PADA: Yes prabhu Madhusudana Russia is giving all sorts of advice to others, acting as their leader, while at the same time saying anyone who gives advice is bogus for acting as a leader and is creating a bogus bureaucracy of leader and follower.  

Meanwhile he says everyone should just read the books, but he says we should have no book distribution bureaucracy managing -- made by the ritviks -- to print and distribute the books. The books will sva print themselves. No workers needed! 

Yeah he thinks books sva print and distribute themselves, which is why he has no printing going on. He says no one can be a leader, that is a bogus bureaucracy, but then he self appoints himself as the leader of his own program. 

He is against the ritviks, because they are the people making the books, because we ritviks know that books -- do not -- sva make themselves. Yeah he is arguing with his own self. No one should be a leader, except me! ys pd

THE HARE KRISHNA MOVEMENT WILL GO DOWN IN HISTORY ...

YD: The Hare Krishna movement will go down in history for systematically failing to save it's own children from abusers during a period of no less than 50 years. This is / was ISKCON's darkest hour.

Srila Prabhupada said: "The Krishna consciousness movement will go down in history as having saved mankind in its darkest hour" and in another place: "I wish that it will be noted down in history that this Krishna Consciousness Movement is responsible for saving the world."

I have turned around his famous quote not out of mockery, but with the intention to point out the sad reality. Lord Caitanya's Sankirtan movement has the potential to cleanse the heart of all impurities and make us truly happy. And in that way we can give up all sinful activities.

Then we can distributer the overflow of our spiritual bliss. I consider myself fortunate to have a local ISKCON community where serious abuse never happened, and I have only happy memories of my brahmacari years.

Last month I watched the documentary "Cost of silence" for the first time. I was aware of the cases of Lokannath, Shatandaya and ex.Bhaktividyapurna but was never aware of the full scope od ISKCON's child abuse history.

ISKCON leaders are responsible for this, especially the early ones - that they didn't create a protective mechanism, but instead protected / defended the perpetrators. 

Reccently I got a job at a public elementary school. The administration demanded an official statement of 'no punishment record' (no criminal record). I checked the wrong purpose of the statement namely 'employment'. The woman in the school administration wrote to me that the purpose needs to be 'care of children and youth'. It is very specific. And it is only right that they check carefully.

No coverups for friends!

ISKCON leaders would do us all a favour if they would hand over all future cases of abuse directly to the police. ZERO TOLERANCE.

"RJ ... Lokanath Dasa so called Swami Guru is a wolf in sheep's clothing. And supported by all his big Buddies like Bhakti Vikas swami, GBC and others in Sannyasa order. He admitted sexually abusing 11 year old girl. For a period of 7 / 8 days. GBC should have asked him to step down from his position of Guru. But as usual conveniently dismissed this as a nuisance.

Sleezy man ... yet allowing him to continue to take on new Disciples. Thousands in last few years. Big Money involved with lots rich Indian who are his disciples. Lokanath is evil along with Anidesha Vapu ... Bhavs and all the rest! Along with all those that support all these Dark Traders ... very narassistic demonic entities everywhere in ISKCON. 

Australia has long history of the same, GBC reps Ramai so called Swami has covered up Sex offenders & Rapist over 4 decades. Also Anirudha GBC rep for Australasia! Corruption Right to the Core. Absolutely disgracfeful cultish mentality !! They all should be in Jail.. But no ... Still honoured as great devotees .

KD's post is correct: "If admitted child molesters and abusers are awarded ‘guru’ positions, it’s enough to let anyone know what’s going on in ISKCON!"

SRD: The Lokanath case says that in ISKCON, if you're high enough on the totem pole of power, you can get away with anything, even the sexual abuse of an 11 year old child. The GBC set the precedent that a confirmed child abuser can be revered as the highest spiritual authority in Srila Prabhupada's moment. I do not know how ISKCON will wash off stain...

PADA: Yes, very good analysis. 50 years of not protecting children, and now having children worship a homosexual and pedophile "guru chain," which contains all manner of deviants and debauchees in that "guru chain." 

LD says this is the collective fault of everyone involved, most especially the parents, seniors and leaders who did not take this to the police. The children victims are often too traumatized to take action and should not be blamed for running away. 

LD says that if we all knew about the abuse in 1998, and we did know -- because of the court case -- that means Bangalore / IRM and others should have drove that issue out into the India public media and courts of India. Because the abuse just got worse in India with Bhakti Vidya Purna swami after 1998. 

Everyone has had a duty to expose this and shut it down, to save children. That is correct. IRM's Kamsahanta told me we cannot expose the abuse "because we will lose our buildings." OK but you already lost your soul if your bricks are more important than your own society's children.  

Of course at that exact time the GBC / IRM / HKC Jaipur ilk folks began to say that the mass child abuse program and homosexual and pedophile messiah's club is "The Golden Body of ISKCON." So there has been a tremendous amount push back on us dissenters, and support and sympathy for the evil program. 

Thus the failure of ISKCON is a collective failure to contain abuse, a sort of crime of omission and conspiracy of silence among parents, elders and leaders, at the same time a crime of commission -- a very vicious abuse protection program that bans, beats, sues and kills people who expose this problem. And that ladies and gents, is how we got to where we are now. 

Govinda Dasi says ISKCON has morphed into a sort of Joel Osteen feel good Hindu-ized church business, and that is the result of watering everything down one drop at a time until it was a flood of deviations. Anyway yeah, ISKCON was supposed to save the world, but it could not save itself.

NOTED EFFECTS OF THE EDITED BOOKS: FROM PURE BHAKTI TO KARMAKANDA

In Judaism as well as in contemporary Christianity, there is nowadays a strong tendency towards pragmatism, and a distinct tendency to relegate anything transcendental, mystical, or rapturous to imagination or myth. Even modern day Catholicism shows less attention towards the past otherworldly saints. Of course, much of this is due to the cultural bias of the 20th century Industrial Revolution where humanity was coerced into leaving natural farmland environments, and coming to work in cities, in hellish factories—for “progress.”

Judaism also has a definite reluctance to accept mystical messiahs. Even the miracles performed by Jesus Christ, such as healing lepers and walking on water, were minimized and more than ignored. Rather, they were seen as threats to the rabbinical institution with their carefully guarded perspectives crafted over centuries.

In spite of the many miracles performed by Lord Krishna, the Kuru dynasty and demons of that era refused to see Him as the Supreme Lord, worthy of worship and surrender. Instead they viewed Him as an ordinary man having some magical powers. Never did they accept Him as the Supreme Godhead worthy of our surrender to Him.

In Iskcon today we have a very similar situation. Srila Prabhupada, the divine mystic, the master transcendentalist who brought the path of grace to us, and created miracles before our very eyes —like a swan, he flew around the world many times and changed the hearts of thousands of confused and lost souls. He brought them to the transcendental pure path of bhakti, the grace-filled path gifted by Lord Chaitanya and Lord Nityananda. 

But due to the influence of these edited books, Srila Prabhupada has now been relegated to the position of “a spiritual leader, one of many”, “an erudite scholar who translates foreign texts”, or a mere “Vedic commentator” (also one of many…) Such is the horrendous effect of reading Srila Prabhupada’s edited books. They work like a poison on the soul.

By imbibing the philosophical concepts presented in these BBTi editions crafted after Srila Prabhupada’s demise, the innocent reader will be misled far away from the path of pure bhakti, the path of descending grace. The reader will be steered towards the ascending path of knowledge, ritual and mental speculation. Karmakanda. The poor reader will be led towards “self-help gurus” of all sorts, and gradually the pure transcendental mission gifted by Lord Chaitanya will become nothing more than an Indianized Joel Osteen club.

Sincere book distributors, eager to please Srila Prabhupada, are out there sincerely working to reach the public and give them what they believe to be helpful. But by introducing them to these unauthorized and deceptive teachings, they are actually doing great harm. The poor reader is reaching for God and His grace, for the presence of Lord Nityananda, and in the original books of Srila Prabhupada, they will find it. Their hearts will open to pure transcendental bhakti. But if they are exposed to these corrupted teachings, the ever present threat of the path of Karmakanda will likely consume them. Just as it has consumed and destroyed the beautiful Iskcon bhakti mission established by Srila Prabhupada.

Reminder: NO one reaches Sri Krishna by his own endeavor. The yogis, the jnanis, the empiric philosophers may try for thousands of years. But it is only by the grace of Sri Krishna that one can reach him. And it is only by the grace of guru, the Acharya, Srila Prabhupada, that one can safely find the way to the Lotus Feet of the Lord.

Sarva-dharman parityajya mam ekam saranam vraja

Aham tvam sarva-papebhyo moksayisyami ma sucah
