ISKCON and CHILD ABUSE

Nationwide Crackdown Gains Momentum: WBCPCR Steps in on ISKCON Child Abuse Allegations Following UPSCPCR Action
In what marks a decisive and escalating phase in the fight for child rights, the communication dated 30.03.2026 issued by the West Bengal Commission for Protection of Child Rights (WBSCPCR) has brought renewed momentum to the cause championed by the Justice for Srila Prabhupada Foundation (JFSPF). The Commission has formally taken cognizance of the complaints (of JFSPF) and initiated proceedings in accordance with law, extending the scope of inquiry into serious allegations of child abuse within institutions linked to the International Society for Krishna Consciousness, particularly in West Bengal, including the globally prominent Centre at Mayapur.
Find the Letter from WBCPCR here:
https://justiceforsrilaprabhupadafoundation.org/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/Letter-from-WBSCPCR-to-Garg-and-Garg-Advocates.pdf
The significance of this development lies not merely in the issuance of a formal acknowledgment, but in the concrete steps that have already followed. Acting in compliance with the order of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India dated 25 November 2025, the WBCPCR has moved swiftly to convene a meeting with the district administration, bringing together key stakeholders including the Child Welfare Committee. This coordinated institutional response signals that the matter has crossed the threshold of preliminary concern and is now firmly within the framework of active investigation and administrative action.
The Commission has further issued directions to ensure that a thorough inquiry is conducted and that action is taken strictly in accordance with law. By forwarding the complaint to the District Magistrate, Nadia, the process has been anchored at the district level, ensuring that the allegations are examined on the ground with the seriousness they demand. The matter is presently under active consideration, with further action contingent upon the findings of the inquiry and the compliance reports that follow.
This crucial step in West Bengal comes in direct continuation of the earlier directions issued by the Uttar Pradesh State Commission for Protection of Child Rights (UPSCPCR), which had already set the process in motion in Uttar Pradesh especially Vrindavan by directing police action on similar allegations. The involvement of multiple State Commissions now unmistakably points to a widening recognition that the issue is systemic in nature, cutting across geographical boundaries and demanding coordinated scrutiny at the highest levels.
For the Justice for Srila Prabhupada Foundation, this moment represents a powerful validation of sustained legal advocacy and relentless pursuit of accountability. What began as a meticulously documented complaint—backed by survivor testimonies, expert inputs, and substantial evidence—has now compelled statutory authorities across States to act.
The spotlight on West Bengal, and particularly Mayapur, carries profound implications. It ensures that the inquiry is not confined or fragmented, but comprehensive in scope. As the investigation progresses, it is increasingly evident that accountability will not remain abstract. Based on the seriousness of the allegations and the material already on record, legal action is likely to follow against those responsible, including Gurus, Governing body members, Temple presidents, teachers, staff members, and other individuals who may have played a role—whether by commission, omission, or concealment—in acts of abuse or in the suppression of complaints. This marks a crucial shift from institutional opacity to individual accountability.
While the proceedings are ongoing, the direction of progress is clear. The actions initiated by the WBCPCR, read alongside those of the UPSCPCR, demonstrate that persistent and principled efforts are beginning to dismantle long-standing barriers to justice. Each step forward strengthens the possibility that victims will be heard, protected, and ultimately granted the justice they deserve.
The Justice for Srila Prabhupada Foundation remains steadfast in its commitment to this cause. We will continue to engage with authorities, support victims, and ensure that the process leads not only to accountability but also to lasting systemic reform.
We thank our readers and supporters for standing with us. This is no longer just a struggle for recognition—it is a movement toward justice, and it is gaining ground.

PADA: A pedophile messiah's program is going to produce -- a multiplied pack of more and more pedophiles. Duh-oh! And then have a program of empowering, protecting and ENABLING them, and giving them sympathy and covering up for them, and so on. We become what we worship.
And worshiping deviants as God's messiahs -- who are engaged in illicit sex with men, women and children, it going to produce a flood of more illicit sex with men, women and children. We become what we worship! So this is a good development, the mundane child welfare programs and courts are going to look into the ISKCON Vrndavana and Mayapur projects. LONG OVERDUE. Better late than never.
Unfortunately it is often the media, government, law enforcement and courts that have to help us -- and "the devotees" are often as not -- against us. That means the materialists are often more advanced than many / most of the so-called devotees. Sometimes MUCH more advanced.
Meanwhile one of my other senior God brothers died in a nursing home evidently with no devotees around, after he spent years chastising me for opposing Tamal's bucket boy Narayan Maharaja. Sorry, there is a lot of EVIL karma associated with supporting pedophile messiah's projects.
Of course this begs the question, why would anyone want small children to worship homosexuals and pedophiles as their messiahs? None of these leaders ever gives us a good answer. Neither did this God brother follower of Narayan Maharaja.

(By Srila Bhakti VijƱana Bharati Gosvami Maharaj)
After the disappearance of ÅrÄ«la PrabhupÄda BhaktisiddhÄnta Sarasvati ṬhÄkura, the time came to select a new President-ÄcÄrya of the GauįøÄ«ya Maį¹ha. Guru MahÄrÄja believed ÅrÄ« ÅrÄ«mad Bhakti PradÄ«pa TÄ«rtha GosvÄmÄ« MahÄrÄja to be the worthiest candidate. However, in due time, ÅrÄ« Ananta-vÄsudeva Prabhu was unanimously appointed to the position, with ÅrÄ« Vinoda-bihÄrÄ« BrahmacÄrÄ« serving as Secretary.
When ÅrÄ« Ananta-vÄsudeva Prabhu’s ill repute came to light, ÅrÄ« VinodabihÄrÄ« BrahmacÄrÄ« called for Guru MahÄrÄja and said, “HayagrÄ«va Prabhu! We have stuck our hands in wet stools. Had it been dry, it would not have been so revoltingly foul-smelling. But unfortunately, the reality is that its stench and repulsiveness are excessive.
"We must feel remorse and atone for having supported Ananta-vÄsudeva and for having taken so long to understand what was actually going on. An incompetent person should be helped, but an incompetent person who makes fools of the general public by playing the part of a competent leader must be shunned. Let us help the people of the world by exposing this person, so that everyone may see his true nature.
“Because of your refined, gentle Vaiį¹£į¹ava temperament, everyone considers you a friend and gives importance to what you say. Therefore, please bring everyone together and arrange a meeting, so that we may together determine how to oppose him.”
As per ÅrÄ« Vinoda-bihÄrÄ« BrahmacÄrÄ«’s request, Guru MahÄrÄja gathered their godbrothers together and held a meeting, whereupon it was decided to file a court case against ÅrÄ« Ananta-vÄsudeva Prabhu. It was this court case that made it possible for the GauįøÄ«ya Maį¹ha to legally split into two factions.
šš¢š¬ š¢š§ššØš„šš«šš§šš šØš ššÆšš§ šš”š š¬š„š¢š š”ššš¬š šššÆš¢ššš¢šØš§
ÅrÄ« Vinoda-bihÄrÄ« BrahmacÄrÄ«’s preaching inspired his elder brother to take shelter of ÅrÄ«la PrabhupÄda and join the maį¹ha. When ÅrÄ«la PrabhupÄda ordered his brother to accept sannyÄsa, he was unwilling. Although ÅrÄ« Vinoda-bihÄrÄ« BrahmacÄrÄ« was younger, he chastised his older brother, saying, “Why are you not fulfilling ÅrÄ«la PrabhupÄda’s desire to give you sannyÄsa?”
After considering these words of encouragement, his brother agreed to accept sannyÄsa, and he became known as ÅrÄ« ÅrÄ«mad Bhakti Kevala Auįøulomi GosvÄmÄ« MahÄrÄja. Some time after the disappearance of ÅrÄ«la PrabhupÄda, ÅrÄ«la KeÅava GosvÄmÄ« MahÄrÄja observed ÅrÄ«la Auįøulomi GosvÄmÄ« MahÄrÄja and his followers deviating from the teachings of ÅrÄ«la PrabhupÄda in three ways:
(1) they taught that the hare kį¹į¹£į¹a mahÄ-mantra is not to be chanted loudly, but rather silently in such a way that no one can hear the sound vibration;
(2) although ÅrÄ«la PrabhupÄda had personally initiated some of his disciples, including ÅrÄ«la Auįøulomi GosvÄmÄ« MahÄrÄja, into the sannyÄsa order, they gave up their saffron sannyÄsa-veÅa (dress) and instead wore white bÄbÄjÄ«veÅa, preaching that sannyÄsa-dharma is strictly prohibited in Kali-yuga; and
(3) although ÅrÄ«la PrabhupÄda personally established ÅrÄ« NavadvÄ«pa parikramÄ, they rejected its performance. Unable to tolerate even the slightest deviation from ÅrÄ«la PrabhupÄda’s teachings, ÅrÄ«la KeÅava GosvÄmÄ« MahÄrÄja completely severed his relationship with ÅrÄ«la Auįøulomi GosvÄmÄ« MahÄrÄja and those who followed him.
He would never allow his disciples to go to Ananta Vasudeva's BÄgbÄzÄr GauįøÄ«ya Maį¹ha or to any other place where ÅrÄ«la Auįøulomi GosvÄmÄ« MahÄrÄja and his followers resided. If ÅrÄ«la KeÅava GosvÄmÄ« MahÄrÄja were to discover that one of his disciples went to ÅrÄ« Auįøulomi MahÄrÄja’s maį¹ha, he would order that devotee to fast for three days, taking only paƱca-gavya (the five products of the cow— milk, yogurt, ghee, dung and urine) as his atonement.
He would say, “Why have you gone there? You are now impure; you must purify yourself by performing this atonement.” Finally, ÅrÄ«la KeÅava GosvÄmÄ« MahÄrÄja decided to file a case against ÅrÄ«la Auįøulomi GosvÄmÄ« MahÄrÄja and his followers, boldly announcing that because they did not accept many of ÅrÄ«la PrabhupÄda’s teachings, they could not be considered his true disciples, and consequently should not be allowed to reside in his maį¹has.
My Guru MahÄrÄja, ÅrÄ« ÅrÄ«mad Bhakti Dayita MÄdhava GosvÄmÄ« MahÄrÄja, gave me the service of transcribing ÅrÄ«la KeÅava GosvÄmÄ« MahÄrÄja’s dictations regarding the court case. I would then take those dictations to ÅrÄ« ÅrÄ«mad Bhakti Rakį¹£aka ÅrÄ«dhara GosvÄmÄ« MahÄrÄja, who would adjust the language and edit for clarity.
When everything was complete, I would go to the court and submit the finalized documents. The day the judge was to present the verdict, ÅrÄ«la Auįøulomi GosvÄmÄ« MahÄrÄja and his followers appeared in court wearing saffron sannyÄsa-veÅa and were followed by a large procession loudly chanting the mahÄ-mantra.
ÅrÄ«la Auįøulomi GosvÄmÄ« MahÄrÄja had given eight people sannyÄsa just that day. In front of the judge, they said, “We are doing NavadvÄ«pa-dhÄma parikramÄ, wearing saffron dress, and carrying our sannyÄsa-daį¹įøas. Also, we have established a maį¹ha in the name of ÅrÄ«la BhaktisiddhÄnta SarasvatÄ« ṬhÄkura, and have established his mÅ«rti (deity form) in the maį¹ha we are constructing in GodrumadvÄ«pa.”
Although previously they had no plans of having a maį¹ha in ÅrÄ«la PrabhupÄda’s name or keeping his mÅ«rti there, feeling threatened by the bold endeavors of ÅrÄ«la KeÅava GosvÄmÄ« MahÄrÄja, they named their maį¹ha ÅrÄ«la BhaktisiddhÄnta SarasvatÄ« GauįøÄ«ya Maį¹ha. They denied all the allegations put forth by ÅrÄ«la KeÅava GosvÄmÄ« MahÄrÄja, and audaciously said, “Just see! We are chanting loudly, wearing sannyÄsa dress, and we have named our maį¹ha after ÅrÄ«la PrabhupÄda. How can he claim we are not disciples of ÅrÄ«la PrabhupÄda?”
Seeing this to be true, the judge awarded the decision in favor of ÅrÄ«la Auįøulomi GosvÄmÄ« MahÄrÄja and his followers. It appeared as though ÅrÄ«la KeÅava GosvÄmÄ« MahÄrÄja had been defeated. I pleaded, “Many of your godbrothers were involved in building this case for a long time. I too labored so much in transcribing your dictations, going to ÅrÄ«la ÅrÄ«dhara GosvÄmÄ« MahÄrÄja for editing and providing information to the court. Now that we have lost the case, will you not appeal the judge’s verdict?” ÅrÄ«la KeÅava GosvÄmÄ« MahÄrÄja replied, “We will proceed further only if they again go against ÅrÄ«la PrabhupÄda’s teachings.”
He then asked, “How many punches can you tolerate?” I replied, “Not even a single punch. I would strongly object to being punched.” ÅrÄ«la MahÄrÄja asked, “And how many could you tolerate if your hands and legs were tied with ropes?” I replied, “I would be forced to tolerate however many were given.” “In the same way, whenever someone makes mistakes and goes against the teachings of ÅrÄ«la PrabhupÄda, we will bind their hands and beat them to our fullest capacity until they accept those teachings.”
He then explained, “My only desire was for them to again follow the line of ÅrÄ«la PrabhupÄda, and we see that they are now doing this. They are now wearing sannyÄsa dress, awarding sannyÄsa to others and loudly chanting the hare kį¹į¹£į¹a mahÄ-mantra. This was my objective. In this way, we were victorious.
Our fight was not for anything other than establishing the proper siddhÄnta (conclusive truths) and reconnecting them with ÅrÄ«la PrabhupÄda.” Even now, all of ÅrÄ«la Auįøulomi GosvÄmÄ« MahÄrÄja’s followers and devotees of BÄgbÄzÄr GauįøÄ«ya Maį¹ha accept sannyÄsa, perform NavadvÄ«padhÄma parikramÄ, loudly chant mahÄ-mantra, and perform harinÄma saį¹
kÄ«rtana. This is all due to the mercy of ÅrÄ«la KeÅava GosvÄmÄ« MahÄrÄja.
PADA: Sulochana said that the anal reconstructive surgery epidemic of boys "GBC guru program" is a "sex with stools sampradaya." Well it looks like this is not new. In 1936 they made a false guru and it was like "placing our hands in wet stools."

And the smell is over powering and everyone knows it, including the public. Much the same as ISKCON. They made false gurus, they stuck their hands in wet stools, and the smell is everywhere. Even the public is aghast.
Unfortunately, Madhava Maharaja, Sridhar Maharaja, BP Puri and others did not help us out after 1978, and they ended up compromising with the GBC's guru process. In other word, the SAME false guru wet stools smell started all over again. ys pd

PADA: Yes Bhaktavasal here in America there are thousands of animal welfare programs. They never say the other animal welfare programs are "pyramid money making corporate business scams," because they actually cooperate among themselves and move animals from one shelter to the other when needed. And move personnel around etc. especially in emergencies and so on. Because their main interest is helping animals and not proving they are holier than the other programs.
For example, when there is a flood, the various agencies will get help from outside welfare programs to bring in helpers and shelter the animals and so on. Whereas your Hare Krishna animal welfare program is battling other Krishna animal welfare programs, fighting like cats and dogs and that is not helping any of their programs. It is making people not want to support any of them.
Maybe some day we can also grow up, and act as good as the mundane animal welfare programs do. And learn how to cooerate like mature adult people who actually care for animals and not -- who has the bigger better operation and fight among themselves, caring only for who has the better welfare program, rather than caring for animals.
Same as Kris Drboy, he has no care for children. He wants me to neglect caring for children and have me sit chant my rounds, and do nothing to help others. This is exactly how the GBC talks to me. It is not mature and adult to try to take down programs that help others. It is immature, foolish and basically a lot of big ego and not care for others. The karmis are doing way better, and that is also why they helped me with their courts while your type guys were chanting your rounds, and giving me grief and harassment.
I had a neighbor who had a horse trailer and when there was flooding in another state he drove there to help the horses. He did not start blabbing about how his program is better than someone else's, he does the needed work because he is not full of ego "my program is better than yours" like kindergarten children.
He wants to actually help suffering animals and not harm programs that help animals. You guys need to come up to the standards of the mundane people and take interest in helping others, and not tooting your own horn about how you are greater than others. If you are not happy that the Jaipur cows are better off, you are not actually in favor of helping cows. You are only interested in self promoting and not animal's well being.
