How to become poisonous zombie in three easy steps (Hanuman das Croatia)

How to become poisonous zombie in three easy steps

By Hanuman das article, Srila Prabhupada poisoning

Ok, we had Srila Prabhupada appearance day two days ago, which was celebrated in all ISKCON centers. That would be the best present to give to Srila Prabhupada in 2019? Well, maybe we should become a little bit honest and reveal to the world the guys who poisoned him.

Well, how can I be sure that Srila Prabhupada was poisoned? I just look at the huge amount of evidence. Poison whispers for example, which were analyzed by professional studios. And then, Srila Prabhupada himself mentioning that he was poisoned, and then 13 seconds long silence, and then his cooks were not replaced. Then, hair analysis which proves huge cadmium levels.

What really worries me that these huge amounts of evidence were provided. Although not likely, it is possible that at least some of this evidence could be fabricated. But, look at the ISKCON reaction, they didn’t do their own tests to try to disprove these accusations. Well, if GBC really cared about Srila Prabhupada, they could have done their own hair tests. But they never did it. I wonder why. That would be the best way to disprove Nityananda’s “offenses”.

And what really convinced me was Tamal Krishna’s mp3 records where he said that Srila Prabhupada told him “to give him some medicine which would help him disappear”. That is for me personally most convincing evidence that Tamala Krishna Goswami actually poisoned Srila Prabhupada.

First of all, Srila Prabhupada was never suicidal, he was always leaving everything up to Krishna. He was completely dependent on Krishna. Anybody who regularly reads Srila Prabhupada’s books can easily understand that. And for leaving the body, he never used the term “disappear”. And of course, nobody except Tamala Krishna ever heard that “famous” statement by Srila Prabhupada.

In other words, Tamala Krishna was on this tape building the backup exit strategy in case he was discovered. He would simply show this tape and said “I poisoned Srila Prabhupada because he wanted me to do it.”

But, the strangest thing of all, is that Hari Sauri prabhu still has the hair samples and Srila Prabhupada’s tooth. So, GBC and ISKCON senior members could easily defeat poison theory proponents by simply testing the samples. But they are not doing that, I don’t understand why. Maybe because they are afraid of what those results would show?

Anyway, in any normal society, curious members who care for Srila Prabhupada would be knocking on Hari Sauri’s door day and night and beg him to test those samples. But nobody is knocking. And therefore I say, ISKCON is full of poisonous zombies who have no brain.

I mean, if Srila Prabhupada was poisoned, that is ok as long as it was done by pure devotees, right?

ISKCON’s defense

So, surely GBC body members know about the poisoning of Srila Prabhupada because they were the ones who prevented any investigation attempts. As one devotee explained to me, their line of thought is that if they would reveal this to the world, ISKCON would probably fall apart, and some people could even be killed. Like maybe Bhavananda ji who was giggling during Srila Prabhupada’s last days.

So, “to keep society in one piece, to save some devotees of being killed, we are keeping Srila Prabhupada poisoning as a secret.” I couldn’t believe my ears when I heard this retarded way of thinking. First of all, anybody who is covering up Srila Prabhupada’s poisoning is an accomplice. If you are a killer, or you protect a killer by staying silent, you will never get the mercy of Krishna, that is sure.

Also, being in a movement where leaders killed founder acarya is not a good idea. And leaders being silent and stopping all investigations is definite proof that they have something to hide. Do we see a lot of debates on this issue amongst senior ISKCON members? No, we don’t see any debates. After all, if Srila Prabhupada was poisoned, he was not poisoned by materialists, he was poisoned by his loving disciples, which is ok, it’s kind of Lila.

Therefore, Indian ISKCON is fighting the GBC on the female diksa guru issue, but they don’t care about poisoning issue which looks very suspicious. I am not so much interested in female diksa guru issue. I am interested if I can poison a female diksa guru. I mean that would be cool. Poisoning of gurus is ISKCON’s national sport, otherwise, we would see a huge line in front of Hari Sauri’s door.

I have many readers from Mayapur, if you see a big line of devotees in front of Hari Sauri’s apartment, please let me know. If you don’t see a line, then you can know that you are living in poisonous zombie society.

Kill guru become guru website

[PADA: Very good. Yes, many times devotees have been discussing very mundane things -- and issues that are of no actual relevance to fixing ISKCON, never mind usually avoiding the main problems -- the bogus guru issue, the book changes issue, the molesting and abuse issue, the poison issue and so on. I was discussing this with some ex-kuli types a little while ago -- and they were saying that most of the time "ISKCON devotees" are discussing almost anything BUT a realistic plan of fixing ISKCON (and especially making a plan to re-integrate us, the alienated ex-kulis).

And they said, that is why ISKCON is such a mess, most members are not really interested in how their religion functions, or if it is functioning at all. At least Bhakti Vikas swami admits -- complaints to the GBC are not going to be dealt with because their "justice department" is a dysfunctioning mess. Of course its a dysfunctioning mess because BVKS made a bunch of bogus messiahs who think they are talking to God, so why do they need to talk to us microscopic peons?

BVKS is creating many imperious rulers and mad king emperors by rubber stamping conditioned souls as God's living representatives on earth. God's living spokesmen need not consult with anyone, they are above all the laws. OK maybe.

One of these ex-kulis said --some years ago, he was trying to tell various "adult" devotees at an ISKCON festival about some of the problems going on, and he came across a group of "senior men" devotees. And he was patiently trying to break into their conversation, but they were apparently too busy discussing "what is the best fertilizer brand for pot plants"? So he just walked away, realizing they were never going to take interest in his issues.

Hanuman is right, the senior devotees are very worried about "female diksha gurus" instead of the problems of banning, beating, molesting, lawsuits and murders, including the apparent poisoning of the pure devotee.

And one of these ex-kulis told me that is also the problem with folks like Suresh das. Suresh is very worried about how Tulsi Gabbard is running for president, but she is not even an official member of ISKCON, rather she has been connected to the Siddhawasrupa program. As such, she has no actual weight in resolving anything in the ISKCON society as a non-member participant. Did I forget to mention the GBC has forbade people to associate with the Siddhaswarupa process?

So, in order to fix ISKCON Suresh wants to gather a group of CHRISTIANS to come to the Ratha Festival NEXT YEAR to protest Tulsi Gabbard. Meanwhile the founder fathers of the molester messiahs program go to these festivals every day, all the time, and no protest is being made? Ever?

So these ex-kulis tell me they have to see the faces of the SAME people who orchestrated their molesting regime, and no one thinks it would be a good idea to organize a protest of this process? Including apparently, Suresh?

OK Suresh wants to organize the Christians to chant "Tulsi Gabbard is a fraud" at next year's Rathayatra. And this will fix ISKCON -- because? Meanwhile we are not getting the Christians to chant, "ISKCON gurus are from an illicit sex with men, women and children messiah's program"? This is why a a couple of ex-gurukulis said -- they want all the Prabhupada devotees to die because they are simply causing pain for others (by allowing deviants to be worshiped as Krishna's successors)?

The good news is, we are getting newer people involved, and they think its their duty to protest and not acquiesce with bogus guru programs. They get it. Of course Suresh says he also listens to INFOWARS, hee hee, the same people who got into trouble for having lead contamination in their "Caveman Paleo Diet Bone Broth Soup"? Why are so many devotees getting involved with these foolish side issue things? Because then -- they can avoid dealing with fixing their religion.

Well anyway, it is what it is, there has been a lot of compromise with these problems, which is how these problems flourished, plain and simple. Hanuman is right on here, good analysis. Oddly, Sulochana also said all of our opponents are zombies. When we were sitting somewhere and the GBC people started to approach us, he would laugh and say, "Watch it Puranjan, its a zombie attack." Hee hee. ys pd

You cannot fire your guru! (Mahatma Das VIDEO)

[PADA: President Donald Trump says that anyone who disagrees is "fake news"? Hee hee! Well maybe? Yet when we said there is a banning, beating, molesting, lawsuits and murders program going on here, many, many ISKCON folks said -- so what, PADA is FAKE NEWS. Well maybe not?

Mahatma's gurus are being FIRED!

Not to worry!

We will expose the Mahatma guru program for what it is. Of course we do not have to even make up fake news? The GBC itself says their acharyas are sometimes illicit sex with men, women and children --- (and maybe goats?) deviants. So we don't have to defeat their argument, they are defeating their own selves by admitting their gurus are bogus.

Bhakti Vikas swami just now says the ISKCON leaders (ok their acharyas) are often cruel exploiters with no sadhu bushanam (devotee qualities) ok and that is what we said all along? That means he is agreeing with us, i.e. we are not the FAKE NEWS.

As for firing their gurus, they are firing themselves. Their gurus are blooping, falling down, getting sick, dying and leaving the guru post left, right and center. They are fired by their own actions. And now Bhakti Vikas says, the Zonal Acharyas kicked us all out, of course, because they were fakes and our objections were not fake news. BVKS just now says, most devotees left, ok they fired these gurus a long time ago. Even Jayatirtha said in 1988, almost everyone will leave ISKCON, they will VOTE WITH THEIR FEET to reject the bogus GBC guru program. These gurus were FIRED a long time ago! ys pd]

Satsvarupa is now "a retired guru"?

I'm firing myself from the guru post?

Acharya Fall Down is "Inevitable" (Bhakti Vikas Swami Video)

OK wait a minute!

1) When Srila Prabhupada was here, it was always said that NO acharyas  deviate, and its an offense to say ANY of them do.

2) Then after 1978 many of the ISKCON GBC folks said -- ok acharyas might deviate from time to time -- but its not common, not many of them deviate, its rare.

3) Now Bhakti vikas swami says a number of ISKCON's leaders (most of whom are advertised as "diksha gurus" aka acharyas) may be deviating -- if not engaging in all sorts of mean spirited exploiting etc. -- because its "inevitable" that acharyas will fall to that deviated platform. And worse he goes on to say their acharyas are often mayavadas who are compromised with mundane yoga programs. Why is he BVKS always saying that acharyas are often deviants, exploiters, mayavadas and so on?

Its inevitable that acharyas are, or they become, fallen deviants, and / or mayavadas? Why doesn't Bhakti Vikas swami simply say, all of these deviants are not, were not, could not have been acharyas? He is simply attacking the parampara as full of "inevitable deviants" instead of clarifying that they are not producing acharyas? Amazing, we have gone from saying (A) acharyas never deviate, to saying (B) they might deviate sort of by accident, to now saying, (C) acharyas will often fail because "its inevitable."

And if its common -- if not often inevitable -- for pure devotee acharyas to deviate, why would anyone bother taking the first steps in the process at all, since even after getting a PHD in the process, one may "inevitably" fall back to being a mundane person? Even after reaching the acharya status, fall down is still -- inevitable?

ys pd

--------------------------------

Sorry prabhu BVT Das, but Bhakti Vikas swami just gave a lecture saying that ISKCON acharyas often have no sadhu bhushanam and that falling down acharyas is "inevitable." Acharyas are falling down left, right and center because it is inevitable? Srila Prabhupada says it is an offense to say acharyas are deviating, and BVKS says not only acharyas deviate, its inevitable they will. That is not what Srila Prabhupada teaches. Bhakti Vikas swami is the sannyasa disciple of Jayapataka swami, and that is the program that we had to have sued for $400,000,000 for child abuse. ys pd

Brooklyn Temple Court Case (Update)

The New York State Appellate Court

August 14, 2019 - On Sri Balaram Jayanti Mahotsava (the Appearance Day of Lord Balaram), ISKCON’s Governing Body Commission (“GBC”) and the Board of Directors of Bharati Center, Inci. (“Brooklyn Temple” or “Temple") won a notable victory in the Appellate Division of the New York State Supreme Court (“Appellate Court”).

A four-judge panel of the Appellate Court denied a motion brought by the Temple’s former directors (“Former Directors”) for a preliminary injunction prohibiting the Temple’s current directors and officers from undertaking “any conduct . . . outside the ordinary course of business,” including the eviction of residents, the sale of real property and a merger or consolidation. (1)

The Former Directors evidently failed to convince the Appellate Court that they were likely to succeed on the merits of their claims; that they were likely to suffer “irreparable harm” without preliminary relief; and that the balance of equities between the parties supported a preliminary injunction.

The above-described developments took place just weeks before the Former Directors’ long-expected filing of a “perfected appeal” (2) from the hugely consequential decision of October 2018 by Justice Jimenez-Salta of the New York State Supreme Court for Kings County. (3) In that decision, the Court deferred to the GBC, as ISKCON’s ultimate managing authority, to remove and replace directors and officers who violate the teachings of ISKCON Founder-Acharya HDG A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, ISKCON laws and GBC resolutions.

The Appellate Court’s denial of the Former Directors’ motion for an injunction is the latest development in a long-running legal dispute arising from the attempted sale of the Brooklyn Temple by the Former Directors to a New York real estate developer without the approval of the GBC or the Temple congregation.

For readers unfamiliar with this dispute, the following summary will hopefully add useful context to the Appellate Court’s recent decision.
Attempted Sale of the Brooklyn Temple

In 2016, the GBC became aware of the Former Directors’ petition to the New York State Office of the Attorney General (“OAG”) and a subsequent filing in the New York State Supreme Court for Kings County, seeking approval of a proposed sale of the Brooklyn Temple to a local real estate developer for the sum of $58,800,000.

(4) At the time, the Temple was managed by David Britten (Ramabhadra Das) and and his wife Heather (Satya Dasi). For a number of years, the Brittens served as the Brooklyn Temple’s leading directors and sole officers.

The Brittens’ petition to the Court was opposed by the GBC, the Temple's congregation and the OAG. In its Decision of April 2018, the Court refused to approve the Temple sale over the GBC’s objection.

(5) Change of Temple Management

Back in 2017 the GBC notified the Brittens and other board members who had attempted to sell the Brooklyn Temple that they had been removed and a new team of directors installed to take their place. The Brittens removed the large sign adorning the temple façade containing the words "ISKCON" and “Founder-Acharya: His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada.” in a failed attempt to disaffiliate the Brooklyn Temple from ISKCON.
GBC Lawsuit Against the Former Directors of Bharati Center Inc.

In December 2017, the GBC and the Temple's new board members sued the Former Directors led by the Britten husband-and-wife team to obtain an order declaring that the GBC has ultimate oversight authority over the Brooklyn Temple.

In Governing Body of ISKCON v. David Britten et al., Index No. 524895/2017 (Sup. Ct. Kings County 2018), Justice Jimenez-Salta issued a series of detailed orders in favor of the GBC and the new Board of Directors of the Brooklyn Temple:

• The Former Directors are permanently enjoined from interfering with any congregant of the Brooklyn Temple in attending services and/or worshiping at the Temple.

• The GBC acted within its authority when it removed the Former Directors and installed the new Board of Directors of Bharati Center Inc.

• The Former Directors are enjoined from attempting to sell the Temple.

• The Former Directors are “permanently enjoined from interfering with the current directors' oversight and supervision of the operation of the [Brooklyn Temple].

• The Former Directors are permanently enjoined from holding themselves out or acting as officers, directors, or representatives of the Brooklyn Temple.

• The Former Directors are permanently enjoined from acting as a signatories on Temple accounts.

• The Former Directors must turn over the books and records of the Brooklyn Temple and give a complete accounting of the Temple’s income and expenditures from January 2014, including a full disclosure of financial records related to the Temple altar, gift shop, bank accounts, and Govinda’s soup kitchen.

The Court’s rulings were in the form of “summary judgment,” which is granted only when all material facts are undisputed, thereby making it possible for the Court to render its decision without holding a trial.
Brittens’ Appeal to the Appellate Court

After the lower court ruled in favor of the GBC, the Former Directors filed an appeal to the Appellate Court arguing primarily that Justice Jimenez-Salta erred when she ruled on summary judgment and decided not to conduct a full-blown trial or consider some allegedly "pertinent evidence."
Immediate Impact of the Appellate Court’s Denial of the Injunction

When the Appellate Court denied the Former Directors’ motion for an injunction staying all evictions from the Brooklyn Temple, a single eviction proceeding was pending before the Kings County Housing Court. Ever since December 2018, when Mr. Krishna Benny, a Britten acolyte and Temple resident was arrested by the NYPD for grand larceny against the Temple, the Board of Directors had been seeking Mr. Benny's eviction.

(6) Mr. Benny’s principal argument against eviction was that it could not take place as long as the temporary restraining order or injunction of the Appellate Court was in effect. With the denial of the injunction and the resulting dissolution of the temporary restraining order, Mr. Benny consented to an entry of final judgment of possession and the issuance of warrant of eviction for him to vacate and surrender his living quarters in the Temple.

Future of the Former Directors’ Appeal

Defendants-Appellants Former Directors are under a court order to file their perfected appeal from Justice Jimenez-Salta’s decision dated October 29, 2018 no later than September 5, 2019. Plaintiffs-Respondents GBC and the Brooklyn Temple Board of Directors will then have 30 days to file opposition papers. The Former Directors will then have a final right of reply.

Thereafter, it's anybody's guess how long it will take for the parties to be called to oral argument, after which the wait for the Appellate Court’s decision begins in earnest. In the meantime, the devotees will continue performing their devotional service to Sri Sri Radha-Govinda in the Brooklyn Temple and spread Lord Chaitanya’s sankirtan movement all over New York City.

* * *

(1) On June 21, 2019 Judge Mark C. Dillon of the Appellate Court issued a temporary restraining order (“TRO”) against the GBC and the Brooklyn Temple Board of Directors prohibiting “any conduct . . . outside the ordinary course of business,” including the eviction of residents, the sale of real property and a merger or consolidation. A TRO is intended to be “stop-gap measure” and lasts only until the Court holds a hearing, in the present case on submission of papers, on whether or not to issue a preliminary injunction.

(2) After an appeal is taken by filing a notice of appeal, it must be “perfected.” There are several different methods by which an appeal may be perfected, all of which are described in § 1250.5 of the Practice Rules of the Appellate Division (22 NYCRR 1250.5) and in chapter 5 of the Court's Guide to Civil Practice.

(3) See: https://iskconnews.org/new-york-state-court-returns-control-of-hare-krishna-temple-in-brooklyn-to-iskcon,6741/

(4) Under New York law, the sale of real property of a non-profit religious corporation requires OAG or Court approval.

(5) See http://iskconnyc.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/2018-04-17-NYS-Court-Decision-Order.pdf

(6) Upon information and belief, Mr. Benny’s arrest subsequently resulted in a “deferred prosecution.”

Janmashtami Kids Show (VIDEO)

PADA: Srila Prabhupada was right when he said that children are the future of ISKCON. And that is true, unless there are children to carry on the tradition, there won't be any. Its very encouraging to see many children at various Prabhupadanuga programs. That is the way forward, pretty soon none of us will be here, these children will have to continue Krishna's program forward.

Recently a newer devotee who is part of  an ISKCON temple wrote to tell me of following our idea of having Srila Prabhupada as the guru -- and -- does not believe that the local voted in GBC guru is a liberated soul. Not yet married, but when married eventually their family's children will be trained in the same concept. That is how we will win over time.

Also this devotee was amazed that some "ritviks" would attack PADA, and said -- "These people are against your preaching of having Srila Prabhupada as the guru? They have the same basic idea as the GBC people? Thank God for your preaching because that is how we had access to this idea. They don't like what you are doing because -- they are just like the GBC, they don't like to see us accepting Srila Prabhupada as the guru." Yep. ys pd

Prayers required for Ram das ACBSP (famous artist)

Prayers required for Ram das Abhirama ACBSP, famous artist, illustrator of Srila Prabhupada's books. Ram das, wonderful ISKCON artist (and musician), husband of Dhriti dd, is hospitalized in Livorna Italy.

Madhu Sevita Prabhu was able to speak with a devotee that is at the hospital and reports the following:

It is a quite deep cerebral hemorrhage and he reached the hospital in coma.
They were able to drain some of the fluids from the brain and have had to keep him in a medically-induced coma. There is a risk for his life as the hemorrhage possibly affected the respiratory system (he breathes with a machine now) and other vital parts as well; the doctors say that if he survives his mobility may be affected.

Please pray for this Godbrother that has given his life to paint Radha Krsna and Their Lilas.

Appearance of His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada

APPEARANCE ANNIVERSARY OF HIS DIVINE GRACE A.C. BHAKTIVEDANTA SWAMI PRABHUPADA (FAST TILL NOON) AUGUST 24, 2019

Today is the appearance anniversary of His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada. He was born in 1896 in Calcutta, India, into a family of Krishna devotees. At age twenty-two, he met his spiritual master, Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati Thakur, who encouraged him to spread the mission of Chaitanya Mahaprabhu in English. At the age of sixty-nine, Srila Prabhupada left India for the U.S.A. with a trunk full of his own Srimad-Bhagavatam commentaries. In the next twelve years, he started a worldwide movement, the International Society for Krishna Consciousness, and had translated over eighty books on Krishna consciousness. His followers fast until noon today and prepare a feast in his honor.

=====================

Srila Prabhupada’s Vyasa Puja Offering–1961 at the Radha-Damodara temple, Vrindavana, India, in 1961.)

First Vasistya

1. On this day, O my master, I made a cry of grief; I was not able to tolerate the absence of my guru.

2. On this auspicious day I have come with this offering just to worship you, remembering your lotus feet.

3. Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu’s judgement is that renunciation is most important. Not only that, but such knowledge must be delivered to every conditioned being.

4. The beginner in devotional service has no ability to solve this dilemma, but you are a maha-bhagavata, you have given us direction.

5. One bewildered by ignorance, what kind of renunciate can he be? He will only be a “phalgu-vairagi”; renouncing externally.

6. Renunciation is actually the result of real spiritual emotion. Without such feeling it is simply known as show-bottle.

7. But there is another “show-bottle” for the purpose of preaching. That is the Lord’s sannyasa by which the Mayavadis are defeated.

8. Lord Caitanya’s Philosophy is beyond varnasrama; it is Bhagavata dharma, for putting an end to all cheating processes of religion.

9. Performing dry renunciation there can be no real preaching. Therefore “Yukta vairagya” is given the highest essential understanding.

10. “That sannyasa which I have given you” is for preaching in devotion. The faithless sense enjoyers are unable to understand this.

Second Vasistya

11. Generally the sannyasis renounce everything and go and stay in the mountain caves, but you, O master, keep your sannyasis in mansions of marble.

12. To see a sense enjoyer is just like drinking poison, but you, O my master, go far and near, even abroad, to give them your darsana.

13. Mlecchas and Yavanas are forbidden to enter the Hindu temples, but you my Lord, make them chairmen and sit them in the assembly of devotees.

14. Hindus are not allowed to cross the ocean, but you send your devotees overseas to preach.

15. In the cities of Kali-yuga, the instructions of the bona fide spiritual preceptors are forbidden. Still you remain here in any way possible.

16. The devotees want to hide in a secluded place to perform their bhajan. You, however, do not accept this in your judgement.

17. Whenever there is an increase in population, there in that place preaching is to be found.

18. In London you want a student hostel. You explain that it must be first-class.

19. In the land of barbarians a student hostel for preaching Hari-Katha! Who can understand the significance of these things?

20. To resolve all the apparent contradictory statements is not the play of some incompetent fool.

21. If everyone simply sat down together and considered these things, what nice preaching there could be.

22. What is your order also, that everyone, coming together, should merge in your message and preach it to the world.

23. If everyone just initiates then there will only be a contradictory result. As long as it goes on there will be only failure.

24. Now even, my godbrothers, you return here to the order of our master, and together we engage in his puja.

25. But simply a festival of flowers and fruits does not constitute worship. The one who serves the message of the guru really worships him.

26. The service of the message is the real meaning of the Vedas. Don’t be proud, brothers, come back to this.

27. Kalidas Nag (a learned man who was defeated by Srila Saraswati Thakura and later became his disciple), that master said in public forum one day.

28. That Kali’s mission was to kill the entire world while the essential meaning of Lord Caitanya’s message was kept locked up in a cage.

29. O shame! My dear brothers, aren’t you embarrassed? In the manner of businessmen you increase your disciples.

30. Our master said to preach. Let the neophytes stay in the temples and ring the bells.

Third Vasistya

31. All these things are not our spiritual master’s preaching methods. These are all the things done by the caste Gosvamis.

32. But just take a look at the terrible situation that has arisen. Everyone has become a sense enjoyer and has given up preaching.

33. In the temples they have also begun to lock the doors. Preach this bhagavata dharma, don’t hesitate.

34. Within this world is another world, Whose sound is the unequaled penetrating force.

35. The preaching that “mullah (Muslim priest) only goes as far as the mosque and no further” should be put to an end today.

36. From the seas, across the earth, penetrate the universal shell, come together and preach this Krishna consciousness.

37. Then our master’s service will be in proper order. Make your promise today. Give up all your politics and diplomacy.

38. Everyone come together on this day and make your valued comment. The five of you get together and decide what should be done.

39. You have become renouncers, brothers, so renounce everything. But if you also renounce the order of the spiritual master, then what kind of renunciation is that?

40. The one who renounces the guru’s order (guru tyagi) and the one who tries to enjoy the assets of his spiritual master (guru-bhogi) are two kinds of useless persons. First become a servant of your spiritual master (guru-sevi) and then you will understand things clearly.

Forth Vasistya

41. If there is only one Supreme Lord, then a true sadhu, if his faith increases, he gives up the desire for profit, distinction and adoration in the material world.

42. Your gold, brother, is the father of sense gratification. This meaningful statement was spoken by Srila Prabhupada himself.

43. Give up your wealth for preaching. Sit down together and make some special judgement.

44. The Supreme Lord says that everything is Mine. Don’t protest. Just unite and preach.

45. Srila Prabhupada gave this final message himself. Take care to follow that completely in all respects.

46. Otherwise your sannyasa will be wasted and useless. O saintly ones, be careful; afterwards you will regret.

47. So what is the difficulty for all of us to come together in this way and why do all these things even have to be said to you?

48. Give up your stubbornness, there is no time. Come all my brothers on this auspicious holy occasion.

Fifth Vasistya

49. When will that day come when there will be a temple established in every house in every corner of the world?

50. When the big court judge will be a Gaudiya Vaisnava with tilak beautifully decorating his forehead.

51. A Vaisnava winning votes will be elected president of the land and preaching will spread everywhere.

52. The demons simply plunder the Lord’s wealth. The hapless populace cry, “Hai Hai” in distress.

53. The demons want so many plans just to cheat the people. They sell wheat flour at 32 rupees a mound.

54. Will opening a factory fill a hungry man’s belly? Being oppressed by starvation they will eat grass and mango pits.

55. Wearing a two pisa string a man is called a brahmin. Wearing a saffron cloth he has become a sannyasi.

56. The householders beg from sannyasis, and why not? The sannyasis have tens of millions of rupees in the bank.

57. As the days pass, the influence of Kali-yuga increases and the poor are crying in distress.

58. Ten thousand cows are killed daily and the nations expert leaders are all eating untouchable foodstuffs.

59. People of muddy intelligence increase day by day. A man and his wife separate on mere word.

60. Everyone has become a witch by the influence of this age. Everyone is unhappy due to the absence of the mercy of the Vaisnavas.

61. The Vaisnavas are famous as “para dukha dukhi.” This fame will increase as the preaching increases.

62. If eternally pure devotional service to Krsna is awakened in everyone, then Kali will flee, screaming of his own accord.

63. “Praninan upakaraya” do work for the benefit of all living beings. This is Mahaprabhu’s teachings. This is the storehouse of happiness in this life and the next.

64. So much work has fallen into your hands, so gather together and do it.

65. Vasudeva Datta said to the Lord, paying his obeisances, save all the living beings in the material world.

66. Give all their sins and suffering to me, who am the lowest of all. In this way all the suffering and miseries of the fallen will end.

67. He was the best of the Vaisnavas, para dukha dukhi. He knows that there is not real happiness in gratifying the senses.

68. And what kind of mercy can the non-Vaisnavas give? They simply make offenses by their Daridra Narayana philosophy.

69. The mercy of the Vaisnavas is scientific and authorized, without their mercy this world is simply insurmountable maya.

70. If there is a kingdom of Visnu and Vaisnavas on the surface of the earth, then the world will be happy–so say the great sages and rishis.

71. Why is everyone crying for Rama-rajya? The only way it can be had is if there is a Visnu centered kingdom.

72. Lord Krsna enthroned King Yudhisthira; then the whole world was rich and fortunate due to the qualities of a Vaisnava.

73. The streams, rivers, trees and fields and mountains, were all full of fruits and flowers. The milk laden cows were floating in abundant milk.

74. The birds, beasts and lower creatures were all non-envious. Material life in the Vaisnava kingdom was regulated and perfect.

75. All immersed in bliss, singing the glories of the Hari. The hearts of Vaisnavas dance in ecstasy to see this.

76. The entire world is filled with the use of material objects, without a trace of devotion to the Lord.

77. Still they are searching after peace. Preach Krsna consciousness; fulfill their desires.

78. Today my brothers, get to this task. Save the battered souls by your preaching.

79. Srila Prabhupada, please be merciful today. This time have compassion. You are not a conditioned soul of this material world.

80. Whatever independence we have, let it be cast to the waters. The lowly Abhay offers this presentation today.

ISKCON is not a supermarket (Bhakti Vikas Swami VIDEO)

PADA: This is interesting, people in Russia are wondering why so many books are being distributed, but there are hardly any temple dwellers in the West. The temples are empty. No kidding!

Why aren't devotees being made?

And BVKS answer in part is, that ISKCON is advertising too many off shoot deviations such as Yoga classes and so on. Ooops, Bhakti Vikas forgets to mention -- that it is his "living" ISKCON GURUS -- who are the very same folks introducing all these deviations. They are gurus, therefore, they are deviants? Does that make a lot of sense? BVKS has promoted that "the ritviks" are bogus because they are not worshiping these deviants as their gurus. Who else should they worship?

Yep! It is the BVKS bogus GBC guru sabha that is the source of ALL these deviations, and BVKS correctly points out that none of this is following Srila Prabhupada. So his GBC folks are gurus, but they are not following. The GBC's has voted in a pile of gurus, indeed they also voted in BVKS in as guru, but they are deviants. How can deviants vote in gurus, including BVKS?

BVKS keeps avoiding the real point, that it is his "guru sabha" who are the people introducing all these deviations. BVKS also says people need to surrender to Krishna, forgetting that this is not possible without first accepting the proper guru. Srila Prabhupada never said we can just surrender to Krishna, he said we need to accept the proper guru in disciplic succession. BVKS never points this out? We just need to surrender to Krishna, that itself is a deviant idea, because it steps over the parampara.

Instead BVKS makes more and more confusing points, for example he has often insisted "the ritviks" are deviants because they worship Srila Prabhupada, and the GBC are the actual gurus, but then he says -- these gurus are deviants. Again! How can gurus be deviants? In fact BVKS says that more and more it appears that his ISKCON leaders and gurus are being considered as agents of Kali Yuga. Agents of Kali Yuga are gurus? How is that going to work practically? Then again, that is the real reason the temples are empty, who wants to worship agents of Kali as their guru? And why would BVKS promote a system where people have to worship the agents of Kali as their "live gurus"?

Did we mention, BVKS complains -- the leaders did not make VARNASRAMA. OK, what leaders? I forgot, its the BVKS guru program that did not make varnasrama. BVKS makes it sound like some anonymous unknown program failed, but its his guru program that failed.

BVKS keeps saying we need to surrender to the Brahma Madhva Gaudiya sampradaya, the same sampradaya he is voted into. And this sampradaya self-admitted contains illicit sex with men, women and children. How is that the bona fide sampradaya? He never explains. Worse, BVKS says that the guru is always a transparent via media to God, but he never explains how his illicit sex with men, women and children guru parampara is a transparent media to God? So many contradictions here?

Wait! Illicit sex with men, women and children guru paramparas are "the transparent via media to God"? Then they wonder aloud ... why their temples are empty? Then BVKS says -- some of our great ISKCON preachers have videos with over 1,000,000 hits, but there is NOTHING about Krishna on these videos, indeed they are not even mentioning Krishna. OK so the followers of the BVKS guru parampara are not being trained properly by -- the gurus in his guru parampara. Or worse, the followers are being trained to promote mundane programs. How is this a transparent media to Krishna?

Then BVKS brings in the example of the great success of Jesus. Ooops, but worship of Jesus is the bogus ritvik idea. So BVKS says we cannot be worshiping someone like Srila Prabhupada or Jesus, the posthumous persons, we need to worship his living guru people, but then he says -- his living guru people are deviants. So we cannot worship someone like Jesus or Srila Prabhupada, we have to worship the living GBC gurus, but they are deviants. Making sense yet? Oh yes, worship of Jesus is the path to success. No wonder his gurus need percodans!

Then BVKS mentions the gurukula system, ooops, you mean the system that his GBC guru program produced -- of beating and molesting kids -- that had to be sued for mass molesting. This is a gurukula system? How is that a gurukula system? He never explains why his program produced this mess and called it a gurukula?

Anyway, we could go on here, but its obvious BVKS is not really answering the questions people are giving him. He always misses the point, intentionally. Anyway, his program is producing empty temples, that was known in 1988 when Lokanath swami said these temples are empty "ghost towns." And we know why that is happening, people do not want to worship the BVKS illicit sex with men, women and children guru parampara, and now he says, agents of Kali guru parampara to boot. Its pretty simple, his guru system is being rejected and that is the real cause of his empty temples syndrome. Meanwhile the Prabhupadanuga temples here are full of people. Imagine that. ys pd

The Birth of Lord Krishna

BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION - STORY OF LORD KRSNA

1. Nanda Maharaja was naturally very magnanimous, and when Lord Sri Krsna appeared as his son, he was overwhelmed by jubilation. Therefore, he invited brahmanas who knew how to recite Vedic mantras. After having these qualified brahmanas recite auspicious Vedic hymns, he arranged to have the Vedic birth ceremony celebrated for his newborn child according to the rules and regulations, and he also arranged for worship of the demigodsand forefathers.

2. Nanda Maharaja gave two million cows, completely decorated with cloth and jewels, in charity to the brahmanas. He also gave them seven hills of grain, covered with jewels and with cloth decorated with golden embroidery.

3. The residence of Nanda Maharaja, was fully decorated with varieties of festoons and flags, and in different places, gates were made with varieties of flower garlands, pieces of cloth, and mango leaves.

4. The cows, the bulls and the calves were thoroughly smeared with a mixture of turmeric and oil, mixed with varieties of minerals. Their heads were bedecked with peacock feathers, and they were garlanded and covered with cloth and golden ornaments.

5. Offering blessings to the newborn child, Krsna, the wives and daughters of the cowherd men said, "May You become the King of Vraja and long maintain all its inhabitants." They sprinkled a mixture of turmeric powder, oil and water upon the birthless Supreme Lord and offered their prayers.

6. Now that the all-pervading, unlimited Lord Krsna, the master of the cosmic manifestation, had arrived within the estate of Maharaja Nanda, various types of musical instruments resounded to celebrate the great festival.

7. In gladness, the cowherd men enjoyed the great festival by splashing one another's bodies with a mixture of curd, condensed milk, butter and water. They threw butter on one another and smeared it on one another's bodies.

8. The great-minded Maharaja Nanda gave clothing, ornaments and cows in charity to the cowherd men in order to please Lord Visnu, and thus he improved the condition of his own son in all respects. He distributed charity to the sutas, the magadhas, the vandis, and men of all other professions, according to their educational qualifications, and satisfied everyone's desires.

KRSNA, the Supreme Personality of Godhead

By His Divine Grace A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupāda

Chapter 3

The Birth of Lord Krishna

As stated in the Bhagavad-gītā, the Lord says that His appearance, birth, and activities, are all transcendental, and one who understands them factually becomes immediately eligible to be transferred to the spiritual world. The Lord’s appearance or birth is not like that of an ordinary man who is forced to accept a material body according to his past deeds. The Lord’s appearance is explained in the Second Chapter: He appears out of His own sweet pleasure. When the time was mature for the appearance of the Lord, the constellations became very auspicious. The astrological influence of the star known as Rohiṇī was also predominant because this star is considered to be very auspicious. Rohiṇī is under the direct supervision of Brahmā. According to the astrological conclusion, besides the proper situation of the stars, there are auspicious and inauspicious moments due to the different situations of the different planetary systems. At the time of Kṛṣṇa’s birth, the planetary systems were automatically adjusted so that everything became auspicious.

At that time, in all directions, east, west, south, north, everywhere, there was an atmosphere of peace and prosperity. There were auspicious stars visible in the sky, and on the surface in all towns and villages or pasturing grounds and within the minds of everyone there were signs of good fortune. The rivers were flowing full of waters, and lakes were beautifully decorated with lotus flowers. The forests were full with beautiful birds and peacocks. All the birds within the forests began to sing with sweet voices, and the peacocks began to dance along with their consorts. The wind blew very pleasantly, carrying the aroma of different flowers, and the sensation of bodily touch was very pleasing. At home, the brāhmaṇas, who were accustomed to offer sacrifices in the fire, found their homes very pleasant for offerings. Due to disturbances created by the demoniac kings, the sacrificial fire alter had been almost stopped in the houses of brāhmaṇas, but now they could find the opportunity to start the fire peacefully. Being forbidden to offer sacrifices, the brāhmaṇas were very distressed in mind, intelligence and activities, but just on the point of Kṛṣṇa’s appearance, automatically their minds became full of joy because they could hear loud vibrations in the sky of transcendental sounds proclaiming the appearance of the Supreme Personality of Godhead.

The denizens of the Gandharva and Kinnara planets began to sing, and the denizens of Siddhaloka and the planets of the Cāraṇas began to offer prayers in the service of the Personality of Godhead. In the heavenly planets, the angels along with their wives, accompanied by the Apsaras, began to dance.

The great sages and the demigods, being pleased, began to shower flowers. At the seashore, there was the sound of mild waves, and above the sea there were clouds in the sky which began to thunder very pleasingly.

When things were adjusted like this, Lord Viṣṇu, who is residing within the heart of every living entity, appeared in the darkness of night as the Supreme Personality of Godhead before Devakī, who also appeared as one of the demigoddesses. The appearance of Lord Viṣṇu at that time could be compared with the full moon in the sky as it rises on the eastern horizon. The objection may be raised that, since Lord Kṛṣṇa appeared on the eighth day of the waning moon, there could be no rising of the full moon. In answer to this it may be said that Lord Kṛṣṇa appeared in the dynasty which is in the hierarchy of the moon; therefore, although the moon was incomplete on that night, because of the Lord’s appearance in the dynasty wherein the moon is himself the original person, the moon was in an overjoyous condition, so by the grace of Kṛṣṇa he could appear just as a full moon.

In an astronomical treatise by the name Khamaṇikya, the constellations at the time of the appearance of Lord Kṛṣṇa are very nicely described. It is confirmed that the child born at that auspicious moment was the Supreme Brahman or the Absolute Truth.

Vasudeva saw that wonderful child born as a baby with four hands, holding conchshell, club, disc, and lotus flower, decorated with the mark of Śrīvatsa, wearing the jeweled necklace of kaustubha stone, dressed in yellow silk, appearing dazzling like a bright blackish cloud, wearing a helmet bedecked with the vaidūrya stone, valuable bracelets, earrings and similar other ornaments all over His body and an abundance of hair on His head. Due to the extraordinary features of the child, Vasudeva was struck with wonder. How could a newly born child be so decorated? He could therefore understand that Lord Kṛṣṇa had now appeared, and he became overpowered by the occasion.

Vasudeva very humbly wondered that although he was an ordinary living entity conditioned by material nature and was externally imprisoned by Kaṁsa, the all-pervading Personality of Godhead, Viṣṇu or Kṛṣṇa, was appearing as a child in his home, exactly in His original position. No earthly child is born with four hands decorated with ornaments and nice clothing, fully equipped with all the signs of the Supreme Personality of Godhead. Over and over again, Vasudeva glanced at his child, and he considered how to celebrate this auspicious moment: ”Generally, when a male child is born,“ he thought, ”people observe the occasion with jubilant celebrations, and in my home, although I am imprisoned, the Supreme Personality of Godhead has taken birth. How many millions of millions of times should I be prepared to observe this auspicious ceremony!“

When Vasudeva, who is also called Ānakadundubhi, was looking at his newborn baby, he was so happy that he wanted to give many thousands of cows in charity to the brāhmaṇas. According to the Vedic system, whenever there is an auspicious ceremony in the kṣatriya king’s palace, the king gives many things in charity. Cows decorated with golden ornaments are delivered to the brāhmaṇas and sages. Vasudeva wanted to perform a charitable ceremony to celebrate Kṛṣṇa’s appearance, but because he was shackled within the walls of Kaṁsa’s prison, this was not possible. Instead, within his mind he gave thousands of cows to the brāhmaṇas.

When Vasudeva was convinced that the newborn child was the Supreme Personality of Godhead Himself, he bowed down with folded hands and began to offer Him prayers. At that time Vasudeva was in the transcendental position, and he became completely free from all fear of Kaṁsa. The newborn baby was also flashing His effulgence within the room in which He appeared.

Vasudeva then began to offer his prayers. ”My dear Lord, I can understand who You are. You are the Supreme Personality of Godhead, the Supersoul of all living entities and the Absolute Truth. You have appeared in Your own eternal form which is directly perceived by us. I understand that because I am afraid of Kaṁsa, You have appeared just to deliver me from that fear. You do not belong to this material world; You are the same person who brings about the cosmic manifestation simply by glancing over material nature.“

One may argue that the Supreme Personality of Godhead, who creates the whole cosmic manifestation simply by His glance, cannot come within the womb of Devakī, the wife of Vasudeva. To eradicate this argument, Vasudeva said, ”My dear Lord, it is not a very wonderful thing that You appear within the womb of Devakī because the creation was also made in that way. You were lying in the Causal Ocean as Mahā-Viṣṇu, and by Your breathing process, innumerable universes came into existence. Then You entered into each of the universes as Garbhodakaśāyī Viṣṇu. Then again You expanded Yourself as Kṣīrodakaśāyī Viṣṇu and entered into the hearts of all living entities and entered even within the atoms. Therefore Your entrance in the womb of Devakī is understandable in the same way. You appear to have entered, but You are simultaneously all-pervading.

We can understand Your entrance and nonentrance from material examples. The total material energy remains intact even after being divided into sixteen elements. The material body is nothing but the combination of the five gross elements–namely earth, water, fire, air and ether. Whenever there is a material body, it appears that such elements are newly created, but actually the elements are always existing outside of the body. Similarly, although You appear as a child in the womb of Devakī, You are also existing outside. You are always in Your abode, but still You can simultaneously expand Yourself into millions of forms.

“One has to understand Your appearance with great intelligence because the material energy is also emanating from You. You are the original source of the material energy, just as the sun is the source of the sunshine. The sunshine cannot cover the sun globe, nor can the material energy–being an emanation from You–cover You. You appear to be in the three modes of material energy, but actually the three modes of material energy cannot cover You. This is understood by the highly intellectual philosophers. In other words, although You appear to be within the material energy, You are never covered by it.”

We hear from the Vedic version that the Supreme Brahman exhibits His effulgence, and therefore everything becomes illuminated. We can understand from Brahma-saṁhitā that the brahmajyoti, or the Brahman effulgence, emanates from the body of the Supreme Lord. And from the Brahman effulgence, all creation takes place. It is further stated in the Bhagavad-gītā that the Lord is also the support of the Brahman effulgence. Originally He is the root cause of everything. But persons who are less intelligent think that when the Supreme Personality of Godhead comes within this material world, He accepts the material qualities. Such conclusions are not very mature, but are made by the less intelligent.

The Supreme Personality of Godhead is directly and indirectly existing everywhere; He is outside this material creation, and He is also within it. He is within this material creation not only as Garbhodakaśāyī Viṣṇu; He is also within the atom. Existence is due to His presence. Nothing can be separated from His existence. In the Vedic injunction we find that the Supreme Soul or the root cause of everything has to be searched out because nothing exists independent of the Supreme Soul. Therefore the material manifestation is also a transformation of His potency. Both inert matter and the living force–soul–are emanations from Him. Only the foolish conclude that when the Supreme Lord appears He accepts the conditions of matter. Even if He appears to have accepted the material body, He is still not subjected to any material condition. Kṛṣṇa has therefore appeared and defeated all imperfect conclusions about the appearance and disappearance of the Supreme Personality of Godhead.

“My Lord, Your appearance, existence and disappearance are beyond the influence of the material qualities. Because Your Lordship is the controller of everything and the resting place of the Supreme Brahman, there is nothing inconceivable or contradictory in You. As You have said, material nature works under Your superintendence. It is just like government officers working under the orders of the chief executive. The influence of subordinate activities cannot affect You. The Supreme Brahman and all phenomena are existing within You, and all the activities of material nature are controlled by Your Lordship.

”You are called śuklam. Śuklam, or ’whiteness’ is the symbolic representation of the Absolute Truth because it is unaffected by the material qualities. Lord Brahmā is called rakta, or red, because Brahmā represents the qualities of passion for creation. Darkness is entrusted to Lord Śiva because he annihilates the cosmos. The creation, annihilation and maintenance of this cosmic manifestation is conducted by Your potencies, yet You are always unaffected by those qualities. As confirmed in the Vedas, harir hi nirguṇaḥ sākṣāt: the Supreme Personality of Godhead is always free from all material qualities. It is also said that the qualities of passion and ignorance are nonexistent in the person of the Supreme Lord.

“My Lord, You are the supreme controller, the Personality of Godhead, the supreme great, maintaining the order of this cosmic manifestation. And in spite of Your being the supreme controller, You have so kindly appeared in my home. The purpose of Your appearance is to kill the followers of the demoniac rulers of the world who are in the dress of royal princes but are actually demons. I am sure that You will kill all of them and their followers and soldiers.

”I understand that You have appeared to kill the uncivilized Kaṁsa and his followers. But knowing that You were to appear to kill him and his followers, he has already killed so many of Your predecessors, elder brothers. Now he is simply awaiting the news of Your birth. As soon as he hears about it, he will immediately appear with all kinds of weapons to kill You.“

After this prayer of Vasudeva, Devakī, the mother of Kṛṣṇa, offered her prayers. She was very frightened because of her brother’s atrocities. Devakī said, ”My dear Lord, Your eternal forms, like Nārāyaṇa, Lord Rāma, Śeṣa, Varāha, Nṛsiṁha, Vāmana, Baladeva, and millions of similar incarnations emanating from Viṣṇu, are described in the Vedic literature as original. You are original because all Your forms as incarnations are outside of this material creation. Your form was existing before this cosmic manifestation was created. Your forms are eternal and all-pervading. They are self-effulgent, changeless and uncontaminated by the material qualities. Such eternal forms are ever-cognizant and full of bliss; they are situated in transcendental goodness and are always engaged in different pastimes. You are not limited to a particular form only; all such transcendental eternal forms are self-sufficient. I can understand that You are the Supreme Lord Viṣṇu.

“After many millions of years, when Lord Brahmā comes to the end of his life, the annihilation of the cosmic manifestation takes place. At that time the five elements–namely earth, water, fire, air and ether–enter into the mahat-tattva. The mahat-tattva again enters, by the force of time, into the non-manifested total material energy; the total material energy enters into the energetic pradhāna, and the pradhāna enters into You. Therefore after the annihilation of the whole cosmic manifestation, You alone remain with Your transcendental name, form, quality and paraphernalia.

”My Lord, I offer my respectful obeisances unto You because You are the director of the unmanifested total energy, and the ultimate reservoir of the material nature. My Lord, the whole cosmic manifestation is under the influence of time, beginning from the moment up to the duration of the year. All act under Your direction. You are the original director of everything and the reservoir of all potent energies.

“Therefore my Lord, I request You to save me from the cruel hands of the son of Ugrasena, Kaṁsa. I am praying to Your Lordship to please rescue me from this fearful condition because You are always ready to give protection to Your servitors.” The Lord has confirmed this statement in the Bhagavad-gītā by assuring Arjuna, “You may declare to the world, My devotee shall never be vanquished.”

While thus praying to the Lord for rescue, mother Devakī expressed her motherly affection: “I understand that this transcendental form is generally perceived in meditation by the great sages, but I am still afraid because as soon as Kaṁsa understands that You have appeared, he might harm You. So I request that for the time being You become invisible to our material eyes.” In other words, she requested the Lord to assume the form of an ordinary child. “My only cause of fear from my brother Kaṁsa is due to Your appearance. My Lord Madhusūdana, Kaṁsa may know that You are already born. Therefore I request You to conceal this four-armed form of Your Lordship which holds the four symbols of Viṣṇu–namely the conch shell, the disc, the club and the lotus flower. My dear Lord, at the end of the annihilation of the cosmic manifestation, You put the whole universe within Your abdomen; still by Your unalloyed mercy You have appeared in my womb. I am surprised that You imitate the activities of ordinary human beings just to please Your devotee.”

On hearing the prayers of Devakī, the Lord replied, “My dear mother, in the millennium of Svāyambhuva Manu, My father Vasudeva was living as one of the Prajāpatis, and his name at that time was Sutapā, and you were his wife named Pṛśni. At that time, when Lord Brahmā was desiring to increase the population, he requested you to generate offspring. You controlled your senses and performed severe austerities. By practicing the breathing exercise of the yoga system, both you and your husband could tolerate all the influences of the material laws: the rainy season, the onslaught of the wind, and the scorching heat of the sunshine. You also executed all religious principles.

In this way you were able to cleanse your heart and control the influence of material law. In executing your austerity, you used to eat only the leaves of the trees which fell to the ground. Then with steady mind and controlled sex drive, you worshiped Me, desiring some wonderful benediction from Me. Both of you practiced severe austerities for twelve thousand years, by the calculation of the demigods. During that time, your mind was always absorbed in Me. When you were executing devotional service and always thinking of Me within your heart, I was very much pleased with you. O sinless mother, your heart is therefore always pure. At that time also I appeared before you in this form just to fulfill your desire, and I asked you to ask whatever you desired. At that time you wished to have Me born as your son. Although you saw Me personally, instead of asking for your complete liberation from the material bondage, under the influence of My energy, you asked Me to become your son.”

In other words, the Lord selected His mother and father–namely Pṛśni and Sutapā–specifically to appear in the material world. Whenever the Lord comes as a human being, He must have someone as a mother and father, so He selected Pṛśni and Sutapā perpetually as His mother and father. And on account of this, both Pṛśni and Sutapā could not ask the Lord for liberation. Liberation is not so important as the transcendental loving service of the Lord. The Lord could have awarded Pṛśni and Sutapā immediate liberation, but He preferred to keep them within this material world for His different appearances, as will be explained in the following verses. On receiving the benediction from the Lord to become His father and mother, both Pṛśni and Sutapā returned from the activities of austerity and lived as husband and wife in order to beget a child who was the Supreme Lord Himself.

In due course of time Pṛśni became pregnant and gave birth to the child. The Lord spoke to Devakī and Vasudeva: “At that time My name was Pṛśnigarbha. In the next millennium also you took birth as Aditi and Kaśyapa, and I became your child of the name Upendra. At that time My form was just like a dwarf, and for this reason I was known as Vāmanadeva. I gave you the benediction that I would take birth as your son three times. The first time I was known as Pṛśnigarbha, born of Pṛśni and Sutapā, the next birth I was Upendra born of Aditi and Kaśyapa, and now for the third time I am born as Kṛṣṇa from you, Devakī and Vasudeva. I appeared in this Viṣṇu form just to convince you that I am the same Supreme Personality of Godhead again taken birth.

I could have appeared just like an ordinary child, but in that way you would not believe that I, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, have taken birth in your womb. My dear father and mother, you have therefore raised Me many times as your child, with great affection and love, and I am therefore very pleased and obliged to you. And I assure you that this time you shall go back to home, back to Godhead, on account of your perfection in your mission. I know you are very concerned about Me and afraid of Kaṁsa. Therefore I order you to take Me immediately to Gokula and replace Me with the daughter who has just been born to Yaśodā.”

Having spoken thus in the presence of His father and mother, the Lord turned Himself into an ordinary child and remained silent.

Being ordered by the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Vasudeva attempted to take his son from the delivery room, and exactly at that time, a daughter was born of Nanda and Yaśodā. She was Yogamāyā, the internal potency of the Lord. By the influence of this internal potency, Yogamāyā, all the residents of Kaṁsa’s palace, especially the doorkeepers, were overwhelmed with deep sleep, and all the palace doors opened, although they were barred and shackled with iron chains. The night was very dark, but as soon as Vasudeva took Kṛṣṇa on his lap and went out, he could see everything just as in the sunlight.

In the Caitanya-caritāmṛta it is said that Kṛṣṇa is just like sunlight, and wherever there is Kṛṣṇa, the illusory energy, which is compared to darkness, cannot remain. When Vasudeva was carrying Kṛṣṇa, the darkness of the night disappeared. All the prison doors automatically opened. At the same time there was a thunder in the sky and severe rainfall. While Vasudeva was carrying his son Kṛṣṇa in the falling rain, Lord Śeṣa in the shape of a serpent spread His hood over the head of Vasudeva so that he would not be hampered by the rainfall. Vasudeva came onto the bank of the Yamunā and saw that the water of the Yamunā was roaring with waves and that the whole span was full of foam. Still, in that furious feature, the river gave passage to Vasudeva to cross, just as the great Indian Ocean gave a path to Lord Rāma when He was bridging over the gulf.

In this way Vasudeva crossed the river Yamunā. On the other side, he went to the place of Nanda Mahārāja situated in Gokula, where he saw that all the cowherd men were fast asleep. He took the opportunity of silently entering into the house of Yaśodā, and without difficulty he replaced his son, taking away the baby girl newly born in the house of Yaśodā. Then, after entering the house very silently and exchanging the boy with the girl, he again returned to the prison of Kaṁsa and silently put the girl on the lap of Devakī. He again clamped the shackles on himself so that Kaṁsa could not recognize that so many things had happened.

Mother Yaśodā understood that a child was born of her, but because she was very tired from the labor of childbirth, she was fast asleep. When she awoke, she could not remember whether she had given birth to a male or a female child.

Thus ends the Bhaktivedanta purport of the Third Chapter of Kṛṣṇa, “Birth of Lord Kṛṣṇa.”

Message to Gaurahari Follower

First of all, a lot of people have rejected ISKCON because its become a dried out cake, a mundane corporate operation. Cannot argue with that. And people need to find more nectar somewhere, also cannot argue with that. Unfortunately the Gaurahari process has gone a little too far over the edge for me, with the hugging, feet kissing, and so forth.

This is not something Srila Prabhupada would have wanted IMHO. I am more in favor of the process someone like Aindra was doing, getting everyone into kirtan using a more standard sadhana process. Unfortunately, that is also not being done hardly anywhere either. So I sympathize with the people who want to form another program, and I get the need for that totally, but I think we have to be careful about going too far into non-standard process.

And this "emotional" bhakti idea was going on all over Bengal in the time of Srila Bhaktivinode thakura and he lamented that the original standards were being lost. In sum, I am in favor of doing what Srila Prabhupada was himself implementing while he was present, and there is plenty of connection to that with available books, lectures, kirtans and etc. Of course the real test is to have people tasting Krishna, agreed, but in my opinion the people actually tasting Krishna would be very careful about their public displays of behaviors in order to represent Krishna to the devotees and public properly.

There were a lot of "ecstatic" programs in Bengal and Radha kund even when Srila Prabhupada was here, and he told us to avoid them. Anyway, I get it, too much dryness is already going on, but we have to be careful not to get too wet either .... ys pd

Flat Earth VS Globe Earth Discussion

PADA: Various devotees have been discussing this video, some giving giving the flat earth side of the argument, others giving the round earth / globe argument. I am putting it here because the presenter keeps asking for a working model of the flat earth process, and we have asked for the same. ys pd

A TRUE SAINT …

Hare Kṛṣṇa, dear friends.

I have just been informed that HH Partha Sarathi Das Goswami has been admitted into hospital. The reason for his being admitted was explained by his personal assistant, HG Śrīdama Prabhu, as being that Mahārāja was suffering from extreme exhaustion and flu-like symptoms (for some weeks and also feeling that he might faint) and some tests needed to be done. Although these may be considered as not life-threatening ailments, the news struck my heart with great pain. You see, HH Partha Sarathi dāsa Gosvāmī is very, very special soul and a true saint…

He has given this life to his spiritual master, Śrīla Prabhupāda, and spends his every breathing moment trying to push forward the mission of his Guru Mahārāja, very effectively at that. He is respected by his God brothers and God sisters as being an exalted sadhu, knowing the philosophy and practicing whatever he preaches. The love between his God family and himself is very tangible to witness.

His talks about Kṛṣṇa and even the very manner in which he presents the Kṛṣṇa conscious philosophy to newcomers is very simple yet he transmits the essence of the teachings of the previous ācāryas very expertly. And yet, despite his obviously exalted character and his advancement in Bhakti, he still remains the most humble, approachable and loving Vaiṣṇava you will have the privilege to meet in your life. He IS a true saint…

ISKCON guru’s confession

HH Partha-sarathi Das Goswami (“PSDG”), a GBC-elected guru hoaxer, has agreed with the above facts:

“Srila Prabhupada often quotes this verse, especially when addressing Indian audiences. The words “amara ajnaya” means “under My order” and “guru hana” means “becoming a spiritual master”. What type of guru is not specified because there is diksa-guru and siksa-guru. Srila Prabhupada writes, “It is best not to accept any disciples.” (Cc. Madhya 7.130, purport).

Based on this warning it could be assumed that the words “guru hana” means become a siksa-guru. In the first line of Cc. Madhya 7.128, Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu says whomever you meet; tell them about Krishna... this also refers to siksha. A doubt arose in my mind because Srila Prabhupada says, “it is best not to accept any disciples.”

How can I justify my actions in initiating disciples? One answer is that Srila Rupa Gosvami writes, “without accepting disciples you cannot increase the preaching mission.” Also Srila Gour Govinda Maharaja, who I accept as a “nitya-siddha maha-bhagavata”, gave diksa initiation to many disciples. The fact that the GBC have authorized it doesn’t necessarily make it right. With the greatest respect to the GBC, they have made mistakes in the past.”

[PADA: Yep, here we go, acharyas are defective beings who are falling down, cheating, engaging in sexual predator behaviors, doing things that ARE NOT RIGHT, and in sum they are making MISTAKES. Told ya!]

Another GBC-elected guru hoaxer, HH Bhakti Caitanya Swami (“BS”), states the following in regard to who would succeed Srila Prabhupada after his departure:

“Narayana Maharaja’s followers did their level best it seemed to convince ISKCON devotees that he is Srila Prabhupada’s successor, and therefore they should take shelter of him. I really can’t understand how they come to that conclusion, as I was present when Srila Prabhupada was here, and never heard Narayana Maharaja mentioned even once by Srila Prabhupada or any of his assistants, all of whom I knew quite well.

When Srila Prabhupada talked about the future of ISKCON and its leadership he said that his faithful disciples would lead after he had gone. For example there is the following conversation on November 2nd, 1977, 12 days before he left this world:

Prabhupada: (They asked) “…after you, who will take the leadership?” And (I told them) “Everyone will take, all my disciples. If you want, you can take also. (laughter) But if you follow. They are prepared to sacrifice everything, so they’ll take the leadership. I may, one, go away, but there will be hundreds, and they’ll preach.”

[PADA: There will be hundreds, ooops, nope there will be 11 and we will kick out the hundreds.

Yes, a lot of these gurus know for a fact that they were instructed "its best not to accept any disciples." For all sorts of reasons that is what we were ALL told. And one reason is -- that if we take the karma of others -- we will get sick, fall down, or both. A number of them died already. "Flu-like symptoms" is just the start of these reactions. Only a pure devotee can take the sins of others because he has brahmana - tejyas to burn off these sins, anyone else will have to be burdened with taking and keeping these sins, and keeping them for many future lives. And thus these false gurus will take these accumulated sins into their next life, guaranteed not to be pleasant as shastra explains over and over.

Sorry to have to point this out, but just now another "ex-ISKCON youth" wrote to say "I cannot wait for all of these so-called senior disciples of Srila Prabhupada to die. They are the most foolish and arrogant people burdening the planet. As long as they are here there is simply suffering, misery and trouble for others."

And as for "humble" -- how humble is this? "I am as good as Vyasa, and thus I need a Vyasa pooja."

Well Jeepers, how did people get the impression this is so bad? For starters this ex-youth writer is correct, it is MOST foolish to think that "I am as good as Jesus and I can absorb sins." At the same time, that is ALSO about as arrogant as it gets, "I am as good as Jesus, I can take disciples and absorb their sins." And moreover "I am as good as Vyasa." Foolish and arrogant combined, and we cannot argue that that is NOT correct. And who can argue that a lot of the senior devotees, and even many people like Narayan Maharaja, enabled and encouraged this mess?

Meanwhile, by taking karma they are SUFFERING THEMSELVES. Therefore, the victims their GBC guru party bans, beats, molests, sues or kills -- all have to suffer, and then these leaders of the regime also have to suffer from taking karma. EVERYONE suffers, thus its a burden for the earth, just as this ex-ISKCON youth has figured out already.

Yup! Its a giant burden for the earth, no kidding. And that is why, unfortunately, we have to agree with this ex-youth, these people are foolish, they are arrogant, and they are simply a burden on the earth. It looks like a duck, walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, hey it is a process that is a BURDEN for the earth. Fact!

And moreover, they are making themselves suffer needlessly. In short, everyone suffers as a result of their process. As Satsvarupa eventually almost figured out after seeking medical treatments for his unlimited headaches, its not a medical issue and so there is no direct medical cure. Medical treatments cannot cure violating the orders of the Lord of the Universe, i.e. neophytes cannot absorb sins. Wow, and Partha Sarathi thinks Gaura Govinda is a pure devotee, because he is voted into the sex with taxi driver guru parampara in 1986?

Sheesh pilgrims! Anyone who is certified as pure when oral sex with taxi drivers in the holy dham is simultaneously certified as pure, is -- my guidance and inspiration? A GIANT BURDEN FOR THE EARTH. Correct!
