Without proper training, the next generation becomes victims of materialism.
Srila Prabhupada and his disciples, like HH Bhakti Raghava Swami, emphasize that true education is not simply academic achievement. Real education means character, responsibility, and devotion. When children grow up hearing the holy name, serving cows, honoring prasadam, and respecting elders, they develop spiritual strength to face the challenges of life.
The duty of parents, teachers, and society is to prepare children to become Krishna’s servants, not servants of temporary trends. This is the greatest gift we can offer them—and the only foundation for a strong future society.
How are we sowing the seeds of Krishna consciousness in the young hearts around us?
Sexual perverts, and he may be a "reformed" pervert, but who can unsee that, once knowing it took place. The male perverts in the movement need locks on their freaking kaupins. BAS!
If he has made significant atonement for this grievous act and his victim has been adequately compensated for this animalistic offense, let him practice KC privately. Let him come beg for prasad like a street dog for all to see at the compost area of your kitchen.
There is something so fundamentally sick about anyone that can embrace a former child molester in their community. Personally to tolerate perhaps -- if atonement has been made -- but not embraced as if all he did was break a simple rule on par with stealing the Maha. This is a crime and should be treated as one.
DP: I know Purushatraya M well. His temple / project benefitted financially considerably from a business opened by the abuser. In my personal interactions with Purushatraya M, he has always been quite cold and desensitised. He used to be an officer in the Navy during a dictatorship in Brazil. He is showing no compassion here because he is trying to demonise the father of the victim of child abuse for speaking out.
DD: It is sad to read this apology which reveals the clientelistic dynamics within the movement, and unmasks the heart, and the mental and moral state of these people.
GP: I find it very telling to see the support offered to child abusers from the so called top level of the iskcon social system. I am so disgusted, i never thought it could become this degraded. But it clearly has. What are we going to do about it is the big question.
MK DASI: There's a lawsuit being pursued in India right now for the abuse done there. JusticeforSrilaPrabhupadaFoundation.org
M DASI: Exactly... Catholic church does it at least in a hidden way... this guy is exclaiming it publicly... he must be sure that he can do that without any consequences...
GP: it seems from what we are regularly seeing from people in positions is, some of these people consider abuse normal acceptable and something if exposed to be excused, and we see it is excused and the abusers supported in their club - Whilst most other normal mentally balanced morally educated people consider abuse bad,
WS: Do you know a GBC or authority in Brazil name Mayapur Chandra???
SC DASI: Anyone who sexually abuses children should be banned from ISKCON permanently, and so should the supporters.
M DASI: It is simple. If he abused a Vaishnava child, it is APARADH, not mundane sin. The verse about correction does not apply here since the only way how aparadha can be pardoned is in the feetdust of a Vaishnava that was offended.
SRD: It is very simple and yet, so many senior and respected devotees seem utterly incapable of grasping such a basic concept...
M DASI: Not sure what is worse - are they not grasping or are they intentionally manipulating in hope no one will notice/question?
SND: Raped from the age of 4 to 8 …. “no trauma”??? To think that displays an inconceivable lack of the most basic human understanding. To use it to cynically buttress an argument displays an inconceivable lack of basic human decency.
Inconceivably, we have to pick one or the other.
MMD: Another great example of an Iskcon big shot revealing to the ENTIRE WORLD “what a bunch of weird sick twists those Krishna people are, Bloody Hell”
His letter, as perverse and convoluted, as it is, has done something of great significance.
If we think carefully (when the gag reflex and vomiting subsides) there is a great deal of important information to be gained. In this letter we are getting insight into the mentality mindset and philosophical framework of Iskcon’s upper echelon ecclesiastical order.
This class consists of men (with an odd unwelcome exception) who are to have renounced the world. There are many facets to this sannyasa order such as vows of celibacy and overall rejection of association with women and all forms of sense pleasure. Ideally an individual would have developed spiritually enough to be able to embrace and live such an austere life of asceticism.
One revelation this letter gives is the long held view prevalent in the Iskcon community that many (if not most) men are taking to sannyasi life when they are sorely unfit! If one wished to do a study, hundreds of examples speak to the truth on this.
Also (correct me if I’m wrong) Srila Prabhupada said plainly something to the effect’no more Sannyasa’. He’d come to see that this should only be taken up at an elderly age and by qualified individuals.
Consider this with the situation that has long continued in Iskcon.
This renounced order essentially runs everything in Iskcon.
There is much power and vast amounts of money to be around and have.
There is great adoration and often worship to be received by those in this renounced life.
So obviously some people will be drawn to this life for the wrong reasons and live a fraudulent life.
Others may have had ‘high hopes’ that by taking the sannyasi vows all their uncontrollable urges would subside.
It doesn’t work like that!
Apologies for the tiresome jaunt. Some readers here know much about this subject, some may not.
I went too long I know but understanding this background is helpful to appreciate my next little bit.
The letter reveals the mentality towards child abuse in the upper echelon.
An overall ho-hum lackadaisical attitude towards this most dastardly pestilence, child abuse is all pervasive in their domain.
I’ll give a few examples that support the severity of my criticisms.
- - protecting and shielding molesters, often for years.
- - teachers refusing to remain silent with knowledge of abuse threatened and chased away.
- - well established disinformation network downplaying information on abuse that leaks out.
- - death threats towards abuse victims and parents.
- - the repetitive attempt to ‘soften’ the seriousness of child abuse. They love to use scripture quotes indicating perpetrating pedophilia should be quickly forgiven and forgotten. All sins just a clapping of the hands vanished.

Re: KICK ON THEIR FACES
The article was neither initiated nor promoted by Paravyoma Dasa. When some devotees (not Paravyoma) wanted to report the case, he agreed to be interviewed, and the facts were reflected in the only post on our page. What PS describes as a "smear campaign" is a post that, rightly so, has sparked rejection towards him and another post asking him to explain his involvement and version of events.

BHAKTI RAGHAVA SWAMI
Children are like soft clay—whatever impressions we place upon them will shape their future. In today’s world, society easily molds them toward consumerism, competition, and forgetfulness of God.

PADA: Training children to worship deviants, predators, drunks, homosexuals and pedophiles etc. as their messiahs is creating an impression in their minds. The impression is, the Hare Krishna religion is a dangerous place for any child, and that is why they are not coming to the temples, and not bringing their kids to these temples -- to protect themselves and their children from Bhakti Raghava's program. ys pd angel108b@yahoo.com

ND: HUNDREDS IF NOT THOUSANDS OF GURUKULIS CHILDREN WERE ABUSED, MOLESTED (MANY OF THEM COMMITTED SUICIDE LATER) PSYCHOLOGICALLY AND PHYSICALLY IN ISKCON DURING THE PAST 50 YEARS. THESE ARE FACTS PROVEN BEYOND ANY REASONABLE DOUBT BY TONS OF EVIDENCE GATHERED SO FAR...!!!!!!
THE INITIAL 95 GURUKULIS-PLAINTIFFS BECAME LATER ON 1500..!!!
In June 12, 2000, forty-four children of ISKCON, including twenty-one New Vrindaban gurukula alumni, filed a $400 million lawsuit through the Turley law firm at the Federal Court in Dallas, Texas, against the International Society for Krishna Consciousness, along with sixteen ISKCON temples and farms, including New Vrindaban, six executors and seventeen members or former members of the GBC, including kirtanananda ""swami""= keth the ham ... for permitting alleged multiple forms of child abuse including sexual, emotional and physical abuse.
After the initial filing, fifty-one more gurukula alumni joined the suit, making a total of 95 plaintiffs. Among the seventeen defendants named in the case, Windle Turley noted, “New Vrindaban was the worst offender.”

PURUSHATRAYA SWAMI
The following is a letter that Purushatraya swami wrote today. I remember Maharaj from when I was in the Gurukula in Vrindavana, he lived in the gurukula building and for the most part kept to himself. He was one of the first, if not the first person to find Kadamba Kananana swami when he was shot. Maharaj's letter is replete with contradictions and philosophical misunderstandings.
Unfortunately Maharaj tries to use the Bhagavad Gita to minimize the abuse of a Vaishnava child. On one hand it is sad and unfortunate to see how yet another senior and respected devotee doesn't understand BG 6:30. On the other I try to look at these situations as opportunities that Krishna is offering to Maharaj himself and the greater devotee community to discuss and clear up these important philosophical points.
Maharaj is unable to differentiate between a common fall down and the most egregious aparada that is the sexual abuse of a Vaishnava child, which is also a criminal offense! He also seems to be more concerned about showing 'compassion' for the perpetrator than setting the example of how we, as a society, must deal with those who abuse Vaishnava children!
If we want to understand how to apply compassion in the context of Vaishnava aparada, we need to study the pastime of Jagai and Madhai. What was the response of Lord Chaitanya Mahaprabhu? I edited maharaj's letter slightly to protect the identity of the victim.

Note of Repudiation and Information
My repudiation is directed at Paravyoma Das, who has been promoting a cowardly defamation of me at an international level. He is instilling hatred against me and even uses false arguments that were published on an international website specialized in spreading scandals. Even his son was influenced and declared hatred toward me.
This defamation has deeply shaken me, and certainly the faith of some of my disciples and friends is also being shaken. Since this is such a serious and delicate matter, in order to explain my position, I will have to analyze different aspects of this accusation. I hope you will give attention to my account. My intention here is not to attack, but to clarify.
Starting with my detractor. Who is Paravyoma (P)? The Vaishnava etiquette states that when making comments about a devotee, before making any reproach, one must first describe their positive qualities. In fact, he does have positive qualities. I have known (P) since 1976 when I entered the movement. He had already been involved with the movement since 1972 or 73. He is one of the oldest devotees in Brazil. He is faithful to ISKCON, a scholar of Vedic knowledge as a whole, and has great love for Srila Prabhupada.
On the other hand, he is a bungler. He has already made so many blunders and ridiculous situations that became famous, which the devotees jokingly call “paravyomadas.” (P) likes to speak loudly to draw attention to himself and makes demands to be treated and given privileges as an “old devotee.” Many times, his behavior is inappropriate.
In his fifty years in the movement, whenever he held some position of administrative leadership, it was always a failure, due to total incompetence. Materially, (P) is a failed person. He survives by informally selling incense from store to store. He has not built anything that could be left as a legacy. At over seventy years old, he has always lived in his mother’s house and is certainly waiting for the end of her life in order to take possession of the property.
His married life must have been a tragedy, since he was abandoned by his wife at the very beginning of family life. His ex-wife is one of Srila Prabhupada’s most respected disciples, both in Brazil and abroad. I see (P) as a frustrated person who struggles to overcome his frustration.
He must have mental problems, because about a month and a half ago he wrote to me congratulating me on my eightieth birthday, recalled several incidents we had together in the movement, and glorified me. Shortly afterward, he promoted this defamation abroad.
I assure anyone who reads these lines that I am not giving gratuitous arguments to disparage the person of (P). I am describing what anyone who knows him and lives with him can easily observe.
Let us then go to the events. A devotee child was sexually abused by a teacher, Ramadhanu Das (R), in the gurukula of the Nova Gokula community in Brazil, in the early 1990s — that is, more than thirty years ago. At that time, I was living in Vrindavan, where I stayed for almost the entire decade of the 1990s. I was unaware of what was happening in Brazil. (R), a disciple of Hridayananda Maharaj, traveled to India and sought me out for spiritual guidance. Only later did I realize the seriousness of the situation.
What I was able to observe is that (R), despite having committed a grave sinful act, was willing to embrace Krishna consciousness with full seriousness. And this is proven, because until today, after thirty years, he maintains an impeccable sadhana. He married a very dignified and respected devotee within the movement, much older than him. To this day they live together, now in old age—he at sixty-six and she at seventy-three.
I can attest that this couple has an exemplary sadhana, which is rare nowadays.
In the Bhagavad-gita, this phenomenon is explained in verses 30 and 31 of chapter 9. Lord Krishna says: api cet su-durācāro... (ācāra means “behavior”; durācāra means “bad behavior”; su-durācāra, “abominable behavior”).
Translation of the two verses:
“Even if someone commits the most abominable actions, if he is engaged in devotional service, he should be considered saintly, because he is properly situated in his determination. He quickly becomes righteous and attains lasting peace. O son of Kunti, boldly declare that My devotee never perishes.”
In my case, I see no fault in following this instruction of Krishna literally, as endorsed by Srila Prabhupada. And what about the victim? The girl from the gurukula. What I know, through her own proud father (and I don’t remember the details), about her current situation is that she lives in the United Kingdom, is a mother, completely well-adjusted, without trauma, with such a remarkable academic specialization that she was appointed to a high position in the government.
As for her mother, she has an excellent relationship with (R). This I have personally witnessed.
At the end of the 1990s, after a long stay in India, I returned to Brazil and settled in the “Goura Vrindavana” project. There was a piece of land adjacent to the project that was very important, because from there came the water that supplied the project. (R), together with his wife Govinda (a disciple of Dhavantari Maharaj) and my disciple Rasa-vilasini, organized a project to acquire this land. They brought merchandise from India and, through sales, purchased this large piece of land that today is part of Goura Vrindavana. It was an invaluable service to the community and to ISKCON in Brazil.
To say that I depend financially on (R) is a lie. To (P)’s displeasure, (R) is a dear and trusted devotee to the majority of devotees. In fact, all the sannyasis are invited to have lunch at his house. In these thirty years, there is no evidence of any latent psychological deviation that would cause him to commit the same sin again. He has been subjected to various sanctions by the Child Abuse Office.
The most recent was his expulsion from living in Nova Gokula, a project to which he dedicated many years and rendered valuable services. When this happened, I wrote a public letter pointing out vengeance, injustice, and malice in this decision that came from a small group.

The most recent was his expulsion from living in Nova Gokula, a project to which he dedicated many years and rendered valuable services. When this happened, I wrote a public letter pointing out vengeance, injustice, and malice in this decision that came from a small group.
Definitely, I cannot passively accept vengeance, injustice, and malice within our Vaishnava community. Am I wrong? I will not explain what happened in Nova Gokula that generated vengeance, injustice, and malice, but the cause was default and a legal action for eviction.
Apart from that, a Vaishnava must consider the possibility of compassion. Lord Caitanya is an example of compassion. When, in the Rama-lila, Ravana’s brother approached Rama, the monkey generals wanted to kill him immediately, since he belonged to the enemy’s side. But Lord Rama spoke the famous verse: sakṛdeva prapannāya... “Whoever approaches Me with the intention of surrender, I promise that I will give protection.” This is the Vaishnava spirit.
I remember that about forty years ago I heard a phrase from Hridayananda Maharaj that I never forgot: “It is better to err on the side of too much compassion than too little compassion.” To conclude, I reproduce an excerpt from a WhatsApp message I received from (P) two days ago:
“... However, sometimes we get carried away by emotional outbursts and lose our reason. Therefore, I come here to beg forgiveness at your feet for these offensive statements, and to declare my deep regret for having contributed to this online platform that seeks to defame the great devotees and tarnish ISKCON’s image... At that moment, resentments that were hidden in my subconscious came to the surface and spontaneously emerged. My mistake was not having read the article beforehand and not having understood the offensive objectives of their communication platform, nor the nature of their publications. Thus, I fall at your feet imploring forgiveness. Your useless servant, Paravyoma Dasa.”
In light of what has been presented in this text, I beg my disciples and friends to consider these facts and not act with hysteria and irrational sentimentality.
To those who succumb to the insinuations of those who wish to undermine Srila Prabhupada’s mission with false rumors and perverse narratives, there is nothing I can do.
May this reach you all in Krishna consciousness.

This is out of order from a so called guru. I also find it really bizarre he is quoting Hrdayananda Maharaj, someone who he was very critical of in my presence. Purushatraya M told me Hrdayananda M was the reason he left for india in 85 because the American guru was top dog in brazil. One final point: he says paravyoma das is a failure materially. Easy for Purushatraya M to say this when he was financially supported by the abuser and many of his disciples, some of which quite well off.
Purushatraya M is a heartless person.

WS: Purushotraya was always envious of Hrdayananda. You are mentioning that you knew him? So what was one of the first things Purushotraya try to do in India? Study sanskrit ... quote slokas like Hrdayananda ... and during the time he lived in Vrndavan at the gurukul building he hangs around wiith that whole group of the Jiva Institute, Kundali and company, but in order to be allowed to initiate he will be in goods terms with the GBC.

I had personally asked that question to him directly in which he by pass me and try to word jugglery his way out ... it is very easy to insult and abuse Paravyoma das in fact one of the authorities in Brazil right now are pushing him to send an apology letter to Purushotraya swami. But Paravyoma did not do this ... I can openly say it in here in public who has push for this post to be done ... it is so sad that after years of abuse on 2nd generation kulies ... stilll people try to avoid the topic and use the philosophy to try to get away from it ... wake up people!!!!!!!!
DPD: It is a very cruel and disgraceful thing for PS to demonise the father of the abused child. He portrayed him as a failure as husband, devotee, financially. There is no compassion in the heart of PS. There is no compassion for the mother of the child, portraying her a friend of the abuser.

PS told me he could not stand the way people sucked up to Hridayananda M. I was once targeted by PS for criticising his letter attacking Srila Narayana Maharaj, portraying him as a resentful for being banned from entering ISKCON temples and now trying to vindicate that by stealing disciples of Iskcon gurus. PS did this after one of his female disciples who organised programmes for him in posh yoga institutes fled to Srila Narayana Maharaj's sanga. He used to collect a lot of Lakshmi in such events. I think he is the truly resentful one for thinking the disciple was his property.
One more point: who the hell is he to say the victim (adult, female) has no trauma? Anyone who has been sexually abused as a child will have trauma. How does he know that a victim has or does not have trauma? He is an expert on child trauma?
One more point: who the hell is he to say the victim (adult, female) has no trauma? Anyone who has been sexually abused as a child will have trauma. How does he know that a victim has or does not have trauma? He is an expert on child trauma?
NS: Hey Purushatraya you're a disgrace to the sanyass ashram and who gave him sanyas anyway? All compliant godbrothers get sanyass and then their financial troubles are over, he needs a wake up call cos he has no compassion or brains and still doesn't seem remorseful or apologetic towards the victim. I wonder if he gets raped will he be that forgiving cos oh well u Know it was just his karma, it will also be his karma when someone in the right gram of mind kicks him to the curb, I am so tired of these cheating bastards disguised as saints. Out with them the lot!

Dear Prabhus,
Whenever outsiders hear the ISKCON cult leaders greedily chatting together, they become amazed at how disoriented and lost these “spiritual leaders” are. Prabhupada often stated that bogus gurus should “get kicked on their faces.” Factually, sometime one of Shrila Prabhupada’s expression should not be taken literally—that one should take one’s boot and shove it in the face of the opponent. It means challenging the oppressors who could use the figurative “kick” of common sense in order to awaken from their unique forms of cult-infatuated sleeping sickness.
All the following quotes from Shrila Prabhupada are about becoming bold enough to verbally outsmart the demonic entities. The mark of such wicked souls is that their quest for power far outsteps their abilities to handle a semblance of what they expect to hold as their own stolen piece of the guru’s property. Because falsely occupying the throne of guru by ascending to the holy throne of Sage Vyasa comes with some automatic karmic kicks. And as they have all seen, karma is a bitch. You can’t fall from a throne you don’t belong on if you were not stupid enough to climb up there like some imitation-gold plated “acharyas.”
Now let us hear Prabhupada on the matter:
“So Kṛṣṇa is such powerful. We should know what is Kṛṣṇa. And these rascals, they are becoming incarnation of Kṛṣṇa, Kṛṣṇa personally present. Where is your power like this? If somebody kicks on your face with boot, you cannot do anything, and you are becoming God. You see?” (Lecture on SB 1.2.17 -- Los Angeles, August 20, 1972)
“Just like they are thinking that we are making Christians, Hindus. This is nonsense. We are not concerned with Hindus, Muslims or Christians. We are not... If these boys... They're educated boys; they have no business to come..., become Hindu from Christian. They have no business. They're... Many people before me, many swamis went there to make Christians, Hindu. They kicked there on their face. They did not become successful. Because they talked nonsense. Why one should, Christian become Hindu, Hindu become Christian? They should know what is God, what He is, what is his relationship with God. This Kṛṣṇa consciousness movement is. It is not a movement for making Hindus to Muslim or Muslim to Hindus or Christian to Hin... This is not that movement.” (Lecture on SB 1.2.26 -- Vrndavana, November 6, 1972)
“So avatāra should be understood from the śāstra, not by jugglery or magic. This is rascal. As soon as one wants to establish his avatarship by jugglery and magic, kick him out, immediately on the face, directly. Kick him. Let the avatāra take steps. I don't mind. If he's avatāra, let him kill me, all right. But I shall kick him on his face. Not thatavatāra.” (Lecture on SB 1.7.25 -- Vrndavana, September 22, 1976)
“So this is the case not only with the Pāṇḍavas but every one of us. When somebody dies, big man, big scientist, big politician, big philosopher, when he's dead, the big name, "Here is Mr. Nixon, here is Mr, Sir Isaac Newton, or...," this is name. Nāma-rūpābhyām. Nāma means name and rūpa means form. So, so long we are living, our name, our fame, our form, our activities, are glorious, very good. And as soon as the life is gone, nobody cares. It is a lump of matter. That's all. Now at the... When one is living, a big man, nobody can go before him or touch him—there are so many guards. But the same man, when he's dead, if he's lying on the floor, if somebody kicks on his face, nobody cares, finished. (Lecture on SB 1.8.38 -- Los Angeles, April 30, 1973)
“You can find out rascal mahātmā, simply by changing dress, without Kṛṣṇa consciousness, declaring himself as God or Kṛṣṇa. Kick on their face. Kṛṣṇa is different from all these rascals. But if you understand Kṛṣṇa, if you are so fortunate—ei rūpe brahmāṇḍa bhramite kona bhāgyavān jīva (CC Madhya 19.151). Only the most fortunate persons can understand Kṛṣṇa, what is Kṛṣṇa. Ei rūpe.” (Lecture on BG 2.30 -- London, August 31, 1973)
“The washerman loads the ass with tons of cloth, and whole day he works for the washerman, carrying tons of cloth. But at the end of the day he is offered a morsel of grass, and he is satisfied. And by eating that grass, when he is sexually impulse, he goes to the she-ass, and the she-ass kicks on his face. And still, he runs after the she-ass. The karmīs, they are also like that. Therefore, they have been called as mūḍha.” (Lecture on BG 7.11-13 -- Bombay, April 5, 1971)
“This is material world. They are saying "Don't... There is no God. We don't care for God. We are, everyone, God." But māyā, the police force, is there, kicking on the face. And they are subjected to so many tribulations, miserable conditions of life. Especially birth, death, old age and disease. Now you don't care for God. So why don't you stop your death? You stop your death.” (Lecture on SB 1.3.28 -- Los Angeles, October 3, 1972)
“As soon as the soul is out of this body, what is the value of this lump of matter? It will be thrown in the street, and somebody will kick on the face. Nobody will care. Nobody will care. But so long the soul is there, if you touch the hair even—"Why you are touching my hair?" But when the soul is not there, on the same face, if somebody kicks, nobody will care.” (Lecture on BG 2.11 -- Mauritius, October 1, 1975)
“Ass means fool number one, because he works very hard. He carried the washerman's load of cloth, two tons of, but not a single cloth belongs to him. Not a single cloth. And he will agree to carry so big burden. What is the profit? The profit is that the washerman will give a little morsel of grass, and he is satisfied. This rascal does not know, "I can get grass anywhere. Why shall I be employed by this washerman?" And another ass's qualification is that when he goes for sexual intercourse, the lady ass kicks on his face. Fut! Fut! Fut! Fut! You have seen it? (lots of laughter) So these karmīs, they are like ass. They will eat two breads, pieces of bread, and the lady karmī will kick on his face at the time of sex intercourse, and he is very happy. And for this purpose he has no time: "Sir, I have no time." He is very busy. You go into a karmī office, he will say, "Oh, I cannot see you. I cannot talk. I am very busy." So what is the result of your business? "Now I will eat two pieces of bread at night, and my wife will kick on my face." (laughter) Just see the ass.” (Lecture on SB 1.15.37 -- Los Angeles, December 15, 1973)
Remember, Prabhus, you don’t have to think like a monk (or stink like a skunk) to know that fools and rascals thrive only when the good are silenced for whatever reason. In fact, physically kicking on faces can be practically seen producing the opposite result. You will get yourself labeled as a violent terrorist.
So we should do as Prabhupada always did and “kick on the face” with fearless logic and reasoning that never compromises. But then, again, preaching to automatons pre-programmed with the latest in “New Age Bhakti” can be a thankless task!
All glories to Prabhupada’s fearless preachers.

Response to Purushatraya Swami's Statement
Again, he makes the same mistake he is accused of; he continues to defend Ramadhanu, but not out of mercy—it is clearly expressed that he has lost disciples and reputation.
DARVO (an acronym for "deny, attack, and reverse victim and offender") is a reaction that offenders (such as sexual abusers) and their defenders often display when held accountable for their behavior.
1. Deny: PS has tried to downplay the abuse committed by Ramadhanu Das, suggesting it was not a matter of importance. He claims he was unaware of the scandal while in Vrindavan, which is hard to believe given the case's scope and the seriousness of the allegations.
2. Attack: Instead of focusing on the victim's suffering, PS has mainly worried about the impact the case has had on his own reputation and position, suggesting the only reason he has lost disciples and renown is because of the accusations. He also tries to divert attention to the victim's father and questions those who have brought the facts to light, describing their actions as a "smear campaign."
3. Reverse Victim and Offender: In his statements, PS presents himself as the victim, suggesting the article and public reaction are unfounded attacks on him. This approach ignores and minimizes the serious abuse suffered by the girl and shifts the narrative to make it seem as though he is the aggrieved party.
He also says that those who think Maharaja behaved wrongly by protecting Ramadhanu are being led by hysteria and irrational sentimentality. However, it is the other way around—sentimental and hysterical people refuse to accept the facts.
He also says that those who think Maharaja behaved wrongly by protecting Ramadhanu are being led by hysteria and irrational sentimentality. However, it is the other way around—sentimental and hysterical people refuse to accept the facts.
The actions of protecting a pedophile, not exposing them, are what truly harm the movement of Srila Prabhupada, not those who reveal it.
He speaks of "rumors," "lies," and "innuendos." There is none of that in our article.
He speaks of "rumors," "lies," and "innuendos." There is none of that in our article.
PS is expected to apologize to the victim and her family, acknowledging the grave error of protecting the offender. So far, his focus has been more about protecting his own prestige than showing real compassion and responsibility. Compassion that forgets the victim is mere imposture.
Further, PS should explain his friendship with the abuser arising from economic interests. Numerous witnesses confirm that PS was insignificant when he arrived in Vrindavan and protected Ramadhanu with his letter because Ramadhanu was helping him financially. This eventually led to the creation of the Parati project and the Gaura Vrindavana farm.
One could say that this project was funded by a pedophile from its inception, and as someone noted, the suffering of the young devotee girl will eventually destroy everything. It is the greatest offense, vaishnava aparadha, to a young devotee girl.
You may downplay it, but in the end, we all pay for our actions. In Latin America, there's a saying: "Not only the one who kills the cow is guilty, but also the one who holds its leg."
Explaining Paravyoma Das's flaws (even if all were true) does not erase or neutralize the exposed facts: neither the abuse by the individual nor its subsequent defense by PS. The "you too" argument is not valid here, as though it were a schoolyard.
The publication initially did not detail Ramadhanu's activities, but now additional details must be shared to counteract any attempt to minimize the abuse.
PS says the victim's mother is "friends" with Ramadhanu. She may be cordial or civil, but that does not mean she is a "friend." Tell me, who in their right mind can be friends with a monster who did this to her daughter, as described in the official letter:
PS says the victim's mother is "friends" with Ramadhanu. She may be cordial or civil, but that does not mean she is a "friend." Tell me, who in their right mind can be friends with a monster who did this to her daughter, as described in the official letter:
"The victim was sexually abused by Ramadhanuh from the age of 4 to 8, from 1983 to 1987. A description, written on December 24, 1999, of the abuse that occurred when she was 8 follows: "After classes, the ex-brahmacari named Ramadhanuh das... used to sit [the victim's name] on his lap and, after bothering her with caresses, he used to threaten her with punishments and discouraged her from telling anyone what he was doing, saying that no one would believe her since he and [ISKCON leader's name] were friends.
He also used to blackmail her by offering recesses and other different types of privileges if she let him do what he wanted. In this way, according to the narratives given by her, and stated in the attached documents, she was literally raped by him in different ways, i.e., oral sex, vaginal sex, and other abominable harassments."
It is crucial that Maharaja faces the case with transparency and responsibility, prioritizing justice and reparation for the victim and her family, not attacking those who merely relate the facts and seek explanations.
Currently, it's clear that his arguments:
- Did not know.
- It was of no importance.
- The father has questionable character traits.
- The victim's mother is "friends" with the abuser.
- Api cet suduracaro "mercy."
- Tarnishing from public opinion.
- Those questioning Maharaja suffer from hysteria and irrational sentimentality.
- They want to destroy Srila Prabhupada's mission with false rumors and perverse narratives.
...have been widely refuted in this statement.

We fear that if he doesn't respond differently or provide more satisfactory explanations, the world will be divided into those who cannot conceive of receiving spiritual instruction from PS for all the reasons explained and those who, failing to follow the most elementary rules of decency, prefer to remain under his guidance.

PS: We have not verified Paravyoma's WhatsApp message, but that is not unusual. He lives and depends on ISKCON, and we are all aware of the pressures they are under. This message doesn't deny the facts; it vaguely talks about "being offensive," a card that seems well-worn.
M Dasi: Another orange clad GBC guru clown ... who is friends with child abusers. Surprised? Not me. The surprise would be ... if he was defending children from abusers. Not likely.
ReplyDeleteBhakti Raghava swami is another turd dressed in orange. We do not want out children to become materialists. No!!! I forgot. Our kids had to become materialists to avoid your pedo-loka guru planet.
Materialists are much better than pedo-loka, trust me.
And our children all know that ... so they avoid ISKCON. You made ISKCON into a giant stinking pedo-friendly and pedo-loka turd ... and then you wonder why people left? You made them leave. Turds for brains makes a turds society.
Everyone knows that, even they must know it. They wanted us to all leave so they could make a Garbha Dancing program with their Hindu flock.
JD: Bhakti Raghava says we need to train our children well, or they will become karmis. Lets hope they do become karmis! Then they should hire some lawyers. Then put these leaders in jail for aiding and abetting child abuse.
ReplyDeleteI don't see hardly any Western kids at these ISKCON temples ... anyway. Whose kids is he even talking about? There are almost no kids even coming to ISKCON. He does not notice that yet?
The original parents are LONG gone, the parents kids are now adults, and they are LONG gone, and no one wants to send their grand kids either. ALL these kids are LONG gone. These leaders are so out of touch it defies any sense.
How did they NOT know, their pedo-guru program is not going to attract anyone ... who has kids. People are going to keep their kids away and protect them. The karmi schools are way more protective of keeping pedos away from kids than these people.
This is such a scam! Don't let your kids become karmis, when being a karmi is the best defense, or only defense, against Bhakti Raghava's program. These people are either dumb as a rock, or they are pedo guru lovers, or both, I cannot decide what they are.
