ANOTHER GBC LAWSUIT

JND: Recently Mr. Anirudh Sadanand from the Bhaktivedanta Book Trust (Mumbai) has filed a police complaint against our temple here in Chennai which has existed there from 2005. The police have not yet allowed us to see the written complaint, as he says senior signatures will be exposed which he is not authorized to release yet. In summary He has informed us the Bhaktivedanta Book Trust (Mumbai) has claimed we are impersonating them and actively publishing books, because our trust name is "similar" to theirs.

Our trust is named "Bhakti Vedanta Trust" and does not engage in book publication at all, nor do we try to present ourselves as connected to them in anyway. Our trust runs temples and goshalas, which the Bhaktivedanta Book Trust (Mumbai) does not do, so there is no overlap of activities by which someone would mistake us as them.

It is another example of how ISKCON leadership in India acts as a mafia to try to stop anyone who is not under their authority from presenting the teachings of Srila Prabhupada.

The leaders and paid staff of these organizations are the furthest one could be from spiritual. They have been doing these things against our temple for the last 20 years or more, and they have done similar things to other devotees I know.
When we were first building this temple in 2005 ISKCON leaders threatened the structural engineer and told him if he provided the structural diagrams for our temple they would not let him have any association with ISKCON. 

He sadly told us he could not continue because of that, and instead gave us the contact of his student and said he would continue the drawings free of cost.
We have had many other such negative interactions with these people, where they try their best to stop the functioning of our temple, for example by providing negative letters to the Indian Institute of Technology next door to our temple, but despite this the temple has ran smoothly for 20 years, since the initial construction began.

Now 20 years later they have decided that we are impersonating them in the book publishing field and are filing police complaints against our temple.

Giovo Ligure's Govinda restaurant: cuisine, corruption and Ukrainian mafia” (ENGLISH TRANSLATION BELOW)

The restaurant Govinda di Giovo Ligure, in Via Tagliata della Chiesa 43, Pontinvrea, officially run by the Hare Krishna monks, has become the symbol of a rotten and criminal system, governed by central figures of Italian ISKCON and now at the centre of documented scandals.

The management of Prabhu Das, a notorious conman, manipulator and pervert, along with his son Abhiram Thakur Das, a puppet, reveals a lethal interplay of economic, spiritual and criminal interests. and other cities document illegal conduct, accumulation of debts, exploitation of devotees, psychological manipulations and instrumental use of the Vedic scriptures to gain money and power.

The public review (attached in the first comment)

A customer left an unequivocal review: inedible pizza, vegetarian meat, rude staff, no invoice and refund. Client sent a PEC to USL of Savona and to the consumers association. This public document confirms the chaotic management and devoid of respect for clients and for the coherence of the vegetarian project, the heart of the identity Hare Krishna. Govinda isn’t just a shabby restaurant: it’s the tip of the iceberg of a system of abuse, manipulation and lies orchestrated by Prabhu Das and co.

The power system

Prabhu Das aspires to become GBC and is already in the bid for Sannyasa. But he's not a monk nor a real spiritual leader: he's a pathological impostor, drugged, sexually depraved and completely subjected to Massimo Brioli aka Madhusevita Prabhu, mafia leader of the Italian ISKCON. Son Abhiram is a puppet who rules the temple of Savona nominal only. 

His wife, Kama Gayatri Devi Dasi, suffers from severe depression, aggravated by toxic family background and imposed superficial devotion. All of this has led to multiple abortions and chronic difficulties conceiving. Abhiram also brings to mind the death of his children and calves, contradicting the sacred narrative about cows.

Debts and flaunting

Prabhu Das loves to flaunt Savona’s restaurant and goshala, but he hides huge debts: €100,000 at Goloka Ekofarm, €30,000 at the temple in Turin, €10,000 in the “Shanti Home” in Tribogna. The scheme has been the same for thirty years: accumulates debts, uses ISKCON facilities as guarantee, flaunts wealth and influence and leaves economic and moral rubbish everywhere. Already in the 90s, working for Herbalife, he forced collaborators into loans to finance his luxurious life, then losing everything. Today repeat the script on behalf of ISKCON.

Media manipulations

Prabhu Das bought journalists for positive articles on Govinda and Goloka, but the reality of clients and reviews speak clearly: rising debts, failing structures, and a web of lies that will soon crumble under the weight of truth.

Criminal links

Govinda's isn’t just a poorly managed restaurant: it’s part of a network of shabby businesses and criminal infiltration. The purchase of the former Hotel Ligure involves suspicious environments connected to the Ukrainian mafia, with the complicity of internal figures at ISKCON. Apparently spiritual activities are being exploited for land control, recycling, and illicit earnings. All the testimonies have already been collected and soon you will know more.

Conclusion

The dossier reveals a network of total corruption: mismanagement of Govinda, manipulations, debts, escapees, abuse and criminal infiltration. Srila Prabhupada and true bhakti were stepped on by Prabhu Das, Abhiram Thakur Das and Madhusevita Prabhu. The public review, the sent PECs and the Ukrainian mafia are just the tip of the iceberg. Structural collapse is inevitable. Every activity under their control must be seen as part of a system of power, deception and abuse disguised as spirituality.

GBC NOT LISTENING

PADA: Yeah after JT was gone there was all sorts of headlines in the news all over UK and EU "Guru's Head H*cked Off." Wonderful publicity you guys are making here. And getting rid of JT means -- Bhagavan took over, that is when kids were getting knocked out with chloroform. Don't you guys have any idea that a guru is supposed to behave like a moral human being? And how is any of this eternal guru parampara? To say that these people are eternal paramara is, false. These people are not in the parampara. And JPS removed me so he could bring in chloroform pada, things got WAY worse, especially for kids. Harming child is criminal and has nothing to do with gurus. How is chloroform pada part of the eternal parampara? Which you guys cannot answer since this started in 1979 when they removed me for objecting .... if they had kept me and removed JT, he would still be alive today. ys pd

To confirm this statement, Lord Kṛṣṇa said that Govardhana Pūjā is as good as worship of Him. From that day, the Govardhana Pūjā has been still going on and is known as Annakūṭa. His father was Sri Acyuta Deva, the king of Rohini. His mother’s name was Bhavani. PADA: Right, the Bhakti Vikas swami program bans, beats, molests, sues and kills people. OK it is another version of worst case religion fanatics. What difference does it make to folks like me and Sulochana -- if we are killed by one group or the other? The result is the same. 

The main problem with the Muslims evidently, they don't believe in reincarnation. OK but the people coming after me and Sulochana said we need to get new bodies, knowing about reincarnation does not always stop religions from being fanatical, and dangerous. ys pd

HELPING MY FRIENDS -- SUFFER. 

 

PADA: Great. Jayapataka is his friend. I personally told JPS in 1979 -- Srila Prabhupada says if we take sins -- we will get sick, fall down or both. Of course a number of them are dead. 

JPS simply laughed at me and told me he is going to take sins from 50,000 people. And this Balabhadra guy evidently encouraged him to do that. OK that means, these sin absorbing vacuum cleaner people will get sick, fall down, and die. And they are -- left, right and center. 

And that is what you want to happen to -- your friends? Sheesh pilgrims! Really, with friends like this, who needs enemies! As one devotee said, it is like telling a person to drink poison -- telling him it is nectar. 

Thanks Balabhadra, you made your friend into an overweight, out of shape, drooling basket case who needs helpers to take him to the rest room. And the kids in JPS program said they were in Auschwitz for kids. And you co-enabled all of this. You are not the friend of those kids or JPS, or anyone else. JPS will take those sins with him into the next life, and go to the darkest regions, carrying that burden with him. You are co-causing him to fall, and suffer, and -- he is. ys pd

Padmanabha prabhu with Chancalapati. Padmanabha told me he thinks these GBC gurus are not qualified to be Srila Prabhupada's successors, of course, should be obvious at this stage. Glad to see he is with the Prabhupadanugas. I know he hangs out with all different camps, but I believe he is more of a Prabhupada man himself. There is a lot of politics in India and he probably has to mind what he says. It is a dangerous place for truth tellers. ys pd

NO GAS

PADA: Oh oh, folks in Crimea and other parts of Russia have no gas. Some have no gas, no running water, and no electricity. Apparently, the great plan is to take Russia back to the 1800s, where people will ride on horses and take buckets to the river to get water. 

But yeah, all these burning up oil production places is creating a giant environmental mess, which just seems to have no end. Once a few oil tanks start burning, the oil starts to run all over the place and start many other things on fire, which is why these places "burn for days." That is not good for the air quality of -- the entire planet. 

There is a Tik Tok video of Russian soldiers in Crimea stopping people on the street and stealing gas from the regular citizens, because their truck ran out of gas. There seems to be no help on the way for these citizens. It is just getting worse, and winter is on the way. 

We are here to save you, which is why you have -- no gas, no water and no electricity. Sounds like the way the ISKCON GBC helps people? My prediction? They will most likely -- never help these people. They are on their own. Yep, same as ISKCON's victims. ys pd

ISKCON uses several strategies to build and nurture relationships with potential major donors:

• Targeting specific profiles: Reports indicate that ISKCON monks specifically target wealthy individuals, including childless couples or those whose children live abroad, to solicit substantial donations of cash and property.

• Exclusive events: Temples hold grand fundraising galas and events to bring together wealthy community members and influential leaders. These high-profile affairs, sometimes featuring celebrity guests, are designed to generate large donations.

• Personalized appeals: Instead of asking for money in public, a specialized approach is used with affluent individuals. A meeting is arranged, often over a meal (prasadam), where detailed information is provided on specific projects that donors can "invest" in.

• Networking through influential figures: ISKCON secures meetings with wealthy prospects by being recommended by respected individuals or organizations known to the potential donor.

• Offering special privileges: ISKCON's Life Patron program, introduced by its founder Srila Prabhupada, offers wealthy supporters benefits such as accommodations at ISKCON centers worldwide and special gifts in exchange for substantial, one-time donations.

Large-scale project funding

Major donations from wealthy individuals and corporate social responsibility (CSR) contributions from companies are crucial for funding large ISKCON projects.

• Temple and facility construction: ISKCON builds attractive and often opulent temples to attract devotees and create comfortable places for worship. The construction of large-scale projects like the Temple of the Vedic Planetarium (TOVP) in Mayapur, India, is a major focus for global fundraising efforts.

• Prominent examples: A well-known example is Alfred Ford, heir to the Ford Motor Company, who joined the Hare Krishna movement in 1975. He has provided substantial donations for ISKCON's projects, including the Detroit Cultural Center and the TOVP.

Controversies and criticisms

ISKCON's fundraising methods, particularly those aimed at the wealthy, have faced significant criticism.

• Allegations of exploitation: Critics on platforms like Reddit have described persuasive monks and the organization itself as a "business model scheme" that preys on vulnerable wealthy individuals.

• Accusations of fraud: Claims have been made that ISKCON defrauds vulnerable people of their life savings. Specific reports have alleged that the group targets wealthy childless couples or those with children living abroad to extract large sums of money, land, and property.

• Questionable fundraising tactics: In the 1970s, as the organization's financial needs grew, there were documented changes in fundraising tactics, including disciples targeting people perceived to have more money. Some devotees were known to disguise their religious affiliations to make it easier to solicit donations.

Srimad-Bhagavatam Date: March 21, 1972 1.1.1

Prabhupāda: The first verse of Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam, First Canto, First Chapter, janmādy asya yato [SB 1.1.1] = the original source of everything, that is the Absolute Truth, yataḥ, from which or from whom everything is emanating. That is the Absolute Truth. And what is the nature of that Absolute Truth? He is senscient. He is not a dead stone. He is completely conscious, 

yena sarvam idaṁ tatam. avināśi tu tad viddhi yena sarvam idaṁ tatam [Bg. 2.17]

Idaṁ sarvam tatam: everywhere there is consciousness. You can see the cosmic manifestation = the sun is rotating on the orbit; the moon is rotating on the orbit; thousands and millions of planets and universes are exactly rotating. Unless there is consciousness, how it is possible? There must be consciousness. Just like in my body, whenever I feel pains and pleasure, there is consciousness. Similarly, the cosmic body, the virāṭ-rūpa, there is consciousness. Therefore in the Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam it is said that the Absolute Truth must be conscious. Janmādy asya yato 'nvayād itarataś cārtheṣv abhijñaḥ. Abhijñaḥ means conscious.

Now this knowledge, abhijñaḥ---jñaḥ means "completely conversant," abhi. Now wherefrom this knowledge came? Just like we have got our experience = we get knowledge from a superior person. We go to school, we go to college and get knowledge, but wherefrom the Absolute Truth got knowledge? This question may be raised. Generally, because we have experience that without going to the superior person how we can get knowledge, so the same question may be inquired about God, or the Absolute Truth.

But Vyāsadeva says that He is abhijñaḥ: He is perfectly conversant, He is perfectly in knowledge, but svarāṭ. Janmādy asya yato 'nvayād itarataś cārtheṣv abhijñaḥ svarāṭ. Svarāṭ means "completely independent." There is no need of taking knowledge from others. That is God. Not that I am now in ignorance. The Māyāvādī theory is that "I am now in darkness under the clutches of māyā, and when māyā is finished, then I am God." The answer is if you are actually God, how you are captured by māyā? Then māyā is greater than you. But it is understood that God is great, nobody can be greater than God; so if māyā captures God, then māyā is greater than God.

So this theory is not very intelligent theory, that God has become captured by māyā. No. Māyā can capture this small god, just like we are. As I explained yesterday, īśvara. Īśvara means controller. So every one of us, somehow or other, we are controller. At least we control my..., our children, wife, at home. So in that sense everyone is controller. But śāstra says that īśvaraḥ paramaḥ kṛṣṇaḥ [Bs. 5.1] = the supreme controller is Kṛṣṇa. He has no controller. I am controller, but when I go to my office, immediately I find my boss a controller. Although I am very strong controller on my children or on my wife or servant---I am very strict man---but as soon as I go to my office, immediately I am controlled by my boss. That is my position.

So I am not absolute controller. The absolute controller means who is not controlled by anyone else. He is never controlled by māyā. That is absolute controller. How God can be controlled by māyā? Therefore this Vedic term is used here, svarāṭ. He is not controlled. Īśvaraḥ paramaḥ kṛṣṇaḥ [Bs. 5.1], svarāṭ. And Kṛṣṇa also says in the Bhagavad-gītā, mattaḥ parataraṁ nānyat [Bg. 7.7] = "There is no other controller above Me."

And Kṛṣṇa, when He was present, He was not controlled by anyone. Even if we suppose that Rādhārāṇī controls Kṛṣṇa, but actually He was not even controlled by Rādhārāṇī. That we have seen. When Kṛṣṇa left Vṛndāvana, all the gopīs, they would not allow Him to go away to Mathurā. But still He did not..., Kṛṣṇa did not care for them; He left Vṛndāvana. So He is not controlled by anyone. Svarāṭ: fully independent.

And so far knowledge is concerned, there is perfect knowledge:

parāsya śaktir vividhaiva śrūyate svābhāvikī jñāna-bala-kriyā ca [Śvetāśvatara Upaniṣad 6.8]

Any knowledge required, any reality, it is present. Not like here one has to learn, just like we have to learn knowledge. For Kṛṣṇa, when He was only three months old, the Pūtanā rākṣasī came to kill Him. She thought... She was engaged by Kaṁsa to kill. So she came to kill Kṛṣṇa, smearing poison on her..., on the nipple of her breast, and came in a nice motherly dress. And Yaśodā-mayī was very simple; she allowed her son. But her purpose was to kill Kṛṣṇa. But Kṛṣṇa sucked her breast and sucked her life also.

So at three months old, Kṛṣṇa, how He became God? Then, He had no instruction. He did not go..., undergone any austerity or penance or meditation. How He became God? Therefore God is never made. God is always God. Either He appears Himself as a three-month-old boy or just like a young man, God is always God. It is not that I am not God now, but by meditation I become God. That kind of God, manufactured in mystic factory, is not Kṛṣṇa. Kṛṣṇa is svarāṭ. He is God always. He is not a made-up God by some meditation or by yogic practice. Therefore He is called svarāṭ.

janmādy asya yato 'nvayād itarataś cārtheṣv abhijñaḥ svarāṭ tene brahma hṛdā ya ādi-kavaye muhyanti yat sūrayaḥ [SB 1.1.1]

Ādi-kavaye, Brahmā. Now one may argue that we find the first creature within this universe is Lord Brahmā. So he spread the knowledge, Vedic knowledge, gāyatrī; so he must be the Supreme Lord. This question may be raised. Because he is the first creature; he created this universe, and he expanded the knowledge, Vedic knowledge, therefore he should be accepted as the Supreme Lord. Or janmādy asya yataḥ means everything has emanated, taken birth from him; therefore Brahmā is the original.

But the answer is there = tene brahma hṛdā ādi-kavaye. Ādi-kavaye. Ādi-kavaye means the Brahmā. So He also imparted knowledge to Brahmā; therefore Brahmā is not the original creator. The original creator is Viṣṇu, or Kṛṣṇa. Tene brahma hṛdā. But He was not present there, because there was only the living creature Brahmā; so how knowledge was imparted to him? Therefore it is said, hṛdā: through the heart, because Kṛṣṇa is in everyone’s heart.

īśvaraḥ sarva-bhūtānāṁ hṛd-deśe 'rjuna tiṣṭhati [Bg. 18.61]

You have got Kṛṣṇa within your heart. Simply you have to realize it; simply you have to become qualified, bona fide, to speak with Him. That’s all. That is the qualification. That requires training. As soon as we are trained up to talk with the Supreme Lord, who is living within my heart, then our life is successful.

How to distinguish the genuine guru from fake - unrealized guru within the present Gaudiya Vaishnavism - Cheap gurus including present Iskcon gurus ?

“A devotee who is actually advanced in Krsna consciousness, who is constantly engaged in devotional service, SHOULD NOT MANIFEST HIMSELF, even though he has attained perfection. The idea is that he should always continue to act as a neophyte devotee as long as his material body is there. Activities in devotional service under regulative principles must be followed even by the pure devotee. 

But when he realizes his actual position in relationship with the Lord, he can, along with the discharging of regulative service, think within himself of the Lord, under the guidance of a particular associate of the Lord, and develop his transcendental sentiments in following that associate.” OM TAT SAT. AGTSP. HARE KRISHNA.

KIRTANANANDA SAMADHI PROJECT

October 25, 2011: On this date in history 14 years ago, one day after Bhaktipada's death at Jupiter Hospital in Thane, India, Radha Vrindaban Chandra Swami, Bhaktipada's greatest sycophant, announces that Bhaktipada’s body will be taken to Vrindaban, the holiest pilgrimage place on earth for Gaudiya-Vaishnavas, although no one knows where in Vrindaban his corpse will be interred.

Bhaktipada’s disciple Sanatan dasa, who lives in an ashram at the Radha Gokulananda Mandir in Vrindaban, suggests that Bhaktipada’s body should be interred there, alongside the samadhis of the great Vaishnava acharyas Lokanath Goswami, Narottama dasa Thakur and Vishvanath Chakravarti Thakur.

Many members and former members of ISKCON—who had knowledge of Bhaktipada’s involvement in the murders of Cakradhari and Sulochan and his long history of sexual abuse of boys and teenagers—were not pleased when they heard that Bhaktipada’s disciples and followers were planning to place his body in "samadhi" at the Radha Gokulananda Mandir.

“To let a battered soul rest is one thing,” says an unnamed devotee in an article published by the online news blog, Vrindaban Today. “But this man, to the very end, never offered a word of apology or explanation to those who suffered due his deeds. And now he is going to be put in samadhi at Radha Gokulananda?! At least the other ISKCON departed are put in graves at their own properties. How will anyone who knows the truth not be disturbed when taking darshan of the great Gaudiya acharyas and seeing his memorial there?”

Bhaktipada’s body--in an ice-filled wooden coffin--is taken on a journey of nearly 1,000 miles: from Thane, to Chatrapati Shivaji International Airport in Mumbai, where it is shipped on a flight to Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi, and then driven by truck to Vrindaban. The ice melts.

Bhaktipada’s plywood coffin is refilled with fresh ice and covered with marigold flower garlands, and brought to Radha Gokulananda Mandir, located between Kesi Ghat and the Radha Damodara temple. This is one of the famed seven temples of the Goswamis, founded by Lokanath Goswami, one of the personal associates of Chaitanya Mahaprabhu.

Behind the temple is a small house and Bhaktipada’s body is placed in one of the rooms. Here Bhaktipada's disciples and well wishers offer their final respects. The entire Rishikesh Yatra, led by His Holiness Bhakti Yoga Swami, misses the blessed event, due to a mis-communication.

Bhakti Aloka Paramadwaiti Swami (Ulrich Harlan, formerly Alanath Swami, a Prabhupada disciple who left ISKCON in the mid-1980s to join B. R. Sridhar Swami’s math) delivers a eulogy. After Paramadvaiti Swami’s eulogy, devotees cheer and begin kirtan. However, soon their joyful mood darkens considerably when the Radha Gokulananda temple managers inform them that they will not permit Bhaktipada’s body to be buried anywhere within their temple compound.

Solution? Send in the ladies! These are the people fighting for "family values" mind you! Russia already had millions more females than men BEFORE the war, the war has simply made the situation worse. Some Russian computer tech guys I met in San Francisco said "we are never going back, we intend to remain alive." Good idea! 

As one Russian mother said, "Putin is making Russia into a nation of crying mothers and wives, and crying children who will never see their fathers again." Well yep. A leader who makes the citizens cry, oh I forgot, same thing as ISKCON.

~ Dealing with Falsifiers ~

There are many individuals who although initiated in a proper guru-paramparā, spend most of their time trivializing people who do not belong to their choice of groups and sampradāyas. Thus, they constantly deride the gurus, paramparās etc. of others by calling them false.
​
These individuals forget the fact that many devotees attained Śrī-Krishna even without aligning themselves to a particular sampradāya. For example, Śrī Jayadeva Gosvāmī, Śrī Caṇḍīdāsa, Śrī Vidyāpati (favorite poets of Mahāprabhu) and many others attained prema in this age of Kali even without being affiliated to a particular sampradāya or group. This does not at all mean that one should not take shelter of a bona-fide sampradāya. In fact, one should always aspire to take shelter of a bona-fide guru in a genuine paramparā.

At the same time, one should know that the kṛpā (mercy) of bhagavān cannot be tied down to and institutionalized within a particular sampradāya, paramparā or group. The mercy of bhagavān and the ācāryas can easily descend upon anyone who is honest and sincere in their outlook and who gets access to even a single source of bona-fide knowledge and realization. As soon as such mercy descends upon qualified candidates, they show signs of genuine Krishna-prema, thereby silencing the entirety of shallow critics. Here is a newly composed verse centered around the same principle:

The fault-finder keeps uttering these words. O my good fortune in the form of tears of love for Rādhā-Krishna! Please do me a favor and shut his mouth forever.

PS: The import is that as soon as genuine signs of prema descend on a deserving sādhaka (practitioner), that prema (and its after-effects in the form of crying for Krishna) is like a powerful lady that shuts the mouth of the false critics forever. 

PADA: Well that is all fine, but the people who are victims of ISKCON's gurus are not crying for Krishna, they are crying because they were banned, beaten, sued, molested and /or their friends were killed by the false guru process. And other false gurus like Sridhara, Narayan, BP Puri and others promoted the GBC's false gurus. So yeah, these are false guru sampradayas and we need to warn people of the dangers of accepting them as bona fide.

ISKCON TODAY

Today's American ISKCON temples are primarily composed of Indian-origin people who attend as congregational members rather than as full-time resident devotees, marking a significant demographic shift since the movement's early days.

From Western counterculture to Indian diaspora

When the Hare Krishna movement was founded in the 1960s, its members were almost entirely Westerners, often from the "hippie" counterculture. The founder, A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, came to the West to specifically attract non-Indian devotees. However, by the 1990s, the demographics began to reverse.

Several factors led to this transition:

• Immigration: An increase in Indian immigration to the U.S. in the 1970s and 1980s provided a new congregational base for ISKCON temples.

• Cultural familiarity: In the absence of established Hindu temples, many immigrants found ISKCON to be a culturally familiar space where they could connect with their traditions. ISKCON's strict adherence to Indian cultural standards for worship, dress, and music made it feel like a "cultural home" for the diaspora.

• A "home away from home:” Temples became a central hub for Indian families to recreate their religion, culture, and ethnicity for themselves and their children. ISKCON leaders actively wove Indian traditions into modern life to provide a home for the diaspora.

Shift from resident to congregational membership

This demographic change coincided with a shift away from a resident-based lifestyle to a congregational one.

• Early years: In the 1970s, more than 90% of followers lived in the temples.

• Today: More than 90% of followers live outside the temples, supporting themselves with jobs in the "outside world.”

The new congregational members, who are largely Indian-American, have a different level of commitment than full-time resident devotees.

• Cultural commitment: They attend temple services as a way to preserve their cultural heritage, not necessarily to become initiated members with the accompanying ritual and behavioral commitments.

• Influence and support: Despite this, congregational members are the financial lifeblood of the temples and often serve as advisors to temple boards, holding significant influence.

International vs. "Indian Hindu" movement

This demographic shift has raised concerns among some long-time devotees. Some argue that because ISKCON temples are no longer dominated by Western converts, the movement is at risk of being perceived as an "Indian Hindu Movement" rather than the International Society for Krishna Consciousness it was intended to be.

American ISKCON temples today are predominantly composed of people of Indian origin, many of whom attend as part of their cultural heritage, representing a significant demographic shift since the movement's early days. Full-time resident devotees, who were once the majority of ISKCON's membership, are now a much smaller percentage of the total temple population.

Demographic changes over time

While they are often the primary financial contributors, many have little interest in becoming initiated members with deep ritual commitments.

Current state of ISKCON

• Mixed attendance at temples: Today, it is common to see a mix of older Western converts and younger Indian-origin individuals at American ISKCON temples. However, the sheer number of Indian-origin attendees, particularly at weekend events, means they often make up the majority of the congregation.

• Growth in centers: According to ISKCON, the number of centers and congregational members continues to grow. This growth is largely driven by the Indian diaspora.

• Debate over the future: This demographic change has led to internal debate over ISKCON's future. While some see the Indian influx as a sign of successful expansion, others worry that the movement is becoming perceived as an exclusively Indian-Hindu organization rather than the international movement it was founded to be.

Henry Doktorski:

PADA: Yeah ironically, the biggest critics of Henry Doktorski are the Sanat / Mukunda / Prahlad / HKC Jaipur / Mathura Pati type people. They are crying because PADA is not supporting their idea -- of promoting the cheer leaders of the Radhanath lover's club and the writings of Bhavananda's bucket boy Hari Sauri. 

Whereas Henry is exposing Radhanath as a co-conspirator in the Sulochana murder. So the HKC folks are promoting the cheer leaders of Radhanath, while Henry is exposing Radhanath. Henry has his faults, ok, but at least he is exposing who assisted the murder of a Vaishnava named Sulochana, and who was our main assistant. 

That needs to be done for historical reasons, and he is the main person who has recorded it. Of course, these HKC Jaipur guys also complain me and Sulochana are bogus sahajiyas, citing their hero messiah's club of Kirtanananda. They just cannot free themselves of being in that club. Henry has left that club, and they should as well. Yep, us bogus gopi sahajiyas had to expose the pedo guru club, no wonder they are upset.

According to the traditional Vedic and Puranic shastras, sexual abuse—especially of children — is considered among the most heinous acts imaginable. Such behavior violates dharma, causes deep harm to innocent beings, and incurs the most severe karmic and spiritual consequences.

Let’s look at this from authentic sources and their commentaries.

1. Scriptural Basis — Sin Against the Helpless (Bāla-himsā)

The Manu-samhita (8.270–271) states:

“He who commits violence against women, children, elders, or dependents out of lust, anger, or greed will fall into the most dreadful hells, tormented for as many years as there are hairs on the bodies of those he harmed.”

Here, bāla-himsā (violence or harm to a child) is explicitly named as one of the most grievous sins.

2. Garuda Purāṇa – Punishment in the Next Life

The Garuda Purana (Preta-khanda), which describes the journey of the soul after death, speaks of specific hells (narakas) for those who violate chastity and cause suffering to the innocent.

Raurava and Mahāraurava: Souls who caused agony to the helpless are sent here to be devoured by serpents and beasts born of their own cruelty.

Taptasurmi and Vaitarani: Those who engage in sexual sins — especially involving exploitation or violence — are burned and torn repeatedly by red-hot iron instruments, symbolic of the burning lust and pain they inflicted.

Garuda Purana (2.40–42) says:

“Those who defile the innocent and pure shall dwell in Taptasurmi, burning endlessly, as their own actions assume form and torment them.”

SFD: Another issue that is rarely talked about, this benevolent, optimistic  preaching -- in essence -- reminding predators of high philosophy. What is the use of quoting sastra to such creatures who by their behavior prove that they do not believe in shastra?

To the kind of person that is capable of violating the child? What can get through to evil human - looking beings who act entitled to use a child as an object of gratification? Using the most innocent for enacting whatever their most perverted base urges and malevolent fantasies might be?

Often such active predators spend their long life living as if truly above the law.
Even when such monsters are caught and try to pass it as ISKCON's infamous "accidental fall down"; rarely is this one isolated event. It is more likely that by the time they are caught the first time, they are already skilled serial rapists and child molesters - who practiced their craft for decades.

Unles they very young it is not "one isolated incident" or "Maya / demons made me do it." Those demonic, abominable actions are clear display, material evidence, of what such predators really believe in.

CH: Very good point. All sex offenders & those who support them try to use scripture to excuse the abominable perverted acts on innocent even underage children, boys and girls, plus teenagers or young devotees who are vulnerable.

BB: This is called Veda Vada rata, using scriptures to justify false acharyas. They are going to the most obnoxious regions ...  

PADA: Yep, they WILL CERTAINLY have to suffer many years in hell for every hair on the bodies of their victims. The GBC guys banned thousands of people, many of whom ended up suffering, taking drugs, drinking -- and dying with no help and support -- often in A LOT of suffering. They had some people beaten up, like Kulashekar, who told me he was in pain for the rest of his life, and then he died early. 

They had thousands of kids abused in horrific ways. And they had some of us dissenters murdered. Overall, they caused horrific suffering to thousands and thousands of Vaishnavas, and destroyed Lord Chaitanyas' movement, causing millions and millions of people to reject the religion. 

Will they have to go to hell -- despite being Vaishnavas? Umm, wait, we would say -- they are not Vaishnavas. They are -- as some victims told me -- Satanic child sacrifice cult leader evil beings -- from the lower regions. And they will just go back there. 

In sum, they will have to suffer many years in hell for every hair on the bodies of their victims, and since their victims are mostly Krishna's personal family of devotees, they will get double and triple the jail time. The biggest mistake going on now is -- to assume these people are Vaishnavas, when they are not. Neither will they deserve a Vaishnava's future destination. 

Yep, I believe they are going to hell and for a long duration. I know some ex-children victims who told me, -- every day we pray these people will all die, leave the Earth, and lessen the giant burden they are on mother Earth. They all belong on the hell planets and we can barely wait for them to get there. Well yep.

NND: BOOKS AND OTHER CHANGES

The current Iskcon movement has changed Prabhupada’s timeless books and his eternal messages to promote their fake guru cults. It is actually a cancer spreading out of control with the current Iskcon gurus dying and perpetrating their mental concoction to mislead their current and future followers through their deceptive wills.

This is a great sin against Srila Prabhupad and his disciples that carefully follow him in his vani incarnation. Most of his disciples have been banished because of their opposition to the blasphemy they hear from their so called fake guru godbrother’s.

These Iskcon leaders are busy building their guru business for easy living and are their misleading preaching is due to false ego motives. These Iskcon gurus are showing their sinister plots especially in death, which arouses sympathy in their fellow bogus gurus and their own cult followers. 

Just study the deception propaganda that is being broadcast on social media. Listen carefully! It’s a big deal, as we are witnessing in the number of followers that are sentimentally deceived during these samadhi ceremonies.

Yes deceived with propaganda preaching. Totally misleading behavior perpetrated by the leaders in Iskcon like the Italian mafia. We can call it the Iskcon mafia.
Buyer beware of fraudulent preachers in pink robes impersonating diksa gurus in the movement of Lord Chaitanya.

Srila Prabhupada says, "No I am not above suspicion, but I am carrying the message which is above suspicion. Therefore I am above suspicion.''............
Prabhupada: Just like there is an English proverb, "Caesar's wife must be above suspicion." So anyone who is on the position of teacher, he must be above suspicion.

That is our first acceptance of teacher. We don't accept any teacher who is under suspicion. How he can be teacher if he's under suspicion?

Now they may question that if you are above suspicion. "No, I am not above suspicion, but I am carrying the message which is above suspicion. Therefore I am above suspicion." The peon delivering you four hundred dollars, he is not rich man but he is actually delivering four hundred dollars. That is our position.

I may be rascal, it doesn't matter, but because I am carrying the message which is not rascal, therefore I am fit. We don't say anything rascaldom because we don't say anything which is not spoken by Krsna or by authorities like Vyasadeva. That is our position.

Don't teach anyone else, except what Krsna teaches. Krsna says, "Surrender unto Me." We say, "Surrender unto Krsna." Just like Syamasundara's daughter, she says, "Do you know Krsna?" "No, I don't know." She may be child, but the message she is delivering is perfect. The message she is delivering, that is perfect. She says, "Krsna is the Supreme Personality of Godhead." Now the child may [not] be perfect, that's all right, but the message she is giving, it is perfect.
So there is no suspicion about the message. That message is above suspicion. So our position is: you don't change it.

The Iskcon gbc and their gurus have changed everything Prabhupada gave us!

RE: BANU SWAMI

PADA: Thanks BB prabhu, yep Banu swami is simply trying to make up excuses for all of his program's mis-behavior. He is a GBC apologist. And he is not initiating people himself, until the GBC writes a position paper to define the role of their diksha gurus. Yes. They are gurus, but they have no idea what is a guru? 

The only thing they know for sure, they are authorized to have Vaishnavas banned, beat, molested, sued and shot to death. That is the only clear or practical application part of their doctrine. Yeah, he probably knows Radhanath was glorifying Sulochana's murderer. How could he not know? 

Srila Prabhupada says whoever checks the progress or activity of a Vaishnava is going to hell, never mind wholesale banning, beating, suing, molesting and killing them. Of course Banu forgets that there is no one here in SF Bay to even read his official GBC papers, if they ever even make one, since the temples are empty and none of the Hindus who come on Sunday have ever read any GBC papers, they don't care. 

A friend of PADA says he regularly smokes pot with four ex-ISKCON Prabhupada disciples, ok they don't care if the GBC writes another document, it has no meaning to almost anyone. They have cried wolf way too many times. 

Meanwhile a friend of mine was asking Mukunda swami about previous statements in their previous papers, and Mukunda said he was not aware of these statements -- i.e. they do not even read their own papers, nevermind others.    

But you are right, he does not tell us what that paper should say? That means he needs to consult with the other members of their homosexual and pedophile messiah's club to figure all this out, he cannot figure it out on his own. He is dependent on people who bury homosexuals and pedophiles in samadhi like Radhanath to make any conclusion. That means he is not independent, he has to wait for the homosexual and pedophile messiah lover's club to make a decision, and he will join them. 

Your next question: Does he not know that a homosexual and pedophile guru program that bans, beats, molests, sues and kills Vaishnavas is not authorized? I think he knows very well, he is a very intelligent guy. I think he is very aware of what his program is all about. 

The reason he defends it? Good question. I think the only rational explanation is, he is part of their agenda. And that is why he is their star scholar apologist. But yeah you are right, as soon as Banu says they are only postal peons, but then the job of their God's alleged postal peons is to ban, beat, molest, sue and kill Vaishnavas, makes no sense whatever. 

The humble peons of God and -- the molester messiah's project -- that rapes children "industrial scale" and kills the people who object. How are they God's peons? This is really amazing that he does not even know what is God's peon. Or he knows, and he wants to pervert the whole meaning for sinister reasons.  

Does he not know this makes no sense? I would say yes, he is just trying to fool the few fools they have left remaining. Everyone else knows God's postal peon is not making homosexuals and pedophiles into messiahs who ban, beat, molest, sue and kill God's devotees. Yep, I think he knows that too, which means yep, he is scamming people. OK I would say yes, he is intentionally lying to defend the club, which he has done all along.

Humble obeisances to all you precious Vaishnavas. A member who attended the recent gala festivities in Vrindavana has written to convey some thoughts on the state of ISKCON today. On one hand, the Hare Krishna Movement is a successful world-wide phenomenon. This all due to the Shrila Prabhupada’s strictly adhering to the pure message of Lord Chaitanya Mahaprabhu. Yet, it is no secret that real leadership in ISKCON is sorely lacking today. Here are our member’s thoughts …

Where Are the Leaders?

This year (2025), I attended the 50th anniversary of the Shri Krishna-Balarama ISKCON center at Raman-Reti, Vrindavana. It was indeed very blissful to be among three generations of devotees engaged in spiritual activities. We had all come together to celebrate how Krishna consciousness has spread all over the world in the past half century, by the incredible spiritual potency of His Divine Grace Shrila Prabhupada.

Yet, among the congregation of blissful bhaktas, the absence of many of the so-called leaders of the Hare Krishna Movement was an obvious sore point. While the majority of GBC and swamis were a no-show, the devotees in attendance—the ones that the GBC and swamis consider their rank-and-filers—were blissfully on their own. 

This is a great irony because when they die, ISKCON’s so-called leaders hanker for their own samadhi tombs in Vrindavana, yet when the opportunity arises for them to come to the dhama alive and in the flesh, they are nowhere to be seen. Here in Vrindavana, there are tombs of past ISKCON gurus that include a vicious child molester, a drunkard, a mundane humanitarian, a pornography addict, a woman.

Aren’t samadhis intended for genuine renunciants, or has the GBC turned the land of Krishna into a graveyard for their shudra cronies?

I made a few inquiries about why so few “leaders” showed up for the celebration. The answer I received most often is that they are afraid to face a congregation of elder devotees—their own Godbrothers and Godsisters. Why would these guilt-ridden personalities be afraid of being judged by whatever few Prabhupada disciples remain alive? 

After all, nearly all of Srila Prabhupada’s initiates were basically thrown out of ISKCON by the GBC during their infamous zone-a-phile storm trooper era. Thousands of them were sent off to die in some forgotten and lonely isolation. Basically, the disciples that remained in ISKCON had the benefit of some cushy position. The payment and perks-wallas.

The GBC is still chained to a bleak period of ISKCON history when imitation “Prabhupadas” overthrew common sense and claimed to be “successor acharyas.” There has never been any serious atonement on their part, except for a few flaccid “Dear John emails” saying, “Sorry about that, folks.” 

In short, any member of the GBC, or any guru, or any minister rubber-stamped by them, remains ball-and-chain attached to a gurgling cesspool of rotten karma for which there has never been proper prayaschitta by ISKCON leadership.

Anyone who joins a gang or criminal organization immediately becomes susceptible to, and liable for, the group’s bad karma. The predictable GBC response to their past sins that still sits like dust under their carpet has always been secrecy and seclusion. They hide themselves away in their regular meetings in fear that the dust they created might make itself known. 

And they make reams and of important resolutions, every year adding numbers of committees that no one cares about, and position papers that no one even reads, even they don't know what most of their resolutions stated, or why. Meanwhile the numbers of GBC is diminishing more all the time as their members leave, bloop, retire, and die off. And they cannot find suitable replacements, because almost no one wants to be in their club.

They are like a secret society that bands behind a smokescreen of joyful-sounding interfaith rubbish meant to placate the ignorant public and keep genuine thinkers at bay. Disinformation is the function of their blubbering old mouthpiece, Rukmini’s husband Anuttama dasa, and their smoke-and-mirrors website ISKCON “News.” News that no one cares about, temples that people no longer go to, GBC pontificating statements -- no one listens to.  

Meanwhile dozens and dozens of encyclopedic volumes, media articles, books, films, and television shows -- are being produced in wave after wave all the time -- not only by disenfranchised devotees, but also by scholars, media and others. All this and more has emerged explaining in no couched terms the real function of GBC and cohorts, which is evidently, hiding crimes.

Prabhupada repeatedly mentioned that after the disappearance of the acharya, many malicious predators appear who throw his sacred works into chaos. Dressed in the finery of a paramhamsa, Kali himself invades and pollutes the holy atmosphere that the bona fide spiritual master created with his blood, sweat and tears. Adorned with saffron cloth and false symbols of spiritual realization, Kali’s cohorts illegally climb upon the holy seat of the pure devotee to destroy genuine Krishna consciousness. 

Then, once they are ensconced in a smoky aura of presumed sanctity, Kali and his sinister agents proceed to make a mockery out of true devotional service by funneling the worship intended for the guru parampara onto themselves. Thus, the predators accumulate temple funds and utilize their ill-gotten gains for their own selfish, sensual gratification. 

The predator’s free enjoyment—which the unfortunate rank-and-file has paid for—takes the form of illicit sexual intercourse, gold watches, luxury apartments, bungalows, health retreats, rich cuisine, and free servants who carry out his every wish. Such exploitative behavior has been displayed so openly, and with such predictable frequency by ISKCON’s callous GBC, that their zombified following think being exploited by them is business as usual. However, becoming a member of ISKCON should not mean that an innocent seeker should become a servile victim of Stockholm syndrome.

Considering all these factors, it is no wonder that ISKCON’s “leaders” did not show their faces for the festivities. Their show-bottle guru pretension can no longer be hidden. Literally, thousands of members of ISKCON’s are clamoring for restoration to the way that Prabhupada designed his movement. Even if the awakening devotees are too polite to directly confront the guru hijackers and the GBC’s rubber stampees, the clownish imitation acharyas know exactly what everyone thinks of their behavior. 

Hence, ISKCON’s leadership chose to hide out in their private castles, rather than face the sidelong glances of disgust from their peers.

It seems that the leaders of today’s ISKCON would prefer to show their faces at their church-like social events they call “sadhu sangas,” where they can exert some control. At such parties, ISKCON’s gurus know they will get the worship they crave from their automatons, because expensive tickets are sold at the door. This tactic conveniently serves as a simple means of excluding any vile critics. 

Instead, only a parade of cult-blinded fans flush with cash will pour in and occupy their spot on the folding chairs. They sit like zombies before the rock-star stage from which sahajiya kirtans and harangues by the likes of Radhanath or other compliant swamis conveniently packaged and branded as “nectar” are the order of the day.

At the Krishna-Balarama 50th festival, as I chanted my daily quota of rounds at Shrila Prabhupada’s samadhi, it was almost as if I could hear the thoughts of His Divine Grace emanating from the shrine. Was it my imagination, or was I hearing the Founder-Acharya? Some of the thought that came to me were:

-- “How could the GBC have allowed illegal changes to the books? And how could they have spent millions of dollars to hide the originals and list Shrila Prabhupada as their “worker for hire,” after changing the BBT from a trust to the BBT(I) corporation? When will they come to their senses and restore the books back to the original way?”

-How could men who pose as successor acharyas become rapists of children as soon as no one was looking? And even after the guru and swami pedophiles bankrupted ISKCON in the Turley Lawsuit, how is that child molestation was still allowed to continue in ISKCON gurukulas for decades?

-How is it that thousands of worthy preacher-disciples were kicked out of the ashrams after they had given up their very lives to the spiritual master? Why were so many devotees either removed, beaten, or even killed, to keep them from exposing the truth about GBC corruption? 

-- Why was Pradyumna Panditji removed as the translator of the ongoing Bhagavatam project in favor of a bag of hot wind who thinks he is a holy teacher with a college degree?

-When will the “millionaire swamis” give up their huge bank balances and learn to rely on Krishna alone?

-Why is the GBC allowing Kali-yuga Mayavadi “swamis” to be glorified in books written by a GBC member to be sold in over a dozen languages in ISKCON centers? Why is the GBC publishing a book about the Bible’s Old Testament? Do not Bhagavad-gita As It Is and Srimad-Bhagavatam have enough information? Did not Prabhupada state, “I have given you everything”?

-When will the GBC take to heart Prabhupada’s repeated pleas about becoming humble servants of Krishna’s servants.

-When will ISKCON’s overly-agreeable swamis stop initiating Hindu professionals who flatter them, and who purchase their initiations with large bribes (errr…“donations”)? 

-- When will ISKCON’s swamis insist that their Hindu initiates should know the ABC’s about preaching to everyone they meet (or at those they work with) instead of merely inviting other Hindus for dinner in a ruse of “bhakti-vriksha”? Greedy ISKCON swamis have thus made a Mayavadic mishmash out of the once-strict Gaudiya Vaishnava principles that ISKCON was meant to stand for?

-- Mission drift has taken the ISKCON ship thousands of miles off course into very dangerous and uncharted waters of Mayavada. 

-- When will ISKCON stop conforming and compromising with mundane so-called “religions”? 

--- When will the GBC stop wholesaling the Hare Krishna Movement as a Hindu organization in order to attract cheap followers along with their donations? 

-- When will ISKCON stop paying salaries to Indian pujaris and “devotees”? 

-- When will Bhaktivedanta Manor become a place of genuine devotional service again, instead of a Hinduized business?

In short, although I found the 50th anniversary celebration at ISKCON Vrindavana blissful, I have returned home sadder but wiser. Since it is well known that ISKCON’s GBC members clandestinely read the messages from the A.I.S.F., I am hoping that they will consider these thoughts and bring the society they pretend to lead back on track again, because an objective look at ISKCON management reveals a cesspool of corruption.
