"This panel recommends the GBC examine the culture of enabling child abusers that is prevalent amongst some senior ISKCON leadership and management. BVPS had previous CPO restrictions that prohibited him from managing schools, yet he was allowed to continue doing so, either directly at the girls’ school, or indirectly at the boys’ school via his proxies and disciples.
"Despite there being at least two previous CPO cases highlighting BVPS’ abusive / harmful behaviour, other sannyasis, gurus, senior devotees, and yatras, continued to support, protect, and defend him, as well as give him a high profile. For example, his senior godbrothers invited him to their temples, encouraged their disciples to send their children to his school, disregarding serious complaints of abuse dating back to the 1990s, and visibly supported him and his schools by visiting them.
"The support and endorsement that BVPS received from his seniors and peers enabled him to become the child abuser with the longest span of activity in the history of ISKCON. Their public support of him was in essence a seal-of-approval of BVPS. There is a need for a massive culture shift amongst senior leaders in ISKCON aimed at preventing and discouraging further abuse of children.
"ISKCON needs to stop defending known child abusers because of “how much service they have done”. The panel believes that if ISKCON's senior leadership had been more mindful of, and prioritised child protection, BVPS would not have been able to continue abusing children for so many years and the lives of many children would have been spared the unnecessary abuse he perpetrated."

A) Does he retaliate somehow? Maybe spill the beans on others. Maybe he's aware aware of some shady dealings in Mayapura.
B) Does the GBC have the wherewithal to actually uphold this?
SD: The GBC are only 30+ members. They voted the ISKCON Child Protection Office into law to handle child abuse. What the CPO says, ISKCON members must follow. And since this report is public, anyone who reads it can make sure the restrictions are upheld.

M Dasi: I get it. Only 30+ GBC since 1978. There should be 3,000 GBC since 1978. It is just a very few ... very old ... smelly farts holding onto their ever dwindling fort. And anyone who helps them hold their fort ... even Dhanurdar, Bhakti vidya Purna, Gauri, Bhavananda, Kirtanananda's old henchmens, whomever, is given some sort of special mercy. Do we get any mercy. Not a chance.

I suspect the India ICC bureau fellows are on the payroll ... so they have to support whatever ... the main evil crew comes up with.
If the GBC says ... from now on we are going to offer old smelly sneakers to the deity ... they would all have to go along with it because they cannot operate independent. They are sold out sycophants.
It is really like Maya has had a strong grip on ISKCON ever since 1978. Perfect plan. Except ... they are gradually all getting old, getting sick, and dying. Their platform of making child molesters into their gurus and authorities is crumbling. It is like ... we go to the beach and make big sand forts. Then the waves come and ... the whole fort slowly melts away. Smashed. Then it is all gone ... no traces even.
Their whole plan is melting down in the same way. Sure enough ... they are big in India ... because in India there are a lot of sentimental people who worship all sorts of bogus God men. And there are many illiterate people, and payroll people. Nothing to write home about.
One of their devotees just wrote something called "Imperfection in Perfection," which tries to justify ... all the horrible things these bogus God men do ... as common errors and mistakes found in the acharyas.
That is the end of their game. Once they attack Krishna and His parampara as commonly fallen, defective, mundane, or pedophile, they will lose support gradually. It won't be accepted. It will become another Rajneesh cult ... not respected anywhere by any respectable person.
They devoted their lives to ruining Krishna's legacy ... and Krishna's devotees ... but they forgot ... all the people who are trying to destroy Krishna and His devotees will be vanquished in time ... and they will take many miserable years of repeated births in the lower regions ... before they are elevated enough to be one of the rats who keeps sneaking around my garbage pail.
They forgot something. Krishna is the superior power ... not them. His rules always prevail. And when Krishna says ... He casts false religionists into the lowest species on the lowest planets ... that is what happens ... without any doubt. It does not matter if they forgot that instruction or not ... that is the eternally the rule.
EC Dasi: This man is an absolute creep! When I was a little girl he would scowl at me for merely being a girl, he made me feel dirty for just existing. While all of his students were being raped and molested, he didn’t care. His ashram was a sex fest. Many of my friends damaged for life while under his care.

Face it. They love molesters and perverts ... especially in the post of big sadhu. Then they wonder why everyone is against them? Some foolish person was trying to sell me Bhakti Vikas swami as one of the good people. Really? One of the most quoted persons on the anti-women GHQ.
One of the people who wanted to deny complaints from Sanaka Rsi. One of the persons with same bogus put on act of smiley face that Radhanath and others have.
And they think that makes everything better ... all these problems are some sort of a laugh - a - minute joke. These problems are not a joke for the victims. I know a lot of ex-ISKCON kids ... and their lives have been made topsy turvy by all this.
Don't worry the big strong tough men on the GHQ are here to fix things. How you ask? By keeping pedophiles in the guru position like Lokanath. And if you disagree ... these big tough men ... will knock the stuffing out of you.
I agree ... some credit has to be given for finally taking some steps ... at least supposedly. But who will enforce a ban on this guy or any other of their group of gropers? I fail to see what is the use of all these GBC rules and edicts ... when there is no one to make their rules be enforced. It is like the MAFIA. They take care of one another by hook or crook or other ways.
P Dasi: I'm not impressed with both my gurus since I engaged with sexual activity with both of them ... under duress ... My guru was threatened if this scandal came out. I'm still unsure what the best course of action is when your guru is being threatened to be killed in ISKCON? What the appropriate action is on their part. They are both still on my altar. One passed away on my birthday with threats made to kill him for speaking out, the other was terrified and worried I would be killed too.
