To whom it may concern:

A few years back I was invited to attend a festival at the temple in Almaty Kazakhstan. Knowing that my friends Madhava Das and Govinda das, who is now the head of the 24 hr kirtan department in Vrindavan, would be attending, I decided to go.

One day I was invited to BB Govinda Swami's (BBGS) private home which boasts an attached sauna and Spa facility. His residence was located in a secluded area of the ISKCON farm community on the outskirts of Almaty.

While at his house, I walked in on Maharaj -- receiving a full body oil massage by his young Russian female secretary. At that time she must have been in her mid-to-late twenties. During the massage session she was only wearing a choli top and lower garment loosen around her waist area.

Feeling very shocked by what I had witnessed I turned to Anirdesh Vapu (aka Bhaktividya purna swami) who happened to be there at that time. He told me that BBGS was transcendental and not affected by lust, hence there was no issue to speak of. I also asked for advice from Govinda and others. I was encouraged to leave, feeling disgusted and disappointed I flew to New Delhi. Upon reaching Vrindavan I confided in Aindra prabhuji and his assistant Gopal das.

After some time I stopped thinking about what I had witnessed in Kazakhstan. Over the years while residing and working for my fathers business partner in India, I would occasionally meet with BBG Swami. On one such occasion was in a five-star hotel in Delhi called the Oberoi (Records can be requested).

There I again witnessed BBG Swami receiving a full body oil massage in the spa Health Center by some non devotee oriental Thai ladies.

Around this same time, a friend of mine saw BBG Swami taking his secretary out on late night dates while she was dressed up in a mini skirt. On another occasion during Kartik I visited Maharaj in his house and saw him entertaining Kiranas, a known pedophile in the community.

While I was at BBGS's house he received a visit by Shri Radhe devi dasi (South African) alongside her female students from the Mayapur Gurukula, at that time these girls were under the age of 15. I personally witness Maharaj embracing each one as they lined up for a sharing of "the Love".

Many years later when the local ISKCON management at the Krishna Balaram temple had Kiranas arrested, Indradyumna Swami and BBGS paid for his bail to release him from police custody.

[PADA: This has happened in other instances, where a predator or pedophile is charged by the police and some ISKCON leaders will bail out the molester, move him to another location etc.]

These are the three main incidents that I have personally witnessed.

BBGS spent 30,000$ refurbishing his bathroom in Vrindavana, he told me that he did not like the way it looked while giving a tour to myself and my mother. This was the money that he had collected on behalf of his yatra in Kazakhstan. Having failed to register the community correctly, the local government evicted the devotees in the community and bulldozed many of their homes.

[PADA: Correct, this was a famous scandal where the devotees were told their property was secure, but the property permits were never done properly. And so the devotees ended up as homeless and then ISKCON began asking for "emergency funds" to care for them.] 

Maharaj then used that eviction as an excuse to fund raise for his failing project meanwhile lavishly spending money on his own personal self. Expensive reading glasses costing at least $1,000 fashion branded (now in a monkeys mouth) accessories and cologne, five star hotel resorts business class flights his own fancy private apartment properties in London, Dubai and Mayapur. His house in Vrindavana was stolen from the UK yatra in Vrindavan.

In 2018, in the UK, his servant witnessed him embracing a young 15 year old girl at her private residency, without the knowledge of her parents. He instructed his servant not to take any photographs which made his assistant question the nature of his intention.

Due to retribution and intimidation by BB Govinda Swami many people are scared and have not come forward. He can be very aggressive. I also witnessed him making racist statements and jokes cursing out black people and other "lesser classes of people." I presented this information to Prahladananda Swami of the Sannyas committee many years ago but nothing ever came of it.

I sincerely hope that this time these matters will be properly investigated and addressed so that BBG Swami can get the help he needs!

RC: Wow all this is very contrary to our vaishnava etiquette, but is that still surprising? He seems to know that even if people know about these things, his position is safe... What a contrast with a true Vaishnava's way of life...

VC: Well he is not the only one taking massages from his female secy. This happens when a peacock tries to fly. No one is qualified, most of the so called gurus are either involved in these things or they have a history of openly supporting criminal gurus.

AKD: Reading this... Although not surprising it makes me sick. Those individuals hailing to be transcendental non afflicted why funny enough never get close treatment in whatever manner by older women? Apart from spending money which is not theirs.... They seemingly just don't give a s**t if other vaishnavas gave maybe their livesavings. 

It's a donation to Krishna and they spend it on their luxury. Those individuals which, are pretending to be big gurus and above all judgement will find themselfs one day in a special place... Not to their liking I can imagine we can just have faith that karma works its way. Those "gurus" are preaching a philosophy they obviously do not believe in. First thing we learn is that karma works ALWAYS.....

And reporting those individuals to the gbc or sannyas committee... In German we say "one crow does not pick out another crows eye."

JGD: Govinda Swami Just read this Maharaj. I'm shocked is any of it true?

SR: It would seem that there were a number of 15 year olds that he was hugging...

PA: India ... it is a heaven for these paedophile sanniyasis. Srila Prabhupada was (is) against it now its gone beyond tolerance. Krishna is cleaning the swamp for his dear devotee. We should not tolerate this in Krishna's movement.

DG: Another joke of sannyas ... its disgusting! 

GP: You are right these persons behaviour regarding their job description and financial dealings regarding iskcon need to be looked into possibly by a court or charity commission.

CF: When people think of the Hare Krishnas as a bogus cult, this is exactly why. And they're absolutely right.

VD: Worse. They don't even how much a bogus cult is it.

JP: Then he has to purify his existence. There are so many rules and regulations to be followed in the renounced order of life. 

MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL, A SANNYASI IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO HAVE ANY INTIMATE RELATIONSHIP WITH A WOMAN. HE IS EVEN FORBIDDEN TO TALK WITH A WOMAN IN A SECLUDED PLACE. 

Lord Caitanya was an ideal sannyasi, and when He was at Puri His feminine devotees could not even come near to offer their respects. THEY WERE ADVISED TO BOW DOWN FROM A DISTANT PLACE. THIS IS NOT A SIGN OF HATRED FOR WOMEN AS A CLASS, BUT IT IS A STRICTURE IMPOSED ON THE SANNYASI NOT TO HAVE CLOSE CONNECTIONS WITH WOMEN. One has to follow the rules and regulations of a particular status of life in order to purify his existence. 

For a sannyasi, intimate relations with women and possession of wealth for sense gratification are strictly forbidden. The ideal sannyasi was Lord Caitanya Himself, and we can learn from His life that He was very strict in regards to women. Although He is considered to be the most liberal incarnation of Godhead, accepting the most fallen conditioned souls, He strictly followed the rules and regulations of the sannyasa order of life in connection with association with woman. 

One of His personal associates, namely Chota Haridasa, was personally associated with Lord Caitanya along with His other confidential personal associates, but somehow or other this Chota Haridasa looked lustily on a young woman, and Lord Caitanya was so strict that He at once rejected him from the society of His personal associates. Lord Caitanya said, 

“FOR A SANNYASI OR ANYONE WHO IS ASPIRING TO GET OUT OF THE CLUTCHES OF MATERIAL NATURE AND TRYING TO ELEVATE HIMSELF TO THE SPIRITUAL NATURE AND GO BACK HOME, BACK TO GODHEAD, FOR HIM, LOOKING TOWARD MATERIAL POSSESSIONS AND WOMEN FOR SENSE GRATIFICATION–NOT EVEN ENJOYING THEM, BUT JUST LOOKING TOWARD THEM WITH SUCH A PROPENSITY–IS SO CONDEMNED THAT HE HAD BETTER COMMIT SUICIDE BEFORE EXPERIENCING SUCH ILLICIT DESIRES.” 

SO THESE ARE THE PROCESSES FOR PURIFICATION. BG 16.1-3 Purport HDGACBSSP.

GGD: This is simply one example, but many others do the same... the GBC does not regulate their swamis properly and everyone knows by now ...

DD: Thank you to the vaisnava who has presented this information. Now the devotees can decide for themselves: Do we want to deprive our children and give laksmi to gurus, so that they can fund their extravagant lifestyles? Also, these so called saintly people will glorify and speak-about previous advanced personalities who lived on the bank of the Jamuna or under the trees of Vrndavana, whilst they live in modern, fancy homes. They are selling us what we want to hear, whilst living lives contrary to vaisnava principles. This is indeed a reality check.

MK: A complete abomination! One more to add to the list! Thanks for exposing N das! How many of these "sannyasis" have or have had female secretaries? Gunagahi had for years, so did Lokanatha for decades! Guruprasada, Giriraja, Saccidananda...how many more do we know of? And what is the "special service" that these ladies can offer over their male counterparts? Is there any question?

PA: Sri Radhe is our Ghislaine Maxwell and AP das is our famous Vedic Epstein in our movement. The child sexual notorious abuser Epstein was a Maths teacher in New York. His ring of associates were top politicians ie Bill Clinton, Henry Kissinger etc and Prince Andrew. So we have our top notch sanniyasis Indrayumna, Sivaram, now BB Govinda and who else (Krishna will reveal). Its a shame most young girls in our movement went for Indrayumna, who is responsible. Wake up call for parents.

DD: I was told by a disciple of a different sannyasi a few days ago - as he was vigorously defending his Guru Maharaja - “my Guru Maharaja has transcended sannyasa.”

NPD: These accusations are disheartening and very serious. If true, or perhaps just the tip of the iceberg, they potentially have serious consequences for our society and those directly implicated. Without intending to undermine what you have presented (As any accusation like these takes great bravery and integrity), I am also not standing in anyone's defence.

But in the spirit of fairness, it would be helpful if you could provide some sort of corroborating evidence. While i appreciate some of your account is your personal observation, there are at least 5 instances that could be supported a little more:

1. Misappropriation of funds. (Although not child-protection related) This is very serious, and most likely criminal in nature.

2. The embrace. Would the servant be able or willing to support your version of this?

3. The sannyas committee. Do you possibly have any record of your correspondence with Prahladananda Swami?

4. House in every town. Is there some way of showing that BBGS enjoys and controls all the properties listed.

5. Stolen house. Could you possibly clarify what you mean by stolen from the UK Yatra? Surely that could be corroborated.

A group with the reach that this one has grown to, and to preserve the good that it has achieved, has the responsibility in its pursuit of justice, to be fair. If its difficult to support our accusations, then maybe a public forum isn't the most suitable place to build momentum for an investigation. I hope it doesn't come across too strongly...

Be careful or the ISKCON gestapo may find out that you have been selling Prabhupada's books for less cost, and then they will send a global warning to all their members about your evil conduct, demanding repentance.

These people are in clown world. It's the same temple that once chastised a devotee when he objected to his wife running off and marrying a temple brahmachari. They punished HIM for objecting, not the fake brahmachari who was having an affair with his wife.

They made him send a public apology letter to all of their congregation for having disturbed people's minds -- when he objected to his wife having an affair with a temple brahmachari - and HE DID SEND THE APOLOGY because his guru forced him to. Imagine being in a such a cult where your guru makes you publicly apologize for criticizing a brahmachari who had an affair and ran off and married your wife.

I want to bring out one important concern that has come from both BBT Office and from different ISKCON temples that two of our Community members have failed to follow certain vital policies made by Western India Division Council (WIDC). This is causing an uproar, confusion and ill feelings between devotees. Whoever is not sticking to these policies will be displeasing Hari, Guru and Vaishnavas and should seek forgiveness for their erraneous conduct. In order to illustrate what the problem is I am presenting the policies for which all ISKCON temples have agreed upon below.

1- Devotees should not sell Books to any other centers / temples.

2- Devotees should not reduce the price decided by WIDC.

3- If you get any Sponsorship then put a clearly visible Sticker to that effect -- mention actual price and discounted price along with a reason

-- e.g. birth anniversary of Mr. XYZ. Otherwise people in general becomes confused, reputation of ISKCON gets spoiled, other book distributors within Pune as well as other places gets disturbed.

4- If in doubt, please ask HG Sarvalakshan Das (NVCC) or HG Vijay Gopi Keshav das (CAMP).

We pray at the lotus feet of their Lordships Sri Sri Radha Vrindavan Chandra ji and Sri Sri Radha Kunjabihariji to bestow Their mercy upon you and your family so that you may continue to distribute books and please Srila Prabhupada.

In other words, they want to extract more money from people as the main concern, not preaching.

RSD: They are asuras. The asuras are bent on going against purity. Like Hiranya kasipu harmed his own son Prahalad simply because this little boy was worshipping Narayana. So this is the nature of Asuras in the end, and Hiranya kasipu met his end.

VRD: What a joke! Donkeys and demons talk about Hari, Guru and Vaishnavas. 

Ramesvara: Hare Krsna. Pamho. AGTSP! Srila Prabhupada never placed such restrictions on distributing his books. We follow the Sankirtan principles established by Lord Caitanya and Sri Panca-Tattva, Who never considered who was a suitable candidate, or what was a suitable time or place. They made no conditions, and whenever there was an opportunity They took it to distribute love of KRSNA. There are no such rules regarding transcendental book distribution.

BH: I heard from our friend and godbrother bd that the unedited books of Srila Prabhupada are called ritvik books and are forbidden to be sold in the Iskcon movement there. Just see how deviant that movement has become.

MD: About 15 or 16 years ago I was Distributing books in New York and head editor had came out and told me how I was wasting my time because I didn't stay in his class to listen to him go on about how useless it is to preach the people in the West.. Shortly after that I started distributing the original 1972 editions of Srila Prabhupadas books. Then I was told by the other editor that I was a offender to SP because I didn't distribute the books that they edited. 

RSD: You are a True Hero. Bravo. The edited books themselves have been re- edited. They'll edit and the same books go back and edited again. So sinful to cut down trees for their actions — this is Urga karma. Most sinful of them. Please encourage more devotees to back to distribute the Original books. I will sponsor book distributors to sell cheaper then they normally sell for more.
