PADA: Mayesvara says that despite it was known Cadmium is poisonous as early as 1865, there is no proof anyone used it to intentionally poison another person before 1976. OK except, there was no real technique available to check for Cadmium poison for a long time, and special tests are required even now or it won't be discovered.
How do we know for sure it was never used maliciously against anyone? And unless, special tests are made now, how do we even know about people using it now, and it is not detected? Mayesvara knows for sure Cadmium was never used to intentionally poison people before 1976 because -- why? He never cites any studies or proofs.
