PADA: Thanks for your question prabhu. Yes, the Dayalu Nitai HKC Jaipur / Mathura Pati / Prabhupadanugas EU folks are very upset with PADA because I refused to join them in promoting Bhakta das, a cheer leader of Saint Radhanath. Did I forget to mention it is alleged Saint Radhanath's fingerprints are on the money bills found on Sulochana's killer? 

Yeah why would I help them promote a homosexual and pedophile guru -- [+ dissenter murdering] -- program's cheer leader. Worse, they began to cite Hari Sauri that me and Sulochana are drunks and sahajiyas. Wow, they also joined in the identical complaints Kirtanananda was making against us, to make us targets for murder. 

Then they began to cite Naranarayan Visvakarma -- a serial women beater, raper and cradle robber -- stealing a young woman from ISKCON when he was nearly 70 and in very bad health. 

And NNV is the guy who told me my opposing his favorite Auschwitz for kids program is "destroying the golden body of ISKCON." OK Auschwitz for kids is not God's golden body -- in case no one at HKC Jaipur has noticed.  

Then they complained I am "not cooperating" with their agenda, and thus with them. OK they never wrote to tell me why they are making demands that I support all this to "cooperate" with them, in order to cooperate? 

Why would I cooperate with the cheer leaders of Auschwitz for kids etc.? They never explain any of this, which means, I have to explain it for them. But yeah, we should cooperate, but they need to support PADA's agenda and not the deviants. 

We are not going to cooperate with the agenda that is hunting me and Sulochana to kill us, nor does that make any sense that I should. If they make some reasonable demands, then yeah -- I would consider that. So far they never sent me an updated new list of cooperation points. But the ritviks should all stop fighting and cooperate, I am all for it, but people who are compromised with the GBC's agenda are not really ritviks in our experience. HKC Jaipur pal Kamsahanta said I am the worst person in the whole ISKCON society, hmmm, what the pedophiles and Kirtanananda also say. Is there an echo here?

Think about it for a minute: The grand acharya Srila Prabhupada, nearly 80 years old, who studied Krishna consciousness his whole life, whose scholarship was renowned all over India, who was given the mantle at the recent 2026 Kumbha Mela as the Greatest Acharya to ever come out of India—his published books were quietly rewritten by a 26 year old jewish boy (Jay Israel) who didnt know sanskrit, hindi, or anything about Krishna consciousness and who had just come fresh off the streets of New York—is this not insane??

And those same butchered books REPLACED Prabhupada’s divine revelations for thousands of new devotees. Is it any wonder that Iskcon looks like an Indianized Joel Osteen club? With wacky self-help gurus marketing their wares.

Even now these bbtii criminals are sending young naive devotees out onto the streets to sell their books, to bring in money for their corrupt organizations in Australia. Young devotees are the free labor for their private enterprise they call BBT but it is not Prabhupada’s BBT at all—it is just their private money making corporation using Prabhupada’s name to suck profits for themselves. People should wake up. Book distributors should wake up and learn the truth!"

NEPAL MESS

The Governing Body Commission (GBC) Mayapur had sent ISKCON Budhanilkantha to the officers of Child Protection Office (CPO). It was aimed to conduct a fair investigation into serious child abuse allegations raised within the temple and the Gurukul environment.

But the incident is said to have taken a very worrying turn.

According to reports, about 20-25 people allegedly associated with temple management gathered at one place and surrounded CPO officers. They said they have tried to pressure, show fear and in some cases, threaten violence and even death by showing weapons like knife. 

What's more serious is, the evidence collected during the investigation — such as digital records, photos or statements — are allegedly attempted to delete by GBC followers.

CPO officers started feeling unsafe after the situation and started calling for continuous assistance since about 11 p.m. Nepal Police finally intervened after the situation seemed to be out of control. Police say they have safely rescued and pulled them out of immediate risk.

There has also been news that those officers have been immediately returned to India after the rescue, which makes the incident even more serious — as it shows the possibility of the investigation process to stop incomplete.

This entire incident raises some serious questions: What would be the condition of the victims if the officers who came to investigate are not safe? Why tried to erase the evidence? Is anyone trying to rescue? Why are such activities happening in the name of religion and spirituality?

This subject is a serious subject not only the internal affairs of religious institutions but also directly linked to legal and human rights. So the demand for fair research, transparency and responsibility is naturally rising.

    SERIOUS ALLEGATIONS CONCERNING THE ONGOING TREATMENT OF CHILDREN AT THE VRINDAVAN GURUKULA

    Fresh allegations received suggest that the treatment of children, teachers, financial management, and child-protection procedures at the ISKCON Gurukula in Vrindavan are even worse than I had imagined.

    These allegations are from current and past school staff members.

    The most significant revelation, in my view, isn't any single allegation of a slap or beating. It is the suggestion of a system in which the same leadership structure controls the school, employees, finances and the people responsible for reporting safeguarding concerns.

    It is a system where the welfare of the children is not the priority and they are simply used as a means to an end. These are serious allegations that need to be independently investigated.

    One of the major problems we are facing is that last year the GBCs took over the CPO, thus effectively putting an end to the independence of the CPO. In its current forms neither the international CPO, nor CPO Bharat have the independence or the credibility to carry out an independent investigation.

    A few years back Panchatantra Prabhu, the director of CPO Bharat, released a glowing report on the Vrindavana Gurukula, but later admitted that he had not carried out a thorough assessment.

    The only hope at this point is to get the police involved. What's been happening at the Vrindavana Gurukula is a real time replica of the egregious mishandling of the BVP case by the GBCs. 

    The GBCs have been aware for years now, that the Vrindavana Gurukula management have been abusing children, they've received several alarming reports, but have chosen to look the other way and enable the large scale abuse of hundreds of children. It is time to put an end to this!!!

    Among the most serious allegations are:

    ALLEGED PHYSICAL ASSAULTS ON CHILDREN

    It is alleged that during a recent Shobha Yatra, several boys who had become separated from or were late joining the group were struck repeatedly with sandals by Radha kantha das, a senior school leader.

    ALLEGED ASSAULT OF A TEACHER IN FRONT OF A CROWD

    Onother account alleges that during a Bhagavatam class attended by approximately 30–40 adults, a teacher asked questions concerning criticisms of Srila Prabhupada. Radha kantha allegedly slapped the teacher and removed from the class. The messages identify the teacher as Rajesh and claims that the incident was caught on video.

    ALLEGED EXTREME PHYSICAL PUNISHMENT OF CHILDREN

    Perhaps even more disturbing is an allegation that an ashram teacher ordered sixth-grade boys to perform 150 push-ups as punishment, causing some children to faint and become unable to walk.

    According to the account, the children had to be taken to a dispensary and remained in bed for several days.

    ALLEGED PHYSICAL ABUSE BY TEACHERS

    Another allegation concerns two young female teachers who reportedly instructed older boys to beat younger boys after the younger children had written something offensive about them. The family of one child made an external complaint.

    A POTENTIAL CONFLICT OF INTEREST IN CHILD PROTECTION

    One of the most important concerns raised is that the school's Child Protection representative works under the authority of the very leadership whose conduct may need to be investigated. Can a child-protection officer independently investigate allegations involving his or her own employer or superior?

    ALLEGATIONS CONCERNING FOOD AND THE WELFARE FOR HUNDREDS OF CHILDREN

    It is alleged that the approximately 450 children are being provided food of such poor quality that some of them have been losing weight because they find the food inedible.

    QUESTIONS ABOUT TEACHER RECRUITMENT

    It is alleged that teachers are sometimes hired without adequate reference checks or sufficient experience, with some leaving within days because of difficulties managing the children or because of inadequate salaries.

    In a residential school caring for hundreds of children, proper screening, training, supervision and safeguarding procedures should be non-negotiable.

    A VERY SERIOUS ALLEGATION CONCERNING A DONOR

    Perhaps the most extraordinary allegation concerns an American donor who allegedly offered approximately ₹60 lakh for an Ayurvedic hospital. The claim is that rooms were temporarily converted into a hospital, people were dressed as nurses, and an individual was presented as a doctor in order to persuade the donor that the hospital existed. According to the account, the supposed hospital disappeared after the donor left.

    QUESTIONS ABOUT FINANCIAL OVERSIGHT

    It is also alleged that purchasing and accounting responsibilities are highly concentrated, and that an experienced chartered accountant who had been sent to assist with financial management was subsequently driven away.
    If true, this raises legitimate questions about independent financial oversight and accountability.

    THE BIGGER QUESTION

    What concerns me most is not simply any individual allegation. It is the possibility of a systemic accountability problem. If the allegations are substantiated, we could be looking at a situation where:

    • hundreds of children may be affected;
    • allegations of physical punishment are not being independently investigated;
    • child-protection personnel may be structurally conflicted;
    • teacher recruitment and supervision may be inadequate;
    • food and basic welfare may not be receiving proper oversight;
    • and financial management may lack sufficient independent scrutiny.
    These questions cannot be resolved by loyalty, silence, reputation or institutional politics.

    They require transparent, independent investigation. If the allegations are inaccurate, the people being accused deserve the opportunity to establish that through a proper investigation.

    If they are true, the children deserve immediate protection and those responsible must be held accountable. Either way, the welfare of the children has to come before the reputation of the institution or any individual leader. Children cannot advocate for themselves against powerful adults.

    That is precisely why independent child protection and transparent accountability are so important.

    LORD BALARAMA

    Here is a direct quote from Srila Prabhupada regarding the marriage of Lord Balarama and Revati, found in his purport to Srimad-Bhagavatam 9.3.33:

    “Lord Balarāma married Revatī, the daughter of King Raivata. This is described in the Ninth Canto of Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam. Revatī had come from a different age, and therefore she was taller than the people of Balarāma’s time. Lord Balarāma, by His mystic power, adjusted her bodily structure to match the age in which He was present, and then He married her.”

    The Story of Balarama and Revati

    1. The Search for a Husband

    King Kakudmi (also known as Raivata), father of Revati, was concerned about finding a suitable husband for his daughter. He traveled with her to Brahmaloka, the abode of Lord Brahma, to seek divine guidance.

    2. Time Distortion in Brahmaloka

    While waiting for Brahma to finish a musical performance by Gandharvas, 27 chatur-yugas (over 116 million years) passed on Earth. Brahma laughed and explained that all the suitors Kakudmi had in mind were long dead.

    3. Brahma’s Advice

    Brahma advised Kakudmi to offer Revati’s hand to Lord Balarama, who was currently on Earth and was an incarnation of the Supreme Personality of Godhead.

    4. Return to Earth

    Kakudmi and Revati returned to find Earth drastically changed—people were shorter, less intelligent, and the city of Kuśasthalī had become Dvārakā.

    5. The Divine Marriage

    Kakudmi approached Balarama with the proposal. Balarama, recognizing Revati as His eternal consort, accepted. Since Revati was from a previous yuga, she was much taller than people of Balarama’s time. With a gentle touch of His plough (His weapon), Balarama adjusted her height to match the current age.

    6. Celebration

    The wedding was celebrated with great joy. Streets were decorated, Vedic hymns were chanted, and the atmosphere was filled with transcendental bliss.
