Bangalore's Vrndavana Temple Addressing Yamuma's Flow

PADA: Bangalore's Vrndavana temple project's folks help bring attention to Vrndavana's river flow problem to the top government leaders. Government leaders are agreeing -- the Yamuna river flow is not healthy -- and needs to be addressed "so people can drink the water." Let us see what happens, but at least the issue is more and more -- on the map. Long overdue!

Some people have complained we should not bring more water use needs to the area, but the area's existing water needs are already not being met. A fix is required whether there is expansion of population there or not. It is already at a crisis tipping point.

Hopefully the government will get on board and start to offer help in this regard. Unfortunately, meanwhile the critics are not getting much done either way to address this problem.

  1. LW: It is true ... already a water crisis there. At least Bangalore is getting the government involved ... in fixing this. I notice same thing ... many of the critics of Bangalore are not getting the government leaders involved in fixing -- anything, anywhere. Sour grapes?
