved them. And even after the lawsuit -- the still GBC kept Bhakti Vidya Purna there in Mayapur, and kids were STILL being severely mistreated even after the lawsuit. 

Which means we had to get those kids pulled out, and thanks to us, some were. I told Jayapataka that there was a child mistreatment problem and he kicked me out in 1979. Yes I agree, JPS should be arrested. But India is corrupt and we had to do something here at least. 

I have not ability to conduct any legal effort in India, I was a security guard at the time with little money, and I still have no legal access in India now. Someone in India needs to sue JPS for creating that regime. I cannot stop the whole ISKCON injustice process in India, but I did save whom I could. 

It seems you are sitting around counting dollars, as people are ending their existence here after being victims. ys pd

MD [Ireland]: Had to leave ISKCON for another sampradaya. 

Washing the feet of conditioned souls. I have experienced this scenario many times and it is simply mind boggling to experience this spectacle. This process belongs to a rare paramahama, not a self made or rubber stamped guru. It would appear that devotion and relationship are packed into a group belief system. 

The real tragedy is the thousands of sincere disciples and followers who look towards an institutional Guru for spiritual shelter and genuine leadership in the belief that he can deliver. And when it becomes obvious that he can't, it breaks down one's initial enthusiasm. So many lives end in devastation due to this cheating process that both parties are willing to participate in. After spending many years in a like minded religious personality cult? I find the psychology fascinating while at the same time unfortunately despairing.
