THE VIOLENCE AND ARROGANCE OF KAUNTEYA DAS

Gabriele Gaudini alias Gadadhara das (in the photo on the right) was one of the children beaten and abused in the gurukula of the ISKCON Villa Vrindavana temple in Florence.

Gabriele's brother is called Giulio and his father is called Stefano Gaudini.
Gabriele's wife is called Lilarani devi dasi, who in turn is the daughter of Rupa Vilasa Gozzi and Gopi Priya devi dasi.

In short, they are an extended family of Hare Krishna devotees who know all about what happened within the gurukula at that time. But why have they never spoken of these events? This looks like the Omerta code of the MAFIA, admit nothing and deny everything. And then more children have to suffer because no one knew there was a problem. 

Those who know are legally and morally obliged to report these serious incidents, first of all to the relevant authorities. This is to safeguard those who are approaching the Hare Krishna movement for the first time, but also to bring these criminals to justice.

We have seen how in some cases silence is bought or bartered. In this regard, we repropose what a famous Italian devotee wrote a few days ago under one of our articles on Dayanidhi das Vanacari's violence against Sanaka Rsi:

'Accepting money for silence is in itself a criminal act that endangers other children.

We may try to forget the past, but it does not forget us. At the right moment it acts relentlessly. Karma does not accept bribes. Gadadhara das's tormentor is the Italian Carlo Oppecini alias Kaunteya das; the delinquent now lives in Mayapur (India) and is married to Sri Radha Govinda Dasi.

His wife is an astrologer and in the sphere of Krishna Consciousness is very reminiscent of a Nazi hierarch. Both are disciples of Jayapataka Swami, but are close friends of one who deeply hates him: Michele Rombola' aka Mayapurchandra dasa, a notorious paedophile and criminal, brother of the criminal Alfredo Rombola' aka Arjuna das.

Yet the roman Kaunteya das is a bigwig in international ISKCON. He is currently co-minister, together with his diksa guru Jayapataka, of ISKCON's Ministry of Congregational Development and a member of the GBC's Strategic Planning Team.
He is currently in charge of acquiring land in the Puri area (India) on behalf of ISKCON.

In fact, to complete this project, he unofficially asked for help from his close friend Mayapurchandra dasa, who lives there. But why is Kaunteya das, who works for ISKCON, relying on Mayapurchandra who is notoriously opposed to ISKCON, hates his guru Jayapataka Maharaj, and was kicked out of the movement for being guilty of paedophilia? Also in Puri is Madhavananda, disciple of Gaura Govinda, who invites people like child abuser Dhanurdar to lecture.

The criminal Kaunteya dasa committed serious acts of physical and psychological violence against the then child Gadadhara dasa, but what he did to the other children in the Florence gurukula was even worse. This is a subject we will cover in future articles, if you will follow us patiently.

Just as we will discuss the role in all this of Marco Ferrini, alias Matsyavatara dasa, contemptuously called “the fish” by Gadadhara dasa himself. We have attached the letter from Gabriele Gaudini aka Gadadhara das who tells us in his own words how the events unfolded:

Gadadhara Remembers Kaunteya & Matsyavatara

ITALY (SUN) — My name is Gadadhara das. I grew up in the gurukula of Villa Vrindavana, and I would like to add my memories and observations. I went to visit Acyuta and Anantalila, two old devotees from Villa Vrindavana. They told me that when they lived at the temple, they both served in the kitchen. 

He was a brahmacari and she was a married woman mother of two. Often they spent up to 14 hours a day together cooking for the devotees. Eventually they fell in love.

When the authorities discovered the scandal, (they confirmed that Matsyavatara was one of them, he was not sleeping that time) they set up a disgraceful "public, make-shift court of justice" in the prasadam hall of Villa Vrindavana. They were humiliated in front of all the devotees, during breakfast, for their "terrible and unforgivable sin". Of course none of the authorities thought that perhaps they were to blame to some extent, for putting a brahmacari to spend so much time with a married woman.

Now for comparison, I will tell you of one teacher in the gurukula of Villa Vrindavana that sexually abused at least two children. I also know of four more devotees, two of them are today "respected disciples" of Srila Prabhupada, whom over the years in the temples of Padova, Milan and Villa Vrindavana sexually abused many children.

Matsyavatara never reported any of these criminals to the police. But what is really sick is that later, when the devotee who had been a teacher was reported to the police, Matsyavatara protected him. He allowed these pedophiles to roam freely in our temples, without even informing the devotees. 

Who is worse? If some of these criminals have later abused more children, who must be responsible?

Two consenting adults were publicly insulted and shamed, when perhaps it would have been better to solve the issue respectfully and privately. Whereas Matsya protected and even hid from the law the padophiles that he himself should have reported to the police, as soon as he had been made aware of the facts.

And now he tells us that these things need to be resolved in a sattvik manner... I am afraid that it will not work. Matsya, do you want to tell us that you did this to protect the name of ISKCON?

I read Kaunteya's interview and I almost vomited, he is false and a liar. I was also in gurukula when he was our asrama teacher, except that my memories are different. He mistreated us, and it certainly was not a family atmosphere (I do not know what family he comes from).

He taught us Bhagavad-gita verses. I remember that one time me and my friend did not want to participate in his class. I was on my bed with my friend Parama and we did not want to attend the class. He gave us an ultimatum and then he came into our asrama. He grabbed my arm, twisted it behind my back and lifted me from the bed, holding all my weight just from the arm. Thus he took me downstairs causing me great pain. 

I was crying, begging him to put me down, but he would not listen.

I have asked myself if he is a man with a short memory, or if he is simply someone who is willing to speak any nonsense just to defend his "employer" (Kaunteya works in conjunction with Matsyavatara's project). I am afraid that his behaviour does not please his Guru nor the authentic Parampara.

Dear Kaunteya, I hope this letter finds you in good health and with a full belly. I wish to remind you and those who regard themselves as devotees, that Sri Krsna sees you and knows what you do and have done, including what you have done outside the walls of the temple, where you may appear like a saint. The Jiva is directly connected to Krsna, therefore you may be able to cheat the foolish and yourself, but not Krsna. The dress does not qualify the priest. Throw off your mask and confess instead of trying to protect a "position" that gratifies your EGO.
