PADA: Oh oh pilgrims! Worshiping pure devotees (ritvik system) "is never found in any shastra." OK what do we do instead then? Yep! We worship the GBC's illicit sex with men, women and children / homosexual / pedophile messiah's project. 

And why would we do that? Because the illicit sex / anal reconstructive surgery epidemic / Vodka drunk's messiahs program -- just 2/3 show of hands -- voted me in as another one of their co-messiahs. I am now an official messiah the oral sex with taxi drivers in the dham guru lineage! 

It is always amazing to us that these people cannot find even one example of anyone ever worshiping a pure devotee, but there are plenty of examples of worshiping oral sex with men in the dham "Vishnupada" sampradayas? What shastra is that? 

The good news is -- even the hamburger eating mlecchas know that illicit sex with men, women and children messiahs programs is ONLY found the modes of ignorance and is not EVER found in God's successors. ISKCON really has to search high and low, to find advocates for their homosexual pedophile messiahs project. JUSTICE FOR SRILA PRABHUPADA LEGAL ISSUES

DND: If the Justice for Srila Prabhupada group can provide sufficient evidence, both the institution (ISKCON) and its leaders (GBC members and Temple Presidents) could face criminal liability in India—though the specific legal routes and burdens of proof differ.

How Indian Law Addresses Institutional & Leadership Liability

Indian courts have established clear precedents for holding both an organization and its management accountable. The legal principles at play include:

· Corporate Liability: The doctrine of attribution holds that the intent of key decision-makers (like the GBC) can be imputed to the organization itself as the "directing mind and will". This means if senior leadership knew or should have known about abuse and failed to act, ISKCON as an entity can be held criminally liable.

· Failure of Mandatory Reporting: The POCSO Act imposes a strict duty to report child sexual abuse. If those in charge knew (or had an "apprehension") and failed to report, they could face imprisonment of up to one year and/or a fine.

· Criminal Conspiracy & Negligence: Leaders could also face charges for a systemic "cover-up" under the IPC/Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) for Criminal Conspiracy (Section 120B), Criminal Breach of Trust (Section 405), or Criminal Negligence (Section 304A), depending on the evidence.

The Legal Path Ahead for Leaders

The GBC's institutional authority makes them potentially more vulnerable to charges of conspiracy and dereliction of duty. Meanwhile, Temple Presidents and local managers could be directly charged under POCSO for failing to report incidents, especially if they were aware of the abuse and did not inform the police.

Critical Challenges to Proving Liability

While the legal framework supports such charges, there are significant hurdles that make this a difficult path:

· Proving Intent: Prosecutors must prove beyond a reasonable doubt that GBC members had specific knowledge of the abuse and consciously chose to ignore it or actively conceal it.

· The Factional Dispute Defense: ISKCON's legal team has argued that the petition is part of an ongoing internal dispute between the Bangalore faction and the central GBC. The court has sought to keep this matter focused on child protection.
This case is now at a critical juncture with the Supreme Court ordering the NCPCR to investigate the claims, ensuring the allegations will be examined by a neutral, statutory authority.

Explanation of Terms

𝗔𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘃𝗮𝗺 — Helplessness

A condition in which the disciple feels he has no other option ,no alternative teacher, path, or possibility of departure. Even when he perceives flaws in the teacher, he remains bound and continues to stay.

𝗔𝘁𝗶ś𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗵ā — Excessive / Blind Faith ,A form of devotion bordering on fanaticism. 

Such a disciple does not engage critical thinking, does not ask questions, and accepts even the teacher’s misconceptions as absolute truth.

𝗝ñā𝗻ā𝗯𝗵ā𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗮 𝘁ṛ𝗽𝘁𝗮𝘁ā— Satisfaction with the Shadow of Knowledge The word ābhāsa means “semblance,” “reflection,” or “shadow.” The disciple is so superficial that eloquent speech or external displays of wisdom are enough to satisfy him. He does not seek genuine realization, and thus is easily deceived by imitation knowledge.

These qualities in foolish disciples allow an ignorant teacher to flourish. From the standpoint of genuine spiritual learning, they are serious defects—but for a mūrkha-ācārya (foolish teacher), they are a stroke of great fortune.
A false teacher can maintain authority only among those who are unable or unwilling to to think independently.

WHY EX-GURUKULIS ARE NOT INTERESTED

PADA: Yes, most -- almost all -- of the ex-gurukulis around here are not interested in being publicly interviewed, because they basically want nothing AT ALL to do with the whole situation. Nor do they want their name or their story to become public. They do not want to be publicly associated with the institution, past or present. 

A small group of them used to show up here at Rathayatras, but lately, almost none show up at all. I think just a few came -- and it is less every year. Basically, they see the ISKCON situation as hopeless as long as the current admins are in charge. They think the current admins are corrupt to the core. 

And unless we can change the core, nothing else of substance will change. They also notice that the GBC is still shunning, abandoning and ignoring them. And thus the GBC is handing off future admins of ISKCON to the Hindus. Including, making Hindus the legal signatures on the local temple property and corporations. 

One temple here on the West Coast has 7 Hindu legal corporation signers on the property board, and one Caucasian GBC man. And that means his one vote can be silenced and annulled by the other signers. And a number of the Hindus who come to ISKCON are mayavadas and many eat meat. So many ex-gurukulis think they were used as stage props to build a giant Hindu congregation hall business. 

And then get rid of them once the Hindu money was lining the GBC's pockets. In other words they feel used, and they think the leaders used them to make a giant Hindu business so they can profit financially, at the expense of the victims. I cannot argue with them about any of this. 

But yeah, mostly they do not want to be known even as ex-members, because they think being associated with any of this is going to make them look foolish or worse, contaminated. Because? ISKCON is public known as foolish, corrupted and contaminated. Unfortunately, many of the parents of these kids in the 1980s and 1990s were telling me to shut up and mind my own business when all this was going on. Many parents helped make the situation worse, for their own kids. And that is why most of them also do not want to be interviewed, their hands are dirty. ys pd
