Now Mayesvara is down to citing his fellow homosexual and pedophile guru program's cheer leaders like Mathura Pati / Prabhupadanugas EU as a defense of the Judas poisoners. Sorry. That is not going to work. Our position on the poison issue is being accepted more and more, and that is all there is to it.

PADA: Yep, when me and Sulochana were saying Kirtanananda's New Vrndavana is basically a crime operation, Ravindra swarupa was saying we are "trying to disturb the harmonious GBC program of unity which supports Kirtanananda." And he was telling people to take initiation from Kirtanananda.
PADA: When Ravindra swarupa was proposing making censure restrictions on Kirtanananda in 1986, Kirtanananda argued -- since he is the successor to Krishna, and he is speaking as Krishna dictates, anyone trying to censure him is trying to censure Krishna. And it is a very serious offense to censure Krishna. I don't think the GBC has any solution for this issue.
Simultaneously, Anuttama just publicly announced that their GBC "successors to Krishna" are often prone to "lust, anger and greed." Krishna's successors are equal to Krishna, and therefore Krishna is a debauchee, because His successors are "same in quality." First of all, we need to separate Krishna from all of this stuff, or nothing else can be resolved. Implicating Krishna in nefarious deeds is not going to fix the problems. ys pd

Then after 1986, Ravindra Swarupa was saying -- "Kirtanananda must be removed because he poses a threat to the unity of ISKCON." So all of a sudden Ravindra Swarupa was on our side? I think Ravindra is currently suffering from some sort of alzheimers because my friend said he saw him -- and he was "rambling incoherently." A lot of these big shot leaders supported all sorts of nonsense and then they just wandered off and left all the citizens to suffer under the mess they made ... ys pd

ITALY NEWS: The Cost of Silence (English version)
The serious episode of physical and psychological abuse suffered by an Italian devotee named Sanaka Rsi by Cecchini Orlando alias Dayanidhi das Vanacari, president of the ISKCON temple in Athens, cannot and must not be forgotten.
Today we will tell you why it has been deliberately forgotten.
For the record, after so many years Sanaka confirmed the incident only a few days ago in a public post. Of course, he could not have done otherwise, but why did Sanaka wait until our article came out to do so?
Sanaka would have had many years to report Dayanidhi to the relevant authorities and have him arrested, but he didn't. He could have done so long after he came of age, before the statute of limitations expired, but why did he not?
At the time of the events, Sanaka was just a child and attended the gurukula (school) of the Villa Vrindavana temple in Florence.
Father Satyavrata das together with his mother and sisters Sradha and Sruti cried out for revenge against Massimo Brioli alias Madhusevita Prabhu and the other ISKCON Italia representatives. In fact, the heinous act was later reported to the authorities at the time. The hours passed and the meetings of the leaders continued without ever stopping, they had to decide as soon as possible what to do otherwise the news would spread like wildfire and it would be a big problem for ISKCON Italiana.
With the nullity clause signed by Sanaka, it was understood that every issue arising from the relationship subject to the settlement was considered definitively closed and overcome with the settlement itself; that is, it could no longer be questioned and reopened in the future.
In short, Sanaka would never, ever, under any circumstances, have to accuse his tormentor even if he had already been proven guilty of abusing him. In doing so, he allowed the demon Dayanidhi das Vanacari to roam all the temples of Italy, putting the integrity of all the children at risk.
So there was no real justice, only a bank transfer with Sanaka as the beneficiary, but which allowed these criminals and others to continue unchallenged in their abuse. Money cannot compensate for these serious abuses. These criminals deserved a trial and imprisonment, instead of getting away with a simple reimbursement of expenses, which in any case did not come from their own pockets.
WE DO NOT DENOUNCE THESE MISDEEDS FOR PERSONAL GAIN, BUT ONLY AND EXCLUSIVELY DEFEND THE IMAGE OF AC BHAKTIVEDANTA SRILA PRABHUPADA (WHOM SANAKA RSI NEVER MENTIONS) FROM THE ACTIONS OF THESE SCOUNDRELS. THIS IS INDISPUTABLE!
Dear Sanaka, if this is your sensibility what are we going to teach our children?
Oh yeah, you don't want to have children. Your previous partner left you because you didn't want children around you, as is your current wife who is depressed for the same reason, yet you want us to believe that you are defending other people's children.
Fight against injustice by leaving all the results of karma to ME (Lord Sri Krishna). Perform the duty prescribed for you without doubt: to run away from duty is nothing but cowardice. Secondly, even the penal code provides that one can defend oneself from attackers.

The money that ISKCON pays to cover the abuses comes from sincere donations, from the sale of books by tireless devotees, and from all income related to the temples so dear to Srila Prabhupada. Exemplary punishments are needed for these scoundrels, not fines that others have to pay anyway.

It is not Vedic behaviour to hide behind karma by accepting a large monetary reward. If your comrades become victims of your own punishment because you did not help them, that money will be soiled with their blood.
PADA: It is a very difficult situation for the victims of abuse in ISKCON and I feel bad for them. They did not get much support -- hardly at all -- from leaders -- or often much worse -- from their own parents. Or worse, various leaders or even parents pushed back on their complaints and nullified their suffering as a non-problem. The victims were often re-victimized by a lack of support.
OK some of them felt so unsupported they took their own lives. There is what I believe a problem of severe mental trauma or PTSD symptoms in a number of these victims, and therefore we should not expect them to come out now as savior warriors to defend dharma.
Another result, most of the abuse was never relayed to the police and authorities. Neither did parents launch legal challenges against the leaders or the webs and nests of molesting the leaders were co-creating and enabling. In sum, most of the victims were pretty much left to fend for themselves out on their own. There was little to none support system. Ok Now we have all these ISKCON therapy experts, like Mahatma, many times the same people who caused the problems in the first place.
Sanaka rsi has done more than probably any other ex-kuli as far as I can see. Some of the local youths here ran off to Narayan Maharaja and they never make any commentary anywhere on anything. Basically, I believe they are just trying to lay low and stay out of the issues, seeing how badly people get treated for forwarding issues. So I give him a lot of credit for doing more than almost any other ex-kuli student, and more than nearly cent percent of the ISKCON seniors, parents, adults and leaders.
So I think it is a mistake to say he should have done more. Same thing happens to me all the time, well you should have done more. OK but who volunteered me -- to do anything? Why do people always volunteer me, or Sanaka Rsi, or anyone else to fix things, when most of them -- did nothing to help?
Anyway a lot of finger pointing is just getting started here, and that will go on for some time. Everyone now knows it is a mess, and they are trying to shift the blame to all sorts of other people, but everyone in this mess has had a responsibility to help prevent it, or now clean it up.
Me and Sanaka did something at least. Credit should be given to him because credit is due more -- to people like him -- than nearly cent percent of the rest of the lot.
