Whereas, the ISKCON India ICC has taken cognizance of objections to the participation of Lokanath Swami at the upcoming ILS at Mayapur 2023,
Whereas, it has been documented that there have been premeditated, long term unprincipled and repeated attacks on the character and integrity of Lokanath Swami by Anuttama Das in particular, Malati Devi Dasi, and others in the North American leadership,
[PADA: Wrong. The person who originally "attacked the character of Lokanath swami" was a then 11 years old female child from a nice Hindu family who complained Lokanath swami was repeatedly touching her "privates area." She is not a member of the GBC or any official ISKCON body and never was. The victim's family was then promised by the GBC that Lokanath swami would never hold a post of authority, and the promise is not being upheld. Instead, the GBC began promoting Lokanath as the guru successor to God, and equal to Jesus.
To imply this girl victim or her advocates are somehow connected to members of the NA GBC is more abuse to the victim, they are making up more lies to cover up their previous lies. The victim, and her advocates, have no connection to the NA GBC, and never did.]
Whereas, it is obvious to the ICC that Anuttama Das and Malati Devi Dasi, and others have by their actions rejected all of the past and present GBC decisions regarding Lokanath Swami, all of which have cleared him of child abuse in 1990, three times now, Whereas, the ICC has serious concerns about some of the proposed seminar topics at the upcoming ILS,
Whereas, it is obvious to the ICC that Anuttama Das and Malati Devi Dasi, and others have by their actions rejected all of the past and present GBC decisions regarding Lokanath Swami, all of which have cleared him of child abuse in 1990, three times now, Whereas, the ICC has serious concerns about some of the proposed seminar topics at the upcoming ILS,

The family of the victim is disgusted that Lokanath has been promoted as a guru, and so are all the other people who are advocates for ISKCON's numerous child abuse victims. Lokanath's program has incidently made thousands of other children abuse victims, his female victim is merely one example of many victims of Lokanath's child abuse program, which has also starved, beaten, molested and abused many other children in horrific ways.]
Therefore, it is resolved:
1. That the ICC feels very strongly that there are no grounds whatsoever for
any prohibition on Lokanath Swami’s participation in the 2023 ILS and all other ISKCON activities at Mayapur and throughout India and wherever he is invited, worldwide.
2. The ICC appeals to the GBC that punitive action be taken against GBC members Anuttama Das and Malati Devi Dasi for their actions of continuous attacking and harassing Lokanath Swami, as documented and for ignoring the GBC decisions about Lokanath Swami.
3. The ICC has chosen representatives to the ILS presentation agenda committee. We wish to express the hope that any objections they make to presentations at the ILS must be accepted.

I'm a Mayapur resident. I don't feel safe enough to write my name down, I hope that this doesn't take away the credibility.
The level of neglect towards children and women in our ISKCON society is astonishing. And even more astonishing is the response from our so called leaders, which is NONE!!!
After multiple cpt reports stating the abuse contacted by people like ex Bhakti Vidya Purna, Satadhanya and Bhavananda, they still managed to be at the centre of many events and programs.
Why did no one take these reports seriously? Where were all the other leaders and seniors? Did no one care for the children? Is it easier to look the other way than to take action?
Their silence enabled them to continue to abuse others.
And now they walk among us ... like nothing happened. Like they didn't rape, manipulate and beat dozens of children. WHAT KIND OF EXAMPLE ARE WE SETTING? Please come to Mayapur Dham; we grow and harvest all kind of abusers here, in the name of compassion and forgiveness.
I understand that this is Kaliyuga, the Sinister Society has infiltrated the movement and demoniac behaviour is not something we can avoid 100%... but do we need to welcome them with chandan and garlands????
ILS meetings are going to start in a couple of weeks here in Mayapur Dham, the INTERNATIONAL LEADERSHIP SEMINARS, why is there no course on child protection, women protection, family structure?? Shouldn't that be the main theme of this year's event? Should it be at the top of our priorities at the moment?
What needs to happen in order to make it an important matter? What are "Our leaders and managers" so busy with? What's more important that the rotting apple in our home? Why do we need more devotees if we can not take care of the ones we already have? Why not invest in what is already there?
WHY THE CONTINUOUS NEGLECT?
And, no I'm not interested in "yeah, but this is happening everywhere". Ok, it's happening, it's Kaliyuga, but why the neglection and purposely blindness and deafness?? Why so much silence?
It's not about being perfect, that's not what anyone is expecting. It's about accepting that they did fail the children, and continue to do so it they keep silence. JUST APOLOGISE and acknowledge that you could have done better, break the vicious cycle of abuse. Atone for those mistakes. Imagine the HELLS awaiting you for the abuse and neglect of innocent children and women (and devotees in general, becomes those children have family and friends that are also affected).
Imagine what kind of suffering you will go through in the next lives, everything that you did will be done to you. Shame on everyone looking the other way.
Don't we want to please Srila Prabhupada and Krsna? Would he be pleased by this attitude?
Let us all stand up together.
Let us educate ourselves.
Let us protect our KC family.
Let us reenforce our gates.
Let us empower our guards.
If we believe in the next life then we should understand that ignoring this issue will not make it go away, but instead it will keep repeating itself. Abused becomes abuser. And then life after life. MD: This sounds like some sort of weird "affirmation mantra" class gone wrong. Do Lokanath and his band of clones think ... all they have to do every day for 50 years is chant "pedophiles are Krishna's successors," and that will force Krishna to make it so happen? This will never happen. Why don't they know that already. They are trying to force their idea, pedophiles are Krishna's successors, but as we all know, Krishna is not very favorable to people who want to force Him to support their deviations.
I would have to say, no amount of chanting "pedophiles are Krishna's successors" will ever make Krishna support that. Forever. They are fighting a losing battle. The fact of reality is always going to remain, pedophiles are not Krishna's successors. This will never be established widely, it will always remain a small ... and dangerous ... cult.
I feel bad for the person in Mayapur. I would not want my name mentioned if I was there either. It is a very dangerous place for anyone who is against "pedophiles are Krishna's successors." They are simply a bunch of pedophile worshiping gangsters. And the only reason their pedophile gurus are operating at all, it is because they are a violent group of thugs who are making people fearful of protesting. They are not basic moral and saintly people, never mind not gurus. These ICC people are another group of corrupt pedophile worshiping thugs, that is all they are, and ever will be.
I can chant every day for 50 years, the sun is lime green. That will not make the sun lime green, even if I chant that for fifty billion years. They do not know how basic laws of Krishna are working.

We know what they will not know for the next two million years, and that infuriates them. They think men having oral sex with boys is the highest mediation and samadhi in the universe.

I notice they never go after the Gaudiya Matha people, Narayan people, Jadurani people, or other bogus guru people. Birds of a feather.
That is because they are like minded. The only REAL enemy of their group is us -- anyone who worships Srila Prabhupada. We have to be removed from the planet. They cannot have anyone worshiping Srila Prabhupada, that is very dangerous for these pedo worshipers, they have to stomp us out.
And if we are not careful, they will.
I saw where Narayan swami was saying no one should ever accept worship of pure devotees like the ritvik idea, because why? Then his favorite pedos would not be sitting on Vyasa seats getting worshiped as good as God.
These pedo worshipers are actually very violent and heavy people, on no account can anyone worship pure devotees, that is dangerous poison for these pedo lovers. We have them around here, as soon as they find out you are not a pedo worshiper like them, you are shunned and given mean stares. They have been trained to do that by the leaders, but they also have to be responsible for taking bad advice. I cannot image how they will do in the next life, pedo worship is worse than karmis IMHO. At least karmi schools can watch our children without me worrying about their welfare.
