WHERE IS MY OIL?
PADA: Thanks Bhakta BB for this information. Yep, it looks like the USA was siphoning all of its oil reserves off -- and exporting it -- to try to artificially keep world prices low temporarily. All that after their big plan to cut off the straits turned into a long term blockade, and USA knew we would soon run out of reserves here, if we don't anyway in a month or so. These oil tankers move very slowly, even at the best of times.
And thus the USA allies were putting a lot of pressure on USA to open the strait again right away. Of course, the strait was already open before all this. And we all knew Iran would shut the strait if attacked -- way back in the 1970s. So they all knew this shut down was going to happen. Not new news!
I think the real major looming problem is that world wide -- farmers could not get their fertilizer and fuel on time for this season. And that is going to make a world wide food shortage, and there is already a shortage of food. But our oil reserve supply was running out here, hence the pressure to make a deal with Iran as soon as possible. But that is not going to get supplies to the farmers anytime soon. Even USA farms have a fertilizer problem.
So yeah, I think we cut a lot of corners to get a hasty and quick deal done, and I do not see how it benefits anyone very much -- except Iran. The wording of the agreement is also very confusing. After saying for months -- this "incursion" cannot be called a war, the agreement says -- it is a war. They cannot even get their proper wording organized.
But it is going to take a lot longer than 4 weeks to get things up and running, so there will be shortages in various places no matter what, and there already are in some places.
Next problem is, the deal is tied to Israel not attacking its neighbors. Well good luck there with all that pardner, they have been going after their neighbors over there since before many of us were born. Bombing buildings into rubble also called "mowing the lawn" over there is their whole program. It is going to come to a halt all of a sudden? How?
We promised to stop all that now, but we have not specified how we plan to do that. Yeah, I think we bit off way more than we can chew here. We are making promises that won't be easy, or even possible, to keep. But the Evangelicals got their almost Armageddon to happen, so they are happy as clams.
This thing is far from settled IMHO. So look forward to more bumpy rides in the future. Meanwhile China is shipping out electric cars left and right, because more people are going to try to avoid oil based transport. Perhaps that is a good result. And this never ends, that is why recently the Kathmandu temple people tried to cover up their predators, and this was a big scandal in the Nepal newspapers, after we already had tons of the same media here. A person who reads the books, and does not know predator worship is not authorized, is not actually reading the books. Moreover, they are a peril to children.
To say that predator worship is following the Vedas, or any religion principles, is -- false. You become what you worship, and worshiping predators will produce more of same, and -- it is. Predator worship is not following Krishna and it is creating peril for kids to say it is. I also know Lokanath's victim personally, and they had to destroy her to make him their acharya, and that is not following religion, it is irreligion, and a peril to that victim and all the other victims.
We have to worship the pure devotee as acharya, because that is what Krishna wants and orders, and we cannot change that system, without peril. In sum, promoting predator worship as Krishna's religion is mis-representing who is Krishna, and what is He teaching. I know many hard working sincere devotees within Iskcon, our vani based science is clear, Srila Prabhupada is there Diksha guru, "Some know it and some dont", Our love and service is to help them all even those who have the diksha guru disease see and understand that Prabhupada is their only real shelter taking them back to Godhead in this life or future lives. Lets be clear, I am saying Srila Prabhupada is already their diksha guru and they need help to become aware of that. I was on a Federal agency protection list and they were tapping the phones of ISKCON people to keep me alive, and they did. They busted the enforcers that were sent to get me. Reading shastra the wrong way made them come after me. A person who cites shastra to promote predators as gurus is mis-using shastra, and placing children and others in peril, and that is still going on.
The Kathmandu problem has links to Vrdnavana and Mayapur, and no doubt other places. So yeah, which ISKCON guru has helped us with these issues? None. Do they collectively make us out as the problem? Yes.
Right now Mahavishnu swami is saying the Kathmandu thing is all "Prajalpa." No support for the victims or whistle blowers who were manhandled and mishandled. Whistle blowers were even beaten and threatened with death etc. See what I mean? Can you tell me which of them has helped us with these things, because I cannot recall any off hand. Has any ISKCON leader come out and said Mahavishnu is bogus to call child abuse issues "prajalpa"? None that i know of.

The fact that the Sankirtaner had elitist and despise mentality, I have heard from other office devotees, but it was caused by his own feeling of inferiority.
