Hrdayananda's Peace Proposal Rejected by GBC
[PADA: Hrdayananda is writing a critique of the GBC. Great, lets hope it starts out by saying their plan to promote conditioned souls as acharyas -- has failed miserably.
Meanwhile Bhakti Vikas swami is writing a book to criticize his other acharyas.
Meanwhile Badrinarayan has wrote many papers which insults the authority of his other GBC's gurus.
Meanwhile Ravindra swarupa's papers are seen by some as "hidden ritvik" and are being condemned.
Meanwhile some GBC gurus say Mahavishnu swami is too eccentric and he needs to curb his public personna.
Meanwhile some GBC gurus say Bhatki Tirtha's new age program was wrong and his followers need to stand this down now.
Meanwhile some GBC gurus said Jayatirtha's sex and drugs guru program was bogus.
Meanwhile the GBC as a group is being attacked for keeping Bhavananda's crew in Mayapura, and for burying Kirtanananda's carcass in Vrndavana.
Meanwhile Jayadvaita said Romapada is bogus for selling the NYC temple.
Meanwhile BV Puri said the GBC's gurus are using politics and diplomacy in the name of harinama.
Meanwhile the GBC has apparently lost $20,000,000 suing Bangalore for no good reason.
Meanwhile the GBC was sued for $400,000,000 for child abuse and they pleaded no contest.
Meanwhile Rocana says all this can be fixed by writing new legislation to control his wayward acharyas. Which means even he admits his acharyas program is bogus.
And so on and so forth.
What kind of society has its acharyas writing papers and books to humiliate, criticize and undermine the authority of its other acharyas? ys pd]
Dear Devotees,
Jaya Prabhupada! Greetings from the lovely little college town of Magnolia, Arkanasas, where I am resting and writing. For the last several weeks, Krishna has engaged me in traveling in a rented car to peaceful and beautiful places, far away from the big cities of the world.
The only real happiness in this world is to act as Krishna’s instrument, and by His great kindness, I am experiencing that happiness more and more.
As you know, two and a half months ago I had an excellent meeting in New Dvaraka with the then GBC chairman Praghosha Prabhu, and the saintly Vaishnava Vaisesika Prabhu. Basically, we resolved the differences between myself and the GBC. I then posted some letters explaining that I would not criticize the GBC or ISKCON, that we were embracing peace and cooperation, and that I would focus my energy on spreading Prabhupada’s movement to the world. I strictly kept my word.
At the time of this meeting, I had been working for several weeks on a major critique of the GBC itself. When I reached an agreement with the GBC chairman, I suspended that paper, because I wanted to do everything in my power to restore peace between the GBC and myself.
I want to emphasize here that Praghosha Prabhu and Vaisesika Prabhu did honor our agreement and tried to persuade other leaders to honor it. Unfortunately, the GBC has not accepted the peace agreement, despite my best efforts. Instead, they are again threatening me, even though I have done everything in my power to cooperate with them. Naturally these events led me to think deeply about what Krishna wanted me to do.
I concluded that Krishna wanted me to finish my GBC paper, and that it was necessary for ISKCON. I reread my paper and realized that it really was Krishna Who had guided me in its composition. I am now working fulltime to complete that paper which I am quite sure will mark a turning point for ISKCON.
I know that all these events are Krishna’s plan for the greater good of ISKCON. Had the GBC done the right thing and accepted the peaceful solution, I might never have completed this paper. I am sure you will understand these points clearly when you read the paper, which should be ready soon.
I offer my heartfelt thanks to all of you who understand and support me. You are a great comfort in my life.
With best wishes,
Hridayananda dasa Goswami

Bhakti Vikas Swami and "Women -- Masters or Mothers"?
PADA: First of all, women are supposed to be protected. What happened instead is:
(A) Many of the women were farmed into the 1980s "women collecting parties," where they were basically exploited and not really protected. A number of these women are now living alone or with little support, scattered around, and they are getting no benefits for all the money they collected (I know a number of them).
(B) These same women were told to "surrender" and place their children in the GBC's schools, where many of these "surrendered mothers" ended up finding that their children were either being abused or not being cared for properly. This produced the 1997 "child abuse lawsuit" where the leaders pleaded "no contest."
(C) Srila Prabhupada said he wanted varnasrama rural communities for his women, children and families, and this program was also stunted, suppressed, and women were sometimes being divorced and remarried a number times (i.e. exploited) due to the mis-direction of some of the leaders at these places.
And then -- a number of the farms were closed, or run down in disrepair, and some of those few remaining are ghost towns. In sum, there has to be facility for women, and children, and families, and the leadership has not provided it. That is not the fault of the women class.
A follower of BVKS told me women belong living in the villages with their children, fine, where are these functioning villages and how come we are not hearing about them? We should not place the burden of providing all this facility on the women, its the job of the managers to provide all this and they are not. BVKS is saying women need to surrender, to what?, the same leaders that created all of the above problems for women and children and brahmanas? ys pd

Narayan Maharaja -- Lives On?
[PADA: OK wait a minute. Narayana Maharaja said we are bogus for continuing the worship of Prabhupada. He said we cannot listen to tapes and read the books of a physically departed guru, rather we need to hear from the living lips of NM's living gurus.
And how did you guess, NM had a huge pile of "living" gurus in his pocket for us to worship, like Tamal, Giriraja, Satsvarupa, Indradyumna, Mahanidhi and etc. -- and this is the program NM promoted as his living gurus.
Now, after he departs, his followers say we need to read his books and hear his tapes? Is this why they say Kali Yuga is the age of hypocrisy?
Anyway, good job Narayana Maharaja, you promoted the bogus GBC's "night of the living dead" gurus, and thus you helped destroy ISKCON in the process. Now, after you said we need to hear from the living lips of your debauchee's guru club, we still need to hear from you again?
You did not bomb the place sufficiently, there is still a little life left which you would like to decimate, again? Rocana has been doing the same thing, he crammed his debauchee messiahs club program down the throats of ISKCON's citizens, including its children, and he has been saying we need a living lips (debauchee's guru club member) to hear from, and he also destroyed ISKCON in the process. His living debauchee messiahs program is currently in a state of collapse.
The good news is -- the NM groups seem to be gradually dwindling and disappearing in the USA. Yep, when your whole schtick is to worship a live person, and then you die, your program is going to gradually go down, no kidding! Same thing with the Gaura Govinda Maharaja folks, they said you need a live person, then when he died they started the "Gaura Govinda tape and book ministry."
OK so Srila Prabhupada cannot have a tape and book ongoing continuation, only they can? Same problem Rocana is now having, his living lips guru's program is going down the tubes as well. Our program is not only moving ahead, the NM people are COPYING US. That means we had the right idea all along, they just cannot admit. ys pd]

Rocana's Post Mortem Guru Program is Imploding
ISKCON'S Guru Program
BY: SUN EDITORS

BY: SUN EDITORS
Mar 22, 2016 — CANADA (SUN) —
The following YouTube video was recently called to our attention. In it, Mahavisnu Swami is once again demonstrating for the world his bizarre personality and 'preaching mood'. After all the articles complaining about Mahavisnu's indiscretions and offenses to the Holy Name in years past, there is no need for us to belabor the point. Sincere, sober devotees can clearly see for themselves the state of his consciousness.
[PADA: Rocana just does not get it, at all. He thinks he is very clever, but Rocana and his bogus GBC's "guru program" is a worldwide laughingstock, period. His bogus GBC gurus have been looking totally ignorant ever since Rocana and his foolish GBC pals announced they had manufactured 11 acharyas in 1978.
Rocana has supported the idea these GBC folks are simultaneously "gurus" and "managers" right from the get go in 1978, but there is no evidence any of these folks were ever appointed as gurus, nor has Rocana ever shown any.
Its called "the big lie."
March, 1978 is when Rocana's crew first of all officially announced they had rubber stamped their first wave of 11 gurus. Later, his false messiahs started looking more and more like criminals, deviants and debauchees than mere fools. Mahavishnu swami in fact looks pretty darn good when compared to some of the more degraded "gurus" in Rocana's guru program.
OK lets face it, Rocana's "gurus" are often viewed as criminals, debauchees, rogues, deviants, sexual predators etc. If Rocana's gurus were being viewed merely as deranged fools -- that would be a major upgrade to their status.
Why can't Rocana just stick with selecting fools as his idea of God's messiahs, and at least have less crimes going on? Instead, Rocana's guru program selects criminals and debauchees as their "parampara successors" -- who are MUCH worse than crazy fools. Apparently, Rocana is not advanced enough to worship plain fools, so his above mentioned "guru program" has to also place criminals and debauchees in their guru lineage. This process gives the entire Krishna movement worldwide a bad reputation as a haven for criminals posing as messiahs.
After Rocana and his pals rubber stamp debauchees and criminals as their messiahs, then they wonder why their religion looks bad in the public media, courts and so on and so forth, and its now officially bankrupted? This is like asking why, after placing a dog's stool into someone's cup of sweet rice, no one wants it anymore?
Rocana should be doing the happy dance that at least ONE of his lineage's bogus gurus is behaving simply "nutty" as opposed to his many other gurus who have behaved "criminally." Why not simply admit -- Mahavishnu swami is one of the "better gurus" in the Rocana bogus guru rubber stamping program? Most of the rest of Rocana's previous gurus have been WAY worse.]
That does merit repeating, however, is that it is the GBC who are 'ultimately' responsible for the fact that Mahavisnu continues to travel around, interacting with devotees and members of the public while representing himself as an approved diksa guru and sannyasi in Srila Prabhupada's ISKCON.
[PADA: There is no GBC? There is a pile of people claiming to be God's successor gurus, answering to no one, and claiming they are not merely GBC managers, they are de facto acharyas? Who cannot be administered?
Rocana's GBC / guru program has been promoting the first wave of 11 gurus -- who then "voted in" the second wave of gurus, and now they are voting the third wave of gurus, and so on. Voting in a pile of gurus is not the function of a group of managers? Srila Prabhupada says the acharya is appointed by Krishna, not by Rocana and his committee?
Rocana has never explained how his first wave was authorized in the first place, and why he wanted to have his first wave of bogus gurus vote in another wave of gurus (which is what Rocana wanted to do with his 1986 guru reform, launch the guru voting system). Why not admit, Rocana's first wave of gurus are bogus and thus they are NOT qualified to vote in a second wave, third wave etc.?]
We have stated many times that we reject the GBC's rubber-stamp diksa guru system and the way in which they administer their sannyasa program. The Constitution for ISKCON As It Is represents a different siddhantic position on the society's proper role with respect to diksas and sannyasis -- one that we believe is in line with sastra and Srila Prabhupada's instructions. We refer the reader to Constitution articles § 8.6.5 (Regulation and Oversight of Diksa) and 7.4.5 (The Sannyasa Asrama).
[PADA: Except Srila Prabhupada never discussed Rocana's program of "designating" (voting in) acharyas, and then "regulation and oversight" of said acharyas with Rocana's program of guru censuring, monitoring, suspending, regulating, excommunicating etc.? So they are not only going to vote in more gurus, they are going to "regulate and have committee oversight" of their voted in gurus. Where in shastra do we find that acharyas need to be voted in, given committee oversight, censuring, monitoring and so on?
This is why even Hansadutta says, a person cannot be simultaneously (A) ruled by the GBC committee, and (B) become the acharya who oversees the GBC committee? This is a complete contradiction, which is why Rocana's "guru oversight program" will never work. Also! None of this is found in any examples of any previous acharyas?
Rocana has simply devised a huge and complex system for "designating" (voting in) gurus, and then regulating (monitoring, censuring and removing) acharyas, and he has been self-appointing himself as the overseer of Lord Krishna's acharyas, but he cites no examples from our parampara where this has been done? And since normally KRISHNA is the person who dictates to the acharya, how does Rocana remove Krishna and take up the role of dictating to the acharyas himself? Rocana says he can replace Krishna's dictation with his own? Really?
He also seems to forget his GBC's almighty "acharya committee overseers" are often more foolish than the alleged acharyas they oversee. Worse, not one single acharya in our line ever participated in such a system, nor did they ever create or even mention such a "guru designating and overseer" system. This has all been concocted by people like the GBC and their henchmen like Rocana.
Rocana is one of the founder fathers of the GBC's voted in guru program. He was one of the members of the "50 man committee" which voted in "more gurus" in 1986, like Prithu, Jayadvaita, Trivrikrama, Rohininandan, and many others. And they reinstated Bhavananda at the same time.
Rocana says he is against guru voting, meanwhile, he is one of the chief architects of the guru voting system that he helped create in 1986 ... and all this was created under the supervision of the "reformers" ... like Rocana. Of course Rocana now says he is merely "designating gurus" instead of "voting for gurus," that's just a smoke screen to hide his voting process.]
GBC / ISKCON has steadfastly maintained its diksa guru rubber-stamp program for well over 30 years now.
[PADA: Except Rocana just now said his program will designate (vote), regulate, and oversee their gurus, so that means, they will continue to rubber stamp (vote) their gurus. Rocana says his program will designate gurus, and then regulate and oversee the gurus they designate / vote in, but he thinks that is not rubber stamping? Well sorry, "designating," or voting, it is all the same -- rubber stamping, duh!]
In all that time, they have considered themselves to be the ultimate controllers over who shall, and who shall not become a diksa guru or a sannyasi in ISKCON. Worse still, they have engaged in only half of that process… the political half, determining to whom they will award the title of guru or sannyasa renunciate.
[PADA: OK except Rocana is the person who says the GBC will designate, regulate and oversee their gurus. That is totally political because there is no such thing as a committee which designates, or votes in gurus, and then regulates and oversees them, this is a completely political arrangement made by the GBC and Rocana. And only GBC's guru club promoters and supporters are the persons voted in as their gurus.]
The GBC is attracted to the act of 'deciding' (accepting and rejecting). The other half of the process, however -- deciding who is not living up to the sastric standards for diksa or sannyasi… that, the GBC has historically shown they have little or no interest in. They enthusiastically embrace the job of deciding who to authorize, but they refuse to be accountable for their choices. They refuse to safe-keep members of the society by decommissioning their authorized gurus and sannyasis when they are proven to be fallen.
[PADA: What is a decommissioned guru? We used to "decommission" the old trucks at the place I worked for, and they were sold off at auction. Is the acharya like an old truck? The acharya is no longer is relevant or useful, and he needs to be decommissioned -- and go to the old truck bone yard? And now Rocana is saying his gurus are often conditioned souls who are falling. Does he not know that its one of the ten offenses to say gurus are falling down conditioned souls?]
Mahavisnu "Swami" is proof positive.
[PADA: He is proof that Rocana's idea of rubber stamping unqualified persons as gurus does not work.]
Because the swami is an authorized ISKCON diksa guru and sannyasi, he is in a position of trust and authority that carries the weight of the institution behind it, and thus the weight of Srila Prabhupada's good name. Yet Mahavisnu's actions demonstrate, time and time again, that he is not behaving according to Srila Prabhupada's and sastra's standards for these spiritual offices.
[PADA: How many of these voted in gurus has acted according to standards? Most of them fell down, and ALL of them supported the whole corrupt system of gurus needing censure for falling down and etc.]
This latest episode of Mahavisnu's public 'preaching' also motivates us to address an issue that has been ongoing between the Sun editors and certain members of the UK yatra. Over the last year, we have repeatedly been asked by several devotees to publicize the results of a survey on ISKCON 'mission drift', which was conducted by senior devotees under the banner of the Prabhupada Vision Body.
[PADA: The Prabhupada Vision Body is a good idea, when we look at his shastra, then we find the whole idea of gurus being designated by votes, being monitored, suspended, censured, removed, excommunicated, etc. is all a total concoction from the GBC's and Rocana's fertile brains.]
The Prabhupada Vision Body was founded by Parasuram das, who is well known throughout the UK for his dedication to harinam sankirtan. Unfortunately, Parasuram has also become well known for his loyal support and facilitation of Mahavisnu Swami. Having withdrawn our support from Parasuram das because of this, the Sun has also been unwilling to publish articles from the Prabhupada Vision Body. We find it hypocritical that they should be preaching against 'mission drift' under the circumstances.
[PADA: Right, we cannot simultaneously support a false guru body, and reject it, all at the same time.]
Mahavisnu Swami could serve as the UK poster boy for mission drift. He has not simply 'drifted' -- he has blown off-course like a tiny boat in a typhoon. In one of the most recent pleas received from a member of the Prabhupada Vision Body, an email was included (to convince us to soften our position) in which Parasuram das advised Mahavisnu that his crazy hat / attire causes some concern, therefore perhaps he should only wear that regalia for the biggest festivals. Parasuram's advice left us dumbstruck. Mahavisnu should act like a buffoon at only the biggest public gatherings?
[PADA: Hee hee, right, lets put on our worst behavior in the biggest public scrutiny, just like the GBC was publicly promoting Kirtanananda at the height of his madness.]
So on the heels of this, the latest of Mahavisnu's video phantasmagorias, we would like to urge the senior devotees who comprise the UK Prabhupada Vision Body to publicly repudiate this so-called swami's activities, and to formally cut ties with him. And, because Parasuram das has announced himself as the founder of this Vision group, he should also make a public declaration rejecting the swami, and pledging to no longer associate with or support him in any public preaching. Either that, or Parasuram should resign from the Vision Body, and they should publicly repudiate their association with him, too -- along with their Ritvik member(s) and anyone else deviating from Srila Prabhupada's standards and instructions.
Either that, or kindly stop preaching on matters of 'mission drift' in ISKCON.
[PADA: Rocana is one of the main persons who still says we need to have a committee which designates (votes), oversees and manages Lord Krishna's successor acharyas. That is nowhere to be found in Vaishnava history or Prabhupada's teachings. There is a puff of white smoke from the Vatican and the new pope has been voted in, but this is not our system?
Rocana has also said that Srila Prabhupada is the post-samadhi, posthumous and post mortem guru, but where has any bona fide disciple described his guru with these terms? Rocana is implying that we need to worship his living gurus, i.e. the same fools who voted in Mahavishnu swami as a guru and who fail to "regulate" him.
Lets review a few samples of nut case gurus from Rocana's program:
*** Harikesha was lecturing about all sorts of nutty speculations, then he ran off with his therapist and allegedly took a bunch of money. All that after he kicked out hundreds of Prabhupada devotees from "his zone." Now he says awful things about the Krishna movement. Nutty?
*** Prithu was alleged to be getting at least some followers to masturbate, and there were huge financial discrepancies in his "zone." Nutty?
*** Jaggadish ran off with the wife of a disciple and her small child, making the husband suffer severely trying to find her. And his neglect of the gurukulas is famous all over the world. Nutty? Or just mean as hell?
*** Hari Sauri went nutty as the infamous "Prabhupada Kripa maharaja." He is still a huge supporter of the Mayapura molester regime's leaders. Nutty? Or devious?
*** Many agree that Bhagavan went nutty when he "blooped." And he stole the money from the safe. Nutty? Crooked?
*** Many agree that Ramesvara went sort of nutty when he ran off to be a New York city real estate agent. He apparently drove off from LA in a Ford Taurus filled with aluminum briefcases into the sunset. Nutty? Or did he run away because the police were investigating the Sulochana murder?
*** Many agree that Tamal's promoting Bhavananda was nutty -- and foolish.
*** Many agree Kirtanananda's "Christian interfaith" program was -- nutty, as well as umpteen other devious outcroppings at New Vrndavana.
*** Many agree Jayatirtha went nutty with his LSD cult.
*** Many agree Satsvarupa's writings have gone nutty.
*** Bhakti Vikas Swami said that Bhakti Tirtha was a tin foil hat speculator for preaching about "The Lost Continent of Mu" and so on. OK Bhakti Tritha was criticized for being nutty.
*** The biggest defender of the Mayapur molester program, Jayapataka, is very sick from a stroke. And he got that stroke by eating like a hog and weighing the same as a Volkswagen, while his program was starving children and making the children skinny. Nutty? Evil?
*** Bhavananda was having sex with taxi drivers in the holy dham. Nutty? Evil? And Rocana's guru program keeps him around like their favorite pet pal. How nutty is that?]
*** Suhotra was lecturing about all sorts of nutty books he was reading, and he allegedly bragged that he was related to the author of "Satan's Bible." He was also said to be infatuated with 1940s detective noir movies and he would rent them and collect them. He was also credited with kicking out hundreds of Prabhupada's devotees from ISKCON, and burning down his zone from discouraging people. Nutty? Evil?
[PADA: Rocana just does not get it, at all. He thinks he is very clever, but Rocana and his bogus GBC's "guru program" is a worldwide laughingstock, period.
Nutty? Evil?
*** Hrdayananda's nut case program is not welcome even in ISKCON ...
*** Hansadutta simply says the whole post-1978 guru thing is nutty ...
*** OK one semi-sane guy, Bhakti Purushottama swami (Mayapur) who says, no more monarchs, we need servants, not more bogus kings! Of course he does not have any real solution for the nutty acharyas program ...
ETC.!
Meanwhile there are other problems, like Rocana's gurus are getting sick with terminal ailments, and some are already dead. OK in part because they are not supposed to be taking karma as diksha gurus. That factor alone will make a person get sick, fall down, or just go nutty, and may explain why some of these gurus have such severe mental ailments.
Meanwhile, back at the ranch, more and more people are self-evidently getting tired of promoting all these nutty fools as their gurus, and they want to promote Srila Prabhupada instead, and they are!
"Kṛṣṇa is so powerful that He can immediately take up all the sins of others and immediately make them right. But when a living entity plays the part on behalf of Kṛṣṇa, he also takes the responsibility for the sinful activities of his devotees. Therefore to become a guru is not an easy task. You see? He has to take all the poisons and absorb them. So sometimes—because he is not Kṛṣṇa—sometimes there is some trouble. Therefore Caitanya Mahāprabhu has forbidden, “Don’t make many śiṣyas, many disciples.” But for preaching work we have to accept many disciples—for expanding preaching—even if we suffer. That’s a fact. The spiritual master has to take the responsibility for all the sinful activities of his disciples. Therefore to make many disciples is a risky job unless one is able to assimilate all the sins." (Srila Prabhupada; PQPA, Ch. 6)

What Rascal Shall We Vote For?
Which Rascal Shall We Vote For?
Interviewer: Do you think most of the Hare Krishna members will participate in the election in November? Do you think they will register and vote?
Prabhupada: Personally I never give votes.
Interviewer: Will they follow your example and not vote?
Prabhupada: I do not know, but our principle is that I vote for this man or that man if there is some spiritual benefit. That is our point. (Interview with the religion editor of the Associated Press in New York, 16 July 1976)
I have never given vote. Since we have got this sva-raj, Indian independence, as soon as the vote question comes up, I go away. I think, “Why shall I give this nonsense person my vote? None of them are liked by me.” So I avoid it. I don’t believe in it. (Room Conversation in Bombay, 8 January 1977)
Because of the importance of the Krishna consciousness movement, people should be Krishna conscious and should not vote for anyone who is not Krishna conscious. Then there will be actual peace and prosperity in the state. When a vaisnava sees mismanagement in the government, he feels great compassion in his heart and tries his best to purify the situation by spreading the Hare Krishna movement. (Purport to Bhag. 6.2.3)
We don’t very much like this so-called democracy. What is the value of this democracy? All fools and rascals. They vote for another fool and rascal and he becomes prime minister, or this or that. That is not good for the people. We are not for this so-called democracy because they are not trained. (Lecture in London, 24 July 1973)
The first teaching of Bhagavad-gita should be taken by the persons who are going to be elected in the government service. The public should be aware of this. If somebody comes to canvass for votes, you should first inquire, “Have you have read Bhagavad-gita? Mahatma Gandhi read Bhagavad-gita. Why shouldn’t you? Do you know what is Bhagavad-gita? If so, then I will give you my vote. Otherwise, get out.”… It is a great necessity that government men must study Bhagavad-gita. Otherwise, don’t give them vote. (Lecture in Bombay, 22 March 1974)
Devotee: Some of our devotees should run for office.
Prabhupada: No. If you can make the people Krishna conscious, then everything will come automatically. If they vote for a Krishna conscious person to be president and prime minister, then everything will be saved. So that means you have to create Krishna conscious voters. Then everything will be right. That should be one of the aims of the Krishna consciousness movement. The government is still under the control of the public. If the public becomes Krishna conscious then naturally the government will be Krishna conscious. But that is up to the public. (Lecture in Bombay, 6 November 1970)
Educate the people. “Don’t vote for the rascals. Just try to understand who is the real man, who is the real leader. (Morning walk conversation in Los Angeles, 11 December 1973)

New Film Sheds Light on India's Sex Trafficking
https://www.yahoo.com/news/sold-sheds-light-horrors-sex-trafficking-india-125410935.html
Srila Prabhupada: So as this man is talking about sex, so this entire world, material world, is enchanted by sex. That is the material world; striya, pumsam striya mithuni-bhavam etad. This whole material world is existing on sex attraction.
Maya means the illusory energy, where we want to enjoy, but it is not actual enjoyment. It is illusion. So the sex life in the material world is the center of this attraction.
So our Kṛṣṇa consciousness movement is how to get the living entity out..., how to free the living entity out of this material entanglement. Because real happiness is not sensual happiness. Real happiness is above the senses.
Srila Prabhupada: So as this man is talking about sex, so this entire world, material world, is enchanted by sex. That is the material world; striya, pumsam striya mithuni-bhavam etad. This whole material world is existing on sex attraction.
Not only in human society, but in animal society also, this sex impulse is also there. Birds, beasts, animal, human being, even demigods, they are attracted in this material world by sex impulse. The sastra, or the Vedic literature, there is mention about this, that we are in this material world only for this sex impulse.
Here, the real problem is we want to get out of this material conditional life. We are spirit soul. We are not matter. But in order to enjoy this material world we have come here. Every one of us who is existing within this material world has a desire to lord it over the material nature.
It is said when a living entity, a part and parcel of God, he desires independently to enjoy or to lord it over the material nature, he comes down from the spiritual world to this material world. That is the cause of his falldown. Krsna bhuliya jiva bhoga vancha karepasate maya tare japatiya dhare

So our Kṛṣṇa consciousness movement is how to get the living entity out..., how to free the living entity out of this material entanglement. Because real happiness is not sensual happiness. Real happiness is above the senses.
It is supramental sense, or spiritual sense. With the gross senses, what we enjoy, that is temporary. It is not permanent. Permanent enjoyment is transcendental sense enjoyment. There is in the Vedic literature a verse: ramante yoginah anantesatyananda cid-atmaniiti rama-padenasauparaṁ brahmabhidhiyate.
Yoginah, those who are yogis... Yogis means those who are trying to reawaken Kṛṣṇa consciousness. He's called yogi. Our present consciousness is material consciousness. This material consciousness means, the sex urge is very strong.

One of My Disciples is Waiting for Me to Die (Sruta Kirti)
WOW!..Something Astonishing I read in Sruta Kirti Prabhu's dairy.
Prabhupada: "One of my disciples is simply waiting -- when will the old man die so that I can become guru."
Sruta kirti dasa: "The mood was very sombre and intense. I've already described how he asked his disciples not to touch his feet saying, 'By their touching my feet I have to suffer. They may not be trying to achieve some goal by touching my feet, still the spiritual master has to suffer by accepting their sinful reactions.'
Prabhupada: "One of my disciples is simply waiting -- when will the old man die so that I can become guru."

They may not be trying to achieve some goal by touching my feet, still the spiritual master has to suffer by accepting their sinful reactions.'
Now Srila Prabhupada said things to me that I ...did not comprehend. It was very disturbing. The words cut through my heart. He mentioned it to me on two separate occasions during his illness saying, 'One of my disciples is simply waiting -- when will the old man die so that I can become guru.'
I could not believe what I was hearing. I never imagined that day that Srila Prabhupada would not be with us. I was young and naive and thought Srila Prabhupada would be with us until he was 100 years old. Thoughts of his being gone and others giving initiation had never been a subject of conversation.
He sat up in his bed one time and looking at me he said, "This illness is because EIGHTY PERCENT OF THE LEADERS ARE NOT FOLLOWING." (Sruta Kirti diary, Tuesday, March 20, 2012)
Disappearance of Srila Madhavendra Puri
Srila Madhavendra Puri
Srila Madhavendra Puri appeared in the 14th century. He was a guru of the Brahma or Madhva sampradaya, one of the four (Brahma, Sri, Rudra and Sanaka) Vaishnava lineages that purify the world in the age of Kali.
Madhavendra Puri was the disciple of Lakshmipati-Tirtha. Madhavendra Puri's disciples included Ishvara Puri, Advaita Acharya, Paramananda Puri (a Brahmin from the Tirhu area), Brahmananda Puri, Sri Ranga Puri, Pundarika Vidyanidhi, Raghupati Upadhyaya, and others. Nityananda Prabhu is said by some to be Madhavendra Puri's disciple, others say that Lakshmipati was his guru, while the Prema-vilasa states that he was Ishvara Puri's disciple.
At the time of his departure from this world, Madhavendra Puri was completely absorbed in separation from Krsna and constantly repeated one sloka. This verse is considered by Gaudiya Vaishnavas to be the essence of expression of the mood of separation.
Madhavendra Puri's disappearance day is the sukla dvadasi of the month of Phalgun.
Quotes from Vaisnava Acaryas
"Madhavendra Puri was a well known sannyasi of the Madhva sampradaya. His grand-disciple was Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu. Prior to his appearance, there was no evidence of prema bhakti in the Madhva line. In his verse, ayi dinia-dayardra-natha (Chaitanya Charitamrita 2.4.197), the seed of the religious doctrines of Chaitanya Mahaprabhu can be found."
- Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakur
"Madhavendra Puri was the fist shoot of the desire tree of divine love that came out of the Madhva lineage. Prior to his appearance, there was no sign of the conjugal mood of devotion in the Madhva line. The feeling of separation from Krishna, or transcendental vipralambha is the only practice by which the spirit soul can achieve perfection.
Material feelings of separation give rise to a despondency that reveals the attachment one has for matter, whereas the despondency that results from the feelings of separation for Krishna are the best proof of one's desire to bring pleasure to His senses. The desire to bring pleasure to Krishna's senses shown by Madhavendra Puri, the great soul who is the root of this movement, is the ideal example to follow for anyone who wishes to serve the Lord. It is especially worth remarking that Mahaprabhu and His closes followers later adopted this example and made it their standard."
- Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Saraswati Goswami
Madhavendra Puri Discovers Gopala
"Once Sri Madhavendra Puri traveled to Vrindavana, where he came upon the hill known as Govardhana. Madhavendra Puri was almost mad in his ecstasy of love of Godhead, and he did not know whether it was day or night. Sometimes he stood up, and sometimes he fell to the ground. He could not discriminate whether he was in a proper place or not. After circumambulating the hill, Madhavendra Puri went to Govinda Kunda and took his bath. He then sat beneath a tree to take his evening rest.
"While he was sitting beneath a tree, an unknown cowherd boy came with a pot of milk, placed it before Madhavendra Puri, and, smiling, addressed him as follows, ‘Please drink the milk I have brought. Why don’t you beg some food to eat? What kind of meditation are you undergoing?’
"When he saw the beauty of that boy, Madhavendra Puri became very satisfied. Hearing His sweet words, he forgot all hunger and thirst.
"Madhavendra Puri said, ‘Who are You? Where do You reside? And how did You know that I was fasting?’
"The boy replied, ‘Sir, I am a cowherd boy, and I reside in this village. In My village, no one fasts. In this village a person can beg food from others and thus eat. Some people drink only milk, but if a person does not ask anyone for food, I supply him all his eatables. The women who come here to take water saw you, and they supplied Me with this milk and sent Me to you. I must go very soon to milk the cows, but I shall return and take back this milk pot from you.’
"Saying this, the boy left the place. Indeed, He suddenly could be seen no more, and Madhavendra Puri’s heart was filled with wonder.
"After drinking the milk, Madhavendra Puri washed the pot and put it aside. He looked towards the path, but the boy never returned. Madhavendra Puri could not sleep. He sat and chanted the Hare Krishna maha-mantra, and at the end of the night he dozed a little, and his external activities stopped. In a dream Madhavendra Puri saw the very same boy.
"The boy came before him and holding his hand, took him to a bush in the jungle. The boy showed Madhavendra Puri the bush and said, ‘I reside in this bush, and because of this I suffer very much from severe cold, rain showers, winds, and scorching heat. Please bring the people of the village and get them to take Me out of this bush. Then have them situate Me nicely on top of the hill.’
"'Please construct a temple on the top of that hill,’ the boy continued, ‘and install Me in that temple. After this, wash Me with large quantities of cold water so that My body may be cleansed. For many days I have been observing you, and I have been wondering. ‘When will Madhavendra Puri come here to serve Me?’ I have accepted your service due to your ecstatic love for Me. Thus I shall appear, and by My audience all fallen souls will be delivered. My name is Gopala. I am the lifter of Govardhana Hill.

Ekadasi is for all varnas and asramas and even those who have gone to hell or attained animal body or degraded bodies can be elevated by following ekadasi even by accident as is seen in many Puranic accounts. The glories of Ekadasi is described in many places like in the Puranas .
.In Garga Samhita we read how Sri Radha in order to show to the world the importance of Ekadasi She strictly observed Eakdasi to obtain Her beloved Krsna , and also She stricly worshipped Tulsi devi .Sri Radha especially described the glories of ekadasi to the Sadhana Siddhas to attain entrance in the Maha Rasa lila:

Narad Muni said O Maithil ! Please hear about the topics of the Gopis which destroys all ones sinful activities awards piety, fulfils all ones desires and is the source of all auspiciousness.
There is country named Ushinara in South India. Once there was no rain fall in this country for ten years. The prosperous cowherd men of this place became afraid of the severe drought and they left for Braja Mandal along with their relatives and cows. O King! They came and lived at the transcendental abode of Vrindavan near Jamuna under the guidence of Nanda Maharaj. By the benediction of Ramachandra many gopis took birth in their families. They were all transcendental beautiful and decorated with fresh youth. O best of the kings! After seeing beautiful Krishna they became enchanted and in order to know how to please Krishna they approached Shri Radha.
The gopis said O Radhe! O daughter of King Vrisabhanu! O lotus eyed one! Please instruct us about a vow by which we can please Shri Krishna. Krishna the son of Nanda Maharaj and who is rarely attained even by the demigods is under your control. O Radhe! You are the enchanter of the entire universe and expert in all the scripture.
Shri Radha said, you should observe Ekadashi in order to please Shri Krishna. The the lord certainly be controlled there is no doubt about it. The gopis said, O Radhike ! please tell us the names of Ekadashis which occures during a full year and how one should observe Ekadashi. Radha replied, Ekadashi first appeared from the body of Lord Vishnu during the wanning moon in the month of November/December in order to kill demon Mura. Then this exalted Ekadashi appears every month in different form. For your benefit I am describing their names. Utpanna, Moksada, Saphala, Putrada, Sat tila, Jaya,Vjaya, Amlaki, Papamochani, Kamada, Varuthini, Mohini, Apara, Nirjala, Yogini, Devasayani, Kamini, Pavitra, Aja, Padma, Indira, Pasankusa, Rama, Prabodhini these are the twenty-four Ekadashis which occure during one complete year. Apart from them there are two more Ekadashis namely Padmini and Parama which occures during an extra leap year month. Any one who chants the names of these twenty-six Ekadashis, obtainsthe result of observing the vow of Dvadasi for the entire year.
O damshells of Braj! Now hear about the rules and regulations for observing Ekadashi. On the day before Ekadashi one should sleep on the floor eat only ones and control the sences. He should also drink water only ones and remain neat and clean. On the day of Ekadashi one should rise early in the morning during Brahma muhurta and offer obeisances to Lord Hari. To take bath with well water is the lowest, to take bath in a pond is medium, to take bath in a large pool is the highest and to take bath in a river is the best of all. A pious person should take bath in this way and give up his anger and greed. One should not apply oil on the day of Ekadashi. A person should give up associating with low class sinful and atheists on the day of Ekadashi A person who is observing the vow should carefully avoid the association of those who speak lies, who blaspheme the brahmins, who steal others things, who enjoy the association of others wife, who are miscreants and who do not show respects to the exalted personalities. On the day of Ekadashi one should worship lord Keshava with devotion and offer Him palatable foodstuffs, one should offer lamp in the temple of the lord. One should hear the glories of the vow from the mouth of a brahmin and then give him sufficient dakshina. One should remain awake on the night of Ekadashi while singing the transcendental glories of Krishna. One should avoid eating in a bellmetal plate, eating meat, pinkdal, any kind of intoxicant, spinach, honey preboiled rice, eating more then ones and indulging in sex life on the day before Ekadashi. On the day of Ekadashi one should give up gambling, sleeping, eating betalnuts and pan, brushing teeth, criticising others, cheating, stealing, becoming anvious, indulge in sex life, becoming angry and speaking lies.
On the day of Dvadasi one should not eat on a bellmetal plate, Urad Dal, Honey, Oil and contaminated food stuff. One should strictly follow these rules and regulations. The gopis said O Greatly learnedone! Please explain to us the proper time for observing Ekadashi. Shri Radha replied, if the tithi of dasami is consists of fiftyfive dandas then one should not fast on the next day rather he should fast on the day of Dvadasi. If an Ekadashi is conjoined with a fraction of second of Dasami then such an Ekadashi should be rejected like a pot of ganges water mixed with a drop of wine. If an Ekadashi extends on the day of Dvadasi then one should fast on the day of Dvadasi. O damshells of Braja by hearing the glories of Ekadashi one obtains the result of Vajpayee Sacrifice. The result one obtains by following a vow of a Dvadasi is equal to that of feeding 88,000 brahmins. By observing the vow of Ekadashi one obtains one thousand times more results then the result one obtains by donating the entire earth with all the oceans and forests. Observing the vow of Dvadasi is adviced as the means of deliverance for those who are absorbed in the ocean of material existence which is filled with the mare of sinful activities. If human beings observe Ekadashi by remaining awake on the night of Ekadashi then even if they are very sinful they do not go to the fearful abode of Yamaraja.
A person who worships lord Hari with devotion on the day of Dvadasi by offering him Tulasi leaves never become touched by sin just as a lotus leaf remains untouched
by water. The results of performing one thousand horse sacrifices and one hundred Raja Suya sacrifices is not even equal to the one sixteenth portions of the results obtained by observing Ekadashi. By observing Ekadashi a person delivers ten generations of his mothers family, ten generation from his fathers family and ten generations from his wifes family. A cow may be a white or black but both are qualitatively same because both give milk. Similarly the Ekadashis of both the waning moon and waxing moon are same in awarding piety,
O Gopis! An Ekadashi burns to ashes aheaps of sinful reactions of a person accumulated from one hundred life times. The charity given on the day of Dvadasi may it be less or more or given with or without proper rules and regulations, awards merits equal to that of a mountain. A person who hears the topics of Hari on the day of Ekadashi obtains the result of giving the entire earth which consists of seven Islands in charity. The piety one achieves by taking bath in the holy place of Gaya and seeing the lotus feet of Lord Vishnu is not even equal to the one sixteenth portion of piety obtained by observing Ekadashi. The merit one obtains by giving charity at Prabhasa Ksetra, Kuruksetra, Kedarnath, Badrikashrama, Kashi, Sukaraksetra, during solar and lunar eclips, as well as giving charity during four hundred thousand Sankrantis (When the sun enters into a perticular rasi) is not even equal to one sixteenth portion of merit one obtains by fasting on Ekadashi.
Shri Radha continued O Gopis! Just as Ananta is best among the snakes, Garuda is best among the birds, Lord Vishnu is best among the demigods, the brahmana is best among the varnas, banyan tree is best among the trees and tulasi is best among the leaves similarly the vow of Ekadashi is best among all the vows. The result one obtains by performing austerities for ten thousand years is obtained simply by observing the vow of a Dvadasi. O damshells of braja! Such are the glories of the vow of Ekadashi. All of you should immediately observe this vow.
The gopis said, O beautiful one! O daughter of king Vrisabhanu! You are expert in all scriptures. Even the statement of Brihaspati is baffled before the statement of you. O Radhe! You are directly the ocean of transcendental knowledge. Please describe to us perticularly the names of those who had previously observed these Ekadashis. Radha replied, O Gopis! Inorder to regain their lost kingdom the demigods had observed this sacred Ekadashi long long ago. King Vaishanta observed this Ekadashi inorder to deliver his forfather from the abode of Yamaraja. The sinful king Lumpaka who was rejected by his subjects observed the vow of Ekadashi and regained his lost kingdom. King Ketumana of Badravati who had no son observed the vow of Ekadashi according to the instruction of the learned brahmins and was blessed with a son. Once the wives of the demigods instructed the wife of the brahman to observe Ekadashi. Though that wife of the brahman was an ordinary human being yet she achieved prosperity and heavenly pleasure. Both Pushpa danta and Malyavan became ghosts due to being cursed by their enemies, but by observing the vow of Ekadashi they regained their original forms as Gandharva. In the ancient time inorder to built a bridge on the ocean and to kill Ravana Ramachandra observed this Ekadashi. At the end of the annihilation the demigods observed the vow of Ekadashi under the Amalaki tree for the benefit of entire world.
Sage Medhavi observed the vow of Ekadashi according to the instruction of his father and became freed from the bad association of Apsaras and thus became fully effulgent. A Gandharva named Lalit became a demon by the curse of his wife but by observing this Ekadashi he regained his position as a Gandharva. By observing the vow of Ekadashi many great kings like Mandata, Sagara,Kakutstha, Muchukunda and Dhundhumara went back to the spiritual world. By observing Ekadashi Lord Shiva became freed from the curse of brahma. A son of a Vaishya named Dristhabuddi returned to Vaikuntha by observing this Ekadashi. King Rukmangada also observed the vow of Ekadashi. As a result he enjoyed the whole world as his kingdom and yet the end of his life returned to Vaikuntha with his subjects. King Ambarisa also observed this Ekadashi and as a result even the inevitable curse of Lord Brahma could not touch him. A yaksa named Hema Mali became afflicted by leapracy due to the curse of Kubera but observing the vow of Ekadashi he became as good as the moon. By observing Ekadashi king Mahijit was blessed by a son and at the end of his life returned to Vaikuntha.
In Satyayuga there was a king named Shobhana who became the son-in-law of King Muchukunda. He observed Ekadashi and attained a beautiful place among the demigods in Mandara Mountain. Even today he is ruling his kingdom with his wife Chandrabhaga like Kubera. O gopis! Know it for certain that the vow of Ekadashi is the highest of all. There is no tithi as auspicious as the tithi of Ekadashi.
Narada Muni concluded, after hearing this description from Shri Radha the gopis properly observed the Ekadashi inorder to attain the favour of Krishna. As a result of their observing Ekadashi lord Hari became pleased with them and performed Rasa dance with them on the full moon night in the month of Agrahayana (November).
This holy narration about Ekadasi from Sri Radha is not even described in Srimad Bhagavatam ,so holy is this Garga Samhita anyone who find faults with Garga Samhita will enter a hellish planet.

Dayarama Starts to Doubt His Role as GBC Guru Defender
Jayapataka's Defenders Having Doubts?
Praghosa, the Back Stabber
BY: SVATANTRA DASA
The Indian RGB, recently mentioned in the article "Proposal to Bureau Regarding Mayapura", was dissolved and reconstituted under the name ISKCON India Advisory Council (IIAC), although still referred to as 'the Bureau'. Here is an interesting back-story the Sun readers will find of interest regarding the Bureau's position on Praghosa dasa and his unfortunate pastimes in Mayapur:
[PADA: Unfortunately the Basu Ghosh "Shastra Advisory Committee" (SAC), the IIAC (more "advisors" for their acharyas), the overall GBC, the Mayapura Bureau (which has recently dissolved the authority of the rest of the GBC), the NA GBC, the EU GBC etc. -- and their spokesmen like Jayadvaita swami etc. -- they all agree that their acharyas are often debauchees who are falling into illicit sex, drugs and crimes. That means despite all their umpteen committees, they cannot even decide what is an acharya and what is not an acharya? They never discuss this point self-evidently.
This is their first problem which has never been resolved, that the bogus GBC's say their guru parampara is constantly being corrupted by deviants, debauchees, sexual predators, and even people who end up hating Krishna. If the guru successors to Krishna can -- and do -- deviate all the time, then its sort of hopeless for the rank and file lesser rung folks, which is perhaps why their lesser rung people are now fighting like cats and dogs, because their leaders / acharyas / messiahs are doing the same.
Then, after declaring that Krishna's successors are often infighting deviants, they wonder why they keep getting infighting deviants in their managing group? Srila Prabhupada says that claiming Lord Krishna's acharyas are often debauchees, fallen, and / or deviants is the mad elephant offense, and yet that is what these people are saying every single day, then wondering why -- its not working? Of course Srila Prabhupada says one of the ten offenses is to consider that gurus are ordinary and thus fallen, but who cares for the rules of the acharya?]
Practically the day after Jayapataka Swami had his stroke, Praghosa et al. conspired to remove all managers in Mayapur, starting with Bhakti Puroshottama Swami and Dayaram das.
[PADA: Bhakti Purushottam swami has at least said publicly that ISKCON should not have any more messianic "monarchs," he says -- we need people who will be humble and work together. Unfortunately, he has no plan to remove the ongoing monarchs he already has in his program like Romapada, Jayapataka, Shivarama etc. "No more monarchs" does not fix the ones they already have, but at least he is trying to identify the problem so we give him some credit.]
Their method was to make false allegations against Dayaram. They were doing all this while Dayaram was busy fighting on behalf of the GBC in Bangalore against Madhu Pandit dasa. A real stab in the back.
[PADA: Dayarama admits to PADA that his GBC program is making debauchees and homosexuals as members of their acharya's lineage. Why is he so dedicated to promoting this "deviants are God's successors and acharyas" program? Sulochana said some class of deviated homosexuals would be "having a wet dream" if they could create a system where their fellow homosexuals were made as the acharyas of their religion. Why is Dayarama making this "wet dream" come true?]
Dayaram was having to spend considerable time away from his family, continuously travelling and living out of a suitcase, while the GBC didn't provide or were often slow in providing him with funds to fight the Bangalore case.
[PADA: Right, Dayarama is opposed to anyone who says sexual predators, deviants and criminals are not God's successors / acharyas / messiahs. Why is he being glorified all the time?
Why isn't Dayarama helping us Westerners understand that acharyas are as pure as Krishna, and instead he has dedicated his life to "legally proving" that acharyas are commonly debauchees, drug addicts, criminals and sexual predators?
How is that helping promote "the pure and original culture of Bharat Varsa"? Why would anyone from India want to "legally prove" that acharyas in India's guru chain -- are often falling and debauchees -- at all? Amazing, us Westerners have to preach to these so-called India folks that Lord Krishna's acharyas -- are not debauchees! Ever!]
At times he had to spend his own money or borrow from friends to fight the case – even as Praghosa had the nerve to accuse Dayaram of stealing money from ISKCON! Which just shows you what a real bastard Praghosa actually is.
[PADA: These guys are spending their "own" money, but where are they getting their "own" money from? Are they siphoning from ISKCON?]
For years and years Dayaram prabhu has had to endure a lot of hardship because of Praghosa's actions. In fact, the case against Dayaram is still going on to this day, seven years later. As you will read below, the Bureau itself seriously discussed taking criminal action against Praghosa in 2009. In the end, the IRGB convinced Dayaram not to put the culprits in jail. Too bad… personally, I would like to see Praghosa hanging from a gibbet.
[PADA: Right, there are criminal actions going on, but the GBC is convincing people not to prosecute. Then they wonder why there are criminal things going on ....! "The Bureau" also discussed taking legal action against all sorts of criminal things over the years, but they never take substantial action. So what is the value of a bureau that does nothing all the time, and thus allows crimes and even child molesting to go on right under its nose, as happened?]
The reader should also take note of who the GBC EC members for 2009 were, as set down in the 2009 GBC Resolutions:
Section 100: APPOINTMENTS
101. GBC Officers and Members
RESOLVED:
1. His Holiness Romapada Swami is elected GBC Chairman.
[PADA: And now Jayadvaita says that Romapada's sale of the NYC temple is fraudulent. But there will be no criminal prosecution .... of anyone.]
2. His Grace Madhu Sevita Das is elected First Vice-Chairman.
3. His Grace Hrdaya Caitanya Das is elected Second Vice-Chairman.
The following document provides details of Dayaram prabhu's situation with Praghosa, as put before the India Bureau in 2009:
Notes on the RGB topic- Dayaram Das's Complaint 11th April, 2009
Brief Back Ground & List of Events
Meeting & Correspondence between DRD and Praghosa
What is the purpose of the Criminal prosecution
Why this topic before RGB?
A. Brief Back Ground & List of Events
Praghosa Das has been slandering Management of ISKCON Mayapur for last couple of years. This slander was in the form of comments about how Mayapur management is corrupt etc. Witnesses - Srutidharma Das (UK), HH BPS [H.H. Bhakti Purrosottama Swami].
[PADA: OK so one black pot is calling the other black pot --- black?]
Praghosa Das in October 2008 told Brajasevaki Dasi that he had enough evidence of corruption by Dayaram Das (DRD) to throw him out. Brajasevaki Dasi informed this to Shankarshan Nitai Prabhu. Witness - Sankarshan Nitai Prabhu.
[PADA: If Dayarama is corrupt, why was he not removed?]
Praghosa Das, in Aug. 2008, also wrote an e-mail to Brajasevaki Dasi about corruption in Mayapur stating that HH BPS and HH JPS are the key obstacles.
This has been going on for about 2 years and wife of Dayarama (DRD) has been hearing murmurs about her husband being corrupt and investigated etc. DRD, all this while, brushed them aside as village gossip but now truth is out and it appears that all this was either coming from or supported by Praghosa, one of the GBCs of Mayapur.
[PADA: Meanwhile Praghosa has no problem supporting those who say that acharyas are illicit sex deviants, he is not going to fight to correct that issue, ever.]
For last 2 years Praghosa Das has been pushing for Audit of Mayapur which DRD thought was a good idea but in the end DRD discovered that mandate given to auditors was to cover only Land and Treasury Depts. and not other Departments and areas such as Housing and SMPDC where huge funds of ISKCON and BBT were invested. This further gives credence to the old rumours in Mayapur that all this was pushed by Praghosa and others as an investigation against DRD & not with sincere desire to find the truth and help Mayapur run better.
After audit report was prepared in February 09 Praghosa on 11 February, 09 took auditors to the GBC EC along with Satadhanya and Ambarish Prabhu. In what capacity Satadhanya was present in this meeting where even other GBCs of Mayapur were not present?
[PADA: Satadhanya is alleged to have been part of the good ole boys child abuse program going on there, not sure why he is still around there in any capacity?]
Here Praghosa told GBC EC how Dayaram Das is engaged in money laundering, inside trading etc. and Satadhanya explained about how in India black money is made white etc.
[PADA: Dayarama was caught by the authorities at an airport in India with a suitcase full of rupees, right, this does look like a money laundering program, or judge bribing program, or what? Why was this never explained or investigated by the GBC?]
Then the GBC EC decided to present these conclusions to the whole GBC body next day. All this was behind the back of DRD who was not even informed that such a thing was happening. After the meeting was over Bhima Prabhu walked out of the room and saw Bhavananda, who told Bhima "Heavy stuff isn't it?" So Bhavananda was well aware of what was happening inside the meeting of GBC EC, Praghosa and Satadhanya.
[PADA: Right, people keep saying Bhavananda is out of the management there, but he is always involved with it -- one way or another -- it seems? And he was clearly a leader in the child abuse issue there, so again, why is he still there in any capacity much less involved in managing?]
What was the initial cause of the Bangalore problem and present legal fight? Answer is the GBC's act of expelling MPD. Bureau or RGB had no role in this. And when DRD was busy fighting this fight in Bangalore and not his personal business, the GBC of Mayapur (Praghosa) was conducting this act of give DRD bad name and hang him.
[PADA: Madhu Pandit was expelled because he does not accept that Krishna's acharyas are often debauchees? Why was he expelled when he has the only good idea so far, that we need to worship pure devotees and not debauchees as the acharyas of ISKCON?]
Bhima Prabhu, who was in the above stated meeting told GBC EC & Praghosa that they should hear DRD before proceeding further. To this GBC EC chairman replied there is no need. Bhima Prabhu was shocked and informed DRD about this serious development and asked him to come to Mayapur immediately. Bhima Prabhu also spoke strongly to Romapada Swami not to proceed further without hearing DRD. Bhima Prabhu also spoke to HH GKG. Witness – Bhima Prabhu.
[PADA: Great! Bhavananda is a rogue and a crook, Romapada is a crook, Dayarama is a crook, Praghosha is another crook, this is all according to -- their own people?]
In the mean time other Mayapur GBC's i.e. HH RNS were very upset with Praghosa for taking matter to GBC EC without their consent or even knowledge. They had to push Praghosa and GBC EC, really hard, to stop them from presenting it to the GBC body without first hearing from Dayaram Das. Witnesses - HH BPS and HH RNS.
[PADA: Swell, and Radhanatha swami has been asked -- also by some people in ISKCON -- why he keeps his program as a "separated charity" from the name of ISKCON? And since his program is not even in the name of ISKCON, some of the other ISKCON people apparently think this is fraud, i.e. he is using ISKCON to promote his own program. Romapada also does not have an ISKCON named program, he also as a separated charity as well. Does this not mean there are a lot of crooks here?]
a. After considering all this in a judicious way if DRD is found guilty DRD promised to do the following:
i. Resign from all the positions of authority within ISKCON
ii. Publicly acknowledge DRD's wrongdoings in an istagoshti of all Mayapur devotees and others concerned and put the same in writing
iii. Wash pots of Sri Sri Radha Madhav & Sriman Mahaprabhu for few weeks or more for DRD's purification from the reactions of such sinful actions.
b. But if it is found that the charges were false then
i. Sri Praghosa Das, Sri Satadhanya Das and Sri Bhavananda Das resign from their positions of authority within ISKCON.
ii. Publicly acknowledge their wrongdoings in istagoshti of all Mayapur devotees and others concerned and put the same in writing.
iii. They may choose whatever they think proper as means for their rectification. copy of this letter dated 19th Feb. 09 was sent to RGB conference on 21st February as an attachment to email by DRD.
On 21st Feb. 09 DRD had second meeting with GBC EC and Praghosa (other Mayaur GBCs & Satadhanya were not present). Here DRD gave his second letter dt. 21st Feb. 09 to GBC EC, a copy of which was sent as attachment to email of DRD dt. 21st Feb. 09 to RGB conference.
DRD emails dt. 21st Feb. and 22nd Feb. 09 to RGB conference give detail info. as to what circumstances compelled DRD to explore option outside of ISKCON.
On 22nd Feb. Praghosa and GBC EC put forward proposal to GBC body to remove DRD as Co director of Mayapur and appoint Praghosa Das. GBC body with overwhelming majority rejected the proposal.
GBCs of Mayapur wrote letter dt. 25th February, 09 to DRD stating that the allegations made against DRD were unsubstantiated speculations etc. and express their regret. Mayapur GBCs also informed DRD that they will not be party to dispute between DRD and Praghosa & Co.
After this DRD and Praghosa met in Mayapur and Praghosa told DRD that he always had full faith in financial integrity and honesty of DRD, which DRD didn't believe.
B. Meeting & Correspondence between DRD and Praghosa. DRD and Praghosa met in Mayapur before Gaur Pournima. And then there was following email exchange between DRD and GBC EC, Praghosa and Mayapur GBCs
DRD wrote to GBC EC and Mayapur GBC
Yes I met with Praghosa. The important point of discussion as I remember.
Praghosa said "GBC wants me and you to work together." Dayaram said "How is it possible when you think that I am a dishonest person misapproriating ISKCON funds and I think that you carry malice etc."
Praghosa said "No. I have great regard for your moral standards etc."
Dayaram said "May be for morality on the point of illicit sex but not for financial dealings."
Praghosa said "No. Morality includes everything. I have full regard and trust in your financial honesty.'
This was news for me and I couldn't and didn't believe it. Praghosa then showed me a letter he wrote as response to Brajasevakis demand that he remove corruption etc. from Mayapur. And his response which blamed HH Jayaptaka Swami and HH Bhakti Purusottam Swami as obstacles in removing corruption from Mayapur. My name was not there. But does Praghosa have any basis to make such a statement? So he has again proven his attitude towards Mayapur management.
After that we went on some other topic like Nareshwar etc. on which we agree but that did not address the problem. This is for your info.
As the GBC EC and Mayapur GBCs have washed their hands to deal with my letter dated 19 FEb. 09. But many RGB members have insisted that I should not go to the forum outside of ISKCON to redress my grievances till the RGB meeting in the second week of April 09 I am waiting but want to clarify that, if I don't get just treatment from ISKCON authorities then I will be compelled to approach appropriate forum i.e. Criminal court of Justice for redressal.
[PADA: OK so there is illegal action that requires Criminal Court action, why is it not brought there so all this can be cleared up?]
I am forwarding you copy of my recent letter to RGB Secretary requesting them to put this topic on agenda item. This is for your info.
Hare Krsna.
Your servant,
Dayaram Dasa
Praghosa commented on above letter of DRD
Well I agree with Dayaram das, if he simply doesn't believe me then how can we work together? Of course being the great ksatriya I am regularly told he is, I am very disappointed that he did not say this to me personally during our meeting, as opposed to now stating it in a public e mail. Radhanatha Maharaja also told me that Dayaram informed him that he was happy with the meeting he had with me. So what is going on?
Hare Krishna,
Praghosa dasa
---
DRD responded to Praghosa
I did tell you then and there that how is it possible that you had full faith and trust in my honesty in financial dealings when you have been talking about corruption for at least last 2-3 years i.e. much before the audit report was prepared. Then you went on to quote my presentation of some moral principles in some old meeting which you attended and then matter went on to Nareshwar, McPhar Canada etc.
I don't think I am a great Kshatirya etc. I never went to police station or court before I came to ISKCON. My family members always taught me not to step into courts or Police station. All of them were also always afraid of courts and police and kept away from them. I was forced to go to Police station and courts because I tried to loyally serve GBC and other authorities in ISKCON Mayapur.
[PADA: Right, as soon as Dayarama's illicit sex with men, women and children acharyas program was in trouble, Dayarama stepped up and said we need to go to court to stop people from worshiping Prabhupada -- and keep the children of India's worshiping of our illicit sex acharya's program going. We need to go to court to "prove" that children need to worship illicit sex acharya's programs?
Isn't this criminal "corruption of the morals of minors," to tell minors their messiah's lineage members are illicit sex addicts? Why isn't the GBC prosecuting Dayarama for corrupting the morals of minors by preaching to children that their acharyas are a pack of illicit sex deviants?
Initially, Dayarama said this Bangalore court case would only take a year and less than a million dollars, but his court case has dragged out since 1997 to the present day and has cost maybe $20,000,000. That means Dayarama dragged ISKCON into court to pay all this money, after which, they have not even won a paper clip.
Dayarama sometimes claims he was put up to all this by the GBC, meanwhile he brags that the GBC dropped the issue many times -- and thus he had to keep it going himself "using his own money." PADA has never witnessed a more enthusiastic supporter for the worship of a debauchees guru program than Dayarama, he is really dedicated to dragging human society into the ditch!
Anyway! ISKCON got nothing, nada, zip, zero, for all this expense, and yet they keep Dayarama in a post, knowing full well he just wasted all this money on nothing. Any normal business would fire the guy who wasted $20 million dollars on nothing. And not only that, they would sue him to recover these funds ... ]
In 1987 GBC body, Satadhanya, Nareshwar decided to get rid of Nitai Chand Prabhu (then Maharaja) and I was pushed by them to take Nitai Chand head on and I did it. As a fall out of that I was forced to deal with not only Nitai Chand & his devotee followers in Mayapur but also CPM leaders, Goondas, Muslims, Rikshawalas and other political parties of Mayapur.
[PADA: Oh great, Bhavananda, Nitai chanda, Satadhanya, Hari Sauri, Jayapataka, in sum all the original core people who created the orchestrated child abuse program there in the first place, are still in charge there now? After these folks caused ISKCON to be sued for $400,000,000 for mass child abuse, why were they not taken away from all posts, and sued to recover the massive losses?]
And Subsequently I helped with the courts to fight with CPM's attempts to encroach on ISKCON Lands and hold abusive public meeting right in front of our Main Gate in ISKCON Mayapur. This fight reached a high point when the then Local CPM MLA (Vishvanath Mitra), publicly threatened to kill me in 1995-96 and thereafter forcefully encroach ISKCON lands on the side of the PWD road. This time I was forced to purchase licensed revolver as advised by Harikesh Prabhu (then Swami) and then take this MLA head on till we succeeded in pushing him back.
[PADA: OK Harikesh was another guy living like a millionaire while having sex with his therapist, as the children in Mayapura report not getting enough food to eat. Why have these people been taken up as the advisors of Mayapura?]
Then in 1999 GBC expelled Adridharan Das, the then president of Kolkata and he filed Civil suits in Kolkata against GBC (I was not party to the suits). As loyal GBC servant I defended GBC in those suits and even fought with many Bureau members of ISKCON in India to get them to support GBC action.
IN 2002 after ISKCON succeeded in Kolkata courts and the temple & Gurusaday Road property was taken over from Adridharana das, I was pushed by HH Bhanu Swami, HH Jayapataka Swami, HH Gopal Krishna Goswami to take charge of Bangalore fight from Sarvaishvarya Das who was then handling it in Bangalore. After consulting with some senior Vaishanvas I reluctantly agreed to take on Madhu Pandit, my friend and close associate for over 20 years. As ISKCON had already lost first round of court fight up to supreme court in 2002 itself I had no choice but to fight a long drawn trial and other proceedings in various courts in Bangalore and Delhi for last 7 years.
[PADA: So the GBC forces people to fight their best friends in court for 20 years, spending millions and millions, and this is their idea of helping spread Vaishnavism? This is like the corrupt cops who were forcing jailed criminals into a fight club, and they were arrested for creating these fights. The GBC never arrests anyone for starting these fights, or for spending millions to fund these fights.]
I don't know whether fighting as loyal servant of GBC is called Great Kshatriya? I guess as long as I fight for GBC and be their yes man I will be called great Kshatriya but when I say something different or don't agree with them then I am criminal. As both Criminals and Kshatirya fight it is not difficult to change labels as per ones convenience.
[PADA: Hee hee, good, yes Dayarama is one minute their Kshaytriya and the next he is their criminal, that means there is no loyalty among thieves.]
At any rate I am now introspecting and wondering whether it was correct for me to fight all these legal & physical battles for GBC at the cost of great personal trouble and sacrifice (Even my wife was arrested by Kolakta police at the instance of Adri) including financial losses.
[PADA: Right, fighting to promote the worship of illicit sex with men, women and children acharyas is not what a kshatriya does, its what demons are doing. I am glad Dayarama is having second thoughts about this. Yamaraja will be asking Dayarama why he supported this illicit sex acharyas program which bans, beats, molests and kill Vaishnavas, even for one second ... what to speak of for 20 years ... what to speak of in court etc.]
Now having a personal experience of how GBC members deal with devotee, I wonder whether it was proper and Just for me to fight Adri and others to enforce GBC decision. And whether Adri and others fought the GBC due to the way GBC treated them or they were genuinely wrong. May be I owe them a serious apology and more?
[PADA: An apology to those you offended would be a good start! Good idea! Start by apologizing to the gurukulis who went into your bogus schools.]
I was fighting Madhu Pandit in Bangalore in February 2009. What caused this fight? GBC decision to expel Madhu Pandit in 1999. I had no personal fight with Madhu Pandit. We were friends from IIT (Mumbai) from 1980 i.e. even before we got to know about Krishna consciousness. If not for this fight I would have been one of the most welcomed persons at the Bangalore temple but due to my loyally serving GBC I became the most hated person at the Bangalore temple.
[PADA: Well yes, promoting the worship of illicit sex with men, women and children as God's and Lord Chaitanya's successors will make you the most hated person in the universe. Correct. Even Yamaraja's dogs will be frothing at the mouth to get hold of anyone who dares insult God by saying His guru successors are sex fiends, drug addicts and fools.]
And when I was busy in Bangalore taking care of Madhu Pandit battle without even talking to me my great GBC leaders were ready to give me bad name and hang me? And unfortunately they don't even have basic courtesy to admit it. So I wonder are these right masters to serve?
[PADA: Goody!]
Who will understand these pains of my heart? So, I am thinking, at least let me do something so that proper lessons will be learnt and no other devotee, in future, will be subjected to such treatment like me by my great GBC leaders.
Sorry for long comment but I am just pouring my heart and hurt.
Hare Krsna.
Your servant,
Dayaram Dasa
C. What is the purpose of the Criminal prosecution
Praghosa Das (and by extension other GBCs and leaders) will hopefully learn the lesson in no uncertain term that GBC or getting position of leadership doesn't mean the person gets divine right to act arbitrarily and hang anyone as per his whims and malice. This time DRD was the target of leaders like Praghosa and DRD is not a humble Vaishanva. So he fought back & they backed off. But if there was genuine, humble Vaishnava like Devamrita Prabhu or Braj Hari prabhu, who wouldn't defend himself against such malicious attack then Praghosa and Madhu Sevita would just trample such innocent, humble devotees & great injustice would be caused in the name of GBC authority.
[PADA: Great, Devamrita, and he was the big henchmen of the Kirtanananda regime, why do these guys keep being placed as the leaders?]
So DRD thinks that the arrest by police and few days in lock up, impounding of passport and in the end trial before the Criminal court will make unforgettable mark in the memory of Praghosa, as well as, in the memory of others who are similarly placed. And hopefully such incidents won't be repeated in near future.
And as far as Bhavananda Das is concerned. DRD thinks that Bhavananda was such an hypocrite that he was having sex with Taxi driver in Vrindavan and at the same time asking innocent devotees to give him promise -no illcit sex and giving them Diksha promising them to take to Krishna. After his exposure and suspension in 1985 he got himself reinstated in 1986.
After that they had great Vyasapuja in Australia and then Bhavananda ran away with huge sum of money. Then after doing all kind of sinful activities he came back to Mayapur and now goes around Mayapur calling devotees Bengali bums, Bangladeshi refugees and what not. In short ISKCON never punished Bhavananda nor did any court of law for his sinful acts therefore it may be for the good of Bhavananda, as well as, for the ISKCON that he be punished by court of law so that he will get much less reaction for all his past sinful activities & learn some good lesson.
[PADA: Right, why isn't Bhavananda punished, ever? This also means everyone there knows Bhavananda is a rogue, yet he still gets a post there? That means they are knowingly co-opted with a "sex with taxi driver's bogus acharya's program."]
D. Why this topic before RGB?
1. Many RGB members, although supportive and sympathetic to DRD's plight, were strongly against any action in criminal courts of Justice & wanted DRD to wait at least till the RGB meeting. Therefore discussion on this topic will give DRD chance to explain and take input of RGB members. It is not just a personal matter for DRD.
2. If the criminal prosecution is commenced there will definitely be immediate PR fall out. As criminal proceedings involves arrests and impounding of the passports of the accused by the police. This will generate some bad PR.
3. DRD has a proposal to set up a fund or create a Trust to help devotees get justice if in the future a GBC member or GBC EC or even the whole GBC body treats anyone the way DRD was treated.
Thank you very much for your attention. Hare Krsna.
Your servant,
Dayaram Dasa
[PADA: OK except Dayarama's program of suing Bangalore has produced all sorts of negative public media bad PR. Bangalore then had to go to the public media and courts and explain how Dayarama's program is worshiping illicit sex as Krishna's acharyas / gurus / messiahs / successors.
Dayarama is the person who caused all this bad PR. Dayarama wanted to "legally prove" that Krishna's successors are often debauchees, but even after spending apparently $20M, he could not win others over with that idea? How many people agree that God's successors are often debauchees in the first place?
Anyway, it appears that Dayarama is starting to realize that serving his illicit sex with men, women and children acharya's club was not such a good idea. Its not. Srila Prabhupada says false acharyas go to the lowest regions of the universe, and that these false acharyas are never forgiven by the Lord or any agents of the Lord. Worse, their supporters follow them to the lowest regions, what to speak of their barking dog legal advocates like Dayarama. Yamaraja's barking dogs will be waiting to take care of the barking dogs of the worshipers of illicit sex acharyas, that is what shastra says.
Anyway, after barking to defend the worship of illicit sex as God's successors, Dayarama is now doubting this was a good idea. Its not. Maybe he is finally realizing this is a huge error on his part, and he is starting to figure out the karma for this deviation will be long, hard, and nasty, so he had better cut his losses and get out of there now while he can.
He needs to go the full route and admit we are right to promote the worship of pure devotees and not Dayarama's debauchee messiahs program, and thus he needs to help us if he wants any sort of mercy for his oppressing thousands of Vaishnavas as he has done, and misleading in fact millions of people by creating a huge media storm over his molester messiahs project. Dayarama's program has given Krishna's name a black eye all over the universe, and this will never be approved of by Krishna or any agents of Krishna. Repent now, the time of reckoning is near.
