Sridhara Maharaja being cited:

A Moment of Truth for ISKCON — and for All of Us | February, 16, 2026 Swami Padmanabha

Most Recent Videos In Part 2 of "Is This the End?"

Swami Padmanabha reflects on spiritual authority, institutional belonging, and the evolving dynamics of guru-tattva in contemporary devotional life. Drawing on the legacy of A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati Thakur, and B. R. Sridhar Maharaj, he situates present tensions within a broader historical continuum, inviting us to reconsider what genuine loyalty to a tradition truly means.

Through the lens of Radical Personalism, Swami explores the balance between personal realization and institutional structure, the risks of impersonal authority, and the need to cultivate thoughtful, discerning practitioners.

Acknowledging the grief, anger, and uncertainty many feel, he calls for mature, integrity-centered engagement — neither passive conformity nor cynical withdrawal. He concludes with a hopeful vision of a future where spiritual authority flows from realized character, institutions serve relationships, and truth — satyam param dhÄ«mahi — remains our highest guiding principle.

PART 1: Exploring ISKCON’s Multi-Layered Polycrisis - February 6th, 2026 • Exploring ISKCON’s Multi-Layered Polycrisi...

PADA: Ok so the radically personal Sridhara Maharaja makes a bi-sexual deviant as "the person" we all needed to worship as God's successor after 1936. And the man falls down, condemns the Gaudiya Vaishnavas and Srila Saraswati, becomes a smarta, and eventually drinks poison to die because his son was murdered with poison -- to keep the mission from having its scandals exposed. Great "persons" that "radically personal" Sridhara selects as his acharyas. Yep, he personally selects deviants to be acharyas.

OK Sridhara just artificially makes conditioned souls as gurus and does not select actually qualified persons as his gurus. Worse, Srila Prabhupada says "they insisted on it." And then Sridhara became the darling promoter of the GBC 11 gurus.

Now swami Padmanabha says we have to be -- "Acknowledging the grief, anger, and uncertainty many feel, he calls for mature, integrity-centered engagement — neither passive conformity nor cynical withdrawal." You mean like the thousands of children who were being starved, beaten and molested in the guru schools managed by Sridhara's acharyas?

And those of us who were banned, beaten and killed for protesting the child abuse, after Sridhara Maharaja ordered "none should protest." None should protest starving, beating and molesting children? Or get killed, like protesters after 1936 were killed?

Sorry, I see no personally responsible anything going on here. They promote the wrong persons as gurus, and then do not take any responsibility for all the problems they create, including mass banning, beating, molesting suing and killing -- and their protecting all that process by saying "none should protest" "you will disturb the faith in the sisyas."

OK Sridhara Maharaja has faith in worship of homosexuals and pedophiles as messiahs, and the rest of us do not. So integrity centered engagement means, admit this is wrong, and admit Sridhara is responsible for creating mayhem -- for generations. ys pd angel108b@yahoo.com

BANGALORE VIDEO

HK: The Bangalore video didn't talk about recent cases: 2012: HH Loknath Swami restricted by GBC for sexual abuse of child 2024: HH Giriraj Swami restricted by GBC for sexual relationship with disciple 2025: HH Trivikram Swami confessed sexual relationship with disciple. All this is published by official ISKCON GBC website.

PADA: Hansadutta had a personal harem of half dozen women, or more. One of the husbands of one of the women was going to the farm to "take out Hansadutta." And I restrained him and literally saved Hansadutta's life.

Jayatirtha, Satsvarupa, Harikesh, Bhagavan, Kirtanananda, OK many of the others have been having affairs. Hansadutta was very grateful [???] I saved his life. After that he sent three enforcers from New Vrndavana to have me taken to the cemetary, I was only saved because the FEDS were tapping his phone and they sent undercover agents to protect me, and they did, they arrested the enforcers when they came to get me.

Jayadvaita says their gurus have been engaged in affairs with men, women and maybe children, and then later he said that is the fault of the 5 years old gurukula children who "selected the wrong guru." They did not study the shastra properly! But Jayadvaita has studied the shastra, and that is why he annoints these predators as acharyas. ys pd

GARUDA AND AJAMILA

Hare Krsna! Puranjan Prabhu, last time you advertised Garuda das for BG :

But we can see he was also into distributing his OWN version of BG and criticising Srila Prabhupada. This Ajamila - he is against Ritvik system. He was the one who wanted to take away my shopping trolley in London (it was filled with Ritvik Docs "Betrayal" etc) You still trust them????

PADA: OK when I post a news item here, it does not always mean I trust or support the persons in the news. Garuda has been one of the best people around to gather quotes in support of original books, hold forums on the issue, make all sorts of propaganda for original books etc., perhaps more than almost any other devotee. But yeah, he is compromised in many other ways, and in fact he is sort of pals with guys like Jayadvaita.

I agree, he has problems. He never seems to comment on my child abuse issue or the bogus guru issue when he meets with the GBC guys etc. But as I explained before, he only became prominent because almost no one else was addressing the issue.

Krishna Kant and Kamasahanta for example ordered me do NOT sue the BBTI, "you are AGITATING the GBC, making it hard for us to make a deal." Later on, the HKC Jaipur guys started to cite these Kamsahanta guys, saying hey, why is Puranjana agitating our favorite pedophile messiahs, and he wants original books? Whereas Garuda is collating citations that would help a BBTI lawsuit.

And then Prabhupadnaugas EU Mathura Pati joined them, Puranjana is suing our favorite pedophile messiahs, he is causing them to lose our precious golden shekels! While oddly, all these guys claim the want original books. They don't. They despise our efforts to make them.

When are they going to make a deal with the GBC over the original books? How about never, it is all bluff 100%. But Krishna Kant still has complaints on his web site, Puranjana is deviating because he is suing my favorite enforced cult ritualist worship of homosexuals and pedophiles as messiahs club, and he is saving hundreds of children who are being pulled out of that process. We cannot be saving children, verbotten!

So same type thing with Ajamila. He does not like us, but he also does not like the book changes, so he is sort of an ally on a few points. I also post many comments on the child abuse, which he posts a "like" because he approves me on some levels.

Oddly, he lets me post all sorts of things on his forum and he does not block me. So yeah, he is for and against us, because he is obviously -- confused -- like a lot of devotees. Many hate me, but agree with my ideas, OK they have been polluted by GBC-ism and they cannot figure out the whole picture. They agree with me on the child abuse, book changes and sometimes even the poison issue, but they hate my guts anyway.

That is because they still have some level of sympathy for the GBC process, and they cannot be loyal to either me, or the GBC, so they are sort of in no man's land. Lots of Gaudiya Matha people ended up same, they did not like the bogus gurus, but could not support making Srila Saraswati the acharya. Confused. Rocana is similar, he helped the child molesting lawsuit, he does not like changed books, but he still thinks he is going to reform these GBC guys and make them behave, which he will never do. ys pd

THE STORY

This upcoming documentary exposes the systematic child abuse within the boarding schools of ISKCON, the International Society for Krishna Consciousness. It examines how institutional failures allowed this abuse to continue for decades.
Sanaka Rsi guides viewers through his personal journey as a former gurukula student, grappling with the contradiction between founder Srila Prabhupada's vision of loving educational environments and the harsh reality he experienced. His search for answers leads him to question whether spiritual leadership can coexist with the protection of abusers.

Vedasara, a survivor of sexual abuse by multiple perpetrators within the organization, shares his testimony and his decades-long fight for justice. Despite repeated failures to achieve institutional accountability, he has found a path forward rooted in forgiveness and a commitment to protecting current and future children.

Dhira Govinda, former director of ISKCON's Child Protection Office, provides an insider's perspective on the corruption he witnessed—revealing how the organization systematically failed victims while shielding perpetrators.
The film exposes prominent ISKCON leader Radhanath Swami (Richard Slavin) as a key enabler who maintained his position of influence while allegedly supporting known abusers.

It reveals that Bhakti Vidya Purna (Alan Ross Wexler) abused children for 40 years at Mayapur gurukula, and Dhanurdhara Swami (Dennis Winiker), former principal of Vrindavan Gurukula, subjected children to savage physical abuse. The documentary examines how these figures were protected by the institution, explores the devastating toll on survivors, and ultimately asks whether ISKCON can find redemption after straying so far from its founder's principles.
