Delhi High Court Rejects Lokanath Swami’s Plea for Interim Injunction, Ms. Saraswati Sara Richardson Jones and Mr. Damodar Das Score Major Legal Victory
New Delhi, September 15, 2025:
In a significant setback to Lokanath Swami, the Delhi High Court has refused to grant the interim relief sought by him in his defamation suit against Ms. Saraswati Sara Richardson Jones and Mr. Damodar Das, and Facebook / Meta. The Swami had sought an order directing the defendants to take down their social media posts against him, but the Court declined to intervene at this stage.
After hearing the arguments of Mr. Vivek Sood Senior Advocate and Mr. Ajay Garg Advocate who appeared on behalf of Ms. Saraswati Sara Richardson Jones and Mr. Damodar Das in CS(OS) 704/2024, Hon’ble Justice Purushaindra Kumar Kaurav recorded that the defendants, through their written statements, had justified the comments made in the public domain. The Court also took note that after August 10, 2024, no further posts had been made by the defendants reiterating the allegations.
This means that the social media posts of defendants Saraswati and Damodar Das against Lokanath Swami— which were the subject matter of the suit — will continue to remain online, marking a major legal victory for Ms. Saraswati Sara Richardson Jones and Mr. Damodar Das.
The Court was also apprised by the counsels for the defendants that a criminal complaint has already been filed by Justice for Srila Prabhupada Foundation with the Indian Authorities against the systemic child abuse prevalent in ISKCON’s institutions in India for a long period of time and Lokanath Swami is also one of the accused in the same besides other Guru and religious leaders of ISKCON like BVPS etc.
The order underscores the Court’s view that free expression on matters already in the public domain cannot be lightly curtailed, especially when the same are justified.

PADA: This is very good news. Lokanath swami and his gang of gangsters always try to suppress us "dissenters" when we complain about the mass child abuse going on in and around ISKCON. By "suppression" I mean they use gangster techniques like banning, beating, suing and even killing dissenters.
They lost their first case and then tried to appeal it -- because they just don't want to accept the fact that it is a good idea to expose that Lokanath is part of a child molester guru cult. Child molesting guru cults must be exposed as our civic duty, and as our service to Krishna, and His children.
And GBC's "scholarly" people like Sridhar Srinivasa are the scholarly defenders of the GBC's enforced cult ritualistic worship of homosexuals, pedophiles and predators as acharyas / messiahs process. This process should never be defended in civilized society, never mind taken to court.
NOTE: The Lokanath issue is in "public domain" because it was first posted on PADA. Evidently PADA is a bona fide source -- according to the courts!
Anyway we at PADA are very happy with this decision because we too have used this "freedom of speech" process all along, since the USA guarantees freedom of speech. And that is why we have been able to expose these odious cretins all along. I am not sure of the status of the larger umbrella case involving many other leaders that is supposed to go forward in the Delhi courts, but we will update people as we are notified.
