Putin not getting right info? He was on video pouring over some maps, saying the enemy are surrounded here, we took this place over here, which is not factual. Are his generals telling him lies? But yeah, if he realizes they are losing ground, he might resort to some desperation tactics, and that could be bad. Real bad! 

Meanwhile there are drone videos on Tik Tok of sometimes ten mile long lines to get gas. The leader of the Agriculture department told the DUMA that without immediate gas supply, farmers cannot reap their crops, and the trucks cannot come and collect the crops, so there could be a famine in Russia. 

All that, so they could take places like Crimea, but Crimea is running out of gas, electricity, water, and food trucks are not getting in. There are Tik Toks of people who left Crimea, thinking there would be gas in Russia, and they ended up waiting 14 hours to get 5 gallons. But this is what Russia wanted, a war, and they got what they wanted -- and now they have to sleep in the bed they made. 

They wanted to make others suffer, and they ended up having to suffer. Karma is a bee-ache! Someone told me this is what happened in ISKCON, the leaders wanted to ban and harass all the devotees to make them suffer, and they ended up suffering. KARMA! ys pd angel108b@yahoo.com

Devotee Espana: Bali mardan, the opportunist traitor appears out of nowhere
This scum just started a campaign asking for $50,000 to "flood original books" the world. He even puts links to the hard work done by others like vedabase.cc as a credential. 

Doesn't explain his plan and of course, uses a photo of him with Srila Prabhupada, this time made with AI, him of sannyasa and Srila Prabbupada's face distorted by AI. His reason for asking for money is that he is one of the original BBT trustees, and that always works with the innocent public. But we know all of his shameful story. Don't even say good morning to this parasite. Be warned.

PADA: OK Not everyone is excited when one of the old timers re-surfaces, especially when they are asking for money. I honestly do not know what his CURRENT status is -- or is not. Maybe he can help us with original books, maybe not, and maybe he is just trying to make some personal opportunities for himself. 

I don't know. But it does seem like he should have made some sort of re-introduction of himself and explain where he is spiritually at now, what he intends to do specifically, and so on. But since I have not yet seen where he is trying to work with our other friends with the BBT issue, 

I am not sure how much success he is going to have, assuming it is a sincere effort. If he is working with our friends I have not been informed. Bali Mardan was a huge disappointment for Srila Prabhupada in 1976, and then he ran off to become a big shot in the Rajneesh process. These guys never seem to have understood the program of how to go back to Krishna, making numerous u-turns and detours on the way -- causing no small amount of chaos and problems for others in the process.  

I am always hopeful some old timers will wake up and get things back to standard, but ... most of the time it is not a serious attempt. And much of the time it is a means of collecting donations and etc. Lets hope for the best here, but not have high expectations. 

The changed books has broken the hearts of so many devotees, lets hope the originals can be reclaimed. And if he can do that, or help do that, bravo. I am going to be patient and see how all this unfolds. ys pd angel108b@yahoo.com

STAY WITH ISKCON

Bhakti Vikas is another sold out when it suits him to maintain his status quo.

Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati: Where is the kanishtha-adhikari coming from? Who gave him the adhikara? A kanishtha-adhikari can never become a guru.

Rajen Babu: Can a madhyama-adhikari give diksa?

Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati: HE CAN ONLY PERFORM THE INITIAL DUTIES OF DIKSA. It is the uttama-adhikari maha-bhagavata Vaisnava who is actually the diksa-guru. There are two types of Vaisnavas – the ragatmika and the raganuga. Those who are from the eternal realm offer service to Sri Krsna directly. These ragatmikas serve Sri Varshabhanavi and Her direct expansions. Those who perform direct service to the ragatmikas and take shelter in them through the performance of smarana are raganugas. These are spiritual gurus.

The spiritual master is very dear, because he is expert in assisting the gopīs, who at different times make different tasteful arrangements for the perfection of Rādhā and Kṛṣṇa’s conjugal loving affairs within the groves of Vṛndāvana. I offer my most humble obeisances unto the lotus feet of such a spiritual master.

So if we -- by dint of organisational manipulation -- or not being trained properly through the process of reading Srila Prabhupada books and instructions, we need only to read the Mangal Aarti-Gurvastakam, should we ever be doubtful about the super exalted position and actual standards of a bonafide diksha guru-spiritual master.

Rameshvara's 1980 Ritvik Struggle with Tamal Gosvami: A Personal Eye-Witness Account

Hare Krishna. My name is Krishna Katha Dasa. As a post-1977 disciple of His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, I am blessed to share this historical summary with all of you in this transcendental association.

Looking back, my direct experience of surrendering to Srila Prabhupada is deeply intertwined with the early power struggles and deviations perpetrated by Tamal Krishna Gosvami and others. Here is my story.

From Hawaii to New Dwarka

In 1978, fresh out of college, I traveled to the Big Island of Hawaii. After wandering for six months, I ran completely out of money and food, with nothing left but a return ticket to Los Angeles. While waiting at the Hilo airport, a devotee named Maduha Dasa approached me and handed me a copy of Sri Isopanisad. My flight was delayed by three hours, during which I read the entire book twice. I was utterly enthralled. I had to know: Who is this A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada?

Maduha returned before my flight and invited me to stay on a farm for a few weeks where there were more books to read. I accepted. There, I met Gaurasundara Prabhu, a senior disciple of Srila Prabhupada. Under his guidance, I studied Srila Prabhupada’s books for a year and a half as a celibate student. Gaurasundara enlightened all of us on the true purport of guru-tattva. Most significantly, I realized without a doubt that Srila Prabhupada is my spiritual master.

Eventually, the farm lease ended, and I returned to Los Angeles. In New Dwarka, I became an aspiring bhakta, serving Maduha and Caru Prabhus on the traveling festival preaching program. After about six months, Maduha spoke to me about taking initiation. He explained that Ramesvara Prabhu was refusing to follow the "zonal acarya" concoction and would instead be giving initiations strictly on behalf of Srila Prabhupada. Maduha assured me that I would become an initiated disciple of Srila Prabhupada himself. How could I say anything but YES?

The Day of the Initiation Ceremony

The scene inside the New Dwarka temple was set. The fire sacrifice was assembled, and Their Lordships Sri Sri Rukmini Dwarkadisha were beautifully dressed. The bhaktas and bhaktins sat around the sacrificial arena, waiting for Ramesvara to speak into the microphone.

What happened next significantly altered the course of my devotional life—and Ramesvara’s.

For no less than two minutes, Ramesvara sat in total silence with his eyes closed. His face was visibly strained, his head swaying from side to side as he struggled to speak. Two minutes is a very long time in a packed temple room, and the atmosphere became incredibly awkward. Finally, breaking the silence, he said these exact words (paraphrased with verified accuracy from other eye-witnesses):


"Actually, I am not qualified to give all of you Hari-nama diksa initiation. My spiritual master..." (He paused, turning his head to look directly at Srila Prabhupada seated on his Vyasasana) "...has somehow or other given me the service of initiating all of you on His behalf. You will all be disciples of His Divine Grace Srila Prabhupada."

Instantly, a massive, ecstatic roar of "JAYA JAYA JAYA!" erupted. Drums beat, hands clapped, and the temple went wild with joy.

The Dallas Ultimatum and the Breakdown

Fast forward two weeks. Ramesvara suddenly disappeared for two days.
When he returned to New Dwarka, he was totally distraught and visibly upset. Mother Govinda Dasi (the original, one-and-only) met with him in his quarters and witnessed Ramesvara crying uncontrollably.

PADA: That means they probably all knew their guru-ship was a lie. But crying here won't help when they have to face Yamaraja for being false acharyas. False acharyas are going to the most obnoxious regions, crying won't prevent that. Especially because! Ramesvara went on dating a minor aged girl (and evidently doing a lot more than dating), and he was helping Kirtananda take out Sulochana and so on.

He confessed to her that Tamal Krishna Gosvami had summoned him to Dallas. When Ramesvara arrived at Tamal’s office, Tamal handed him a pre-written letter demanding his resignation and expulsion from ISKCON. Tamal ordered him: Go back to New Dwarka and announce to those recent initiates that they are not Srila Prabhupada's disciples—they are YOUR disciples. If you don't do this, sign this resignation letter and get out of ISKCON.

Ramesvara refused to sign the letter and returned to New Dwarka. However, the pressure took its toll. A few days later, a secondary "vyasasana" was placed next to Srila Prabhupada’s in the temple. Kusakratha Prabhu was tasked with authoring prayers for us to sing during Ramesvara’s guru-puja. During every single guru-puja, Ramesvara kept his head down and his eyes tightly shut, never opening them until the singing and flower offerings completely stopped.

The GBC Threats

About two weeks later, two GBC members (whose names I cannot recall) arrived at New Dwarka. They cornered me and demanded that I hand over the audio recording of my initiation ceremony. I told them I didn’t have a copy. They pressured me fiercely to reveal who was in charge of the audio department, but I refused.

They then explicitly threatened me: If I did not accept Ramesvara as my diksa guru, I would be kicked out of ISKCON. They flatly told me, "Srila Prabhupada is not your guru."

As we all know today, the 1980s and beyond were plagued by the sinful, offensive behaviors born directly from the concocted zonal acarya system. The decision of those eleven disciples to pose as diksa gurus instead of acting as the ritvik representatives they were appointed to be was a recipe for disaster. It severely degraded our Spiritual Master's pure society.

Fortunately, after those GBC members left New Dwarka, several senior godbrothers approached me. Treating me fully as their godbrother, they told me to ignore the GBC’s threats. They said: "Always hold sacred that you are a disciple of HDG Srila Prabhupada." I will always be grateful to those courageous souls:

A Final Appeal for Truth

I spoke to Govinda Dasi recently, and her recollection of Ramesvara’s breakdown after his visit to Dallas remains incredibly vivid. These events are true and accurate to the best of my memory. I have not exaggerated a single word.

An open letter to Robert Grant (Ramesvara Prabhu):

It would be profoundly helpful to the future of Srila Prabhupada’s movement and Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu’s mission if you would step forward and speak honestly about this critical piece of ISKCON history. A massive, swelling tide of devotees already knows the truth. They are simply waiting for leadership in the right direction after 48 long, traumatic years.

"The truth will set you free." This movement cannot continue to limp along on the back of a historical lie for the next 10,000 years. Krishna will not allow this deceit to go on forever. Why not bring this sad era to an end?
