Legal Considerations of Lokanath Swami (Raghunath Patil) Pedophile Case

[PADA: Oh oh! There is evidently a law that any clergy person has to submit any information he finds about crimes going on from within his congregation members or staff -- to the police. That would make a whole lot of ISKCON GBC's / gurus implicated in violation of this process. That potentially means, if a legal case against Lokanath is lodged, his enablers and cover ups might also be implicated legally.

Anyway, it looks like there may in fact be a legal recourse to having Lokanath swami prosecuted. If so, we would be more than happy to assist with any potential court process.

Notice that Lokanath swami is being compared to the literary incarnation of Krishna aka Srila Vyasadeva in the GBC's ISKCON India. Wow! Pedophiles are fit to be worshiped as good as Vyasadeva, the literary incarnation of Krishna? Sheesh pilgrims!

I am super glad NOT be be part of the "India scholarly" group in GBC's India ISKCON. Some of the GBC's folks have complained -- PADA's editor drinks Vodka, take drugs and chases women. Hee hee, well that may or may not be, but I don't think pedophiles and debauchees are God's successors! At least I was saved from that horrendous aparadha, whatever else defects I possess!

It almost seems like a curse to be under the "scholarly ISKCON India SAC" jurisdiction. Yep, bring along your kiddies, we have a nice pedophile for your kids to worship -- as good as the literary incarnation of God! It is a curse to be any part or accomplice party to their horrendous deviation. Oh heck no pilgrims!

Notice that Lokanath specifically says we should not follow the ritvik process of worship of the pure devotee. Yep! Why have your kids worship pure devotees, when we can instead force the GBC's ISKCON's kids to worship their wonderful "guru lineage" of -- homosexuals, pedophiles, sexual predators, illicit sex with men, women and children, children p*ssy grabbers, and maybe -- sex with cats -- as the kid's messiahs! Oh my, I really do need to take my percodans now!

"Third Degree Sexual Assault

Between 3 and 5 years prison sentence
Up to $15,000 fine
Sex Offender Registry (Section: 2C:7)

Those convicted of a sexually-based offense in New Jersey, such as sexual assault, aggravated criminal sexual contact, or kidnapping, may be required to register as a sex offender. Those who fail to comply may face a separate criminal charge of the third degree. The Division of State Police makes this list of offenders available online for purposes of public safety.

This process was a requirement according to Megan's Law. This was a law enacted in 1994 that established a sex offender registration and community notification program. The offenders are categorized according to the severity of the offense committed and their likelihood to offend again. The offenders may be classified as low, moderate, or high risk."

The State of New Jersey Attorney General’s Office was contacted. The Attorney General’s representative said about this case: there is a possibility that if this case was tried, that Raghunath Patil (Lokanath Swami) could be extradited from India to the United States.

[PADA: Yep, file a police complaint, take it to the media, and have the police and media guys give me a call. Who ya gonna call? Guru-busters! Hee hee. ys pd]
