Bhakti Vikas Swami Describes Harikesh Falldown

A parasite, will take birth as a parasite. It is called karma.

[PADA: Harikesh was kicking out the Srila Prabhupada devotees left, right and center. He was called "Hurry-cash" by many folks, due to his obsession with money. He was supposedly gambling temple money on gold, and then gold lost value and the temples suffered.

"Harikesh was the last bastion of zonal acharyas"? Nope, every year the GBC assigns geographical areas to their gurus -- even now. Harikesh has recently been saying uncomplimentary comments about Srila Prabhupada, according to some reports. Well yes, he made offenses and fell down further.

"Europe was devastated by the fall of the zonal gurus." OK so why has Bhakti Vikas swami supported the GBC's gurus, at all? "Harikesha was making rock and roll style kirtanas." Well yes, he was spending a lot of money on a big music studio, while the children were not being fed properly, and were being deprived of other basics.

"He begged the GBC to let him marry." OK so he was not qualified to be an acharya, all along. "There were many weird things about him, including obsession with UFOS." Yes, this was well known, he was making crazy lectures and this was well recorded. "Why didn't the GBC inform the disciples since they knew he was falling"? Yes, that is the question we never get answered.

Anyway, there is no good explanation why they supported all sorts of crazy things in the post of acharyas. "One GBC guru was making crazy statements about aliens and the lost continent of Mu etc." Why was this allowed? Yes, this was Bhakti Tirtha swami. And he was also drifting off the reservation, and nothing was ever done.

"They are too big to remove." Well that is called corruption, they are deviating, we know it, but we cannot move against them -- because they are too big to take out. A mundane movement.

Anyway, BVKS is struggling to explain all this. Harikesha is as good as God, in his cult, but he is a fool to everyone else? Why is this going on, at all? And why has it taken so long for them to offer any explanation -- at all?

Oh yea, the GBC has a ghost buster that is a disciple of Jayapataka. Why do we still allow Jayapataka to be a guru when he spreads this type of "ghost busting" foolishness? Anyway, what we said all along, these guys should know more about the nonsense than we do. They are on the scene.

They evidently just cover it up, and decades later admit -- they knew all along, but no explanation why they allowed this. Harikesha was being poisoned with bogus vibhuti from the ghost buster ... ummm, they are poisoning each other? And no one is warning us, until decades later? And then only by a small potato guy like BVKS, and not the GBC as a body. So Harikesha is not qualified to be a guru, he was doing crazy things -- on and on, but nothing was done? And they are still not admitting they had no authority to make him a guru?

Harikesha was running a society that bans, beats, molests, sues and assassinates the Vaishnavas, therefore he is a sincere person and Krishna will help him advance in his next life. (?) Ummm, nope, people who orchestrate a society that bans, beats, molests, sued and kills Krishna's devotees goes straight to the planet of Yamaraja, where he is himself banned, beaten, molested, sued and assassinated -- repeatedly -- and for hundreds of thousands if not millions of years.

Krishna does not tolerate people who attack His servants, and they are also not considered as devotees, they are called asuras. There is a picture of a person beating a devotee in the Bhagavatam, and he is then pushed into the stone rollers at Yamaraja's planet. That is what happens to people who orchestrate a violent cult that oppresses the Vaishnavas. Why does BVKS think that orchestrating violence against the devotees is the sign of a sincere servant of God? He is the chief apologist and bucket boy for their process, that is why.

And that is why Hanuman Croatia and others admire him.

  1. GKD: RE Bhakti Vikas Swami Describes Harikesh Falldown. Harikesha made the EU BBT office in a remote Swedish village. At that time there was no internet and no Vedabase. Devotees did not know that Prabhupada instructed that 50% of BBT money should be used for temple construction. When doing rough math from 1975 - 1998 were 100 European devotees distributed books full-time you get a minimum of one hundred million US dollars on the BBT account. So what Harikesh did was to NEVER take any BBT money for buying temples. Everything was donated by the devotees. He had devotees always live at rented places. Harikesh guarded the BBT account like his eyeball. Of course, he claims he made a few million at the Moscow Exchange stock market. However, when making millions by investing in stocks you need a very large starting capital. Harikesh was not a go-getter. He was of apprehensive nature and always cautious that he might not get cheated. So why he should have taken that risk of gambling on the stock exchange when there was one hundred million BBT money that nobody except him was aware of? Of course, his disciples went out to distribute books because they were inspired by him. In that sense he is right, it was his accomplishment.

[PADA: Harikesh kicked out most of the senior Srila Prabhupada devotees and replaced them with new people who had no idea about the standards. He was also regularly lecturing about bogus conspiracies, aliens, subterranean demons and so many other foolish things. Later he said he was full of ghosts and that was making him and other GBC gurus go crazy. He was trying to establish that pure devotees are turned into mad demons by ghosts. In other words, he was out of control and no one was allowed to complain, because he had them booted out. And all the while, Bhakti Vikas swami and others were not really protesting hardly at all either, so all of this was basically allowed to continue unchecked. Harikesh went mad, Satsvarupa went mad, and Bhakti Vikas swami thinks that is because -- they did too much service to Krishna. Yep, serving Krishna makes a person a mad lusty criminal fool, who knew? hee hee. ys pd

  2. LD: Is Bhakti Vikas Swami really saying ... the people who serve Krishna "too much" ... go mad and become offenders? Why bother serving Krishna at all? Sounds like trying to discredit serving Krishna ... as a source of suffering and madness. I think they are all acting whimsical ... trying to justify with word juggling. Srila Prabhupada: We act according to our whims, and the resulting action is there immediately. Nature's law is there. It is not God's creation that somebody is enjoying and someone is suffering. No. We infect ourselves with some contamination because this material world is full of contamination. You must remain very cautious. Otherwise you will have to suffer. Mayapur, March 19,1976 NO! The source of suffering is not "serving Krishna too much," it is deviation and self interested motivations. Bhakti Vikas Swami also says he is just now finding out about a lot of this, where has he been since 1977? They always says that! Oh there has been all sorts of banning, terrible behavior, illicit sex, child abuse, but we never knew. You are a leader and you do not bother to look into the program you are leading ... to see what needs to be done to manage it? Why are we paying you to be the manager? And you are not even managing? More cheating.
