PADA: There you have it, we have "no objection" to our homosexual and pedophile acharya's club members.
PADA: Oh oh pilgrims, more ISKCON child molesting is STILL going on. More cover up also STILL going on. More intimidation, threats and harassing to the people reporting the issue also STILL going on. Worse, the child victims are being subjected to torturous re-examination of their complaints by GBC agents, re-victimizing the victims. As happened before and is STILL going on. Can someone with legal expertise help these people?
It is interesting that these GBC complainer folks sent their message to PADA, knowing the GBC is not going to help. Or worse the GBC is going to obstruct. So it looks like PADA was right all along, the child abuse issue has NOT been settled. Worse, the same whistle blower / witness / advocate / victim harassing is STILL going on. So the GBC folks have been doing this all along and STILL are. Told ya!
As far as Nepal, we heard a complaint that Mahavishnu swami (UK) has been sending boys from Nepal to Mayapur where they were abused. All this seems to keep happening over and over -- because nothing serious is ever done to get to the root problems, i.e. predators and their enablers are allowed to participate in the ISKCON society, and when discovered, the society systematically represses the issue. And represses the victims and their advocates. Of course, they murdered Sulochan and wanted to murder me for being whistle blowers.
At the same time, the Sanat / Mukunda / Prahlad / Krishna Kirtan / Pancali / Mathura Pati -- Matias sabji -- Prabhupadanugas EU / Bhakta Peter / Krishna Kant Desai IRM / Kamsahanta / HKC Jaipur pedophile messiah's lover's club folks all ganged up at one time to make a forum "to have PADA removed from the internet."
Well yeah, then whistle blowers and victims cannot send PADA their complaints to help their case. That way the pedo lover's club can continue their child abuse program unobstructed. Yep, Sulochana called these people "boot lickers for the butt busters." Evidently, they are GBC defenders, and de facto defenders of the GBC process. So there are a lot of direct and indirect supporters for the pedophile lover's process. And that is why it continues.
Yeah let us get rid of the people who are trying to stop our anal reconstructive surgery epidemic messiah's club! Of course, Sulochana ALSO said "these people worship sex with stools." Well yup. Then they say we are "using bad language," while not being able to defeat that this is all factual.
Nearly all of the above are infuriated that PADA refuses to promote their Radhanath cheer leaders program, because PADA thinks that program is behind most or all of this child abuse. Anyway, we hope that others will help and support these whistle blower people are start containing all this abuse, it has to be stopped. That is all there is to it, this must be stopped, full stop period.
In any case yes, take this to the police and courts, ISKCON is not going to contain this problem without outside pressure, as we have seen over and over. Someone complained I was "too harsh" with Saudamani Dasi. But she is in the Auschwitz for kids headquaters of Mayapur. And notice, most of the people named as protecting the pedophiles are Jayapataka people (JPS). She is with that camp, and shares in the karma of that program. If we are eating off the plates of the Kauravas, we will be infected, that is what Bhisma said. Anyway, hate to say I told you so, but I did!

Hare Krishna Prabhuji and Mataji. PAMHO. AGTSP.
We write to you not only as members of the ISKCON community, but as deeply distressed parents of children affected by the recent visit of the CPO panel to Nepal, reportedly led by Hari Prerit Das (Prerit Shukla) along with three external lawyers.
This email serves as a formal complaint, demand for accountability, and notice of legal escalation regarding the conduct of this panel during their visit.
As per the official CPO framework outlined in the document:
It is clearly stated that investigative procedures must follow strict ethical, structural, and jurisdictional boundaries. We raise the following immediate concerns:
● The panel composition itself is questionable. The guidelines indicate a structured and limited investigative body. How and under whose authority were four individuals (including three external lawyers) appointed?
● Why was the entire investigation procedure proceeded as a conspiracy, without any proper investigative procedure followed?
● We demand full disclosure of authorization, mandate, and scope granted to this panel.
What occurred during this visit was not an inquiry - it was an abuse of authority.
Under the pretext of investigating complaints related to the Gurukula, the panel:
● Subjected our children to aggressive, coercive, and psychologically distressing questioning
● Forced minors to video interviews alone in the room, without presence of parents/ guardian
● Asked irrelevant, belittling, and leading questions, not about child protection - but about internal managerial issues
● Pressured minors beyond acceptable limits, causing visible distress (fully documented)
● Harassed parents with unrelated and intrusive questions about temple finances and individuals not connected to the case
● Operated far outside their jurisdiction
We state this with full responsibility: Our children were not protected - they were exploited. All interactions are documented via video recordings and CCTV footage, and we (the family) possess undeniable evidence of these actions.
When confronted, members of the panel:
● Admitted to their inappropriate behavior
● One individual reportedly suffered a panic episode under questioning, further raising concerns about their competence and conduct
Based on the nature and direction of questioning, we have strong reason to believe this was not a neutral investigation but a targeted attempt to defame and destabilize leadership within ISKCON Nepal, particularly Patri Prabhu, Mahavishnu Swami and other leaders of ISKCON Nepal.
We demand a thorough investigation into the possible involvement of:
● HH Bhakti Purusottam Swami
● HH Bhakti Vijay Bhagavat Swami
● HH Bhakti Prachar Parivrajak Swami
● Certain Nepal-based individuals with known histories of factionalism and power struggles, such as Revati Kanta Balaram Das (JPS) Ambuja Krishna Das (JPS), Kripalu Gaursundar Das (JPS)
● We also raise concern regarding the involvement of individuals (Mr. Buddhi Sharan Shintakala, previously known as Bhatta Raghunath Das, disciple of HH Radhanath Swami, left ISKCON and initiated into GVA as Bhugarva Goswami Das) who have previously distanced entire community from ISKCON and attempted to influence or divide the devotee community.
● Political minded devotees who are trying to create guru-faction in Nepal including Visvajit Vrajesa Das (JPS), Acharya Ratna Das (JPS), Siddhirupa Devi Dasi (JPS), Brihad Nitai Das (JPS), Rochan Jagannath Das (JPS), Laxmipati Das (JPS), Dipasna Rana (inspiring for JPS) who appeared violently during the conversation of parents with CPO panel to threaten all the parents
The consequences of this incident are severe:
● Children have been emotionally harmed
● Families feel violated and betrayed
● Community trust has been deeply shaken
● A stable spiritual environment has been deliberately disturbed
It takes years to build faith and unity. This reckless act has endangered both.
We hereby demand the following actions:
A formal written apology from the CPO (India) to the ISKCON Nepal community within 15 days.
A full independent investigation into:
○ The authorization and conduct of the panel
○ Possible external influence or bias
Immediate clarification of CPO operational accountability and oversight mechanisms.
Assurance that such individuals will never be permitted to conduct activities in Nepal again.
We inform you that:
● A legal case has already been filed in Nepal
● Failure to respond adequately will result in:
○ Legal escalation within Nepal
○ Filing of legal proceedings in India
○ Submission of all video and CCTV evidence to national media and public platforms.
If any involved individuals attempt to re-enter Nepal, we will pursue immediate legal action, including arrest under applicable laws.
We urge ISKCON leadership at all levels to take this matter with the seriousness it demands.
This is no longer an internal issue.
This is about child safety, abuse of authority, and institutional accountability.
We expect a prompt, transparent, and responsible response.
Hare Krishna,
On behalf of the concerned families of ISKCON Nepal Gurukula,
Krishna Tulsi Das (Brother of Gurukuli Student)

Hare Krishna. PAMHO. AGTSP.
It has come into our notice that attempts are made to divert the reality. Please don't try to distort this serious child abuse in the name of CPO investigation by making false allegations that we, the parents, took knives to meet the CPO investigation team. The whole conversation is video recorded till the police arrived on the scene. With undeniable evidence present with us, we simply demand that we want justice for our children. Please don't dare to play game with us. And kindly address this issue within15 days.
Your servant,

Message Body
My most revered Sri Srimad Jayapataka Swami Maharaja,
Dear GBC Members, Maharajas, and Respected Temple and Center Authorities,
Please accept my respectful obeisances.
All glories to Sri Sri Guru and Gauranga.
All glories to Srila Prabhupada.
I write this letter with a heavy heart and a sense of urgency regarding a deeply troubling situation involving a child protection matter and its subsequent handling.
My name is Kanai Sundar das. I have been visiting ISKCON since 2002 and have been seriously practicing Krishna consciousness since 2007. I am an initiated disciple of HH Radhanath Swami (first initiation in 2019, second initiation in 2024). I have been engaged in pioneering preaching efforts in ISKCON Palpa and have served there in a leadership capacity.
Approximately 7–8 months ago, an adolescent girl in our congregation disclosed to my wife that she had been subjected to sexual harassment while at the Gurukula. In response, we responsibly involved the Child Protection Office (CPOC), and an external investigation process was initiated.
It is important to clarify that all interviews conducted during this process were facilitated transparently and with the knowledge and presence of ISKCON Budhanilkantha Temple authorities and Gurukula staff. There was also a female assistant present to support the process. At no point were individuals forcefully taken or interviewed without oversight, contrary to the allegations now being circulated.
During the course of this investigation, a highly alarming and deeply distressing incident occurred which I feel duty-bound to present with full seriousness.
While the CPO representatives were staying in accommodation arranged by ISKCON Budhanilkantha Temple authorities, they were suddenly confronted and surrounded by a large group—approximately 30–35 individuals—who entered and effectively confined them within the room. What followed was not a mere disagreement, but a situation of intimidation and coercion that created a genuine atmosphere of fear and danger.
They were pressured, recorded against their will, and attempts were made to force statements and signatures on blank documents. Their investigative materials, including sensitive recordings, were taken from them. In the course of these events, we later came to understand that at least one individual required medical attention and had to be rushed to the hospital.
It was observed that among those present in the room were the principal accused, Sundar Gopal das and Divya Radhika Mataji. Also present were temple authorities, including Mahaprabhu Kripa das (Temple President), Kantish Sharma, Bhanubhakta Joshi, Rama Jivan Kanaiya das, and Krishna Tulasi, along with a large group of individuals.
The atmosphere in the room was highly charged and aggressive. Krishna Tulasi was seen shouting and using harsh, abusive language, while others actively surrounded and pressured the investigators. The group collectively attempted to influence the process—pressuring the investigators to make statements and prepare reports favorable to them.
Most concerningly, one of the external investigators later conveyed that some individuals present appeared to be carrying knives, which were concealed when there was an indication that police intervention was imminent.
During this incident, one of the investigators managed to discreetly send me a message from within the room. Upon receiving this, we immediately contacted the police and personally intervened at the location. By Krishna’s mercy, we were able to assist in securing their release and ensured their safe exit from Nepal, escorting them overnight to India.
I submit this with a heavy heart: this was not merely obstruction—it was an incident that placed the safety and well-being of those involved in serious jeopardy, and it has left a lasting impact on all who were connected to it.
I was given clear assurances by CPOC and CPO Bharat that:
* I would be protected as a whistleblower
* My identity would remain confidential
* I would not face personal or legal risk
However, the current situation reflects the opposite. Material in which I appeared has been handled in such a way that my identity has effectively been exposed. As a result, I am now facing social hostility, being labeled as disloyal, and subjected to public disrespect.
Additionally, I am now being summoned by the police under allegations that are deeply distressing and appear to contradict the coordinated efforts that were previously agreed upon between CPO, CPOC, GBC representatives, and ISKCON Budhanilkantha Temple authorities.
I respectfully submit that instead of protection being extended, I am experiencing vulnerability and isolation.
In light of these developments, I humbly request the following:
1. Clarification and confirmation of my status and protection as a whistleblower in this case.
2. Immediate steps to ensure my personal safety and legal protection.
3. A transparent and impartial review of the events surrounding the obstruction of the investigation.
4. Accountability for those who engaged in intimidation, coercion, and interference with the investigative process.
5. Clear guidance on whether I may safely visit the temple and continue my devotional practices without fear or hostility.
I also respectfully seek to understand whether the Child Protection Office and GBC intend to actively uphold their responsibility in this matter. The current silence and lack of visible action are deeply concerning and difficult to reconcile with the principles we are meant to stand for.
This situation is not only about an individual case—it directly impacts the trust in our institutional commitment to protecting vulnerable individuals and upholding justice within our society.
I remain your servant, and I place this matter at your feet with the hope that truth, protection, and accountability will prevail.
Yours in service,
Kanai Sundar das
