Bangalore Wins Court Case 05 16 25

PADA: This is really good news. Bangalore has won their court case, which the GBC filed against them in 1997. Both sides have had to spend an extravagant amount of cash since -- hearings in the Supreme Court can cost hundreds of thousands per hearing.

Supposedly ISKCON has paid $20,000,000 for their side of the legal fight. But we had to have the (Mayapura etc.) GBC ISKCON sued in Dallas for $400,000,000 -- because the children in their "gurukulas" were not getting proper food, soap, shoes and basic supplies. And there was mass child mistreatment going on, according to the children victims.

OK what does this means? All the GBC ISKCON's money was going to buy Armani shoes for lawyers and not taking care of the children in their care. And that is why the GBC ISKCON lost the Dallas case we helped, and they pleaded "no contest." And then they declared ISKCON USA bankrupted so they could avoid paying their numerous children victims.

Jayapataka's people complained that me helping: the child mistreatment case, the BBTI case, the Bangalore case, the 1986 child mistreatment case etc. has cost ISKCON $100,000,000. This begs the question, why is there always $100,000,000 spare money to spend on lawyers, but not enough money to take care of the Mayapur ISKCON gurukula children?

Anyway, this is good news, now maybe the Mayapur ISKCON will stop buying Armani shoes for lawyers and start buying shoes for the children in their schools. And they will stop trying to harass the people who do not want to worship their falling down left, right and center "acharyas." ys pd

ISKCON Temple In Bengaluru Belongs To ISKCON Society Bangalore, Not Mumbai : Supreme Court

ATTENTION / ATTENTION

Historic legal victory for ISKCON Bangalore after 25 years 🔷 (ENGLISH TRANSLATION BELOW)

Supreme Court of India has ruled that the Bangalore temple does not belong to ISKCON Mumbai, but to ISKCON Bangalore Society.

What does this sentence mean?

Bangalore temple remains independent from Mumbai-based central organization (GBC) and can:

Use the name “ISKCON”

Fully autonomous management of the temple and resources

Reject the system of “successor gurus” imposed by the GBC

Promote only original Srila Prabhupada books, without revisions or censorship

The battle is not just legal, it's spiritual.

ISKCON Bangalore has been defending since years:

using unedited books of Srila Prabhupada

the ritvik system, according to which only Srila Prabhupada is the authentic master initiator

rejection of GBC appointed gurus like Radhanath Swami, Jayapataka Swami, Lokanath Swami, Sivarama Swami, Madhusevita Prabhu and all others due to scandals, abuse, corruption and deviation from the purity of the original teachings

The verdict is a historic defeat for the GBC, which for 25 years has tried by all means to subdue the Bangalore temple using civil causes, political pressure and propaganda.

Now the Court has spoken clearly:

It is not the organization that determines the spiritual truth.

Wearing saffron is not enough to be true representatives of Srila Prabhupada.

This sentence legitimizes the autonomy and existence of an ISKCON faithful to the original teachings of Srila Prabhupada, even outside the GBC control, if organized seriously and consistent with the original mission.

It sets an important precedent for those who want to maintain and protect the purity of the teachings without having to subject to corrupt hierarchies.

This is not just a win for Bangalore.

It’s an invitation to the entire Hare Krishna community to return to Srila Prabhupada, with no filters, no sadhu-dressed politicians, no editorial revisions and no self-elected ‘gurus’.

The truth can be attacked, but it can't be destroyed.

Hare Krishna.
