Yes, their gurus are allegedly as good as Jesus, and they can absorb sins as a diksha guru. Yes, their gurus are maybe doing all sorts of hanky panky in the back room. Yes, if you worship one of their bogus gurus, that is your fault because "you wanted to be cheated" (by the SABHA).
Jayadvaita says taking one of their gurus is like buying a used car. It might drive for awhile, it might not drive at all, and worse -- it might explode and start on fire, but it is not the job of the SABHA to pre-test their used car gurus.
OK and maybe their alleged Jesus - like messiah might be drinking Vodka, having sex with half dozen disciples, taking LSD, offering LSD to the shalagram deity, watching porno, watching football, eating like hogs when the children in their schools are starving, and so on and so forth. And all that is your fault for worshiping these alleged Jesus - like messiahs, and not the SABHA's fault, their job is just to promote the bogus Jesus program.
If anything, it looks to many of us that the SABHA folks are aiding and abetting bogus people posing as messiahs. That is not a good sign pilgrims! Anyway, write to them and see if you get a good reply and forward that to us. Our gurus can take your sins and take you to God. OK, maybe not, it is Russian roulette.

As you are currently discussing a proposed GBC Resolution, allowing self-admitted child molester Lokanath to remain a diksha guru in ISKCON, I encourage you to look at all the evidence related to Lokanath's child molestation case. The GBC and its ad hoc panel may not have provided all the evidence.
"The SABHA provides checks and balances on the authority of the GBC and course correction for its decisions."
One of SABHA's purposes is "improving the quality, legitimacy and acceptance of GBC resolutions, priorities and directions."
Many have questioned the legitimacy of ISKCON promoting and endorsing a child molester on the highest spiritual level, despite ISKCON's own rules against it.

This is really the Teflon don argument. Whatever we do is good ... and if there is a problem ... you are the bad person for making bad choices. We don't choose these gurus ... we give them a no objection certificate ... but we will have you driven out on a rail if you do not choose one of them. Teflon dons.
