Lets be friends, ok, then answer this first question (ISKCON)
PADA OK. Well lets start a "friendly debate" right here and now. The South India Bangalore devotees were told that the GBC's gurus have voted in over 230 "parampara gurus and acharyas." And most of these alleged acharyas has subsequently has fallen into illicit sex. The GBC guru's idea found constantly in their documents is: that acharyas fall into illicit sex, so these Bangalore devotees covered their ears (because it is an offense to say acharyas are fallen) and then they laughed their heads off at the very thought of people saying "India's tradition of acharyas" is that they mostly fall into illicit sex, because in South India they have profound resepct for acharyas such as Madhva, Ramanuja and so on. Where does Srila Prabhupada say that the vaishnava guru parampara is full of fallen down people? And why were these Bangalore people covering their ears, then laughing their heads off, at the GBC's guru ideology? Where is it stated that most of the acharyas fall, when Srila Prabhupada says, it is the mad elephant offense to say acharyas in our parampara fall -- at all? I am not being defensive, this is the root question that never gets answered. Fortunately, the Bangalore devotees can answer this question because they already know from their pious birth in South India brahmana culture -- that it is an offense to say acharyas are fallling and debauched. ys pd
