ISKCON's child abuse handling record. 

Worse than worse.

Reminds me -- when I was helping rebuild and old house.

We kept thinking -- that is finally the last of the cockroaches.

But when we pulled up another board, hundreds more came out.

PADA: If they were silent that would be a huge blessing. They have not been silent at all. When I said there are problems with the kids, they told me I have 24 hours to be off ISKCON property for the rest of my life. Then they told, keep quiet, and if not -- watch your back, which was good advice, I had to become law enforcement protected informant here in Berkeley. And then the law enforcement folks told me that the GBC folks had just taken out your friend and "you are next" -- because the GBC folks are sending three goons here to take you out. And they used me as bait with undercover agents waiting for them to chase me, so they could come out of the undercover cars and arrest them. 

Then I had to have the GBC folks sued in Dallas in 1986, and again sued for mass child mistreatment in 1997. Then I helped the Bangalore case that cost $20,000,000, and they were begging for money for kids shoes just after they launched that lawsuit. Then the Jayapataka people wrote to complain the my helping the 1986 case, the 1997 case, the Bangalore case and the BBTI case, and other cases, this has cost the GBC folks $100,000,000. That is not being silent, that is coming after us with a giant legal orchestrated process, to silence and suppress us. Silence is not their strong point, active suppression is. ys pd

ASD: Gosh we need someone like you to help us prosecute the paedophiles and the cover up of child rape that only recently came to light when Chaitanya College was still under Iskcon in the 1980 to 1983. Police won't investigate say too late and Iskcon management England are silent and won't help. Victims are suffering all these years. 

PADA: ASD Yes, that is what I said in 1979, we are worshiping an intoxicated predator named Jayatirtha. If we worship predators, we will encourage more of same, since "we become what we worship." And the children are going to suffer. That is what I told the four gurus when they called me in to challenge me -- in 1979, and that is why I was booted out. 

Police won't investigate is a big problem, but if some of this was going on and it was covered up, that means a number of adults and likely parents knew -- and did not report. When I started the lawsuit here -- I had parents literally yelling in my face "you are ruining ISKCON." OK well your kids are being tossed under the bus to save your precious "society" which means, you will have no society. 

A society that allows its children to suffer to make big buildings and allow jerks to sit in big seats and live like opulent Saudi princes, will cease to exist as a society. But if there is anything I can do for those victims now, I will try. They should get their own lawyers and sue the society themselves, that is the best path at this stage. I am sorry that this happened to these victims, but none of the other parents / adults helped me protest in the UK -- the other adults went against me. ys pd

ASD: I believe Chaitanya College was sold at a loss as the GBC who was Bhagavan Das then and his people found out about the paedophiiles at the time. They wanted it hidden so they closed it the whole building sold it at a loss and stopped any justice or help for the victims. The children were also hypnotised after -- to forget everything -- and any bad memories about C.C. and that was personnally arranged by Bhagavan. 

There were up to several paedophiles operating in and around the gurukula together -- using chloroform on the children of 4 and 5 year olds so they would not remember. One perpetrator has left his body others are around the world and I believe 2 who were teachers have been prosecuted for offences committed after C.C. 

I believe one of the perpetrators is associated with Bhaktivedanta Manor to this day. In fact when I spoke recently to the Temple President my Godsister at B . Manor about the victims stories I was told WHY AM I BRINGING THIS UP HERE? Like i was a trouble maker. 

Apart from the CPO who have now disbanded NO one wants to know or care but instead I've been accused of destroying C.Cs reputation and the devotees reputations who lived and worked there. Absolutely no thought or care about the victims or their abuse. So everything you say is right.

HEALTH UPDATE OF SS JAYAPATAKA SWAMI MAHARAJA

Hare Krishna, dear disciples and well-wishers of S.S. Jayapataka Swami Maharaja,
We offer you our humble obeisance.

All glories to Srila Prabhupada. All glories to Guru Maharaja.

Guru Maharaja fever has been reduced with various medicines. He is getting IV antibiotics all the time and also meds to keep his blood pressure up.

The infection, whose source has not yet been clearly identified, does not respond easily to current treatment. In response, the medical team has intensified the antibiotic regime to combat the alleged infection more effectively.

Since last night, Guru Maharaja's blood pressure has remained low and has required continuous intravenous medication to keep it stable. His condition is being closely monitored by doctors and provided 24-hour supportive care.
We request all devotees to intensify their sincere prayers for the recovery and strength of Guru Maharaja during this serious illness.
