New Expose VID / Missing ISKCON Parents / Ajit Krishna / Purujit etc. 12 22 25

WHERE WERE THE PARENTS?

PADA: The question I get from the media folks all the time is -- if there were apparently 2,000 cases of serious child mistreatment, or more, how many cases were reported to the authorities? OK nearly zilch. That means the parents also did not report it. Yes the leaders are the main suspects, but many -- if not most -- of the rank and file are also negligent. I remember when we started the lawsuit many PARENTS were yelling in my face for "ruining ISKCON."

The blame goes a lot deeper than the leaders themselves. And many of those parents still hold a grudge against me even now, for advocating the issue. This is a society wide problem, not just the leaders. The result is -- many victims feel they did not get support and protection from -- any sector. And that is the main reason they are so far alienated, they feel they did not get support on any level, and let us face it, they didn't. One devotee told me his kid will never speak to him ever again, the kid blames the parent, and I told this devotee, his kid is correct. ys pd angel108b@yahoo.com

AJIT KRISHNADASA STILL FOLLOWS  HARIKESHA

PADA: Yeah prabhu, this was the same issue we had with Ajitkrsna and Torben in 2015. The ritvik idea is bogus, we need another guru. Sure, and who is the "other guru"? Name please! Nobody actually. Umm, why is it always "nobody is the guru" and he cannot be named? Or it is that they still follow the GBC gurus, or even Harikesha?

A female PADA reader said, let us be honest, they want to ban us Prabhupada devotees, because they want Prabhupada also banned. OK that is the impression this creates. But Ajit Krishna got his training from Harikesh, who was cruelly banning Srila Prabhupada devotees left, right and center, sometimes with tragic and terrible results for the children of those devotees.

And Ajit thinks following Harikesha's ideas of banning Srila Prabhupada devotees, and thus following Harikesha, is STILL the way forward today. Another woman wrote to tell me, once a female has her first sex encounter, she always has favorable emotions for that man, even if he turns out to be a violent jerk.

And she says this also happens to many ISKCON people. They get a bogus guru, their first encounter with a guru, but they remain favorable to that guy, or his ideas, even when he turns out to be a jerk. Same process. She says ISKCON suffers from "battered wife syndrome." Hee hee, well yup. ys pd

PADA: Oh oh pilgrims, Purujit has stolen Mukunda's Prabhupada book. I dunno, maybe it is the case. But Mukunda, IRM, HKC Jaipur, Mathura Pati and many others often steal the quotes and citations, and arguments, that we compiled in the 1980s. Worse, we had to pay to print Sulochana's "Guru Business," because he was broke. And Mukunda later cut and pasted the book we originally printed and distributed -- without ever giving us credit for publishing it in the first place.

But hey, I am not really looking for credit, but just wanted to make the record clear. We also advanced the child abuse issue, and then later on all sorts of people -- who were my former worst critics on this issue -- began to blow the emergency fog horn on that same issue. OK but only after stomping major jack boots on me beforehand. No credit ever given to us, no apology, no nothing -- except rarely.

Same thing with the changed books issue. People like Ajit Krishna stole that issue from us. Same thing with the poison issue, HKC Jaipur people like Kamasahanta blasted me for bringing it up. Then he began to promote it himself -- without giving us credit, or giving an apology for being a jerk on this issue from square one.

So there is a lot of theft of materials going on all the time. Am I unhappy with not getting credit? Well nope, actually I am just glad these issues are out there and even my opponents are using our stuff, albeit a little late in the game. Better they use our stuff than not.

Truth be told, getting credit can be dangerous to life and limb around ISKCON. We probably don't want much credit all the time in ISKCON land, since people who get credit for dissenting can end up dead. But the point is, this is clearly a case of one thief calling another thief a thief.

And as far as stealing materials and erasing history, our critics do that all day long. All of this is making the GBC people argue, the ritviks are always fighting -- so they are bogus. OK but are any of these people actually ritviks? I think a lot of them are self promoters riding on our issues coat tails to promote themselves.

PADA: I saw the video. NICE KIRTAN!

The League of Devotees is feeling festive at Hare Krishna Centre - Leicester, UK.

Leicester, United Kingdom

Christmas Kirtan - Leicester, UK - Saturday 20th December

Two of our member organisations - The Hare Krishna Project and Hare Krishna Centre - Leicester, UK - teamed up last night for a blissful evening of chanting, dancing, feasting and philosophy.

The League of Devotees is an international network of independent Hare Krishna temples and projects – supporting and encouraging one another – under the shelter of Srila Prabhupada.

Last night's kirtan event was held at 28 Evington Rd, Leicester - the home of Hare Krishna Centre - Leicester, UK (our first League of Devotees temple in the UK).
The centre was packed out with kirtan lovers to sing-in the Christmas holidays...

"There is no such requirement that Japa should be silently and chanting should be be done differently. Loudly or silently, everything is all right. There is no such restriction. Only thing is that we should chant very attentively, hearing the vibration very distinctly."

– Srila Prabhupada (Letter to Satsvarupa)
