Child Victim Unhappy / Justice Legal / Indradyumna in jail? / Hindu ISKCON 09 28 25

PADA: A child victim wrote to PADA how infuriating it is that while these children were suffering, sometimes being starved, beaten and sexually abused, leading guru people like BB Govinda swami were partying, making nice dham apartments for gurus, and overall living opulently -- while these kids were not even getting proper food.

And now it turns out some of these gurus have been getting loaded on intoxicants, simply partying on at the expense of these kids. I agreed with this victim. The leaders overall have had an ongoing guru lavish life -- while the children suffered, yep, cannot argue that.

Justice Legal

Sorry prabhu I don't have any further news. First, they said the GBC has to reply to them -- last year -- or else it would go to court. Yep, last year. The GBC never responded, and it never went to court. Of course PADA never writes to the GBC asking them to respond, which is what we would say is -- a futile endeavor.

Ask any criminal: "Can you tell us where the bodies are buried"? Umm nope. Moreover, if we are going to sue someone, why would we give them advance notice -- so they can prepare a counter? Just move ahead.

Then they said -- OK never mind -- it is going to be a child abuse case. As far as I know, also not filed and not in the media. So I don't know what is the hold up on either case.

In India they would have to make the children's case open public media -- first of all, in order to get victims notified where and how to sign up. That has to be done to make real progress and get victim signers for a class action. I do not see the public victim collecting process going on, that I know of at least.

In sum: i think a lot of devotees would like to kick down the GBC's doors, but they just can't quite get their idea into motion. I said in 1998 -- we have to go after these guys NOW, while they are still living on the planet.

Then Tamal, Bhakti Caru -- and many others associated with the issue -- including some of our PADA friends who helped me with the case, are departed and gone. It is sort of like running out the clock. After awhile, there won't be any living persons left who could be charged. I think the GBC is counting on that, run out the clock strategy. Yeah I agree, justice delayed is justice denied.

I will notify people when I get an update. ys pd

INDRADYUMNA ARRESTED IN RUSSIA?

PLEASE .. PLEASE PLEASE PRAY..

Dear devotees please offer prayers for Indradyumna Maharaja being released asap, here are details of the situation.

(I received this info via my Gurumaharaja’s UK disciples group).

Announcement of the Detention of H.S. Indradyumna Swami

On September 21, H.S. Indradyumna Swami arrived in Russia at the invitation of the local religious organization, the Krasnodar City Society for Krishna Consciousness, to participate in the "Sadhu-Sanga 2025" festival of Vaishnava communities. Maharaj received a religious visa, and the inviting party had prepared all the necessary documents in advance for his religious and, if necessary, missionary activities.

The local police department was notified in writing of the foreign citizen's visit, purpose, and duration of his visit.

On September 26, 2025, police officers arrived at the festival grounds and demanded that H.S. Indradyumna Swami accompany them to the local police station, which he did. At the police station, a report was filed against Maharaj for an administrative offense under Part 5 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code. 5.26 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, which charged him with a single violation: carrying out missionary activity without documents confirming his authority to carry out such activity. No other violations were charged.

Immediately after reviewing the report, police officers were presented with a document confirming Maharaj's authority to carry out missionary activity, which was added to the case file. After the report was completed, Maharaj was informed that he would be detained by the police until his trial, and he was placed in a holding cell for administrative detainees. Maharaj's conditions are satisfactory; he is provided with the necessary amount of prasad and other necessary items.

The case is scheduled for hearing on September 28, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. in the Tuapse City Court of Krasnodar Krai. E.S. Indradyumna Swami will be represented in court by M. Vrinda (lawyer, Krasnodar) and Maha-Balarama Das (Moscow).

The results will be announced later.

Child Protection Office CPO BEING PAID BY THE GBC is compromise

PADA: Yep, all of the usual suspects were roaming around Watseka when I was having them sued for $400,000,000. Hrdayananda, Svavasa, Jayapataka, Jayadvaita, Tejyas and others, and their lawyers like Amarendra and his assistant Mayesvara. Every time I came around the corner on my bike, they would fall into radio silence and give me the stink eye.

OK Badrinarayan did comment "nice bike." Hee hee. So after all that, they decided to make a CPO, and simultaneously -- step up empowering Bhakti Vidya Purna in Mayapur. None of these CPO people has ever asked me what the real issue is here, who are the victims, what did they say to me etc. I have to suspect, they are sentimentalists, or -- on the payroll.

After I just now posted that BB Govinda has been smoking pot, a victim wrote to complain to me -- these people have just been on the pot head stoned partying circuit -- while us citizens have been suffering. Yeah, they do not want independent analysis, and they oppress us independent analysts. And they do not listen to victims, or us.

Self evident. And a number of people told me exactly that, well sure prabhu, you are right, but if I speak up -- I will be in trouble with the powers that be. The hired analysts in the 1950s used to tell us cigarettes are healthy, because they were paid by the cigarette people ... ys pd

HINDU AGENDA in ISKCON NEWS

Opinion: The New H-1B Visa Policy and Its Impact on ISKCON North America

By Madana-gopala Dasa | Sep 26, 2025

In 1972, Idi Amin expelled more than 60,000 Indians from Uganda overnight. These were not just residents. They were the backbone of the economy, running businesses, supplying goods, and sustaining entire sectors of trade. Their removal caused Uganda’s economy to collapse, and half a century later, the country has never fully recovered.

PADA: OK well the GBC fried out, discouraged out, exiled out, and kicked out, 95% of the Srila Prabhupada disciples, and ISKCON is now a bankrupted empty ghost town basket case, supported mainly by sentimental Hindu's donations. ISKCON would collapse without these Hindus, because most -- or in some cases all -- of the congregation are Hindus.

I know this story intimately. I was born in East Africa in the 1970s, in the aftermath of Amin’s decision. I grew up witnessing the social and economic devastation that followed. Later, I came to America through the H-1B visa system, built a career in technology and leadership, and found my life’s service in ISKCON, the International Society for Krishna Consciousness. I now serve in leadership roles in ISKCON North America, helping guide communities, communications, and growth strategies.

PADA: There is no "growth strategy" when the official GBC guru's parampara contains -- illicit sex with men, women and children, and they bury known homosexual pedophiles in samadhis. The Western people are not going to worship a homosexual and pedophile samadhi guru parampara, ever.

Growth is not happening and will not happen as long as "Krishna's guru successors" are often debauchees, drunks, pedophiles, porno swamis, machine gun swamis, Saint Tutu-pada, Andy Warhol disciples and etc. Nearly no one in the West believes this is an authentic representation of God and his successors. If anything, the GBC's homosexual and pedophile guru parampara is going to suppress, reduce, if not eliminate growth. And it is.

Because of this background, I see disturbing parallels today. President Trump has announced a $100,000 fee on new H-1B visa applicants. It is not an immediate expulsion of those already here, but it amounts to sealing the pipeline of future immigrants. Over time, this will starve America of new talent, just as surely as Amin’s decree starved Uganda’s economy of its entrepreneurs.

PADA: We want to starve out the ISKCON false guru program. Why should we want to encourage a program that buries homosexuals, pedophiles, porno swamis and assorted deviants as acharyas in samadhis in the dham? We should defund that process.

The H-1B program is central to America’s high-tech economy. Hundreds of thousands of engineers, researchers, and professionals fill roles for which there are not enough domestic workers. To pretend that America can easily replace this talent is as unrealistic as Amin’s claim that native Ugandans could instantly replace Indian entrepreneurs. Amin’s decision caused a sudden collapse. A $100,000 fee will cause a slow decline. Both spring from the same illusion.

And here is where this issue touches ISKCON directly. In America, so many of our temples and congregations are sustained by families who first arrived through the H-1B system. These devotees are not just working in Silicon Valley or on Wall Street. They are also cooking prasadam, funding festivals, teaching children, and organizing kirtans. They play a crucial role in ISKCON’s goals for expansion in this country.

PADA: That means ISKCON has become economically dependent on the Hindus, which was never Srila Prabhupada's plan. He said we should not make ISKCON into another Hindu hodge podge program.

If new families cannot come, our temples will feel it over the next decade. Donations will shrink, youth programs will dwindle, and communities will struggle to maintain their outreach. The second generation of H-1B families, the children growing up American while deeply Krishna conscious, represent some of our brightest hopes for ISKCON’s next 50 years in the West. Without replenishment, that future becomes fragile.

For devotees, this is not only about economics but dharma. Krishna teaches that society thrives when people serve according to their talents and natures. Policies that cut off opportunities for capable people to serve only breed adharma and suffering. As Srila Prabhupada himself noted, Krishna consciousness spreads best in open, thriving societies where people are free to pursue higher values.

Most importantly, Prabhupada instructed us to speak up when leaders mislead society. In a 1972 letter to Amarendra, he wrote: “I am very much serious that you all boys and girls should expose these Nixons and remove them, there is ample scope for protest in this Sankirtana Movement.” This is not a call for partisan politics but for moral responsibility. When policies threaten to harm millions of people, including devotees and their families, remaining silent is not an option.

Uganda’s collapse was sudden. America’s risk is slow and subtle. But both share the same moral: when a nation closes its doors to those who sustain it, both the economy and the community decline.

As devotees, we should be aware of these issues and ready to raise our voices, reminding society that protecting immigrants is not just a political issue but a moral one. If America chooses to strangle its future pipeline of immigrants, the consequences will be felt not just in GDP charts but in the temples, festivals, and communities we cherish.

Opinions expressed do not necessarily reflect the opinions and beliefs of ISKCON or ISKCON News.

PADA: ISKCON's collapse is inevitable. A program that worships illicit sex with men, women and children deviants as a chain of God's gurus, acharyas and successors -- will fail, and we hope it fails sooner than later. ys pd
