Subject: my humble request to the GBC
My humble plea to the GBC PAMHO AGTSP.
There is a myth in ISKCON by some that Bhavananda is a martyr, because he once got arrested while being a leader in ISKCON Mayapura, however this happened after he had illicit sex with an underage teenage boy in Mayapure. Some say the victim was 17 some 19, well whatever the case is. I have also met a 15 year old ex Gurukuli boy from Nepal in Kakinada in Andhra Pradesh in 1986 that was sexually abused and molested by Bhavananda. Yes, the GBC has covered up for many such things ... well after all he is a "Prabhupada disciple" and can get away with that. Later when the CPO looked into his case, something was revealed about his crimes of the past that was long ago covered up for. Is he a martyr? Certainly not.
Srila Prabhupada was so lenient but that does not mean Srila Prabhupada would have condoned all of Bhavananda's activities. And simply because Srila Prabhupada was the founder acarya does not mean he knew everything at all times and places, only God, Krsna has such capabilities.
I am more of a martyr than Bhavananda will ever be, I opposed the attempts of Harikesa, Suhotra and Devamrta to have me engage in selling Hong Kong oil paintings in Germany and Denmark in 1983-84, this was not only against Srila Prabhupada's instructions but also against laws of these countries. So I ended up having to leave the temple in 1984 in Denmark for 2 years, and I am the first devotee that helped start ISKCON in 1979 in Denmark, now you tell me if there was justice in that?
Harikesa allowed all kind of illegal things like stashing of weapons by devotees in Germany in 1984, and that was discovered by the German police (or maybe it was in Austria), possessing firearms in these countries are illegal, unless given a permit.
I opposed Maharama das the same year that Harikesa made a regional secretary for Austria, and he was about to get into a fistfight with a taxi driver because Maharama refused to pay the Taxi in Vienna, and we where all in devotional dress (dhoties and saris). I opposed the child abuse in ISKCON in 1986 and for the GBC policy of there being homosexual Gurus and sannyasis in ISKCON. I am still very much opposed to gay sannyasis (as was Srila Prabhupada).
Recently another gay sannyasi Guru was exposed ... there was not supposed to be room for homosexual Gurus in ISKCON, but sadly there is still some that have not been exposed. The Gay 'sannyasi" may seem very detached from women and sex, but making such demons sannyasis is useless. Homosex is a demoniac activity.
And no matter how much it is tolerated in ISKCON by some, it is still a huge sin, and someone like big so-called PANDIT Gaura Kesava das thinks it is no big deal ... to me that is madness. I also was opposed to financial abuses (profiteering) of Harikesa and some of his disciples like Ciranjiva das, Locana das and Brahma Muhurta das (1989).
And finally it was clear that Harikesa was also a fraud, after that time I was demonized in ISKCON Scandinavia. I am visiting again this year and hope this is over ... so I can also do some preaching there again.
I was treatened by Ciranjiva das practically like someone should be physically violent to me ... though Harikesa had made him the regional secretary in Denmark. Finally in 1995 all devotees in Denmark wanted to get rid of Ciranjiva and Harikesa refused, I wrote Harikesa if he did not remove him (since all devotees in Denmark had signed a petition that he be removed) I would take this to the GBC. Then finally Harikesa removed him, that was in 1995, I also warned the GBC in 1996 Harikesa
was starting to fall down ... then this happened formally in 1998.
I have been exposed to demigod worship and hindu pujas in ISKCON and was asked to leave ISKCON Potomac in 1995 though I was the number one or 2 book distributor in USA and distributed over 35,000 medium books that year and gave every penny to the temple. There is some very positive changes happening in ISKCON Potomac now here in 2011 due to the presence of Braja Bihari Prabhu and his wife, and I pray Krsna will guide them to continue help improve this temple to the standards Srila Prabhupada set for ISKCON.
To me another great deviation is going on in ISKCON New York, where Ramabhadra das allows a Bingo hall and there is meat being served during a yearly time when the temple rents the temple to New York fire brigade. When I discussed this with him he got very furious and there was cursing
and cursing and cursing from his side (certainly waving fists and cursing me with hell and firebrimstone), and the result of his meat eating plan was that the GBC has made him a GBC member this year.
What a joke .... the GBC is aware of this, but has not enforced or even looked into closing this Bingo hall down, as this contract can certainly be nullified with legal assistance. The GBC made rules in 1996 that activities that breaks the 4 regulative principles can not take place in a temple. I am also "enjoying" great animosity from Harivilasa because I exposed the lack of standards in his zone in 1994, and from Navayogendra Swami.
I'd like to ask the GBC to get a "restraining order" against these 3 persons: Ramabhadra. Navayogendra and Harivilasa ... I do not want them to abuse me wherever and whenever they meet me, I do not approve of their immature ways and urge the GBC to kindly look into their lack of KC and abuse of others.
I do not want their association. Also I like to be excused from associating with Romapada Swami, and Bhakti Caru Swami because I am very much opposed to sannyasis that accumalate too much personal wealth. Also I'd like to be excused from associating with Satsvarupa (Maharaja) as long as he maintains sannyasa dress although caught red handed having had illicit sex with a married woman whom was supposed to be his disciple.... Also I like to be excused from avoiding any devotees that tell me they do not chant 16 rounds and/or follow 4 regs strictly. (That also includes having illict sex with ones wife) Dhanudhara Swami (the child beater from gurukla days) has harrased me for years and caused me much trouble due to his lack of KC, he is certainly an enemy of my KC advancement, and as the GBC seems to allow him in ISKCON Vrindavan, I once more ask he should not be allowed to talk to me or contact me. Nor any of his fanatic followers.
Nor do I want to have anything to do with any sannyasi that owns over $100,000 dollars in personal wealth. (I beg at the lotus feet of Lord Nityananda Prabhu they will become lakesvara and daily chant 100,000 names of the mahamantra instead). Kindly remember the lotus feet of Sanatana Goswami: "I was unwilling to drink the nectar of Bhakti Rasa laced with renounciation, but Srila Sanatana Goswami being an ocean of mercy who cannot tolerate the sufferings of others, induced me to drink it. Therefore I take shelter of Srila Sanatana Goswami as my siksa Guru" by Srila Raghunath das Goswami from his Vilapa kusumanjali verse 6.
I also am very much want to avoid those who personally profit from giftshops in ISKCON as such laxmi fully belongs to the Arca Vigrahas of Gaura Nitai, Radha Krsna and ISKCON. I am an offender to all jivas and the Supreme Lord and beg the merciful vaisnavas to bless me with great love and attachment for the Maha mantra and the lotus feet of the Pancatattva.
I beg all merciful vaisnavas to forgive me for any and all pain I might have given by body, minds and words......I humbly beg all vaisnavas to please heed the plea of Lord Caitanya to daily chant 64 rounds, this is the clear instruction of Srila Rupa Goswami and all our acaryas as well, the holy name alone reveals everything about our eternal service to Nitai Gaura and Radha Krsna and Krsna Balarama.
