About Crimes by ISKCON Leaders

(For conversation, start reading after solution No.4)

To all devotees of ISKCON,

Please accept my well wishes for your advancement in your daily spiritual life.
The root cause of rampant crimes in ISKCON is due to the misunderstanding of Srila Prabhupada books. The following 4 solutions as under:

Solution No.1:

One of the first solution is 100% correct understanding of Srila Prabhupada Books. To this end, I have developed a course of "Bhakti Metrics", which will give 100% correct understanding of Srila Prabhupada books. First of all, this course has to be taught to all gurus, GBC, Bureau Members and all temple presidents and other college youth preachers. If anyone is interested, you can invite me to your local center of ISKCON, I will conduct seminar “FREE of COST”.

If any ISKCON leader or GBC member stops you to go through this course, you can inform me by mail, I will talk to the GBC and convince them.

Solution No.2:

The second solution is to get trained in basic understanding of crimes given in Indian Penal Code. To this end also, I prepared a course, which I can offer you at FREE of COST by Invitation from local temple.

Solution No.3:

To post in Social media and to file police complaint about the crimes committed by ISKCON leaders and send them to jail. I am a bit hesitant to do this, because the anti-Hindu organizations will take undue advantage.

PADA: That is the same argument that many ISKCON folks, GBC folks, and their allies like Sanat, Mukunda, Prahlad, HKC Jaipur etc. tell PADA. Well jeepers prabhu WE will OUR buildings. OK. But they are not your buildings, nor are they the GBC's buildings, everything belongs to Krishna. 

We cannot allow brahmana devotees, women, children and cows to be mistreated to save "buildings." Great, you saved a building, and meanwhile you made thousands of Vaisnavas suffer, and made the religion look foolish -- if not criminal -- to the general public. Now you have a discredited religion, many critics and haters of your own making, and empty buildings, same as the Gaudiya Matha. How is that beneficial?  

However, remember that, ISKCON is bigger than its leaders, but “mission of ISKCON” (teachings of Bhagavad Gita by Srila Prabhupada) is bigger than ISKCON. It means, the legal action can be taken against ISKCON, in spite of bad reputation. Main thing is to protect mission of ISKCON, not the institution of ISKCON.

So, the next step is to post in social media. Please give your votes / opinions through mail (tirtha.raja.108@gmail.com), or through my mobile number, 7981 779 760. Based on all of your opinions collectively, I will take the decision of posting in social media and filing police complaint. If our leaders and managers want police, I will file writ petition in Supreme Court of India.

Solution No.4: Discussions with GBC ISKCON

If GBC wants to avoid the Solution No.3, they should immediately form a committee with the following young people or any other young person’s whomever GBC wants. Immediately, the young blood should be brought into GBC.

· Gauranga das, Tapan Misra das, Radheshyam das, Chaitanya Charan, Kamal lochana das, Gauranga darshan das, Gaura Gopala das and other young people will be selected based on interviews.

PADA: Problem is -- some of these guys have distorted ideas of the guru succession, the parampara system, standards and integrity of Krishna's successors etc. 

· All old leaders like Gopala Krishna swami, Radhanath swami, Jayapataka swami, Bhanu swami, Bhakti Rasamruta swami, Revati Ramana das, Devaki Nandan das, Lokanath swami, Sankhadhari das, Bhakti purushottama swami, Basughosh das, Anuttama das, Braja Hari Prabhu, (and other names will be mentioned later), should immediately resign from your posts and go to Himalayas and meditate there. 

PADA: Well yes, that would be a good start.

Now and then we all will come and take darshan of you and we will report about ISKCON progress. If you don’t want to resign, I will certainly will find out the alternative very soon. Please don’t get worried about ISKCON, I am here guarding and guiding ISKCON with the help of 100% correct understanding of Srila Prabhupada books.

Respected Madam,

1) This is to bring to your notice that, I am donor and life member of ISKCON since 20 years. I am the eye witness of Cows mistreatment in ISKCON Mayapur Goshala. I am submitting the evidence of doctor report along with this mail (Above reference No.1).

2) I am not against ISKCON, but, I am against the promotion of crimes by ISKCON leaders. Please make sure that this letter should not be misused by anti-Hindu organizations.

3) The reality is that, the crimes against cows, children, money laundering, swallowing public money, and trapping married women are very common in ISKCON. Brains of ISKCON are used in very highly sophisticated manner to cover up and hide these crimes from the public and government; However, not even single leader of ISKCON is using his brain how to stop and abolish the crimes by ISKCON.

4) Further the ISKCON leaders are protecting the criminals inside their organization by not reporting the crimes to the local police station. In this context, one very important legal point I would like to share with you is under.

5) All the ISKCON leaders are legally obligated to report crimes inside their organization to local police station as per Section 9 of the RELIGIOUS INSTITUTIONS ACT, 1988; Any Violation of this legal obligation attracts the punishment of 6 months under section 176 IPC. For your reference, I am producing the legal provision as under,

Section 9. Certain persons bound to give information to police.—Every manager or other employee of a religious institution shall be bound to give information to the officer incharge of the police station within whose local jurisdiction the religious institution is situate of any contravention or any impending contravention of the provisions of this Act and any failure to do so shall be punishable under section 176 of the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860).

6) I collected all the evidence by giving advertisement among ISKCON followers. Every month, I receive many calls & mails pouring their grievance of how they are victims of criminal negligence of the incompetent ISKCON leaders.

7) As a well-wisher of ISKCON organization, several notices have been sent to ISKCON leaders requesting them to report crimes to local police station and to bring reforms in ISKCON. However, they are grossly disobedient and neglectful about their legal duties.

8) Before releasing this to Social Media and police, I thought I would seek your guidance so that under your able guidance some mediation may take place to stop crimes in ISKCON, before giving police complaint.

9) In the interest and welfare of public and ISKCON community, I humbly seek your valuable guidance and interference to stop the crimes inside ISKCON temples and protect this great organization established by its founder Srila Prabhupada.
