AD: I can't stand lying. So I'm calling out Badrinarayana Swami, who recently complained in an email thread about receiving "too many emails on child protection." He said he doesn't have enough 'bandwidth' for them. Poor baby.

PADA: Yeah, Badri never liked PADA because we were exposing the many scandals including mass child abuse in his "guru system."

My reply:

Hare Krishna Badrinarayana Swami:

You supported the cover-up of Lokanatha’s Swami child abuse when he abused that little girl, stating -- more than once, in writing, “I want to see Lokanath Maharaja off the hook” (https://lokanath.net/gbc-minimized-details-in-official...).

PADA: Yes, Badri likes to see little children worship his pedophile messiahs project folks, so he can contaminate these children by forcing them to be offering their lives to pedo-pooja. And in this way Badi has destroyed the lives of tens of thousands of children by mis-directing their spiritual guru affection. Yeah, lets get children to worship pedos as their messiahs, that will fix the world! And take the world to hell in a handbasket, as he has done.

Recently—as written in the North American Leadership Council statement of May 2021—you apparently were the only North American leader who refused to sign the document in favor of restricting Lokanath Swami’s visits to America. Your “reason" for not signing it was that you allegedly chose to [instead] "personally write to Lokanatha Swami and urge him to resign” (https://lokanath.net/gbc-minimized-details-in-official.../).

Did you write to Lokanatha Swami at all, Maharaja? If you did write to him, why is it that on July 9th 2021, the speaker in the following video said, “Badrinarayana Maharaja—it is very clear—is supporting [Lokanatha Swami]” (https://youtu.be/iwVFyHMC7Nw?t=9125)?

Is this devotee lying?

Could it be that you changed your mind between May and July 2021? Or could it be that in order to keep your prestige and power, you tried to make everyone in Iskcon North America believe that you were going to “personally urge Lokanatha Swami to resign” when in fact, behind doors, you were supporting the child abuser all along, so much so that you could not bring yourself to sign that May 2021 Leadership Council statement (but assumed, in error, that everyone would buy your story)?

How true is the Mahabharata statement, “Protect Dharma, and Dharma will protect you; hurt Dharma, and Dharma will hurt you?"

Furthermore (as if the above is already not enough to have you removed from all managerial responsibilities), your name, in black and white, is written on the forever-condemned, ‘Anirdesya Vapu Abuse Black List.’ This list, which will go down in Iskcon history, consists of GBC members who did little to nothing (read nothing) when notified via official written statements, at least five times (or was it eight times?) about Anirdesya Vapu’s crimes in Iskcon Mayapur.

PADA: Yep, people have said that Mayapur is the capital city of child exploiting, and Badri is a big fan of the Mayapur project and its leaders like Jayapataka, who is the de facto guru of Los Angeles. And JPS is also the leader of the mass molesting project in Mayapur, which is why Badri has JPS being worshiped in LA as the messiah of the jagat. 

Coming to the thrust of my letter: You speak of “limited bandwidth.”

Interesting.

Do these above mentioned facts, about you, create any dissonance in your moral bandwidth, Maharaja?

I leave you with three unwarranted suggestions:

1) How about you first of all stop actively supporting a child abuser being in a leadership [guru] position (and lying to your very peers in North America) before complaining about a few, too many emails in your inbox?

2) If you do not have the 'bandwidth' to ensure the protection of children, then—as a duty-bound GBC— why don’t you find someone with sufficient bandwidth to get the job done?

3) How about you resign, today?

PADA: Oh oh, the gurus and the advisors to the gurus like Basu Ghosh are fighting again. As a number of people have noted, women cannot be gurus, but men who have been engaged in illicit sex with men, women and children have been their gurus. What kind of message is that? 

Of course PADA is not advocating women gurus, because they will face the same problems as the men -- they will be overcome by taking sins from followers and so on. However, they would probably do a better job to protect children than these men have done.

Dear Maharajas and Prabhus,

Further to my message in this regard:

1. Some devotees found difficulty hearing the audio of my lecture at the link I supplied. I was able to download the same and convert it to an MP3 file, that I am attaching to this. I checked the file quality and it is good.

2. Copying below this letters from the NA leadership to me, sent to me by the GBC EC. Let me state that I appreciate the efforts taken by the GBC EC so far in this regard, but am sorry to report that as I mentioned in my letter of yesterday that their charges are motivated by my opposition to the introduction of FDGs in ISKCON, and to win that argument the are doing their darndest to "paint me black", i.e. give me a bad name.

To all those who read this: I will NOT be sending a letter to the Delaware congregation as demanded by the NA leadership "for my insensitive remarks".

The reason is that the remarks were NOT "insensitive". In fact, if you hear carefully the lecture, you will all come to know that I was in fact very sensitive when a lady hearing me during the Q & A said, "this is making me feel bad". A careful hearing the lecture will bear out that I was not in any way offensive.

My feeling is that action ought to be taken against those -- however "high and mighty" they feel themselves -- who have from the outset meted out arbitrary justice without a hearing, and to those who have supported this kangaroo court, i.e. the entire NA leadership who did NOT do "due diligence" by hearing my lecture and the Q & A session in earnest. Because if they had, they would have to conclude that I am absolutely not guilty as charged by them.

You will notice that I am not attaching files that were attached by the NA leaders in their letter of September 5, 2023, that is copied below this. Those who wish to read those attachments may personally message me and I will send them across.

Thanks for taking the time and trouble to do "due diligence" by hearing what I spoke and for your comments and suggestions in light of this audio.

Dear Basu Ghosh Prabhu:

Please accept our humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.

We would like to resolve the tension between you and the North American leadership. We are reminded of Srila Prabhupada’s analogy of the sons
fighting with each other and in the process hurting the father. It would be so much better if we could all bend a little and thus settle this matter amicably.

As a gesture towards reconciliation, we are willing to lift the restriction on your speaking in ISKCON temples and at ISKCON events in North America. All we ask in exchange is that you avoid the following when speaking in North America:

1. Misrepresenting the decisions of the international GBC

2. Speaking publicly against the decision of the international and or the North American GBC.

3. Advocating for an East / West split in ISKCON

4. Speaking against settled decisions by the Child Protection Office and special committees commissioned by the international GBC.

5. Broadcasting / circulating anti-Muslim material

6. Presenting a one-sided view on the role of women in society and of Vaisnavis in ISKCON. 

7. Minimizing the position of Srila Prabhupada's teaching and example.

8. Turning people against or away from ISKCON, and ISKCON North America, in classes.

9. Presenting that “the highest authority for ISKCON members is Vedic literature, not Srila Prabhupada”

For examples of your doing the above, please see the attached material.

But rather than wrangle back and forth, let us follow the advice of Srila Bhaktivinode and let what is in the past sleep. Let us start afresh with our lifting the current restriction on your speaking at ISKCON temples and events in North America. In exchange, all we ask is that you agree to avoid comments like those pointed out above. This simple and mutually respectful understanding will allow us all to focus our time and energy on what matters the most, spreading Krishna consciousness to every town and village.
