PADA: OK we should all cooperate together, but on what principle? When we said that it is wrong to promote intoxicated illicit sex deviants as Krishna's guru successors, we were booted out of ISKCON. And then "the troubles" started. We and our friends were banned, beaten, sued, hunted like dogs and -- killed. What kind of cooperating is that? 

The Berkeley Police told me to wear a bullet proof vest. OK the Police cooperated with me more than you guys ever could! In short, without the help of the Police, your program would have put me into the cemetary already. The rabbit will run and hide from the lion, because it does not want to surrender to the King of the Jungle without resisting. This is basic common sense, why would a rabbit like me cooperate with the lion who wants to destroy me, and kill me?   

And many kids were molested. And we ended up having to have ISKCON sued for $400,000,000, so we could have a number of the children left remaining in the Auschwitz for kids program liberated. But that was only partly helpful, because even after the lawsuit was filed -- the Bhakti Vidya Purna swami program was actually getting worse. And that is why we need another lawsuit, this time in the Delhi courts -- to address all this because -- you guys aren't.

And thousands of devotees were banished from ISKCON, and thus now we have hardly anyone who even knows how to play a mrdunga at the temple. Govinda Dasi says it is a Joel Osteen type Hindu-ized program. It has no real potency, and the Westerners are boycotting it basically.

So yeah, we should cooperate, but banning, beating, molesting, suing and killing Vaishnavas, all to support a homosexual and pedophile guru process, is not what we signed up to be cooperating for when we became devotees. Yep! 

Q: Why are we now having to help yet another lawsuit, for orchestrating all the child abuse, in the Delhi courts. 

A: The courts offer us more cooperation than you guys ever would!

Sorry, Mahatma and ilk, you guys should have cooperated with us, and helped us contain and remove these problems instead of being a cheer leader for these deviations. But even when I was 12 years old, I would never have supported a homosexual and pedophile messiah's and guru program, because even then -- I had a very healthy fear of God -- and I would have been worried about going to hell for supporting these odious offenses to God. 

To make criminals, perverts, drunks, porno swamis and pedophiles into God's successors is an insult to God, and woe be to those who promote that deviation. Therefore, we advise everyone to NOT COOPERATE with this program. And it is working, the temples are ghost towns. We cannot do a lot to save ISKCON, but we are saving at least some people from going to the darkest regions of the universe for participating in a pedophile messiah's club, which is where false gurus and their supporters end up.

PADA: Yes prabhu, this is very odd. Kamsahanta was against me releasing the poison issue, but obviously he later on embraced it. But rather than tell that to me directly, and start to work with our team, he tells some random media person in West Virginia he is accepting our idea. But never tells me.  

That means he was too ashamed for not agreeing with us in the first place, thus he did not want to admit he was wrong. It is all about saving one's ego and not about working on solving ISKCON's issues, even the most important ones.

But yeah, when these guys say PADA is a paid CIA agent, that means they are really saying -- only a paid CIA agent has moral fiber and character -- and thus knows that it is our duty as human beings to save children from homosexual and pedophile guru cults. After accepting tridandi-sannyasa if one remains busy with worldly activities, thinking that family life is more important than spiritual life or maintaining the sinful mentality of kidnapping Sita from Rama as Ravana did even while dressed as a devotee, then one is a self-killer. 

We are far from the worship of Hari. Even if we have weakness and have enough anarthas to last us for millions of years, we are not as misfortunate as if we possessed a cheating propensity. It is better to take birth as animals or birds than to take shelter of cheating.”

MISGUIDED SOULS

A misguided young man Tamal Krsna Kripa Das posted a video on YouTube on November 30, 2025 praising Anirdesya Vapu (previously Bhaktividya Purna Swami).

Anirdesya Vapu was named by the ISKCON Child Protection Office as the longest running child abuser, abusing children for over 40 years - children that were placed on his watch and in his care. Anirdesya Vapu physically beat children until they bled, molested children, and kept child molesters in his school knowing they were raping the boys.

Subject: Supreme Court Order dated 25.11.2025 – Meaning, Impact and Next Steps

Dear Trustees,

We write to formally apprise you of the significance of the Court proceedings and Order dated 25 November 2025 passed by the Hon‟ble Supreme Court of India in Writ Petition (Criminal) No. 398/2025, Rajneesh Kapur & Ors. vs. Union of India & Ors., a copy of which is enclosed herewith for your records.

In the said PIL, Mr. Shekhar Naphade, Senior Advocate assisted by Mr. Ajay Garg Advocate and his team representing the petitioners placed before the Supreme Court extensive material on systemic abuse, institutional negligence, and suppression of complaints spanning many years and sought legal action by the child protection authorities. During the hearing, Senior Advocate Mr. Kapil Sibal appeared for ISKCON Mumbai. Notably, he did not dispute or deny any of the material relating to child abuse that we had filed. Instead, he attempted to divert the matter by alleging that the petitioners belonged to a “Bangalore ISKCON faction” and had other disputes pending in the Supreme Court with ISKCON Bombay. We made it clear that child abuse is not a factional issue—it is a humanitarian, legal, and moral crisis. The Hon‟ble Court also did not accept this attempt at deflection, and the Advocates for ISKCON did not even mark their appearance, as is evident from the Order annexed herewith—seemingly to create an impression that the Order was passed in their absence.

On 25.11.2025, the Hon’ble Bench comprising Justice B.V. Nagarathna and Justice R. Mahadevan issued a clear direction permitting the petitioners to submit a fresh representation or reminder representation to Respondent Nos. 3, 7 and 9:

 National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR),

 Uttar Pradesh Commission for Protection of Child Rights, and

 West Bengal Commission for Protection of Child Rights,

and directed these authorities to consider the allegations and grievances mentioned in the representation/PIL within a reasonable time.

This direction carries tremendous significance. It means:

 The evidence we placed before the Court is serious enough to warrant statutory examination.

 The Commissions can no longer ignore complaints of abuse; they must investigate, summon records, conduct inspections, and act under the law.

 The process of accountability—possibly including FIRs („First Information Report‟ which is registered by the Police before commencing investigation in a criminal case), inquiries, and criminal prosecution—may finally begin.

 The attempt to portray this as an internal ISKCON dispute has been firmly rejected; the focus is now rightly where it belongs—on the protection of children.

 Above all, survivors who have waited in silence for decades finally have hope that their voices will be heard.

In compliance with the liberty granted by the Hon’ble Court, our office will:

 Prepare and file a comprehensive reminder representation before Respondent Nos. 3, 7, and 9;

 Annex to it all relevant materials, including the allegations and documentary evidence already part of the writ petition;

 Follow up for timely consideration as mandated by the Court.

Conclusion

The Order marks a positive procedural advancement in the ongoing efforts to secure accountability and investigation into the issues raised by the petitioners. It ensures that the matter remains alive before the authorities and that the concerns of the Justice for Srila Prabhupada Foundation continue to receive due attention within the legal framework of India.

KRISHNA WEST vs Bhakti Vikas swami.

HM: There is a big difference between Srila Prabhupada's ISKCON and today's modern pro-western ISKCON. Hridayananda Goswami is one of the leaders of this modern Krishna Western ISKCON. But unfortunately he is not alone. 

There are many more ISKCON leaders from that group which is destroying the original Srila Prabhupada's ISKCON even more dangerous than Hridayananda Goswami, like Anuttama das, Parabhakti das and many others. Especially the frontman of this group, Kaunteya das, who recently wrote a very offensive book toward Srila Prabhupada originally entitled ' Sexism, antisemitism, racism and homophobia in Srila Prabhupada's teachings'. 

Later on he changed the title to "Tough questions, tough answers." He wrote this book on 666 pages and it is obvious that this number of the pages was not chosen by chance. Kaunteya is part of the Jayapataka group.

Hridayananda Goswami, Anuttama das and Parabhakti das, they all publicly supported this Kaunteya's book.The topic of this book is that ISKCON should openly reject some of the Srila Prabhupada's statements which are not in the line with the western doctrine. Our Srila Prabhupada, his ISKCON and his pure teachings are under attack from this dangerous group within ISKCON who are influenced from outside. 

Thanks to Bhakti Vikas Maharaj for publicly speaking about this issue with the request to continue this, especially if he can publicly speak about this new very offensive Kaunteya's book and expose him. He is like the frontman of this group traveling through ISKCON centers and temples, especially in the west and manipulating devotees like anything. 

All sincere followers of Srila Prabhupada and his ISKCON from all generations who sincerely work for his mission and who have full faith in his pure teachings and his absolute authority should come and unite all together to protect Srila Prabhupada's movement and his pure teachings. We should stand up to defend Srila Prabhupada's ISKCON and clearly say to this dangerous group that they should leave alone Srila Prabhupada's ISKCON and create their own movement and society where they can preach, write and speak publicly whatever they want in the name of their own created society outside Srila Prabhupada's ISKCON. 

Of course, Srila Prabhupada's ISKCON and his pure teachings can never be destroyed by anyone from within or from outside. All glories to Srila Prabhupada! Hare Krsna!

PADA: It always amazes me how these GBC folks will say -- the guru is in possession of Krishna, therefore he is the heaviest. But then they make additions, saying gurus are also lighter than the karmis and are thus falling down left, right and center into severe deviations. 

OK so the person who is heavy with Krishna's presence is therefore -- falling into illicit sex with men, women and children left, right and center. And even the karmis are not falling into illicit sex with men, women and children, but the guru -- is? The guru is heavy by possessing Krishna, therefore, he is commonly a drunk, debauchee, drug addict, porno swami etc. That seems to be a giant insult to anyone who is heavy because he posesses Krishna?
