One of the world's leading living exponents of the ISKCON GBC's homosexual, pedophile and illicit sex with men, women and children messiah's club has departed. Many of Badri's friends and GBC associates are now crying in despair that a founder member of their anal reconstructive surgery epidemic messiah's program has left his body. 

How will their program of contrived banning, assorted beatings, mass child molesting, various millions of dollar lawsuits and media scandals, and sometimes murders of dissenters -- continue on -- without his precious guidance?

Dear Devotees,

Please accept our humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.
We wish to inform the worldwide community of devotees that His Holiness Badrinarayan Swami left this world this evening, 26 February 2026, in Sri Vrindavan Dham. He passed away peacefully in his room after a brief illness.

Badrinarayan Maharaja, reknowned for his learning, frankness, humour and dedication was an initiated disciple of Srila Prabhupada, the Founder-Acarya of ISKCON, the International Society for Krishna Consciousness. He was born in 1952, met Srila Prabhupada in 1969, and moved into the Laguna Beach temple as a full-time devotee in 1970. 

He took initiation from Srila Prabhupada in 1971, was awarded the sannyasa order of life in 2014 and became an ISKCON diksa-guru in 2020. He is survived by his children, Anasuya and Nila Madhava, from his previous asrama.

The list of Maharaja’s glorious services to ISKCON and Srila Prabhupada are numerous: in the early days he served in St Louis and Detroit temples, undertook travelling sankirtana, and served as the temple president of ISKCON Ann Arbor and ISKCON San Diego, the latter remaining his home temple from 1978 to the present day. 

He was integral in setting up the first Child Protection Office in ISKCON. Most notably, his service during the Turley case will stand out as a lasting memory. In recent years he also undertook the austerity of travelling regularly to Myanmar, one of the most isolated yatras in ISKCON, to enthuse the devotees there.

From our perspective, Maharaja will be remembered most for his contribution as a GBC member, a service he performed since 1987 with zonal responsibilites in North America. 

Badrinarayan Swami also served as the chairman of ISKCON’s international GBC, was a member of the GBC Organizational Development Committee, among others, and the North American Regional Governing Body Executive Committee.

Despite failing health, including amputation of his toe, he risked his comfort to unfailingly attend the GBC meetings and fully contributed. Indeed he was to the end a strong supporter and defender of Srila Prabhupada’s GBC system and worked tirelessly to keep the GBC as the ultimate managing authority of ISKCON, as desired by Srila Prabhupada. 

To this end, he was the author and co-author of several invaluable GBC position and legacy papers such as:

Badrinarayan Swami was one of the most brilliant minds in ISKCON and he endured inconceivable challenges for the protection of ISKCON. Maharaja was a dutiful servant, a dedicated disciple, and one of the most outspoken guardians of Srila Prabhupada’s legacy. He served in a bold and uncompromising way. His managerial astuteness, impeccable sadhana, inspiring classes filled with memories of Srila Prabhupada, and exemplary devotion endeared him to many devotees.

We offer our deepest respect and gratitude to this stalwart son of Srila Prabhupada. May his example of service and surrender be a beacon for all of us. We especially offer our prayers for Maharaja's son, daughter, and disciples so that they may find shelter and comfort in the association of the holy names and Srila Prabhupada's books. We remain at your service at this most difficult time.

The GBC shall be eternally indebted to Badrinarayan Swami for his innumerable services to ISKCON. Thank you, Badrinarayan Swami, for the many years of association. We will miss your uplifting association, wit, and candour. 

That Maharaja was fortunate enough to circumstantially depart this material world in Lord Krishna’s own abode of Vrindavan is a final testament to the mercy he has received from Srila Prabhupada, Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu, and Lord Krishna Himself.

PADA: When I was in Los Angeles helping promote the $400,000,000 Dallas child abuse lawsuit, by helping children victims get signed on, the ISKCON leaders would all gaggle together on the Watseka sidewalk -- chatting with their lawyers. Badrinarayan (Robert Morill) was one of those leaders. 

And they would ALL give me snarky looks, vulture glares, and intense vibes like "oh no -- it is the guy who is exposing our pedophile messiah's program over here on Watseka, and he is helping victims sign on to sue us." They saw me riding around on my bike all the time, and really avoided talking to me, or even acknowledging my presence. 

But we could see from their vulture glares, they were not happy to see a Vaishnava. And Srila Prabhupada says -- a person who glares at a Vaishnava has to take birth as a vulture, and glare at others in that body. OK Badri was one of the glaring vultures.

The Los Angeles police would stop me on my bike and tell me, "Hey you, stupid head, stay away from Watseka, these (Badri's enforcers) people hate your guts, and THEY WANT TO KILL YOU, and they will kill you if they can." So this is the type of mood that Badri likes to create for his non-pedophile messiah promoting God brothers. "Kill em!" 

Yup. Anyone who opposes Badri's promoting his program of worship of illicit sex with men, women and children -- as God's messiahs -- needs to be banned, beaten, sued, and maybe -- killed. Otherwise, how will we have little children worshiping our GBC gurus (such as Kirtanananda's former henchman Radhanath) and their annointed homosexual and pedophile samadhi in Vrndavana? 

My friends who live in Vrndavana are MORTIFIED at the bogus samadhis ISKCON is making there, including one for Badri's favorite porno guru swami pal -- Gunagrahi, who was hanging out in San Diego -- and watching porno -- while posing as a messiah from Vaikuntha. 

Yep! Anyone who is not in favor of having their children worship Badri's illicit sex with men, women and children as messiahs project, porno swamis etc., has to be removed from ISKCON. "Get rid of em, kill em." Especially if the God brothers want people to worship pure devotees and not Badri's drunk and debauchee and pedophile / porno messiahs. 

As soon as Badri sees that little children are worshiping a pure devotee -- and not his homosexual, pedophile, drunk and debauchee messiahs, he is infuriated. Worshipers of a pure devotee must be stopped! Or even -- killed. Otherwise, children will not be worshiping our illicit sex guru parampara -- which recently was advertised by followers of one of Badri's pedophile gurus as "giving out the keys to Krishna loka." Pedos have the keys to heaven? Say what?  

The dissenters to Badri's pedophile messiahs have to be removed from ISKCON. So Badri is one of the foremost leaders and defenders of his "anal reconstructive surgery epidemic for boys messiah's program," And he finds that people who worship pure devotees and not his anal sex epidemic program are "bogus ritviks."  

So Badri was one of the people who supported the regime which murdered Sulochana and wanted to murder me. All because? We objected to Badri's: illicit sex with men, women and children / homosexual / pedophile / drunk and disorderly / LSD is Radha's feet dust / machine gun swami / Vodka pada / anal reconstructive surgery epidemic / porno swami -- [ETC.] "messiahs from Vaikuntha" project. Who have the keys to Vaikuntha's gates! 

Yep, Krishna's messiah successors are behaving worse than the drunks here on Market Street, but they are still past or present "links in a chain of successors from God." And all of the above voted in more messiahs, OK like Badri! "I was certified as a messiah by the -- anal reconstructive surgery epidemic messiahs club." OH swell! 

Now some people have given their opinions of what happens to these people in the next life. For example, one ex-child victim told me -- these guys (you mean like Badri?) will be held upside down by the Yamadutta's, who will spread eagle their legs apart, and place red hot pokers into their butts, so they will know what we felt like, as happened to us under the (Badri) leadership. OK yep, that is a distinct possibility, cannot argue with that. But why would anyone even think that is what is going to happen to "a guru"? A holder of the keys to heaven no less? 

Lets just say there are a lot of people thinking these guys are going down to the lower regions, to fulfill the prophecy of the Sri Isopanisad, false gurus go to the most obnoxious regions. Add to that, all the banning, beating, molesting, suing and killing they created for the other Vaishnavas. And yah, they are going down whether we curse them or don't curse them, they are cursed by their own self made situations. 

In other words, a regular semi-good guy bogus guru MUST go to the lower regions. Whereas criminals who orchestrate Krishna's children to be starved, beaten, and forced into Badri's program's of orchestrated "Auschwitz for kids" (as one victim describes Badri's Mayapur), are worse than regular bad gurus. 

Their program tortures and torments Krishna's children, and bans, beats, molests, sues and kills Vaishnavas, and promotes homosexuals and pedophiles and other deviants as God's successor acharyas, and buries homosexuals and pedophiles in samadhis etc. They are way worse than a regular bogus guru. Another victim told me -- he prays every day that all of these people die soon, and go to hell, to reduce their burden on the earth. Well yup.

Yep. After they got rid of Sulochana, and I was saved by the FEDs, Badri became one of the "reformers" -- except he was a carbon copy of Ramesvara, saying that acharyas are often fallen deviants. And then they annointed most of the New Vrndavana former henchmen, who helped promote their homosexual and pedophile acharya, and who helped get rid of Sulochana, and almost got rid of me, as the next wave of leaders -- like Radhanath et al. 

And then they buried their favorite homosexual and pedophile guru in a samadhi. Sulochana called Kirtanananda "Oral sex with boys pada." So life would not be perfect if Badri's program could not have little children go and worship his samadhi!  

Location in early years: San Diego temple president in the late 1970s and early 1980s.

Ramesvara's zone, and Ramesvara was "dating" a young female and this was publicly reported, and we published the report. And nothing was done by Badri's program to fix that. That female victim still suffers a lot NOW. 

The San Diego Reader article confirms that Robert Morrill was temple president in 1979 and living near the Pacific Beach temple.

Why the name appears in legal documents

The 2004 Long Island court case shows:

He submitted evidence as “Badrinarayan das (Robert Morrill)”

This is one of the clearest public records linking the spiritual and legal names.

This is why the name “Badrinarayan Morril(l)” circulates online — it’s simply the combination of his spiritual and legal identities.

 

PADA: Yeah we are very grateful for the memories -- of all the vulture death stares and glares, death threats, and even FBI thwarted death attempts on my life. I would now be dead without help from the FBI, thanks to Badri painting us non-homosexual and pedophile messiahs club members as dangerous deviants.  

I am also grateful to all the gurukula children who helped us with the (two) child abuse lawsuits to sue Badri's pedophile messiahs club. And I am grateful for the victims trusting me with their horror stories so they could help us expose how the Badri program treats small children, by making an Auschwitz concentration style death camp for children. Which causes more than a few victims to suicide themselves to they will not have to look at the faces of their tormentors such as Badri and co.

We know from all these victims how Badri's program treats children, first of all, frog marching children into a temple room with a homosexual pedophile sitting on Badri's programs golden Vyasa seat for those kids to worship. We also know how Badri's program wants to have us killed when we think this is an obnoxious deviation and is corrupting the morals of minors, forcing children to worship pedophiles as their messiahs. 

"Badri has affection for children"? What children? And that is why he wants little children to have affection for his homosexual and pedophile guru pals -- and have children worship those deviants as God's successors on big golden seats, and in samadhis later on. Badri's program wants children to have affection for, and even worship of, homosexuals and pedophiles as acharyas so they can CONTAMINATE those children. And DESTROY their spiritual and often material lives.

As one media person told me, "if adults (like Badri) like to see people worshiping their illicit sex with men, women and children, homosexuals, pedophiles and drunks as messiahs project, why have they not made that an "adults only" religion, but rather they force little kids to worship their deviant pedophile and sex fiend messiahs? They are going to "f*ck up the brains" of little children by forcing them to worship their pedophile messiah friends." Well yup.   

OK! Badri wants anyone who does not promote his deviants as acharyas project to be banned, beaten, sued and -- killed, all so he can make his nice Auchwitz for kids program for ISKCON, which his program has done. Did I forget to mention, i know some children victims who are doing the happy dance each time one of them departs. Too bad they went on this long! Yup. 

Yeah Badri helped the Windle Turley lawsuit, to attack the children victims. It is what they always do, attack the victims, and attack us for defending the victims. Badri's people were calling the victims "greedy gurukulis who want to steal ISKCON's money."

Alas. Now he is gone. Well good luck in your future, but I do not see how the people whose program place homosexuals and pedophiles in Vyasa seats to be worshiped as good as God have any sort of bright future, OK they won't. 

And there is nothing on God's green earth anyone can do to save a person who makes children worship predators as good as God. They are doomed, and so are their supporters. 

There is good news! Badri can now be buried in samadhi next to his homosexual, pedophile and porno swami pals in the dham. They will make a good team for us to dig up later and remove their carcasses, which a number of people tell me will eventually happen! Dug up, and tossed into a stool pit, and I believe that will happen eventually. People tell PADA that all the time, we need to dig up these bogus samadhis and place the remnants in a stool pit, and that day will come.

Our dear friend and former archivist Ranjit Prabhu passed away yesterday at the age of 81. He served at the Bhaktivedanta Archives from the late eighties to the mid two thousands before moving to Alachua. Originally from South Africa, he came to the United States and served with ITV before joining the Bhaktivedanta Archives.

Ranjit always took the time to converse and bring devotional service into the conversation. He will not only be missed by his wife, daughter, and stepson but by all of us here at the Archives.

TARIFFS 

PADA: OK so far the amount of tariffs "collected from foreign countries" is $000.00, OK zero dollars, because foreign countries do not pay the tariffs. The tariffs are paid by the USA importers -- and the cost is forwarded over to the USA citizens who pay more for their goods. That is why the cost of the cheap bike in Walmart went from $98 to $188, and the extra price is paid by USA citizens and not China.   

At the same time, the tariffs have caused foreign nations to cancel buying USA products -- which has cancelled and choked off selling USA airplanes, wine, bourbon, farm produce and many other products -- which is bankrupting small and large business, and hundreds of farms. And many small importers went bankrupted because they could not pay the tariff and their goods were frozen in customs. They had to lay off workers. Again, the people who are losing money i.e. paying for all that -- are the USA citizens, not China.

The argument not to cancell the tariffs at the Supreme Court was, this has gone on too long and it will be hard to repay all the tariff fees back. OK that means you guys waited forever, and did not rule on it right away, day one, and you allowed it to become a mess "for too long." OK you are the guys who caused this to go on too long. 

Anyway, the looks on the faces on the Supreme Court guys at the President's speech looked very sad and worried. Someone said "they are gradually realizing they have produced a tariff nightmare for the USA, there will just be more tariff chaos going on forever because they are not making clear rulings." 

At the same time, IF the citizens have to pay the tariff, and then not have to pay income tax, that just means we replaced one tax with another tax, it has not produced any wealth for the citizens or the USA. Analysis of HD Goswami's reply to Bhakti Vikasa Swami

— Fallacies Behind a Valid Principle Hridayananda Goswami argues that for more than a thousand years, the history of Vaishnavism has been a constant struggle between two forces: the Vaishnavas, who give full spiritual access to all based on devotion, and the smartas, who restrict that access based on At Birth and Body Type.

Ramanuja opened temples to women and non-brahmins. Chaitanya initiated Haridasa Thakura, born Muslim. Bhaktisiddhanta gave Brahmin initiation to women challenging Kolkata councils. Prabhupada gave second initiation to women and authorized them to worship deities.

Each of these Acharyas faced the same opposition: Orthodox Brahmins who insisted that birth determines spiritual qualification. And every time, the Vaishnavas prevailed.

HD Goswami claims that certain ISKCON leaders opposing women being diksha gurus are exactly repeating the role of those historic smartas. Directly refer to Bhakti Vikasa Swami as the exponent of this position, calling him "representative of the traditional enemies of the Gaudiya Vaishnavas." 

His conclusion is that if Prabhupada gave second initiation to women and never said it should stop doing it, there is no shastric basis to deny them the next step: to be gurus who initiate his own disciples.

However, to reach that conclusion, he makes several logical leaps and fallacies:
First, a fallacy of analogy. Establish that historical smartas opposed all spiritual participation of non-Brahmins, and then equates that position with those today specifically questioning the role of diksha guru for women. But they are categorically different situations: Smartas denied that a shudra could even chant a mantra; current opponents at ISKCON accept that women receive initiation, worship deities, preach and teach — they only question a specific institutional role. 

Equalizing both positions is like saying that who questions whether a doctor should operate without a license is the same as who doesn't want women to study medicine.

Secondly, a conflict of three different levels. It flows fluently between women receiving second initiation, women performing puja, and women being diksha gurus who initiate their own disciples, as if they were the same. Prabhupada clearly did the first and the second. The third is the real question of the debate, and by mixing it with the other two, it creates the impression that opposing the third equals opposing the three.

3rd, a selective performance by Prabhupada. It presents Prabhupada's position as an unconventional "yes" to the women guru, but omitted the key qualifier from the 1976 Toronto conversation where Prabhupda said "Yes... but not so many. Actually one who has attained the perfection, she can become a guru. "That ""but not so many"" indicates that Prabhupada saw it as something exceptional, not generalized." HD Goswami quotes only the part that suits him.

Fourth, an epistemological reversal. Proposes to resolve the question empirically: "If they think women can't be gurus, let them try and when they fail they will have proven their point." "This puts the empirical proof (pratyaksha) over the revealed scripture (shabda-pramana) as a method of decision. In Gaudiya epistemology, the shastra decides, not the experiment. It's like saying "let's see if it works" instead of asking "what does the shastra say?". "

And fifth, an internal contradiction: dismisses the tradition as “90% mundane karmakanda” to invalidate the arguments of its opponents, but simultaneously cites extensively the Vaishnava tradition — Ramanuja, Baladeva Vidyabhushana, Bhaktisiddhanta — as evidence for its own position. If tradition is not authoritative, it cannot use it as an argument; and if it is, it cannot selectively discard it.

In short, the fundamental philosophical principle is solid and siddhantic: bhakti transcends birth and body type (CC Madhya 8.128, SB 7.9.10). But the conclusions HD Goswami draws from that principle require logical leaps that the shastra does not give, sustained by emotional rhetoric, false analogy and partial selection of the words of the founder acharya.
